        중국 쇼핑 플랫폼 추천 서비스 특성이 소비자 만족도 및 지속 사용의도에 미치는 영향 -제품 유형의 조절효과를 중심으로-

        포스트 코로나 시대에는 사람의 생활방식이 바뀌면서 인터넷 쇼핑으로 단순히 적합한 제품을 선택하고, 기대한 욕구를 충족시키기 위한 것뿐만 아니라, 중요한 레저 오락 방식이며, 각 쇼핑 플랫폼을 통해 원하는 상품을 구매하는 것보다 소비자들은 쇼핑 플랫폼이 제공하는 서비스에 대해서도 중시하는 것을 알 수 있다. 4차 산업혁명으로 인공지능, 빅데이터 등 기술을 활용하여 소비자의 취향과 선호에 맞춰 상품을 추천해주는 상품추천 서비스가 확산되고 있다. 이어 본 연구목적은 첫째, 중국 소비자를 대상으로 조사하여 타오바오 쇼핑 플랫폼에서 제공한 추천 서비스의 특성이 만족도에 대한 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 만족도는 지속사용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증할 것이다. 둘째, 제품 유형에 따른 추천 서비스 특성이 만족도에 차이가 있는지를 살펴볼 것이다. 연구 결과에 따르면 첫째, 추천 서비스의 특성이 만족도에 부분적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 즉 개인화, 정확성, 신뢰성은 만족도에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 채택되었다. 하지만 의외성은 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타나 가설이 기각되었다. 둘째 만족도는 지속 사용 의도에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 채택되었다. 마지막으로 제품 유형은 경험재와 탐색재로 구분하여 개인화 추천 서비스의 개인화 특성, 의외성이 제품 유형에 따라 만족도에 차이가 있는 것으로 결과를 밝혔다. In the post-COVID-19 era, with the changes in people’s lifestyles, online shopping is not only for choosing the right products and meeting expectations, but also an important way of leisure and entertainment. Consumers not only buy the products they want through various shopping platforms, but they also value the services provided by the shopping platforms. With the 4th industrial revolution, product recommendation services that use technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data to recommend products according to consumer tastes and preferences are spreading. Next, the purpose of this study is to first examine how the characteristics of the recommended service provided by the Taobao shopping platform affect satisfaction by surveying Chinese consumers and how satisfaction affects their intention to continue using it. Second, we will examine whether there is a difference in satisfaction with the recommended service characteristics according to product type. According to the research results, firstly, the characteristics of the recommendation service partially affect the satisfaction. Specifically, personalization, accuracy, and reliability were found to positively influence satisfaction. However, the serendipity was rejected because serendipity had no positive effect on satisfaction. Second, satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on intention to continue using and was therefore adopted. Finally, the product types are divided into experience products and search products. The results show that the personalization and serendipity of personalized recommendation services have different satisfaction due to different product types.

        There is growing evidence that the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is associated with increased risks of psychiatric sequelae. Depression, anxiety, cognitive impairments, sleep disturbance, and fatigue during and after the acute phase of COVID-19 are prevalent, long-lasting, and exerting negative consequences on well-being and imposing a huge burden on healthcare systems and society. This current review presented timely updates of clinical research findings, particularly focusing on the pathogenetic mechanisms underlying the neuropsychiatric sequelae, and identified potential key targets for developing effective treatment strategies for long COVID. In addition, we introduced the Formosa Long COVID Multicenter Study (FOCuS), which aims to apply the inflammation theory to the pathogenesis and the psychosocial and nutrition treatments of post-COVID depression and anxiety.

        Experimental study of the effect of internal waves on the rotational hydrodynamics of underwater vehicle

        Maneuverability, which is closely related to navigation safety, is an important part of the overall performance of an underwater vehicle. The purpose of this study is to analyze the dynamic response of an underwater vehicle to internal waves at different angles and speeds. A combination of experiments and numerical simulations is used to compare the forces on the underwater vehicle. In terms of fluidstructure coupling, the internal wave interface is tracked by the VOF method. In this paper, waves of the same amplitude ratio as the numerical results are simulated using a wave-making sphere. The validity of the numerical method is verified by comparing with the rotation moment test of the underwater vehicle. The results show that different angles of attack have significant effects on the forces and moments of the underwater vehicle and that choosing the right angle of attack and rotation speed can limit the dangerous depth. The conclusion is of certain significance for the safety of underwater navigation.

      • Expression and Prognostic Role of MEKK3 and pERK in Patients with Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma

        Mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated kinase kinase kinase 3 (MEKK3) is an important serine/threonine protein kinase and a member of the MAPK family. MEKK3 can effectively activate the MEK/ERK signaling pathway and promote an autocrine growth loop critical for tumor genesis, cell proliferation, terminal differentiation, apoptosis and survival. To explore the relationship between MEKK3 and cell apoptosis, clinicopathology and prognosis, we characterize the expression of MEKK3, pERK and FoxP3 in the renal clear cell carcinoma (RCCC). Protein expression was detected by tissue microarray and immunochemistry in 46 cases of RCCC and 28 control cases. Expression levels of CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+,CD4+CD25+, CD4+CD25+ FoxP3+ were assessed by flow cytometry and analyzed for their association with pathological factors, correlation and prognosis in RCCC. Expression of MEKK3, pERK and FoxP3 was significantly up-regulated in RCCC as compared to control levels (p<0.01), associated with pathological grade (p<0.05)and clinical stage (p<0.05). CD4+CD25+ Foxp3+ Treg cells were also significantly increased in RCCC patients (p<0.05). Cox multivariate regression analysis showed that MEKK3, pERK expression and patholigical stage were independent prognostic factors in patients with RCCC (p<0.05). MEKK3 can be used as an important marker of early diagnosis and prognostic evaluation in RCCC. It may be associated with imbalance of anti-tumor immunity and overexpression of pERK. Expression of MEKK3 and pERK are significantly increased in RCCC, with protein expression and clinical stage acting as independent prognostic factors.

