        성당 미사공간의 실내음향특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        This study has performed to analyse the measurement the main hall of Catholic churches and to find out general room acoustical characteristics. Furthermore, extracted data could be used in subjective evaluation for optimum values of each physical parameter. For the reason, we surveyed whole Catholic churches located in Gwangju metropolitan city and finally chose 11 churches to measure. Room volume of buildings chosen is ranged widely from 1,782 to 9,195 cubic meter so that measured values can be distributed including various characteristics of acoustical parameters. As a result, the differences of values using PA system as sound source were larger than those using omnidirectional speaker in the center part of alter and values of D50 and C80 in the balcony floor were especially appeared to have different values comparing with those of main floor due to diversified layout of speakers. The range of RT and EDT was from 1 to 3 sec. approximately depending on the room volume and sound absorbing materials installed on floor, wall and ceiling and it was revealed that RT at 250㎐ of center frequency range was shortest and RT at 1㎑ was largest as most of the materials applied to finishing were panel absorbers and reflectors such as wood panel, concrete and brick.

      • 청감실험을 통한 교통소음의 주관적 반응 조사

        The aim of this study is to analyse the relationship between traffic noises and subjective responses. The traffic noises considered in this study were aircraft, road traffic and train, and we recorded them in order to edit by using the sound insulation performance of windows. The sound sources recorded and edited were made to be different sound level with 5 steps by 5dB. Finally 100 sounds sources were composed for the purpose of psychoacoustic experiments and we surveyed the subjective responses. As a result, the average points of the subjective response to the sound sources have shown differently depending on their sound level, the type of windows and the type of sound sources.

        화학적 폐수처리 중 GC / MS 에 의한 폐놀생성 규명에 관한 연구

        Twenty organic chemical substances (Table 2) were isolated from untreated wastewater, as well as treated wastewater, collected at 76 companys of 9 industry group located in the basin of Youngsan River. Those organic compounds were analyzed by Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry(GC/MS) and confirmed through comparison with each standard reagents. Phenol, which was not detected in the raw wastewater, was identified in the effluent of treatment facility, indicating that phenol is generated from isopropylbenzene of plant wastewater.

        성당 음향성능 평가를 위한 어휘조사 및 주관적 반응 조사 연구

        The buildings of Catholic church in Korea were built about one century ago when the freedom of faith was given, and have had lots of differences with those of western due to application of shape, transformation and change of inner space. The change of inner space brings the room acoustic characteristics modify, which is the reason that we have to look for appropriate evaluation method and design principle different from western one. This study, therefore, has begun as a preliminary step for evaluating of Catholic church's room acoustic performance and surveyed for gathering useful vocabularies and minimizing them. Finally we surveyed the subjective responses through questionnaire to users making use of vocabularies extracted and analysed the independent factors to be used in psycho-acoustic experiment by factor analysis.

      • 수영운동이 체지방에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is examination about amounts of body fat, which is changed before and after exercise, when people is carried exercise burden to be applied the swimming program. With targets of investigation: 19 females between 30 to 59, this experimentation is concluded by examining and analyzing the variation of an amount of body fat, which compared before swimming exercise and after experimentation 3/week for 8weeks. 1. After swimming exercise for 8 weeks, weight, MBF, TBW were decreased. But there was no similar differences to statistics. 2. After swimming exercise for 8 week, fatness and PBF were decreased. But there was no similar differences to statistics. When the above results are synthesized, body fat is generally decreased through swimming exercise is increased, but the effect is not clear relatively, which needs an in-depth investigation for more scientific and objective swimming exercise program.

        특정공사 건설기계에 대한 가설방음벽의 삽입손실효과

        This study aims to propose application of noise barrier and to provide useful data for noise control in construction field by measuring and analyzing the insertion loss(IL) of temporary noise barrier mainly used for specific work. For these reasons, survey on the documents declared before construction was carried out focusing on the construction machine and noise barrier planned and EGI fence with dust net was certified to used generally for noise control and temporary fence. For the analysis of the effect of noise barrier, IL was measured by indirect method in accordance with ISO 10847. IL depending on the distance between noise barrier and construction machine by 7.5m, 10m, 20m and 30m was compared, and IL depending on the distance of receiving point from noise barrier was also compared by measuring the sound pressure level(SPL) in the reference position above barrier and in each point, 7.5m, 15m, 30m, 45m and 60m, at the same time. Based on the IL measured, examination was performed whether the data were satisfied or not with regulation for life noise.

