        Recently the demand regarding reliability and safety of the railroad are increased as built to Driverless LRT system. Therefore PM and SE technique is applied for efficient management of a construction business. In case of SE(System Engineering) in domestic most foreign companies are doing to lead but we are under effort for the environment that a domestic company can lead. In this study We emphasize to SE importance of pre-business for operation to be effective of Driveless LRT system and propose about activities in the SE at requirements definitions and requirements analysis steps of a highest level. To achieve this We propose SE Application Methods of Pre-Business regarding assistance process of project planning evaluation and control and risk management.

        A low off-axis sensitivity piezoresistive accelerometer has been presented. The off-axis sensitivity was reduced by arrangement of eight piezoresistors on two the beams. The structure and stress distribution of the accelerometer was optimized using FEM(finite element modeling) simulation. The dependence of sensitivity and resonance frequency were also simulated as a function of the beam length for a constant overall size(2000μm). Accurate thickness control of the beams was realized by the etch-stop techonology using SDB(silicon direct bonding) wafer SiO_(2) layer and RIE(reative ion etching) method. This method is relatively simple and very useful for fabrication of accelerometer.

      • 급성기 뇌졸중 환자 자살 사고

        연구목적: 일반적으로 자살과 자살 사고의 가장 주된 위험 인자는 우울증, 불안장애와 같은 정신과적 질환의 동반 유무이다. 그러나 정신과적 질환 외에 신체적 질환의 동반 유무 또한 자살 및 자살 사고에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 일반적인 신체 질환과 마찬가지로 뇌졸증 환자들에 있어 자살율이 증가한다는 몇몇의 보고들이 있다. 그러나 우리나라에서는 뇌졸중 환자의 자살 사고에 대한 연구가 보고된 바가 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 급성기 뇌졸중 환자들을 대상으로, 자살 사고의 발현율을 조사하고, 자살 사고 유무에 따른 사회문화적 변인 및 신경과적, 정신과적 임상 양상에 있어서의 차이에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 1999년 7월부터 2000년 6월까지 한림대학교 성심병원 뇌졸중 센터에 입원한 77명의 급성기 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 하였다. Beck Suicidal Ideation Scale(BSIS)을 이용하여 자살 사고를 평가하였고, 우울 증상과 불안 증상은 각각 Beck Depression Inventory(BDI)와 Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI)를 사용하였다. 사회적 지지체계의 정도는 사회적 지지체계 척도(Social Support Scale)를 사용하였으며, 뇌졸중 후 신경학적 장애의 정도는 National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)와 Barthel's Index를 사용하였다. 결과: 약 35%의 뇌졸중 환자들이 심한 자살 사고를 보고하였다. 심한 자살 사고군에서 심하지 않은 자살 사고군에 비해 BDI, BAI 그리고 사회적 지지체계 척도 점수가 높은 반면, Barthel's index와 NIHSS는 두 군간에 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 심한 자살 사고를 지닌 뇌졸중 환자의 대부분은 우울 증상이나 불안 증상을 가지고 있었으나, 일부의 환자들은 우울 증상이나 불안 증상 없이 자살 사고를 보고하였다. 결론: 급성기 뇌졸중 환자들의 많은 수가 정신과적 평가와 개입이 필요한 자살 사고를 가지고 있었다. 따라서 모든 급성기 뇌졸중 환자들을 대상으로 정기적으로 불안 및 우울 증상에 대한 평가와 더불어 직접 또는 간접적인 방법을 통한 자살 사고의 평가가 반드시 필요할 것으로 생각된다. Objective: The presence of psychiatric disorders including depression and anxiety disorders is considered to be the most important risk factor of suicide. Also, suicidal risk is known to be increased in patients who have serious medical illnesses. Like in patients with other medicalillness, some authors reported that suicidal risk is increased in patients with stroke. But there have been no reports with korean patients. The aim of this study is to investigate the frequency of suicidal ideation of patients in the acute stage of stroke, and to examine the demographic characteristics, and psychiatric and neurological symptoms between the patients with and without suicidal ideation. Method: Seventy seven hospitalized stroke patients at the Hallym Stroke Center from July of 1999 to June of 2000 were included in this study. Beck Suicidal Ideation Scale(BSIS) was used to evaluate suicidal ideation. Beck Depression Inventory(BDI) and Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI) for depression and aniety, and Social Support Scale(SSS) for social support system of the stroke patients were used. Neurologic disabilities were rated with National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and Barthel's Index. Results: Thirty five percent(N=27) of the stroke patients reported severe suicidal ideation. Scores of BDI, BAI and SSS were higher in the patients with severe suicidal ideation than their counterpart. There were no differences in Barthel's index score and NIHSS between two groups. Most patients with severe suicidal ideation had depressive or anxiety symptoms. But patients without depressive or anxiety symptoms also reported severe suicidal ideation. Conclusions: Thirty five percent of stroke patients in acute stage of their illness have severe suicidal ideation that requires careful psychiatric evaluation and intervention. Inclusion of routine assessment of suicidal ideation in these patients is recommended.