        Numerical Investigation of the Possibility of the Negative Refraction in a Slab Shaped Photonic Crystal

        It has been claimed that a negative efraction index could be measured in a slab-shaped twodimensional photonic crystal, which is constructed of a square array of dielectric rods. In our numerical experiments, a Gaussian pulse is applied to analyze the negative refraction, and a dipole source is used to check superlensing effect. Based on our results, the observation of the negative angle of refraction is due to the spread of the electromagnetic field, and the flow of the wave shows no evidence of negative refraction. Furthermore, if a dipole source propagates into the photonic crystal, a dipole image should be found on the other side of the crystal, because of the superlensing effect; unfortunately, the image never appeared in our simulations. In conclusion, a two-dimensionalphotonic crystal may not be treated as a left-handed material.

        Factors Affecting In vitro True Digestibility of Napiergrass

        Changes of in vitro true digestibility (IVTD) of Napiergrass (Pennisetum purpureum) were determined by a filter bag system, and their relationships to chemical composition, leaf to stem ratio, plant height, geographic location, climatic factors and harvest interval were studied and used to develop prediction models for the crude protein (CP), acid-detergent fiber (ADF), and neutral-detergent fiber (NDF) contents and IVTD. Partitioning the total variance of IVTD of Napiergrass showed that 80% was attributable to the effect of harvest interval. Days of growth, plant height, leaf/stem ratio, CP, ADF and NDF of Napiergrass had highly significant relationships (p<0.01) with IVTD. The highest coefficient of correlation between the ADF, NDF, and IVTD of Napiergrass and growth degree days was obtained when the base temperature was set at $0^{\circ}C$. Growth degree days could predict ADF, NDF, and IVTD of Napiergrass more accurately than plant height, and plant height is not suitable to predict IVTD.

        Wind tunnel study on fluctuating internal pressure of open building induced by tangential flow

        This paper describes a wind tunnel test on a 1:25 scale model of TTU building with several adjustable openings in order to comprehensively study the characteristics of fluctuating internal pressures, especially the phenomenon of the increase in fluctuating internal pressures induced by tangential flow over building openings and the mechanism causing that. The effects of several factors, such as wind angle, turbulence intensity, opening location, opening size, opening shape and background porosity on the fluctuating internal pressures at oblique wind angles are also described. It has been found that there is a large increase in the fluctuating internal pressures at certain oblique wind angles (typically around 60° to 80°). These fluctuations are greater than those produced by the flow normal to the opening when the turbulence intensity is low. It is demonstrated that the internal pressure resonances induced by the external pressure fluctuations emanating from flapping shear layers on the sidewall downstream of the windward corner are responsible for the increase in the fluctuating internal pressures. Furthermore, the test results show that apart from the opening shape, all the other factors influence the fluctuating internal pressures and the internal pressure resonances at oblique wind angles to varying degrees.

      • An IoT based Temperature Control System for Honey Bee Colony Winter Loss Prevention

        Honey bees are the most important plant pollinators in nature. Currently, about one-third of human food comes from flowering plants. About 80% of the plants need honey bees for pollination. However, extreme weather increases the possibility of honey bees being exposed to the threat of winter losses, as global climate change intensifies. To protect honey bee colonies, in this study, a heating system is proposed to maintain the temperature of a beehive during the winter. The heating system contains a beecounter, a monitoring system built for beehives, to automatically record the data of temperature and relative humidity both inside and outside the beehives and monitor honey bees’ behavior of coming in and going out of the beehives. When the beecounter detects that the temperature inside the beehive is below a certain threshold, the heating system will be activated to increase the temperature of the beehive. And, all environmental parameters and data are transmitted through a Wi-Fi module and sent to a cloud. With the IoT technology, the temperature inside the beehive will be precisely controlled to increase the survival rate of colonies during the winter. Finally, image processing techniques are used to calculate the honey bee eclosion rates to verify the effectiveness of the proposed system, and the results show that the proposed system can successfully maintain the temperature of the beehive and increase the numbers of the bees entering and leaving the beehive.

      • Spatial Distribution of Lead Iodide and Local Passivation on Organo-Lead Halide Perovskite

        <P>We identify nanoscale spatial distribution of PbI2 on the (FAPbI(3))(0.85)(MAPbBr(3))(0.15) perovskite thin film and investigate the local passivation effect using confocal based optical microscopy of steady state and time-resolved photoluminescence (PL). Different from a typical scanning electron microscope (SEM) morphology study, confocal based PL spectroscopy and microscopy allow researchers to map the morphologies of both perovskite and PbI2 grains simultaneously, by selectively detecting their characteristic fluorescent bands using band-pass filters. In this work, we compare the perovskite samples without and with excess PbI2 incorporation and unambiguously reveal PbI2 distribution for the PbI2-rich sample. In addition, using the nanoscale time-resolved PL technique we show that the PbI2-rich regions exhibit longer lifetime due to suppressed defect trapping, compared to the PbI2-poor regions. The measurement on the PbI2-rich sample indicates that the passivation effect of PbI2 in perovskite film is effective, especially in localized regions. Hence, this finding is important for further improvement of the solar cells by considering the strategy of excess PbI2 incorporation.</P>
