        자살예방을 위한 주거환경 계획요소 및 실태 분석 - 공공임대주택을 대상으로

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive the residential environment design elements that affect suicide, and then analyze the actual situation in terms of suicide prevention and suggest implications. Methods: The study was conducted through literature analysis, field surveys, and interviews with stakeholders. Results: As a result of extracting the variables related to the residential environment that affect suicide suggested in a total of 18 papers, 15 variables were extracted and organized into major categories such as housing type, health and welfare facilities, leisure and cultural facilities, and living environment. Next, we selected a public rental housing complex with a relatively high suicide rate among multi-family housing as the case, and conducted a empirical analysis. It was investigated that the facilities were insufficient, and apart from the quantitative satisfaction of the rest, various problems were exposed, such as the classification of users according to age and insufficient management in terms of the actual use of residents including suicide attempters. Implications: First, it is necessary to search for the design direction of the residential environment for suicide prevention. Second, it is necessary to find a way to solve the exclusion phenomenon that appears in space and programs. Third, when planning a space for suicide prevention, understanding of the behavior of high-risk groups should be reflected.

        Comparing efficacies of different treatment regimens in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma accompanied by portal vein tumor thrombus using network meta-analysis

        Purpose: Although various treatment regimens have been introduced for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) accompanied by portal vein tumor thrombosis (PVTT), comprehensive and direct comparisons between them are limited. Thus, the purpose of this study was to perform a network meta-analysis (NMA) to compare the efficacies of different treatment regimens for HCC accompanied by PVTT. Methods: A systematic review was conducted to identify studies comparing 2 or more treatment regimens for HCC accompanied by PVTT without extrahepatic metastasis and reporting each overall survival (OS). Endpoints of this NMA were to hazard ratios with confidential intervals for OS and mean survival time difference of each treatment regimen comparison using a random-effects model. Each treatment regimen was then ranked using the P-score to assess the probability of the superiority of each one. Results: Eleven studies involving 1,623 patients that yielded 16 comparisons were identified and enrolled in this NMA. There were 12 different treatment regimens as comparators, including sorafenib therapy alone (reference treatment). The NMA suggested that the following 4 treatment regimens improved OS compared to sorafenib: surgical resection followed by portal vein chemotherapy (SR plus PVC), SR, radiofrequency ablation plus sorafenib, and transarterial chemoembolization combined with selective internal radiation therapy. SR plus PVC was ranked the best treatment regimen for OS (P-score, 93.9%). Conclusion: Comparative efficacy based on this NMA may help clinicians select treatment for HCC accompanied by PVTT. If amenable, aggressive locoregional treatment regimens such as SR plus PVC should be considered for HCC accompanied by PVTT.

      • Effect of Gaze Direction of Human Faces on Cosmetic Paper Advertisement

        In cosmetic paper advertisement, models are important components for marketers to imprint the products to customers (e.g. Kim’s essence). One possible method to attract attention from customers is gaze direction of a model. This study aimed to identify how a model’s gaze direction affects a customer’s gaze pattern and how it relates to purchase intention. The gender effect was also investigated. The result showed a near-marginally significant observation that when a model gazed toward us, fixation duration on the model became longer and the number of visit increased. In addition, customers attracted by the model at the first time were likely to buy the product. The different gaze patterns between male and female were observed. The study indicates that the gaze direction of a model can affect fixation duration on model, which is correlated with the first fixation on model and finally leading to purchase behavior.

