        21가지 장미꽃 품종의 페놀성 화합물 함량 및 항산화 활성

        본 연구는 21품종의 장미꽃에 대한 식품 및 화장품 원료로 사용 가능성을 살펴보기 위해 페놀성 화합물과 항산화 활성을 평가하였다. 총 폴리페놀, 총 플라보노이드 및 타닌 함량은 러버샤이 품종에서 각각 379.70 mg GAE/extract g, 50.10 mg CE/extract g 및 339.44 mg TAE/extract g으로 높게 나타났으며, 칠백리 품종에서 각각 107.25 mg GAE/extract g, 9.46 mg CE/extract g 및 36.31 mg TAE/extract g으로 낮았다. 페놀산 함량은 총 폴리페놀 함량과 유사한 결과를 보였으며, 러버샤이 품종에서 27.40 mg/extract g으로 높았다. 안토시아닌은 대부분 cyanidin-3,5-diglucoside로 확인되었으며 총 안토시아닌 함량은 유니나 품종에서 8.80 mg/extract g으로 가장 높았다. ABTS 및 DPPH 라디칼 소거 활성은 각각 428.10 및 419.59 mg AAE/extract g로 러버샤이 품종에서 가장 높았으며, 항산화 활성과 페놀 화합물의 함량과 높은 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 러버샤이와 같은 항산화 활성이 뛰어난 품종들이 관상 목적뿐만 아니라 높은 기능성을 가진 식품 및 화장품의 원료로 사용 가능성이 있다고 판단된다. This study evaluated the functional components and antioxidant activities of 21 different rose flower extracts, to confirm their value as a food and cosmetics ingredient. The highest values of total polyphenol, flavonoid and tannin contents (379.70±1.64 mg GAE/extract g, 50.10±0.76 mg CE/extract g, and 339.44±1.20 mg TAE/extract g, respectively) were obtained in Lover Shy. The proanthocyanidin content ranged from 61.88 mg CE/extract g in the Unina cultivar to 5.34±0.13 mg CE/extract g in the Aileen cultivar. The phenolic acid content obtained was highest in the Lover Shy cultivar (27.40±0.26 mg/extract g), whereas highest levels of anthocyanin (8.83±0.03 mg/extract g) were obtained in the Unina cultivar. High ABTS and DPPH radical scavenging activities were determined in the Lover Shy cultivar (428.10±0.29 and 419.59±3.12 mg AAE/extract g, respectively). Taken together, these results indicate that the antioxidant activity and functional components of Lover Shy cultivar are superior, and this extract can potentially be applied as a food and cosmetic ingredient.

        맨드라미(Celosia cristata L.) 꽃 메탄올 추출물로부터 용매분획된 분획물의 항산화활성

        맨드라미꽃의 식품학적 이용가능성을 확인해 보고자 항산화성분 및 항산화활성에 대해 검토하였다. 맨드라미꽃의 항산화성분과 활성은 메탄올 추출물과 순차적 용매분획물에 대해 측정하였으며, 메탄올 추출물과 hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol 및 물 분획물의 추출수율은 각각 23.33, 10.27, 20.00, 13.63, 17.55 및 38.54%였다. 맨드라미 꽃 메탄올 추출물의 총 polyphenol, flavonoid 및 tannin 함량은 각각 6.80 ㎎ GAE/g ME, 2.34 ㎎ CE/g ME 및 6.23 ㎎ TAE/g ME였다. 순차적 용매분획물 중 butanol 분획에서 각각 14.92 ㎎ GAE/g SF, 5.44 ㎎ CE/g SF 및 13.38 ㎎ TAE/g SF로 함량이 높았다. 총 proanthocyanidin 함량은 44.72 ㎍ CE/g ME였고 순차적 용매분획물은 각각 42.47, 44.43, 50.03, 49.12 및 41.80 ㎍ CE/g ER로 용매간 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다. 맨드라미꽃의 메탄올 추출물의 DPPH 및 ABTS radical 소거활성은 각각 5.24 및 10.70 ㎎ TE/g ME였고 butanol 분획에서 각각 12.53 및 21.09 ㎎ TE/g SF로 활성이 높았다. 메탄올 추출물의 SOD 유사활성은 7.96 unit/mL로 나타났고 hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol 및 물 분획물은 각각 4.56, 6.15, 8.07, 12.36 및 5.21 unit/mL로 butanol 분획의 활성이 높았다. 맨드라미꽃 추출물의 항산화성분과 항산화활성 간에 높은 정의 상관관계를 보였고 맨드라미꽃 추출물이 체내 및 식품에서 유익한 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antioxidant contents and activities of solvent fractions from methanolic extracts of cockscome flowers. The yield of methanolic extracts from cockscome flowers was 23.33%, whereas those of its solvent fractions (hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol, and water) were 10.27, 20.00, 13.63, 17.55, and 38.54%, respectively. Total polyphenolic, flavonoid, tannin, and proanthocyanidin contents of methanolic extracts (ME) were 6.80 ㎎ gallic acid equivalent (GAE)/g ME, 2.34 ㎎ catechin equivalent (CE)/g ME, 6.23 ㎎ tannic acid equivalent (TAE)/g ME, and 44.72 ㎍ CE/g ME, respectively. The highest total polyphenolic, flavonoid, and tannin contents of solvent fractions were 14.92 ㎎ GAE/g solvent fraction (SF), 5.44 ㎎ CE/g SF, and 13.38 ㎎ TAE/g SF in the butanol fraction, respectively. The total proanthocyanidin contents were 42.47, 44.43, 50.03, 49.12, and 41.80 ㎍ CE/g SF, respectively. The DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities from cockscome flowers were 5.24 and 10.70 ㎎ Trolox equivalent (TE)/g ME, respectively. The highest DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities of the solvent fractions were 12.53 and 21.09 ㎎ TE/g SF in the butanol fraction, respectively. SOD-like activities of methanolic extracts from cockscome flowers were 7.96 units/mL, whereas those of its solvent fractions were 4.56, 6.15, 8.07, 12.36, and 5.21 units/mL, respectively. The results of this study show that notable antioxidant activities in cockscome flowers have significant health benefits.

