Intestinal epithelial cell (IEC) apoptosis induced by hypoxia compromise intestinal epithelium barrier function. Both Akt and Hsp90 have cytoprotective function. However, the specific role of Akt and Hsp90β in IEC apoptosis induced by hypoxia has not been explored. We confirmed that hypoxia-induced apoptosis was reduced by Hsp90β overexpression but enhanced by decreasing Hsp90β expression. Hsp90β overexpression enhanced BAD phosphorylation and thus reduced mitochondrial release of cytochrome C. Reducing Hsp90β expression had opposite effects. The protective effect of Hsp90β against apoptosis was negated by LY294002, an Akt inhibitor. Further study showed that Akt phosphorylation was enhanced by Hsp90β, which was not due to the activation of upstream PI3K and PDK1 but because of stabilization of pAkt via direct interaction between Hsp90β and pAkt. These results demonstrate that Hsp90β may play a significant role in protecting IECs from hypoxia-induced apoptosis via stabilizing pAkt to phosphorylate BAD and reduce cytochrome C release. 회사범죄는 중국 단위(單位)범죄의 중대한 유형으로 실무에서 가장 흔하게 볼 수 있는 단위범죄의 형식이다. 회사범죄에 대한 정의는 회사주체, 회사의지와 범죄행위 3가지 기본요소를 포함하여야 한다. 또한 고의와 과실 두 가지 죄과(罪過)형식도 포함하여야 한다. 회사가 범죄를 성립하는데 있어서는 자연인 범죄와는 다른 성립조건이 있어야 한다. 회사범죄의 귀책근거를 확립하여 회사의 독립적인 범죄주체의 지위를 중시하며 회사제도 등에서 회사범죄의 특징적인 요인 및 형벌목적을 구현하는 데서 출발하여 회사범죄 귀책근거의 정당성과 합리성을 고찰해야 한다. 일부 고의범죄의 법정범죄 종류 외에 회사도 과실 범죄와 일부 자연범죄의 종류를 실시할 수 있는데 회사과실범죄는 업무과실과 감독관리과실 두 가지 형식을 지닌다. 회사범죄의 책임자에 대한 판단은 신분 특징과 행위특징 두 가진 측면을 근거로 하여야 하며 또한 다른 죄과형식과 회사제도를 고려하여야 한다. 단지 한 사람의 자연인을 주주로 하는 1인 회사가 실시한 범죄행위는 회사범죄가 아닌 자연인 범죄를 성립하여야 한다. 민법의 법인인격 부인제도를 이용하여 1인의 회사범죄 주체자격을 부인하는 것은 부적절하며 응당 형법 중의 회사범죄 성립조건으로 그 자격을 부인하여야 한다. 한 명의 자연인 주주인 1인회사는 “회사 의지 지배 하에서 실시한 범죄행위”라는 이 조건에 부합하지 않기 때문이다. The corporation crime is an important and common type of the unit crime in China. The concept of corporation crime should include the corporation subject,the corporation will and the corporation action. And the concept should include intentional crime and negligent crime. How can a corporation`s action can be judged as a crime that depends on the 30 article in criminal law of China and the details about different charges. The theory basis of the corporation`s criminal responsibility should regard corporation as a relatively independent subject. In additions, different company systems and the expected aim of penalty for company crime are also the essential elements should be considered. The corporation can commit both intentional crimes and negligent crimes. And the latter include the vocational negligence and the supervision management negligence. What kind of natural person should take criminal responsibility of their corporation`s crime actions? That depends on the natural person`s status trait and action trait. The intentional crime and negligence crime, corporations of different forms also have different natural persons to take criminal responsibility. According to Chinese Company Law, one-man corporation is a kind of new corporation form according to Chinese Company law. If the one-man corporation which has only a natural stockholder commit a crime, the stockholder should take the criminal responsibility instead of The one-man corporation`s crime act is the natural stockholder`s crime act actually.

An efficient process for the synthesis of N-azaaryl anilines via Smiles rearrangement as a tool. A variety of Nazaaryl anilines were generated by the reaction of substituted phenols, substituted anilines, aminopyridines and chloroacetyl chloride or pyridols, under base condition in good to excellent yields.

