        레이저 스페클간섭법에 있어서 스페클크기와 측정 한계에 관한 연구

        The high coherence of laser beam has made it possible to observe interference effects even in the light scattered from rough surfaces. That's why, when object with a scattering surface is illuminated with laser light, we do see a speckled appearance due to random interference. This sort of unique property of laser speckle has brought into existence the new noncontacting techniques such as speckle metrology method of measuring deformation, displacement, and vibration etc of objects with high optical sensitivity. The measurable range of speckle metrology especially used to measure in-plane information, however, is limited by some factors, the so-called strain, rotation, tilt of surface and out of displacement perpendicular to the plane of analysis. This restrictions severly limits the measurable range of speckle metrology by causing the decorrelation of speckle patterns. It is the purpose of this paper to give a survey on the measurable limitation of speckle photography method that is one of speckle metrology. Namely we will discuss the mutual relationships and problems of each limitations adding the restriction of the largest and smallest displacement measurable with speckle methods.

      • 충주시 문화회관 구조물 안전성에 관한 사례연구

        The structure which was introduced in this case study of the safe degree was the structure of Chungju Mun Wha Hall located in downtown in Chungju City, Chungbuk. In this case that our country had been developed the rapidly economic development since the 1970's, the several problems of the maintain and management of the existing structure had been started finding on the starting point of the breakdown of Sampung Department and Seongsu Bridge in building a large construction business like the apartment construction of 2 million houses in new town; Illsan, Bundang, Pyongchon, Sanbon, express electric railway and new airport construction, etc, for solving the housing problem including Seoul Olympic Games. In this situation, the evaluation of a concrete crack and its durability, the forecasting of concrete life, the caution in time of selecting the repair method of construction, and the importance of technology development were emphasized again. As a structure which had been built ten years ago, because there have been some cracks in sub-material parts, this thesis researched a crack and the modified state like the several present, the iron frame and the concrete reinforcing degree, the existance or nonexistance of the deficient of the iron framed trust, etc. On the basis of this result, after this thesis investigated the state degree of the structure, it presented the proper repair and the reinforcement of this structure.

      • 저진동 저소음을 위한 기어시스템의 서계 자동화 연구

        Minimizing vibration of a reduction gear system, has frequently been the focus of many studies as well as for a good, efficient strength design of reduction gear elements. This work presents new reduction gear system design for reducing vibration and fully automated determination of machine elements with a G.U.I technique. A new CAD simulation is based on minimizing Transmission Error (T.E) of the reduction gear system, which is understood as a principal factor of gear vibration and noise. Also using the Visual C++ Language, new G.U.I computer simulation is developed for the reduction gear designer who are not much experienced in the work. The procedure of new CAD program assures the reliability of the traditional reduction gear system design, and more uniquely considers the better performance in the vibration. The new method can be applicable to all machinery design with a reduction gear system on condition that the machine elements have been analyzed in the point of strength.

        많은 선박사고 유형증 하나인 선박의 충돌은 운항자의 조선실수가 그 원인의 큰 비중을 차지한다. 이는 점차 대형화,고속화되는 선박의 충돌회피를 단지 인간의 시각, 지각능력에만 의존하면서 나타나는 현상이라 할 수 있으며 이에 대비 하기위해 나날이 발전하는 첨단기술을 바탕으로 충돌회피에 관한 자동회피제어시스템의 개발의 필요성이 점차 대두되고 있다. 그러한 취지에서 본 연구도 충돌회피를 위한 자동제어에 관하여 연구되었다. 본 연구는 MMG 수학모텔에 기반을 두어,surge-sway-yaw-roll 운동방정식을 사용하였고, 충돌위험도 설정을 위하여 퍼지이론을 사용하였다.

      • 새로운 치형을 이용한 헬리컬기어의 저진동화 연구

        A method of minimizing transmission error in helical gears is presented in this work. Using the concept of optimal modification of the plane of action to generate the new tooth profile, the idea of perfect plane of action of helical gears is introduced. The proposed method constitutes a general tooth correction method and makes the design, unlike other modification schemes presented in the literature. less complex, less sensitive to dynamic factors and retains the involute characteristics. Also the new method proposed in this work permits easier cutting of the tooth profile because of the simplicity of the process.

      • 각화극 세포종, 기저세포암과 편평상피암에서 p21과 p53의 표출 양상

        Background: The function of the p53 protein was known to regulate cell proliferation by inhibiting cells in S phase, so DNA damaged cell proliferation was not occured by apoptosis. p21 is a cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor induced by wild type p53. p21 is thought to mediate the signal of p53 induced by DNA damaged agents and to arrest the cell cycle in G1 phase. p21 and p53 were expressed in many malignant tumors, and its role in oncogenesis, tumor progression and prognosis were important. The authors analyzed immunohistochemical expression of mutant p53 and p21 protein in keratocarcinoma, squamous carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma. Method: Eight cases of keratocarcinom, fifteen cases of squamous cell carcinoma and twenty cases of basal cell carcinoma were immunohistochemically stained with p21 and p53 monoclonal antibodies. Results: 1. The positive reaction of p21 protein and p53 protein in keratocarcinoma were samely observed In 7/8 cases(87%) and the positive reaction of p21 and p53 protein in squamous cell carcinoma were samely observed in all cases(100%) 2. The reaction pattern of p21 protein and p53 protein showed that positive reaction in both basal layer and keratinocytes concomitantly were more common observed than that in basal layer only. But the case of positive reaction in only keratinocytes was not observed. 3. In basal cell carcinoma, the positive reaction of p21 protein werw seen in 5/20 cases(25%) and that of p53 were positive reaction in 15/20 cases(75%). p21 protein also showed positive reaction in cases of p53 protein positive cases. 4.The reaction pattern in basal cell carcinoma showed more intense reaction in peripheral portion than central portion of tumor nests, which suggested that tumor cells in the peripheral portion was composed of less mature cells than that of contal portion. The mutant p53 protein had lost of capability of inducing p21 protein, So in cases of p53 protein wae negative, the p21 protein theoretically showed negative reaction. But the p21 protein positive cases were observed in p53 positive cases, which was suggested that the p21 protein was induced by the p53 independent pathway. The prognosis appeared to be good in cases of both p21 protein (+)and p53 protein(+) cases than that of p21(-) and p53(+).

      • 이중 산화구 시스템에서 HRT에 따른 유기물 및 영양염류의 처리성 평가

        This study was conducted to estimate treatability of organics and nutrients at new developed double oxidation ditch system when the ratio of anoxic/oxic basin volume was 1. An internal recycle pump did not need because of using with port and baffle in this system. The results obtained from this study were as follows. The removal efficiency for TOC was over 93%, and the removal rate was 1215.3 g/㎥/day when the HRT was over 8hr. The removal efficiency for TIN was over 85%, and the maximum removal rate was 110.6 g/㎥/day when the HRT was over 16hr. The removal efficiency for PO₄^(3-)-P was 83%, and the maximum removal rate was 25.4 g/㎥/day when the HRT was 16hr.
