Nonpoint source pollution(NSP) arises due to agriculture activity and it is quite an extensive and complicated problem in order to control and has received a great deal of concern during the recent years, whereas point source are known to originate from an estimated volume of contaminant discharged from a distinguishable source. Extensive research work have been conducted and presented in the past with regard to the various characteristics of watershed on Dong Jin River(DJR), however there are certain drawbacks of existing survey for determining important polluting sources, distribution features of pollutants and estimated load of the organic and nutrients from the creeks. Unfortunately, investigation for loadings originating due to agricultural drainage was not satisfactory, although the regional consideration for DJR across Kim Je Field(KJF) as an agricultural area receives a reasonable source point in the agri-pollution management. Therefore it was necessary to carry out a thorough investigation into the diffuse sources resulting, to form the pollution-developing estimation and to evaluate the output roperties and determining various factors in the generation of non-point pollution. Eventually, this research work would serve as an useful tool for the development of predictive pollution management for DJR. Non-point sources in the present work were classified as municipal non-treated sewage water discharged into the river, loadings through agricultural drainages in the dry/wet field and inadequate treatment of wastewater generated from livestocks. The entire duration of the research work was from December-2001 to July-2002. Site measurement were conducted during various season, in a dry season(December), in rainfall, in seed-sowing time and also collecting data from the rural public organizations related to water management was done and examined and examined during the mid of research work. Similarly, domestic wastewater loadings due to population was based on area unit, as City, Country, Up, Myon, Dong, Ri. The Dong Jin River watershed contains small three Creeks, KoBu(KB), DongJin(DJ, including JeongEup(JE) and ChilBo(CB), WonPyong(WP). It was further divided into 32 sub-watersheds which comprises of further 5,18,9 watersheds in the creeks respectively. The results obtained from research work are presented as follows. Animal productions have marked differences in the rate of pollutant loadings reported in the following sequence: DJ(only CE)>WP>CB>KB, in a case of Korean cow and milk cow. However, it was revealed that WP creek became significantly higher than any other livestocks. According to statistical data for land use, rice field(369.0㎢) and forest(378㎢) have much occupation prior to dry paddies(125.0㎢), residential land(32.0㎢) and others(5.0㎢). Especially, rice fields receives 2.5∼3 times than dry paddies in size.

높은 광흡수 계수를$(1{\times}10^5cm^{-1})$ 가지는 CIGS는 Ga의 비율에 따라서 밴드갭을 조절할 수 있다는 장점을 지니고 있다. CIGS의 밴드갭은 Ga의 비율에 따라 $CuInSe_2$(Eg: 1.0 eV)에서 $CuGaSe_2$(Eg: 1.68 eV)까지의 범위에 존재하며, 태양전지에 서 이상적인 fill factor 모양을 가지도록 Ga의 비율을 높게 조성한다. CIGS 흡수층을 제작하는 방법에는 co-evaporator 방식이 가장 널리 사용되며 연구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수평 형태의 hydride vapor transport (HVT)법을 고안하여 CIGS 나노 구조 및 에피성장을 시도하였다. HVT법은 $N_2$ 분위기에서 원료부의 CIGS 혼합물을 HCl과 반응시켜 염화물 기체상태로 변환 후 growth zone까지 이동하여 성장을 하는 방식이다. 성장기판은 c-$Al_2O_3$ 기판과 u-GaN을 사용하였다. 성장 후 field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM)과 energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)를 이용하여 관찰하였다. The Cu$(In_{1-x}Ga_x)Se_2$ is the absorber material for thin film solar cell with high absorption coefficient of $1{\times}10^5cm^{-1}$. In the case of CIGS, the movable energy band gap from $CuInSe_2$ (1.00 eV) to $CuGaSe_2$ (1.68 eV) can be acquired while controlling Ga contain ratio. Generally, the co-evaporator method have used for development and fabrication of the CIGS absorption layer. However, this method should need many steps and lengthy deposition time with high temperature. For these reasons, in this paper, a new growth method of CIGS layer was attempted to hydride vapor transport (HVT) method. The CIGS mixed-source material reacted for HCl gas in the source zone was deposited on the substrate after transporting to growth zone. c-plane $Al_2O_3$ and undoped GaN were used as substrates for growth. The characteristics of grown samples were measured from SEM and EDS.
드로잉 가공 성형폭약용기의 강판절단성능에 관한 수치해석적 연구