The TiN–MnS complex inclusions in Al-killed titanium alloyed interstitial free steel were extracted from the slabs using anelectrolytic aqueous solution method. Scanning electron microscopy with energy spectroscopy analysis and an automaticscanning electron microscope were employed to analyze the size and distribution of TiN–MnS inclusions in the thicknessdirection of the slab. It was found that TiN–MnS complex inclusions were primarily concentrated in the 1/4 thickness directionfrom the inner and outer surfaces, and the size of the complex inclusions in the slab center was approximately 8 μm.TiN began to precipitate when the solidification rate reached 0.646–0.680 in the δ phase, and MnS would appear in the γphase when the solidification rate exceeded 0.450 through thermodynamic analysis. Also, the formation mechanism of thecomplex TiN–MnS was investigated under a crystal structure during solidification.
A Novel Set-valued Observer Based State Estimation Algorithm for Nonlinear Systems

This study considers the state estimation problem for nonlinear models with unknown but bounded noises. A zonotopic set-valued observer based state estimation algorithm is proposed, and the unknown noise term is wrapped in a zonotope during each recursive step. The second-order polynomial Stirling interpolation improves the linearization accuracy and reduces the calculation amount. The method that combines sequence updating and tightening strips reduces the accumulation of errors and improves the estimation accuracy. Finally, the simulations on the Van der Pol nonlinear model and spring-mass-damper nonlinear model can visually illustrate the feasible parameter set variation process and motion trail of the zonotope, which demonstrates the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed algorithm.

A practical single photon source for fiber-based quantum information processing is still lacking. As a possible 1.55-µm quantum-dot single photon source, an InGaAsP/InP-air-aperture micropillar cavity is investigated in terms of fabrication tolerance. By properly modeling the processing uncertainty in layer thickness, layer diameter, surface roughness and the cavity shape distortion, the fabrication imperfection effects on the cavity quality are simulated using a finite-difference time-domain method. It turns out that, the cavity quality is not significantly changing with the processing precision, indicating the robustness against the imperfection of the fabrication processing. Under thickness error of ±2 nm, diameter uncertainty of ±2%, surface roughness of ±2.5 nm, and sidewall inclination of 0.5°, which are all readily available in current material and device fabrication techniques, the cavity quality remains good enough to form highly efficient and coherent 1.55-µm single photon sources. It is thus implied that a quantum dot contained InGaAsP/InP-air-aperture micropillar cavity is prospectively a practical candidate for single photon sources applied in a fiber-based quantum information network.

Following a loss of coolant accident (LOCA), prestressing concrete containment vessels (PCCVs) may experience high thermal load as well as internal pressure. The high temperature stress would increase the risk of premature damage to the containment, which reduces the safety margin during the increasing internal pressure. However, current investigations cannot clearly address the issues of thermal-pressure coupling effect on damage propagation and thus safety of the containment. Thus, this paper offers three simple and powerful damage parameters to differentiate the severity of damage of the containment. Moreover, despite of the temperature action severely threatening the pressure performance of the containment, the research regarding the improvement of the resistant performance of the containment is quite scarce. Therefore, in this paper, a comprehensive comparison of damage propagation and mechanism between conventional and fiber-reinforced concrete (FRC) containments is performed. The effects of fiber characteristics parameters on damage propagation of structures following the LOCA are also specifically revealed. It is found that the proposed damage indices can properly indicate state of damage in the containment body and the addition of fiber can be used to obviously mitigate the damage propagation in PCCV considering the thermal-pressure coupling.
Mechanical Properties and Damage Characteristics of Coal-Rock Combination with Different Dip Angles

The effect of the dip angle of an interlayer coal seam on rock mass mechanical behavior and damage characteristics is seldom discussed. To address the lack of the existing research, a numerical simulation was conducted using the Particle Flow Code (PFC2D), and its damage to mechanical behavior, acoustic emission (AE) characteristics, and damage characteristics were analyzed. The outcomes exhibit the peak strength and elastic modulus of coal-rock combinations are between that of rock and coal. As the coal inclination angle rises, the elastic modulus and peak strength gradually decrease. AE model experiences the initial growth period, stable growth period, and rapid decline period. The value of AE hits and the generation of the AE signal is affected by the size of the inclination angle. The degree of damage to the coal-rock combination gradually rises as the angle rises. The damage process of the coal and rock composite sample encompasses an initial damage phase, damage stable evolution phase, accelerated damage phase, and a failure phase. The damage values of the stable evolution stage for varying dip angle models are also different. As the inclination angle increases, the damage value gradually increases, while the strain at the same damage value gradually decreases.
