A Hybrid Stock Selection Model Based on Forecasting, Classification and Feature Selection
Shiliang Zhang,Tingcheng Chang 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of u- and e- Service, Scienc Vol.9 No.6
The basic aim of this paper is to provide a model to explain stock performance paramount level. To reach this purpose, this research proposes that rough set theory (RS), allied with the use of Grey Prediction, Semi-Supervised Graph Regularized Non-negative Matrix Factorization (SGNMF), K-means and Grey Relation, can out-perform the more standard approaches that are employed in economics. This study focuses on stock to select the optimal stock portfolio out applying the financial statement datum from the New Taiwan Economy database (TEJ). Firstly, this study collects relative financial ratio datum as the conditional attributes selection and then uses GM(1,1) for forecasting, SGNMF for choosing the more important conditional attributes, and rough set for figuring the best portfolio out. Finally, the Grey relational analysis is used to reduce the investment risk for fund allocation. This study will demonstrate that rough sets model is applicable to stock portfolio. The empirical result in Taiwan: During five years (2009-2013), the average annual rate of return was 20.41%, the accumulated rate of return for 9 quarter was 61.22%. The portfolio determined by the model is a promising alternative to the conventional methods for economic and financial prediction..

Objective_The pathogenesis of depression is not fully understood yet, but studies have suggested higher circulating C reactive protein (CRP) level might relate to depression occurrence. However, due to high variability of patients’ individual condition, the results to date are inconsistent. Considering CRP single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) could also regulate plasma CRP levels, in the present study, we hypothesized that inherited CRP allelic variations may co-vary with depressive symptomatology. Methods_We recruited 60 depression patients with family depression history and 60 healthy control volunteers into this project. We detected circulation CRP level as well as genome CRP SNPs from participants of this project. Results_We have found a significantly higher circulating CRP level in patients with a positive family history. Furthermore, we also identified some certain inherited CRP SNPs (A allele in rs1417938 and C allele in rs1205) could up regulate serum CRP level and distributed more in depression patients with family history. Conclusion_Our finding may raise new evidence that genetically increased serum CRP level through SNPs variation is likely to induce family inherited depression.

Hot-pressed Si3N4 ceramic is a kind of high-performance ceramic material, which is widely used in national defense, aerospace, and other professional fields. Aiming at the problem of poor surface quality of Si3N4 ceramic material, the paper carried out a simulation study on the removal mechanism of Si3N4 ceramic by rotary ultrasonic grinding. The study provides a theoretical basis for improving the surface quality and processing efficiency of hot-pressed Si3N4 ceramics. Combined with dynamic simulation software to complete single abrasive and double abrasive rotary ultrasonic grinding simulation. Material removal and surface crack propagation in single and double abrasive grains rotary ultrasonic grinding of Si3N4 ceramic were analyzed by crack propagation theory. The grinding force of Si3N4 ceramics with different ultrasonic amplitude and grinding depth and the local stress change at the time of crack generation with different ultrasonic amplitude were compared and analyzed. Complete single abrasive and double abrasive rotary ultrasonic scratch test. The grinding force and surface crack generation obtained by rotary ultrasonic scratch test and rotary ultrasonic grinding simulation were analyzed. The maximum error of the simulation results of single-grain and double-grain rotary ultrasonic grinding is 12.8% and 14.7% respectively. The surface crack of the scratch test workpiece is consistent with the simulation results.

In this paper, describe the fabrication of high strength punch molds that can be applied to ultra-high strength sheet materials after processing. A method for improving the strength of the punching die by additive manufacturing (AM) of a high strength powder material using a metal 3D printer was proposed. Furthermore, a semi-additive technique was proposed to increase the punch strength through partial AM of specific parts of the punch that require high strength. A preprocessing process for predicting the semi-additive shape for the punch function portion is proposed for application of the AM technology of a metal 3D printer to this semi-additive technique. The preprocessing for determining the semi-additive shape consists of the predicting step of the punch strength based on the shear process of the sheet material, analyzing step the stress distribution of the punch, defining step the semi-additive range, designing step the semi-additive shape, and verifying step the additive interface strength. Based on this simulation, the range of shapes for the semi-additive was 1.21 mm and 2.62 mm for sheet material CP1180 and 1.3 mm and 3.2 mm for sheet material 22MnB5. The shape and range determined in the simulation process defines a semi-additive area (volume) for the 3D printing AM technique using a high-strength powder material, and a semi-additive punch was manufactured according to the defined area. The semi-additive punch (HWS powder material) fabricated in this study was performed a durability test for validity verification in the piercing process of high-strength sheet material (CR980). This validation test compared the state of the punch after 1000 piercing processes with a typical cold piercing punch (SKD11 solid material). From this test, the feasibility of the semi-additive punch was confirmed by showing a similar state of scratches and abrasion from the two punches. The simulation analysis processor for the additive shape and the additive range prediction for the semi-additive punch manufacturing presented in this paper can be useful for the additive manufacture of cutting and trimming punch mold.

