Today human needs for health promotion and maintenance are increasing. The nursing progression has a great responsibility for helping clients to practice good health behavior. self efficacy was found to be potent predictor in initiating and maintaining the health-related behavior. Therefore, the concept is important in nursig intervention for change of health behavior. The purpose of this paper was to analyze and clarify the meaning of the concept, self efficacy. This study used Walder & Avant's process of concept analysis. Critical attributes of self efficacy were : 1) positive perception of his won capability; 2) intrapersonal strength; 3) possibility of being learned; 4) individuality; 5) specificity; 6) generalizability. Antecedents of self efficacy consist of those facts that 1) new situation occurs; 2) individuals have needs to change the new situation; 3) there are some required actions in new situation. Consequences occurring as a result of self efficacy consist of those facts that 1) individual initiates the of failure; 5) cope with the situation; 6) controls the situation; 7) the level of self efficacy is enhanced; 8) the level of self-esteem is enhanced.

This study is on the woman's underpants of the Early Chosun Dynasty. The exhumed clothing means the type of clothing that was found with the body Inside the coffin after tomb was exhumed.<br/> They were the woman's three legged underpants(Saegarangl Bajl) of the Early Chosun Dynasty. They were the exhumed clothings that Honggaegang's tomb( 1450), Goeun's tomb( 1479-1572), Jungeungdu's tomb(1508-1572), Buekjin Lee's tomb(?-1585) were exhumed.<br/> The character of three legged underpants(Saegarangi Bajl) were a kind of winter clothing. They were constructed by a three legged underpants. The part of short leg that contacted with the right long leg puts in opening a left long leg or puts on opening a left long leg. They are highly skilled in the Early Chosun Dynasty.<br/>

Resources sharing is one of the most important topies in the library and information scene today. Though it started out with economic necessity it now turned out to be an indespensable method of providing the information users with maximum level of service in the library and information works. In this paper some major resources sharing systems now in practice in the United States and in England, were reviewed and compared to find out the pre-requisites for successful library cooperation and information networks. In the last part, were made two level recommendations for developing resources sharing activities in Korea. At lower regional level, (1) the library cooperatives should be organized among the institutions with compatible resources of similar sized: (2) Geographic vicinity among the member librareis should be considered. (3) There should be a properly organized operating body with autonomous operating fund assured. (4) A cooperative must start with small and easy taskes with visible results. At the national level the need for the national bibliographic center is emphasized. It is to coordinate all the information activities within the country and to represent the nation in the international resources sharing system. The two way efforts, one upward from grass-root level and another downward from national level should meet to fill the gap now existing and to develop an effective overall resources sharing systems both doestically and internationally.

임신중 뇌동맥류의 외과적 치료 : 증례보고 A Case Report

A multiparous 28-year-old woman, suffering ruptured intracranial aneurysm during pregnancy is presented. Clipping of the aneurysm was performed in 32 weeks of gestational age. Three weeks after operation, she delivered vaginally without complication. Delivery may be managed according to obstetrical indication following surgical correction of the aneurysm. The authors reviewed the literature, and discussed the neurosurgical and obstetric management of such patients.

Special grants from State University of New York Central, and Governor's Office of Employee Relations of New York State Laber Management Child Care Advisory Committee (Civil Service Employees Association, Public Employees Federation, United University Professions, Council 82, and Management Confidential) provide additional support for continued operation. What is to say, it is the best way for the prevention of backpain that one lives a life always keeping a straight posture precisely, in case of picking up even a piece of paper, one should makes one's body close to the knees as much as possible on the bended nees, instead of bending waist, and then stretches oneself and raises up the kness again keeping still a good posture. In shout, the preventive meascrres for backpain disturbance are summarized as follows : 1. Make a balanced actionity 2. Keep healty weight control 3. Understand the function of the backbone 4. This study was carried out to easily cope with a reduction of time and accuracy on the pattern making, automatizaion o f process, and modificatory operation of pattern design as autograding it by 44, 55, 66, 77 snf 88 on the basis of such a basic pattern, after develop-ed the program of basic battern making of bodies for women in twenties by using personal computer which is generalized in these days. The reslts are as follos 1. This study could develop the program also for auto-ma-king of complicate pattern line, because of programming of pattern line modified and base dot necessary for the basic pattern making. 2. A pattern fitted to their own body pattern can be made as carring out the program by inputting a body item(posterior waist length, posterior shoulder width, across back widteh, BNP to bust point, and nipples'breadth) that is necessary for the pattern making.