        서비스디자인 과정을 적용한 자살예방을 위한 공동주택 주거환경 디자인 연구

        연구배경 우리나라는 자살예방을 국정과제로 추진하고 있음에도 불구하고 자살률 감소에 큰 효과를 보지 못하고 있으므로, 자살의 복합성을 감안하여 범사회적 노력을 기울여야 한다. 이 연구는 사회문제해결 디자인 측면에서 자살에 대하여 디자인적 접근법을 모색함으로써 자살예방의 차원을 공공디자인 영역으로까지 확대하고자 한다. 연구의 목적은 다양한 이해관계자에 초점을 맞춘 서비스디자인 과정을 통하여 공동주택 주거환경에서의 자살영향 요인을 도출하고 이에 기반한 디자인적 개선안을 제시하는 데 있다. 연구방법 자살시도자, 사회복지사, 주거복지사, 주거환경관리자, 지역 거주민 등 다양한 이해관계자와의 인터뷰와 워크숍 등을 통하여 심층적이고 사실적인 수요자의 요구에 초점을 맞춘 서비스디자인 연구를 진행하였다. Discover-Define-Develop-Deliver의 서비스디자인 모델에 따라 주거환경 내 자살예방이라는 서비스를 구성하는 유무형의 요소들을 분석하고 개선안을 모색한다. 연구결과 서비스디자인 과정을 통하여 자살예방을 위한 공동주택 주거환경 디자인의 목표를 사람 간의 단절을 개선하기 위한 연결, 임대주택에 거주한다는 소외된 마음을 개선하기 위한 아파트 환경 특화 그리고 제한된 활동의 확대 3가지를 도출하였다. 이러한 목표를 실현하기 위한 빛, 정리정돈, 컬러, 이웃의자, 우리집 골목길, 자연쉼터, 운동쉼터, 테마사랑방, 역사형성, 행복지도 10가지의 디자인 키워드별 솔루션을 제시하였다. 실행주체별 차이를 고려하여 이를 내 집 – 내 집앞 – 내 아파트 – 내 동네의 공간별로 체계화하여 제시하고 현장검증을 통하여 그 실효성을 검증하였다. 결론 자살의 복합성을 감안하여 정신건강 영역에 집중된 자살예방 정책과 노력을 범사회적으로 확대할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 사회문제해결 디자인의 측면에서 자살에 대하여 주거환경의 디자인적 접근법을 모색함으로써 자살예방의 차원을 확대하고자 하였다. Background Although Korea is promoting suicide prevention as a major government project, it has not seen a significant effect on reducing the suicide rate. Now, it is necessary to make overall social efforts. This study intends to expand the dimension of suicide prevention to the public design. The purpose of this study is to derive the factors influence suicide in the residential environment of multi-family housings through the service design process focusing on various stakeholders, and to propose design improvement plans based on this. Methods Service design research was conducted focusing on in-depth and realistic needs of consumers through interviews and workshops with various stakeholders such as suicide attempters, social workers, housing welfare workers, residential environment managers, and local residents. Based on the service design model of Discover-Define-Develop-Deliver, we analyze the tangible and intangible elements of residential environment that make up the service of suicide prevention and seek improvements. Result Through the servide design process, three goals of designing a residential environment for a multi-family housing for suicide prevention were set: connection to improve the disconnection between people, specialization of the residential environment to improve the alienation of living in pubic housing, and expansion of limited activities. To realize these goals, we presented solutions for each of ten design keywords-light, organizing, color, neighbor chair, alleyway of my house, nature shelter, exercise shelter, themed room, history formation, and happiness map. Considering the difference between the executioners, it is systematized by space in my house, in front of my house, in my apartment, and in my neighborhood, and verified its effectiveness through on-site verification. Conclusion Considering the complexity of suicide, suicide prevention policies and efforts focused on mental health need to be expanded to the whole society. This study tried to expand the dimension of suicide prevention by seeking a design approach of the residential environment in terms of social problem-solving design.

