      • 患者에서 分離한 腸內細菌(大腸菌)에 대한 血淸型 및 抗生劑 耐性傳達에 관한 硏究

        This study was undertaken the biochemical characteristics, serotyping and antibiotics susceptibility to 79 strans of Escherichia coli isolated from patient from march in 1993 to December in 1993. Of 79 isolates, thirty one isolates(39.2%) were idenfied by pathogenic E. coli immune sera producted by Denka Seiken. Among them, 9 isolates(11.4%) were 06, followed by 015 and 044(4 isolates, 12.9%), respectively. 018, 0114, 0119, 0125, 0146, 0153 and 0164 were identified 1 isolate(3.2%), repectively. Resistance rate of E. coli isolated from patients against 12 antibiotics were 86.1%(68 isolates). Of them, resistance rate against TC was 68.3%(54 isolates), AM 64.4%(51 isolates), CB 62.0%(49 isolates), NN and NA 8.9%(7 isolates) and PB 1.3%(1 isolate), respectively. Of 68 resistant isolates, 59 isolates(86.8%) were resistant to more than 2 drug, followed by 2 drugs-resistance pattern01 isolates, 16.2%), 3 drug and 6 drig resistance pattern(9 isolates, 13.2%). Of multipleresistance pattern, AM-CB-SM and AM-CB-SM-TE pattern were most frequent(5 isolates, 7.4%, respectively) and more than 10 drugs resistance pattern was 1 isolate. Of 68 resistant isolates, 42(61.8%) were transferred their resistance to recipient cell (E. coli ML1410Na^(r)), Of them, the most frequently multiple transferred drugs was 2 drugs(40.5%, 17isolates) and the most frequently multiple transferred pattren was AM-CB(23.8%. 10 isolates).

        연폭로 근로자들에서 적혈구 Pyrimidine 5'-Nucleotidase 활성도 및 요중 N-Acetyl-β-D-Glucosaminidase 활성도와의 상관관계 연구

        In this study, we measured the activity of the erythrocyte pyrimidin 5'-nuclectidase(P5N) and urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG) from 154 workers exposed to lead and 43 workers not exposed. We analyzed the correlation of the P5N activity and NAG activity with other biololgical exposure indices of lead such as blood lead(PbB) and zinc protoporphyrin(ZPP). The measurement was performed by using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), spectrophotometer and atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results are as follows : 1. The mean value of P5N activity for workers exposed to lead was 9.50±3.13 μmol uridine/hr/g Hb and 11.60±2.2 μmol uridine/hr/g Hb for workers not exposed. The P5N activity showed a normal distribution, but the other indices of lead showed logarithmic normal distributions. 2. The P5N activity and ZPP were decreased as PbB was increased. But the NAG activity had no correlation with changes of PbB. 3. The correlation coefficients of the P5N activity with other biological exposure indices of lead such as PbB, ZPP, NAG activity were -0.72, -0.55, and 0.05, respectively. We speculated that the P5N activity can be used as a reliable biological exposure index of lead but NAG activity can be used as a biological management index of lead.

      • 울금의 유효성분 분리, 정제 및 항암시험 연구

        Curcumin (CUR), activation material, is extracted, separated, and purified from Curcuma longa, other effective substances are extracted and separated to conduct anti-cancer test on effective substance among these substances. In particular, Curcumin is used as anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, and anti-cancer materials. Thus, to check for existence (non-existence) of cancer cells and morphological change, SK-HEP-1, which is adenocarcinoma cell line, was used on 6 well, and 30,000 cells and Chang cell, which is normal cell line, were also used. Curcumin among substances is subjected to processing so that its final concentration levelstands at 10M, 1 mM, and change in cell line was observed. Movement of target subject to observation is as follows, which are subject to verification and publication. A: Chang cell's normal cell, B: change in cell form after 24 hours after processing 10M curcumin onto Chang cell, C: SK-Hep-1 cell's normal cell,and D: growth andgrowth curtailing of cells subjected to 10M curcumin on SK-Hep-1 cell.