        The Working Group on the revision of Clinical Research Methodology for Acupuncture met in Seoul, Republic of Korea from 24 to 26 August 2005. The main objectives of the meeting were to review the regional publication guidelines for Clinical Research on Acupuncture, to make necessary revisions in the guidelines, to make recommendations on further collaboration and activities in the field of research on acupuncture, and to discuss scientific evidence-based approaches in the clinical research on acupuncture. Fourteen members from the eight Member States, one secretariat staff from the WHO Regional Office for the Western Pacific and ten observers from the Republic of Korea attended the meeting. The members presented their papers to review the current status of clinical research on acupuncture. The drafts of proposed revision to the previous guidelines for clinical research methodology on acupuncture were discussed extensively. The issues covered during the discussion included: the definition of the new terms; reorganization of clinical research design; revision and update of contents (e.g., control group); introduction of Institutional Review Board (IRB) on the section of ethical approval; additional outcomes including health-related quality of life (HRQOL), qualitative measures, etc. In the course of these discussions, the working group developed the revised guidelines for clinical research on acupuncture and made recommendations for promoting the dissemination of the revised guidelines.

        하치조신경 및 설신경 손상 평가를 위한 한국인 정상 성인의 하순-이부 및 혀의 감각 조사

        In the head and neck area, there are so many sensory nerves, which are sometimes injuried iatrogenically or inadvertently so that involved patients complained of the loss of sensations. In such cases, it is important to judge the degree of injuries and regeneration of nerve for better diagnosis and treatment. Seddon and Sunderland's classification, which is commomly used, is focused on histological change and nerve conduction. As times goes by, it is difficult to access patient's sensory disturbance by this method. Until now, so many methods such as contract threshold, direction, two-point discrimination, pin prick, thermal discrimination and current perception threshold have been introduced for sensory evaluation. However, there hasn't been enough information regarding each methodology nor integrated standard methodology for the measurement. the purpose of this study is to get Korean adult normative sensory values of lower lip,chin and tongue using modified methods of contact thershold, ditection, two point discrimination, pin prick, thermal discrimination and assess degree of regeneration of sensory nerve damage.

        비복신경이식을 이용한 긴 거리의 말초신경 결손부 수복

        The surgery of oral and maxillofacial area poses the risk of cranial nerve damage such as trigeminal nerve or facial nerve. Inferior alveolar nerve is prone to damage in the third molar extraction, implant installation, orthognathic surgery, open reduction and rigid fixation, and tumor ablation surgery. On the other hands,facial nerve is likely to be damaged or sacrificed with trauma or parotidectomy. In case of inferior alveolar nerve injury, the incidence is reported to be about 1.3%. The nerve function will almost recover in minimal damage, but it won't recover at last in total damage of a part of nerve unit. In latter cases, nerve regeneration in intended by allograft as nerve substitute or various route of merve condit. But the recovery with autograft is believed to be most relialbe mrthod in the rapair of long-span(longer than 15㎜)nerve defect. We have performed autologous sural nerve graft in the repair of nerve defect, which is caused by resection of benign or malignant tumor. Hereby we report the method of nerve harvesting, recovery of defected peripheral nerve and the complications of donor site with the discussion of sural nerve anatomy.

      • Botrytis cinerea에서 분비된 Laccase의 정제 및 특성

        Laccase는 페놀성 화합물과 아민 화합물등 많은 종류의 물질을 산화하는 특성 때문에 펄프 공업에서 펄프의 탈색에 이용되며 또한 염색 공업에서 폐염료의 분해에 이용된다. 본 연구에서는 Botrytis cinerea에서 분비하는 laccase를 분리 정제하여 몇 가지 효소의 특성을 조사하였다. 이 곰팡이의 배지로 Czapek-dox와 소량의 요소를 사용하여 비교적 높은 효소 활성을 얻을 수 있었다. 분비된 laccase는 이온교환 수지로 부분 정제하였으며 한 peak에서만 활성을 검출할 수 있었다. 효소의 특성으로 효소 활성이 가장 높은 pH는 2.6이었으며 최적 온도는 50℃이었다. 효소반응의 활성화 에너지는 일반적 산화반응의 값에 비하여 월등히 낮았다. 속도론적 상수 K_(m)값은 0.619mM이었다. 이 효소는 azide에 민감하여 낮은 농도에서 억제되었으며 cyanide에 의해서도 억제되었으나 azide보다 억제 효과가 낮았다. This study was performed to determine some physicochemical properties of laccase produced by Botrytis cinerea. This fungus was grown in liquid culture media of Czapek-dox broth plus urea. This media enhanced the production of laccase. Laccase was purified by precipitation and DEAE - Sepharose chromatography. Laccase activity could be detected at one peak, which meant the fungus excreted one kind of enzyme. Enzyme activity for oxidation of ABTS was highest at pH 2.6 and decreased with increasing pH. The optimum temperature of the enzyme reaction was 50℃ which was similar to those of laccases from other fungi and the average activation energy for laccase oxidation of 2,2'-azino-bis -(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) was much lower than ordinary oxidation reaction without enzyme. The kinetic constant K_(m) was 0.619 mM using ABTS as substrate. Laccase was inhibited by azide and cyanide. NaN₃ was more inhibitory than NaCN.