        베트남 사례에 나타난 한국 녹색 ODA 전략의 특성과 교훈

        Korea’s green ODA is in line with the national development strategy of green growth promoted by the Lee Myung-bak administration. Green ODA is characterized by eco-friendly technologies and climate change response strategies. On the other hand, it is characterized by Korea s experience and know-how in economic growth to secure Korea s green initiatives in the international community and expand its economic influence in developing countries. Since establishing diplomatic relations with the U.S., Vietnam has achieved economic and social development very quickly by utilizing foreign direct investment and the ODA of developed countries. In particular, it featured taking strategies to solve global climate change risks and domestic environmental problems while accelerating economic growth through international development cooperation funds. In addition, Vietnam established the National Green Growth Strategy(VGGS) by benchmarking Korea and actively utilized Korea s Green ODA to implement it. Strategic green ODA projects such as Vietnam Green Growth Strategy Master Plan Establishment Project was implemented in line with the purpose of exporting national development strategy of Korea, a donor country, and the inflow of funds for international development cooperation of Vietnam, a recipient country. Through this case, we were able to check the performance and availability of Korea s development consulting-type green ODA. On the other hand, however, it confirmed the fact that the particularity of the recipient country, Vietnam, with excessive ownership, has limited the establishment and implementation of green growth strategies in developing countries. This reversal of hierarchy and excessive ownership of the recipient country are not general feature of development cooperation projects and can be obstacles to cooperative governance.

        도시 공간적 특성을 고려한 옥외광고물 자유표시구역의 지정 방안

        우리나라는 옥외광고물에 대한 의존도가 높아서 옥외광고물이 도시경관의 중요한 요소로 자리 잡아 왔다. 옥외광고물의 수량 및 위치 등의 규제가 없이 자유로운 설치가 가능한 옥외광고물 자유표시구역은 도시경관에 미치는 영향이 더욱 클 것으로 예상되며, 본격적인 도입에 앞서 도시 차원에서의 공생방안의 모색이 필요하다. 본 연구는 도시경관과 조화되는 옥외광고물 자유표시구역의 도입을 위하여 도시 공간적 특성을 고려한 지정 방안의 제시를 목적으로 한다. 우리나라 옥외광고물 관련 법제도의 분석을 통하여 옥외광고물 특별구역의 실태를 분석하고, 해외 사례에 대하여 도시-지구-가로의 도시 공간적 특성을 분석하다. 이를 토대로 도시경관을 고려한 옥외광고물 자유표시구역의 지정방안을 제안하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 활발한 도시 활동이 일어나는 상업지역에 지정한다. 면적으로 형성된 상업지역을 중심으로 주거지역과의 관계를 고려하여 지정을 검토한다. 둘째, 지역의 성격이 특화된 지역에 지정한다. 옥외광고물 자체를 특화하여 특정 지역을 특화시키고자 하는 경우 상업성만 부각될 우려가 있으므로, 기존의 문화적 흡입력이 높은 지역을 대상으로 특화 요소와의 연계를 도모한다. 셋째, 위요된 도시구조가 형성된 지역에 지정한다. 옥외광고물의 시각적 영향이 제한된 지역으로 한정될 수 있도록 도로가 아닌 건축물 전면부 기준으로 범위를 명확히 설정한다. 넷째, 보행자 중심의 가로에 지정한다. 보행자가 옥외광고물을 문화적 요소로서 향유할 수 있도록 보행자가 우선이 되는 가로를 대상으로 지정한다. Outdoor advertising has been one of the main element of urban landscape of Korea, since we has a high level of dependence on the outdoor advertising. Free Outdoor Advertising Zone(FOAZ), where the outdoor advertising can be installed freely without the constraints on the number, location, etc, will have a big influence on the urban landscape. We need to seek for a symbiotic plan in the urban level before the implementation of FOAZ. Therefore, this study aims to suggest principles for the designation of FOAZ considering the quality of urban space, so the harmony between the FOAZ and the urban landscape can be achieved. The study analyzed the condition of special districts of outdoor advertising through the analysis of the legal system related to the outdoor advertising and analyzed the characteristics of urban spaces by the frame of urban-district-street for the foreign cases. Based on the above analysis, the suggested principles for the designation of FOAZ considering the quality of urban space are as follows: 1)Designate at the commercial zone where the live urban activities take place. It should be the area-based commercial zone instead of linearly designated commercial zone considering the residential zone nearby. 2)Designate at the area where has the specialized characteristics. Connect with the specialized cultural attractions of the area such as Special Tourist Zone and Cultural District. 3) Designate at the area where has the enclosed urban structure. The boundary of the Zone should be the street wall created by architectures instead of the street itself. 4) Designate at the pedestrian friendly street so that the pedestrians can enjoy the outdoor advertising as a cultural element.
