배달 주문 어플리케이션의 선택 속성이 고객만족 및 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향

[연구목적] 스마트폰 보급 및 확산과 더불어 모바일 어플리케이션 시장은 급격하게 성장을 하고 있다. 특히, 배달 음식이 활성화되기에 적합한 한국 외식 문화와 각종 서비스를 제공하는 배달 주문 어플리케이션의 주요 특징의 결합은 배달 주문 어플리케이션의 시장확장으로 이어졌다. 이에 본 연구는 배달 주문 어플리케이션의 선택 속성(경제성, 편리성, 정보성, 보안성, 평판)과 고객만족의 영향 관계를 연구하여 배달 주문 어플리케이션을 사용하는 소비자의 재구매 의도 형성 과정을 포괄적으로 파악하고 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. [연구방법] 본 연구는 기존에 수행되었던 연구들을 충분히 검토하였고 최종적으로 6개의 가설을 도출하였다. 연구를 위해, 배달 주문 어플리케이션(배달의 민족, 요기요, 배달통)을 이용해 본 전국에 거주하는 소비자 430명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 수집된 자료에 대해 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토하였고, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. [연구결과] 연구 결과, 배달 주문 어플리케이션 선택 속성 중 경제성, 편리성, 정보성, 평판이 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 선택 속성 중 보안성은 기각이 되었다. 그리고 고객만족은 재구매 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그뿐만 아니라, 고객만족은 매개효과를 가지고 있었으며, 인구통계학적 요인(연령)은 변수들 간의 영향 관계에서 조절 효과를 가지고 있었다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구에서는 기존 소셜커머스 관련 연구에서 입증되어 온 선택 속성 요인을 배달 주문 어플리케이션 시장까지 확장하여 연구하고 실증함으로써 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공하였다. [Purpose] Along with the spread of smart phones, the mobile application market is growing rapidly. In particular, the combination of the Korean dining culture suitable for activating delivery food and the main characteristics delivery order applications that provide various services led to the market expansion of the delivery order application. Therefore, this study comprehensively understands the process of forming the repurchase intention of consumers who use the delivery order application by studying the relationship between the selection attributes(economic, convenience, information, security, reputation) and customer satisfaction of the delivery order application. [Methodology] For the study, a survey was conducted on 430 consumers residing across the country using delivery order applications. [Findings] As the result of the study, the selection attribute(economic, convenience, information, reputation) has a positive influence to customer satisfaction, while security of selection attribute was rejected. The customer satisfaction has a positive influence to repurchase intention. In addition, customer satisfaction had a mediating effect and demographic factors(age) had moderating effect among the influence relationships between variables. [Implications] In this study, we provide theoretical and practical implications by studying and demonstrating selection attribute factors that have been demonstrated in existing social commerce-related studies by extending them to the delivery order application market.

월드컵 소재 TV 광고의 커뮤니케이션효과 : 2006 독일월드컵의 경우

With the current negative vrew on TV commercials based on World Cup, this studv aimed at discussing how the effects of TV commercials based on 2006 Germany World Cup were different by commercial tvpcs in order to present a strategic direction for the future commercials based on World Cup. For this purpose, TV commercials implemented from April through June 2006 were analyzed and categorized into four types: two commercials which most represented each type were selected and then reconstructed into experimental commercials, with all elements reminded of brand name or brand removed, and the primary and secondarv surveys were conducted with 250 and 114 people, respectively. As a result, the communication effects by appeal types were all significantly different in terms of commercial awareness, brand awareness, commercial preference, and brand preference. Results suggested that all the TV commercials based on World Cup have not positive effects on companies; companies should first be aware that consumers can make different responses according to commercial appeal types to maximize communication effects of commercials.