      • 위장관의 원발성 B 세포 악성 림프종의 재분류와 bcl-2, cyclin D1, bcl-6 및 p53 발현의 의미

        Background and Objectives : In recent years, the REAL (Revised European American Lymphoma) classification provided a new category of MALT (mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue) lymphoma and mantle cell lymphoma in B cell lymphomas. We have analyzed the expression of bcl-2, cyclin D1, bcl-6 and p53 and correlated with the subtypes and histologic grade of primary gastrointestinal B cell lymphoma. Also we investigated the usefulness of immunophenotypic features in diagnosis of low grade B cell lymphoma. Materials and Methods : Twenty-two cases of primary gastrointestinal B cell lymphoma were recategorized in low grade MALT lymphoma, low/high grade MALT lymphoma, high grade MALT lymphoma, and diffuse large cell lymphoma according to the morphological findings. We investigated the expression of bcl-2, cyclin D1, bcl-6 and p53 by immunohistochemical method. Results : The bcl-2 protein expression was higher in the low grade MALT lymphoma than in the high grade lymphoma. The cyclin D1 protein expression was negative in all cases. The expression of bcl-6 and p53 protein was negative in all low grade MALT lymphoma. Conclusion : The results suggest that we can differentiate the low grade lymphoma from the high grade lymphoma by immunohistochemical staining for bcl-2, bcl-6, and p53 protien.

      • 音聲 符號化機[G.723.1] 알고리듬 分析

        In this paper, it is analysed that standard speech encoder[G.723.1] algorithm. This coder has two-bit rates associated with it, 5.3 and 6.3 kbit/s. The higher bit rate has greater quality. The lower bit rate gives good quality and provides system designers with additional flexibility. This coder was optimized to represent speech with a high quality at the above rates using a limited amount of complexity. It encodes speech signals in frames using linear predictive analysis-by-synthesis coding technique. The excitation signal for the high rate coder is Multi-pulse Maximum Likelihood Quantization (MP-MLQ) and for the low rate coder is Algebraic-Code-Excited Linear-Prediction (ACELP). The frame size is 30 ms and there is an additional look ahead of 7.5 msec, resulting in a total algorithmic delay of 37.5 msec.

        The most important information in human communication is speech.However, since it requires a large number of bits to express speech in digital form,it is essential to develop a high -perfomance speech coding algorithm for low bit rate which uses a limited channel capacity effectively. In this paper, a method improving performance in low bit rate under 4.8 kbps and real-time speech coder is proposed on the CELP(Code Exicited Linear Predictor)-style speech coder, the most remarkable coding method which provides comparatively good quality in low bit rate. A way to improve the performance of the CELP-style speech coder to reduce the time and the computational complexity required by the coding process, the modelling using th statistical codebook utilizes the binary codebook instead of using white haussian noise is proposed. Computer simulation was set to have the transmission rate of 4.8 kbps,and the performance was compared with that of the conventinal stochastic cedebook method and modified binary codebook was proposed

        Speech coding of Wideband(over 7Khz) signals is one of the currently important research topics in source coding, new applications in high quality communication systems and by standardization activities in ITU-T(International Telecommunication Union-Telecommunication Standardization Sector). This paper deals with basic concepts from traditional speech coding and their implications for wideband signals. Wideband coding by incorporating both time and frequency-domain techniques is of particular interest in order to achieve flexible solutions offering high quality at low bit rates.