Purpose: To report a case of combined laparoscopic and carbon dioxide partial cystectomy and foreign body removal and to review the existing literature on the topic. Materials and Methods: A 43-year-old Asian woman was found to have an intrauterine device embedded in the bladder wall during evaluation for chronic pelvic pain and urinary tract infection. She underwent cystoscopic-laparoscopic partial cystectomy, with an uncomplicated postoperative course. She had normal renal function during the follow-up period. This case demonstrates the possibility and safety of performing cystoscopic-laparoscopic partial cystectomy for the removal of a partially implanted intravesical foreign body. Results: The patient recovered without incident and was discharged 7 days after surgery. No abnormalities were noted in the urine output or renal function in the postoperative follow-up period. No complications due to retrograde flow of carbon dioxide up the ureters or air embolism were noted during the procedure or postoperatively. Conclusions: The combination of laparoscopy and air cystoscopy has been shown to be an optimal method for retracting foreign bodies embedded in the bladder wall. Also, air cystoscopy can be used to give doctors a better view in cases in which vision is compromised under water-contrast cystoscopy.

Hysteresis effects in self-luminous devices like organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) and perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) have been discovered recently, besides emerging in thin film transistors (TFTs). However, the influences of lateral leakage caused by next-door devices on hysteresis effects in flexible OLEDs array have rarely been demonstrated. To mitigate the impact of lateral leakage and figure out the detailed relationship with hysteresis effects, a series of experiments for OLEDs array involving p-doping in holes transport layer (HTL) were employed. It is found that the lateral leakage and hysteresis effects have a trade-off exhibition, which means stronger lateral leakage has induced weaker hysteresis effects. In order to get rid of the role of lateral leakage, the experiments with mono blue devices were also performed to substantiate the intrinsic hysteresis effects existence. The research opens the possibility of considering more internal relationships between different performances on self-luminous arrays for their actual application.

Background: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play an essential role in biological processes. However, the expression patterns of lncRNAs that regulate the non-Mendelian inheritance feather phenotypes remain unknown. Objective: This study aimed to compare the expression profiles of lncRNAs in the follicles of the late-feathering cocks (LC) and late-feathering hens (LH) that followed genetic rules and the early-feathering hen (EH) and early-feathering cock (EC) that did not conform to the genetic laws. Methods: We performed RNA sequencing and investigated the differentially expressed lncRNAs (DElncRNAs) between the early- and late-feathering chickens, which function by cis-acting or participate in the competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network. Results: A total of 53 upregulated and 43 downregulated lncRNAs were identified in EC vs. LC, and 58 upregulated and 109 downregulated lncRNAs were identified in EH vs. LH. The target mRNAs regulated by lncRNAs in cis were enriched in the pentose phosphate pathway, TGF-β signaling pathway and Jak-STAT signaling pathway in EC vs. LC and were associated with the TGF-β signaling pathway, Wnt signaling pathway, p53 signaling pathway and Jak-STAT signaling pathway in EH vs. LH. In addition, the lncRNA-mediated ceRNA regulatory pathways of hair follicle formation were mainly enriched in the TGF-β signaling pathway, Wnt signaling pathway, melanogenesis, and calcium signaling pathways. The levels of ENSGALG00000047626 were significantly higher in the late-feathering chickens than in the early-feathering chickens, which regulated the expression of SSTR2 by gga-miR-1649-5p. Conclusion: This study provides a novel molecular mechanism of lncRNA's response to the feather rate that does not conform to the genetic laws in chickens.