정신질환자 가족의 가족기능에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to provide practical basic data for the preparation of a family-centered nursing strategy which can re-coordinate family functioning at a time of crisis. The people in the study-parents, spouses or children of the psychiatric patients who have been treated in or out of hospital-were identified according to general characteristics, and to the functioning and strength of their families. The subjects of this study were selected by sampling 206 persons, apart from 34 persons who were difficult to analyse, among 240 persons who were selected by the random sampling method with the subjects of the families of the patients who were treated outside or in a hospital as the patients of the psychiatric treatment department of C University Hospital, from July 2 to August 20 in 1990. As a research instrument, to measure the family functioning, I used the Feetham Family Functioning Survey (FFFS) developed by Feetham and Roberts and the family strength questionnaire developed by Olson, Larson, and McCubbin. As a method for data collection, I used the questionnaire investigation method through individual interviews with the psychiatric patients' family. For data analysis, I sought frequencies and percentages for each question item on the general characteristics of the family, and sought a range, the mean, and the standard deviation of the family functioning. On the family strength, I sought the mean and the standard deviation, and I investigated the relationship between the general characteristics and the family strength. For the practical level, the satisfaction level of the family functioning, I used the ANOVA. To understand the relationship between the practical level, expectancy level, significant level, and the satisfaction level of the family functioning and the family strength, I used Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The family functioning actual score of the psychiatric patients' families ranged from 36 to 122, and the mean score was 79.92. The family functioning expectancy score ranged from 54 to 129, and the mean score was 98.50. The family functioning significance score ranged from 55 to 136, and the mean score was 105.60. The family functioning satisfaction score ranged from 2 to 71, and the mean score was 27.24. 2. The relationship between the general characteristics of the psychiatric patients' families and the family functioning actual level showed a statistically significant difference in terms of the relationship, with the patient (F=6.59, P<0.001), level of education (F=7.44, P<0.001), vocation (F=2.99, P<0.05), and monthly income of the family (F=10.05, P<0.001). 3. The realtionship between the general characteristics of the psychiatric patients' families and the family functioning satisfaction degree did not show a significant difference. 4. In the correlationship of the actual level, expectancy level, significant level, and satisfaction level on the performance of the total family functioning of the psychiatric patients' families, apart from the fact that there is a negative correlationship between the actual level and satisfaction level(r=-.5161,P<0.001),the relationships between the actual level and expectancy level (r=.5904, P<0.001), the actual level and significance level (r=.4113, P<0.001), the expectancy level and the significance level (r=.8205, P<0.001), the expectancy level and satisfaction level (r=.1858, P<0.01), and the significance level and satisfaction level (r=.2643, P<0.001) all showed a positive correlationship. 5. The family strength score of the psychiatric patients' families showed the mean score 3.36. 6. The relationship between general characteristics and the family strength showed a statistically significant difference in terms of the relationship with the patient (F=2.78, P<0.05), level of education (F=12.50, P<0.001), monthly income of the family (F=7.62 , P<0.001). 7. The relationship between family functioning and family strength showed a positive correlationship (r=.4607, P<0.001).

팜유와 대두유가 유과 바탕의 품질과 저장성에 미치는 영향

The shelf0life of Yugwa(Busuge)is very short because of the low oxidative stability of soybean oil which is conventionally used as the frying oil of Yugwa base with porous structures. To identify the possibility of replacing soybean oil with palm oil whose oxidative stability is high. POV(peroxide value). AV(acid value), colorness(L, a and b), hardness and sensory characteristics during storage of the Yugwa base fried with the soybean oil and palm oil stored in the anaerobic packaging or the aerobic packaging at 10 and 30℃ for 75 days were measured. POV and AV of the Yugwa base fried with palm oil were significantly lower than those of Yugwa fried with the soybean oil. Hardness and colorness were not different each other and, sensory evaluation was slightly higher than that fried with soybean oil. Lipid absorption amount was not significantly different between the Yugwa base fried with palm oil and the one fried with soybean oil.

정신지체아 어머니의 부담감과 사회적지지, 가족기능에 관한연구

This Study attempted to identify the level of subjective burden, social support, and family functioning in mothers of children who are mentally handicapped, and to determine whether social support and family strength is an effective strategy for subjective burden relief in these mothers. The instruments used for this study were The Personal Resource Questionnaire (PRQ Part II) developed by Brandt and Weinert, and a modified Subjective Burden Scale based on Montgomery. The subjects for the study were 67 mothers of children who are mentally handicapped, being educated at two Special Schools for handicapped children in Taejon. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS program, and the data were tested using means, frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. The result of this study was as follows ; 1. The mean score of subjective burden, for the mothers of the mentally handicapped children, as measured by the Questionnaire, was 49.2 of a possible total of 75. 2. The mean score of perceived social support, for the mothers of the mentally handicapped children, as measured by the Questionnaire was 86.5 of a possible total of 125. 3. The mean score of the family functioning actual, for the mothers of the mentally handicapped children, as measured by the Questionnaire, was 82.1 of a possible total of 147. 4. The mean score of the family strength for the mothers of the mentally handicapped children, as measured by the Questionnaire was 3.56 of a possible total of 5. 5. The correlation coefficient of subjective burden and family strength was statistically significant (r=.3700, p=0.001). The correlation coefficient of social support and family strength was statistically significant (r=.4843, p = 0.0000). In conclusion, family strength and social support is considered a factor in the relief of subjective burden. Therefore in order to give supportive nursing care to these mothers and to increase their subjective burden helps them to have a better quality of life, nurse's should identify and understand the subjective burden of mothers of children who are mentally handicapped.