      • 시판 청량음료 시음 후의 마뇨산 배설에 관한 실험적 연구

        In this study, we measured the urinary excretion of the hippuric acid after ingestion of several kinds of common soft drinks. The urinary hippuric acid has been known as a sensitive and specific biomarker of toluene exposure in workplace. But it has not been known exactly that drinking some kinds of soft drinks can increase urinary hippuric acid significantly even in usual dosage. These phenomena surely can invoke problems in interpretation of urinary hippuric acid at the regular health check up of the workers exposed to toluene. We recruited 140 healthy volunteers(medical school students) and surveyed their diet history, medication, smoking and drinking habit before experiment. The persons who had eaten some kinds of food or drinks which were including benzoic acid were excluded and the rest 122 were divided into 2 groups. The Experimental group(n=88) drank the soft drinks which contained benzoic acid, and the control group(n=34) drank the soft drinks which contained not. We checked the excretion of urinary hippuric acid in 1.5hr and 3hr after ingestion of the drinks in each group. The measurement of urinary hippuric acid was performed by using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The results were as follows: 1. The mean age(year) was 23.3±1.4 in experimental group, and 23.5±2.4 in control group; the number of female was 13(14.8%) and 4(11.8%) in each group. 2. The geometric mean of urinary hippuric acid before drinking soft drinks was 0.24, and 0.21g/l in experimental and control group(p=0.426). In 1.5 hour after ingestion of the drinks, the geometric mean increased 1.14g/l in experimental group, and 0.17g/l in control group, which was significantly different after adjusting the urinary hippuric acid before drinking(p<0.01). By addition some other covariates(sex, smoking in amount) in the model, the result was not changed(p<0.01). In 3.0 hour after ingestion, the geometric mean was 0.32 and 0.16g/l in each group, even the difference was much smaller than that of 1.5 hour after drinking, which was statistically different after adjusting the urinary hippuric acid of before drinking(p<0.01), sex and smoking additionally(p<0.01). 3. The mean increasement of urinary hippuric acid after 1.5 hour(Diff 1) after ingestion was 0.83 in experimental group, which was significantly different from that of control group(-0.06, p<0.01). Diff 2(the increasement after 3.0 hour) was also different from each other(p<0.01). 4. We used 7 different kinds of soft drinks in experimental group. The increasement after drinking them was different from 0.57 to 1.05g/l after 1.5 hour, from -0.08 to 0.08g/l after 3.0 hour, but statistically not significant in each other(p=0.146, p=0.849 in sequence). We concluded that the soft drinks which contain benzoic acid could increase the urinary hippuric acid excretion significantly, even over 1.0g/l without toluene exposure. It seems to be needed that check the diet and drink(at least 3.0 hour before collect the urine) history is essential in interpretation of urinary hippuric acid concentration.

      • 커스터마이징 프레임워크 Toolkit 개발

        프레임워크는 소프트웨어 구조를 재사용함에 있어서 소프트웨어 개선과 생산성 향상에 기여하여왔다. 프레임워크는 잘 정의된 클래스 중 연관성과 상호작용으로 템플리트가 프로그램을 작성하는 것을 말하며, 또한 애플리케이션 생성기로 프레임워크를 정의할 수 있다. 본 논문은 국내의 중소기업에서 PDM(Product Data Management) 프레임워크가 개발된 것을 애플리케이션 개발자가 새로운 애플리케이션을 개발한 NextPDM 프레임워크의 커스터마이즈를 통해 생성이 가능하도록 했다. 따라서 프레임워크는 새로운 PDM 애플리케이션을 개발하는데 있어서 시간과 노력을 줄일 수 있다. 프레임워크가 많은 클래스를 가지고 있지만, 잘 정제된 어떤 컴포넌트가 새로운 요구사항에 잘 부합되는지가 확인하기 쉽지 않다. 그러므로 편리하고 쉬운 재사용을 위해 고객의 요구에 맞는 프레임워크 재사용 환경이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 커스터마이즈 하는 프레임워크 툴 킷트을 개발하고, 재사용 프로세스를 다음과 같이 제안한다. (1) 프레임워크 자체를 이해하고, (2) 컴포넌트를 정제하고, (3) 관련되는 컴포넌트를 자동적으로 변경하고, 또한 (4) 애플리케이션을 형성하는 것이다. The Framework has considered a promising way to improve productivity by reusing the software architecture. Framework can be defined as a Well-defined template for working programs also called an application generator, since it consists of wired-in interactions among Well-defined classes. In this study, we have developed PDM (Product Data Management) Framework for small and medium-sized companies in Korea. It is possible for application developers to generate new applications by customizing our NextPDM Framework. The Framework is considered to reduce the time and efforts to develop new PDM application. However, it doesn‘t mean that Framework doesn’t require any efforts for reuse. Since our Framework has so many classes, it is not easy to identify what components to be refined to meet new requirements. For convenient and easy reuse, our clients required a Framework reuse environment. In this research, the Framework-customizing toolkit has been constructed. It helps the process of the Framework reuse to be systematic by supporting the following : (1) understanding the Framework itself, (2) refining the components, (3) changing the related components automatically, and (4) configuring the application.