        금속가공유 사용 근로자에서 발생한 과민성폐장염 1예

        서론: 과민성폐장염의 원인물질로 금속가공유는 외국의 경우 작업장의 집단발병 사례들을 중심으로 많은 보고가 되어 왔으나 우리나라에서는 아직 보고되지 않았으며,저 자들은 금속가공유에 1년간 노출된 근로자에서 발생한 과민성폐장염 1예를 발견하였기에 작업환경측정을 시행한 후 작업관련성을 평가하여 보고하는 바이다. 증례: 64세 남자 환자가 1년간 강관을 절단하는 작업을 한 후 호흡곤란을 주소로 내원하였다 노출력,임상적 소견 및 방사선학적 소견을 토대로 과민성폐장염으로 진단되었다. 작업환경 측정결과 공기 중 금속가공유,엔도 톡신,총 세균 및 곰팡이는 각각 0.531 mg/m³, 6.33 EU/m³ 100 CFU/m³ 및 75 CFU/m³이었고,금속가 공유 내 엔도톡신,총세균 및 곰팡이는 각각 1.5x10⁴EU/mL,4.6x10^(5) CFU/mL 및 1.8×10^(5) CFU/mL이었다. 고찰: 금속가공유 내의 원인항원에 대한 침강항체를 검사하지 못했으나,작업환경 측정결과 금속가공유가 일반적인 허용가능 수준 이상으로 오염되었으며,기존의 과민성폐장염 발생 사례들과 비슷한 수준 또는 그 이상으로 오염되어 있었다. 공기 중 금속가공유 농도 역사 NIOSH의 REL과 ACGIH의 NIC를 초과하고,기존의 사례들에 비해서도 대체적으로 높은 수준 이었다. 금속가공유 이외의 다른 원인에 대한 감별과 기존의 발생사례들과의 노출수준 비교를 통하여,저자들은 환자가 금속가공유에 의한 미생물 항원에 노출되어 과민성폐장염이 발생한 것으로 판단하였다. Introduction: There have been no reports of hypersensitivity pneumonitis caused by metal working fluids in Korea, despite their existence in other countries. Here, we report the first such case, along with an assessment of work-relatedness through exposure assessment. Case report: A 64-year old male patient visited the hospital with dyspnea after metal pipe cutting for about a year. He was diagnosed with hypersensitivity pneumonitis from the evidence of specific exposure history, clinical symptoms, and radiologic findings. The air exposure levels of the oil mist, endotoxin, total bacteria and fungus in the work environment was TWA(8-hr) 0.531 mg/m³, 6.33 EU/m³, 100 CFU/m₃ and 75 CFU/m³, respectively. The concentrations of the endotoxin, total bacteria and fungus within the metal working fluid was 1.5 X 10⁴EU/mL, 4.6 X 10^(5) CFU/mL and 1.8 X 10^(5) CFU/mL, respectively. Discussion: Although the patient did not receive a specific precipitating antibody test, the microbial concentration within the metal working fluid was higher than normal and similar to previous case reports, The oil mist level in the air exceeded the NIOSH REL and ACGIH NIC, and were similar or higher than previous cases. By excluding other causes of hypersensitivity pneumonitis, we concluded that the disease developed from exposure to microbial antigens in the metal working fluid.

      • 복막투석복막염 환자에서 발생한 창자벽공기증 1예

        Peritonitis is a serious problem in patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis. Rarely pneumatosis intestinalis can occur as a complication of this infectious process. Pneumatosis intestinalis is a potential life threatening condition with a challenging management. The mortality of peritoneal dialysis patients with pneumatosis intestinalis secondary to mesenteric ischemia is almost 100%. We describe a rare case of pneumatosis intestinalis in a peritoneal dialysis patient who developed Staphylococcus aureus peritonitis which was initially treated with appropriate antibiotics. Since initial response to therapy was not achieved, an abdominal computerized tomography was done which revealed a pneumatosis intestinalis. A laparotomy was performed and small bowel necrosis was seen. A segmented resection with ileostomy, jejunostomy was done. Though surgical treatment was performed, the patient died in 2 weeks after admission. Pneumocystitis intestinalis in peritoneal dialysis peritonitis is a uncommon complication which requires prompt evaluation to rule out mesenteric ischemia as it carries a high mortality and its management will be surgical.

        Two saturated and four unsaturated glycerol ethers : 3-hexadecyloxy-1, 2-propanediol (chimyl alcohol)(1), 3-octadecyloxy-1,2-proapnediol (bathyl alcohol)(2), 3-dodecenyloxy-1,2-propanediol(3), 3-tridecenyl-1,2-propanediol(4), 3-tetradecenyloxy-1,2-propanediol(5), 3-hexa-decenyloxy-1,2-propanediol(6) were isolated from marine mollusca Fusitriton oregonensis from Samchuck of the East cost of Korea. Their structure were identified from ^1H-, ^13C-NMR, FT-IR and GC-MS.