보드만의 서술적 접근 학습 방법에 관한 연구

Based on musical concepts acquired through prestudying by students, music teaching leads to the learning and growth of music by expressing and studying of ideas and feelings of musical knowledge and growth deepened and enriched by now learning. As significant standpoints contemporary music education, the musical concepts which give an insight for musical structure are the main contents of the 7th revised Elementary Music Curriculum in National Standards. Even though children react to music intuitively, their reaction depends on understanding of music and acquiring of music concepts. These concepts enable learners to be transferred from the known or unknown to the newly known, generalizing and broadening their knowledge and comprehension of music. Unlike other skills, musical concepts are not learned directly. When children experience them personally by interaction that is affected by topics and those concepts through meaningful activities, they are acquired and learned more efficiently. Therefore, to make musical activities meaningful, listening activities that which can draw musical reaction should be preceded. Thus, this thesis is directed to the reference research on Boardman's descriptive learning which draws musicality and creativity by providing sensible and listening ability and methods that help you understand the concepts through music. In addition it is also directed to the methods that can be applied to practical leaning. Boardman's methods of Descriptive Approach Learning is based on Bruner's Modes of Knowledge Representation, which can design musical growth through the method of representation of thoughts feelings, ideas. Based on the theoretical methods stated above, this thesis analyzed the music textbooks for third, fourth, fifth and sixth graders and divided teaching into three description area describing with movement, visual and verbal images. Each area representation. The strategy was organized in order to be applied to the development of learning of musical behavior in every musical activity in real lessons as either a major activity or a minor one. Moreover, it can possible function as a alternative for music appreciation classes and also show new directions of music teaching by materializing unified link between performance and creation learning activities. It is recommended that more specific and practical methods on Boardman's Generative Approach to Music Learning be researched and accepted, which will generate another succeeding research on unified learning method linked to describing, performing and creating.

숙명여자대학교 문신미술관 리브랜딩 프로젝트 -마케팅전략을 통한 디자인 문제점 해결을 중심으로-

본 연구는 한국의 뿌리, 동양의 미의식을 동시에 지닌 숙명문화원의 가치를 끌어올리기 위해 ‘브랜드, 디자인, 마케팅’을 융합된 시점에서 바라보고 그래픽, 제품, 공간의 통합 및 구축하는 일련의 프로세스를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구 시간적 범위는 2017년 3월~6월까지 조사대상은 브랜딩이 미흡한 숙 명문화원의 문신미술관, 숙명박물관, 숙명역사박물관, 정영양자수박물관으로 한정한다. 그 결과, 디자인과 마케팅의 융합된 측면에서 도출된 브랜드스토리인 ‘문신의 작은 우주’는 조각가 문신의 가치관과 정체성을 유지하면서 지역사회와 소통하는 미술관으로서 포지셔닝 되었다. 또한, 문신미술관은 디자인과 마케팅 측면을 융합하여 로고, 사인물, 에코백, 머그컵 및 전시기획 등에 이르기까지 일관성과 객관성, 스토리성을 띄었다. 끝으로 본 연구는 문신미술관의 디자인과 마케팅을 융합하여 좀 더 체계화된 G·I, P·I, S·I의 통합 브랜드 매뉴얼을 만든 것에 의의가 있다

한천, Sodium Alginate 및 Carrageenan첨가가 유과(부수게)바탕의 품질에 미치는 영향

This study was to evaluate effects of agar, sodium alginate and carrageenan on quality of Yugwa(Busuge) base. In the base preparation agar, sodium alginate and carrageenan were added 0.0, 0.1, 0.5, 1.0 and 3.0%(w/w), respectively. Volume, shape, hardness. color(L, a and b value), crude lipid content and sensory evaluation(taste and crispness) of the Yugwa base was measured. Volume of the base was higher than control in case of 0.1~0.5%(w/w) agar, sodium alginate and carrageenan, of which sodium alginate was the highest. Shapes were similar to control. Hardness and crude lipid content was decreased proportional to amount of addition of the three seesweed polysaccharides. the whiteness(L-value) was increased but the yellowness(a-value) and the redness(bvalue) decreased. Taste and crispness were increased in the case of 0.1~1.0%(w/w) of sodium alginate, but agar and carrageenan decreased.

신라대학교 주변 백양산의 동물상

To study fauna of Silla University located in Mt. Baek-yang, we conducted six surveys from 29 May 2011 to 28 April 2012. We found five phyla 41 orders 197 species of animals inhabiting in this area: four phyla 27 orders 163 species of invertebrates and in vertebrates one order six species of fishes, three orders nine species of amphibians and reptiles, six orders 14 species of aves, and four orders five species of mammals. Of these species, some Korean endemic species were included: a fish of Rhodeus uyekii in a pond near main gate of this university, a frog of Rana coreana in a creek near a dormitory, and a rabbit of Lepus coreanus and a water deer of Hydropotes inermis in a grass region near a main stadium. A kind of hawk, Falco tinnunculus as a natural monument (animal) of no. 323-8, was observed on a building of medical and life science. A blue frog of Hyla japonica as a variation was found near a spring resort. Therefore, this area is considered an ecologically important area having a high animal diversity.