        This paper discusses a speech coder based on G.729 and effect of bit error in network. Speech quality refers to the signal quality and intelligibility of speech that is transmitted over a network with the low bit rate of 8 Kbps It is the lowest bit rate ITU-T standard with toll quality offering opportunities for significant increases in bandwidth utilization in existing telephony and wireless applications. It is superior we making the complex sound of the best suited we operating so that we produce the parameter. The criteria of the Speech Coder assessment used BER(Bit Error Rate) to become and the quality of sound assessment was a planning low. We measure the voice quality and evaluate the performance enhance of the tone the comparison analyzes the quality of sound according to the error rate.

      • 효소고정화막과 반투막성질의 PVA적층막 제조 및 산소센서에서의 특성

        The oxygen electrode of biosensor needs enzyme immobilized membrane and dialysis membrane for measurement of oxygen concentration, which in solution after enzyme reaction with its substrate. The one-layer PVA laminated CTA/PCL membrane was developed for oxygen electrode of biosensor. Enzymes have immobilized on cellulose triacetate/polycarprolactone membrane by CDI method, and laminated with polyvinyl alcohol, aldehyde and acid. This membrane immobilized with glucose oxidase, ascorbate oxidase, pyruvate oxidase and alcohol oxidase by CDI mehod, and PVA laminated CTA/PCL membrane have been tested with various concentration of substrates of enzymes by use of YSI oxygen sensor. Under 5-10mmol substrates become 0.37-0.83μA(r=0.995) currents, and about 56% of glucose oxidase activity was remained after 8 weeks, others were remained very low. SEM shows smooth surface and tightly attached PVA on enzyme immobilized CTA/PCL membrane.

      • 비트 에러 환경에서의 음성부호화기[G.729]의 음질향상에 관한 연구

        A speech coder[G.729] is an speech data compression algorithm for voice that compresses voice audio in chunks of to milliseconds. It is mostly used in VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol)applications for its low bandwidth requirement. Standard algorithm operates at 8 kbps, but there are extensions, which provide also 6.4 kbps and 11.8 kbps rates for marginally worse and better speech quality respectively. Also very common is G.729A which is compatible with G.729, but requires less computation. This lower complexity is not free since speech quality is marginally worsened. The annex B of G729 is a silence compression scheme. In this paper, It is used source codec f3r speech quality measure. And also, It is basically studied f3r future work we use FER(Frame Erasure Rate) and BER(Bit Error Rate) for evaluation of speech quality. Also, we use PESQ(Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality) to observe p.862 to MO(Mean Opinion Score) measurement.

        한국형 우울장애 약물치료 알고리듬 2006 (Ⅰ)

        Objectives : Since the publication of Korean Medication Algorithm Project for Major depressive Disorder (KMAP-MD) in 2002, there has been a substantial need for a revision due to rapid progress in the pharmacological management for depressive disorder. We revised KMAP-MD to Korean Medication Algorithm Project for Depressive Disorder (KMAP-DD) in 2006. This paper is one of the following 4 papers consisting of Korean pharmacological algorithm for depressive disorder. Methods : The questionnaire consisted of 4 parts ; initial treatment of 1) non-psychotic depressive disorder, 2) psychotic depressive disorder, 3) treatment strategy for clinical subtypes and drug choice considering adverse effects, and 4) treatment for depressive disorder in women. It was composed of 22 questions, and each question had 54 sub-items. The questionnaire was completed by the review committee consisting of 101 experienced Korean psychiatrists. We classified the expert opinion to 3 categories (the first-line, the second-line, or the third-line). Results : For non-psychotic major depression, regardless ofthe severity of an episode, the antidepressant (AD) monotherapy was the optimal first-line treatment. SSRI, venlafaxine, and mirtazapine were the 1st-line AD. In case of a partial or no response to initial strategy, adding another AD was recommended. For psychotic major depression, combination of an AD and an atypical antipsychotic (AAP) was the treatment of choice. Among AAPs, quetiapine, rispendone, olanzapine were preferred. For non-responder to initial strategy, the next step was adding or changing AD before changing AAP. For women with premenstrual dysphoric syndrome or postpartum depression without psychotic features, AD monotherapty was a preferred strategy while for psychotic postpartum depression, combination of AD and AAP was recommended. Experts recommended various ADs according to adverse effect. Conclusion : These results suggest that the medication strategies for depressive disorder are rapidly changing and reflect the recent studies and clinical experiences.