      • 효율적인 Fuzzy 규칙 선택 메카니즘에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we study the fuzzy logic function that are represent a infinite multi-valued logic function. The infinite multi-valued logic function takes a truth value of proposition in fuzzy set of close interval[0,1]. Assuming that the Boolean function is the number system of modulus-2, the infinite multi-valued logic fouction is expanded the number system of modulus-M. Using the concept off the differential of extended Boolean function, we study of the properties and differentiations of fuzzy logic function, the structure of the function is analyzed. Finally, it shown that the proposed fuzzy logic function is an efficient rule selection method for fuzzy reasoning.

        연폭로자의 적혈구 Pyrimidine 5'-Nucleotidase (P5N) 활성도에 관한 연구

        In this study, we measured the activity of the erythrocyte pyrimidine 5'-nucleotidase(P5N) for 83 workers exposed to lead in their workplace, and analyzed the correlation of the activity with other biological exposure indices of lead. The measurement was performed by using a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a reverse phased ODS column. The results are as follows: 1) The correlation of the erythrocyte P5N activity with the concentration of blood lead(PbB) was shown to be statistically significant (r= -0.71, p=0.0001). 2) For a group of subjects whose PbB was less than 10 ㎍/㎗,the erythrocyte P5N activity was 14.9±1.5 ()mole uriding/h/g Hb. 3) For medical survellance, this study suggests the erythrocyte P5N activity of 12 ()mole uriding/h/g Hb is equivalent to 40㎍/㎗ of PbB 4) The correlation coefficients of the erythrocyte P5N activity with other biological exposure indices of lead such as PbB, ZPP, ALA-U, PBU, CP-U, ALAD, and log ALAD were -0.71, -0.64, -0.57, -0.51, -0.50, 0.46, and 0.64, respectively. 5) The correlation coefficients of the PbB with other biological exposure indices of lead for ALAD, P5N, ZPP, PBU, CP-U, and ALA-U were -0.76, -0.71, 0.68, 0.59, 0.42, and 0.41, respectively. The erythrocyte P5N activity can be used as a reliable biological exposure index of lead.

      • 소프트웨어 재사용 검색 시스템의 구현

        재사용 가능한 소프트웨어 부품들을 분류 검색하여 재사용하는 방법들이 많이 제안되어 있으나 이들의 부품들을 검색하여 재사용 하기에 쉬운 일은 아니다. 특히 객체를 기반으로 하는 소프트웨어 부품들이 대다수를 이루고 있기 때문에 객체에 대한 개념이 부족한 사용자 사용자들에게는 더욱 어려움이 있다. 객체를 기반으로 하는 소프트웨어 부품의 재사용은 개별 부품의 관리적 측면과 조합을 통해 소프트웨어 생산성을 극대화 한다. 즉 부품 기술의 분업화를 가능케 하며 "확장성과 재사용성" 관점에서 소프트웨어 개발환경의 혁신적인 변화와 사용자 측면에서 사용이 얼마나 간편하게 부품을 관리할 수 있는지에 대한 사용자 요구에 가장 가깝게 접근하여 소프트웨어를 개발할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 재사용 대상이 되는 기존의 부품들을 효율적으로 재사용 될 수 있어야 하고, 또한 사용자의 개발환경에 구애됨이 없이 부품을 검색 분류 저장할 수 있어야 하며, 사용자 요구에 따라 수정 및 합성이 가능하여야 한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 객체를 기반으로 하는 소프트웨어 개발에 있어서 최소한의 수 작업을 줄일 수 있는 방법으로 브라우징 기법을 적용하여 재사용 가능한 소프트웨어 부품들을 사용자가 분류 선택하여 요구하는 장소에 보다 쉽게 다양하게 저장할 수 있고 저장소에 있는 부품들을 보다 쉽게 검색하여 요구에 맞는 형태로 수정, 합성 및 재구축 할 수 있는 재사용 검색 시스템을 구현했다.

      • 버섯배지로부터 분리한 고온성 곰팡이의 RAPD-PCR 분석

        Seven strains of thermophilic fungi were isolated from high temperature composting process for Pleurotus ostreatus. These isolates were identified the genera Trichophyton (S-1) and Sepedonium (S-2, S-3, S-5, S-6, S-7 and S-10) by morphological characters. Genetic similarity analysis of RAPD-PCR method by using the random primers showed the highest similarity of 66.98% between S-5 and S-7. The similarity between S-6 and S-10 strains was about 57.12%_ S-1 and the rest of isolates had below 10% similarity, it was revealed scarcely identity each other. The similarity between strain S-2, 3 and S-5, 6, 7, 10 was about 21%. Thus these two groups were different in morphological characters and RAPD-RCR method.