지진 및 예기치 못한 외부하중에 의하여 손상된 구조물의 경우, 2차적인 국부손상 및 이로 인한 붕괴가 발생할 수 있어 발파해체공법에 의한 철거가 우선시 고려되고 있다. 특히 철재로 이루어진 교량 및 구조물의 경우 성형폭약을 이용한 발파해체기법이 적용되어 오고 있다. 최근에는 구리판을 드로잉 가공한 성형폭약용기에 상용폭약을 장전하여 두꺼운 철판을 절단하는 발파공법이 제안되었다. 본 연구에서는 LS-DYNA 동해석소프트웨어를 이용하여 드로잉 가공 성형폭약용기와 상용폭약을 적용한 25mm 두께의 철판 절단실험발파를 모사하고 절단형상 및 깊이를 비교분석하여 적용구성모델의 입력변수를 결정하였다. 해석모델을 이용하여 폭약의 종류, 구리라이너의 두께, 이격거리의 변화에 따른 철판 내 관통깊이 및 관통 폭을 분석하였다. Locally damaged structures caused by earthquake or extraordinary external forces have been required to rapidly be dismantled because of its possibility of additional collapses. Particularly, steel frame structures were demolished by the shaped charge blasting method. Recently a research suggested a shape charge blasting technique which uses bent-shaped charge holder of copper plate and emulsion explosive charge to cut thick steel plates. This study simulated the cutting performance of the bent-shaped charge holder with considering types of explosives, thickness of copper liner and stand-off distances using LS-DYNA software. The shape charge blasting test of a 25mm thickness steel plate were used to calibrate the input parameters of the numerical models. The penetration depth and penetration width were analysed with different types of explosives, thickness of copper liner and stand-off distances.
가축분뇨 차량의 이동경로 예측을 위한 GPS Data 분석

구제역이 빠른 속도로 전국에 확산된 주된 원인에 대한 역학조사 결과 가축, 분뇨, 사료 등을 운반하는 차량에 의한 것으로 추정되었다. 이러한 축산차량은 일반차량보다 정확한 목적지를 가지고 이동하는 차량이기 때문에 일정한 이동패턴을 가지고 있다고 가정 한 뒤 본 연구를 진행 하였다. 실험 데이터는 “가축이력 정보관리 시스템”을 이용하여 제주도 내부 농가의 등록차량 중 지속적으로 활동을 하는 차량을 랜덤으로 샘플링 한 후, 2012년도의 차량 이동패턴을 분석·예측하여 2013년도의 차량 이동패턴을 예측해 보고자 한다. 추가적으로 차량의 이동패턴을 분석·예측하기 위하여 ArcGIS Desktop 10.1(ESRI Co., CA, USA)을 사용하였다. 실험결과 가축차량의 출발지점, 도착지점, 목적지가 크게 바뀌지 않을 경우, 이용하는 도로는 한정되어 있었다. 30대의 차량중 평균적으로 70% 이상 일정한 패턴을 가지고 평상 시 이용하는 경로만 이용하여 분뇨를 운반하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이러한 부분은 전염병 발생 시 질병의 이동경로를 파악하고 효율적인 방역범위를 설정하여 투입 인원과 장비를 줄이면서 현재보다 효율적인 방역 범위를 설정하는데 목적을 두고 있다.

<P>Currently, clinically available options for treating glioblastoma (GBM) are quite limited, and there is a clear need to develop novel treatment strategies that can more effectively manage tumors. Here, we present a combination treatment of temozolomide (TMZ), a blood-brain barrier penetrating DNA alkylating agent, and ZD6474 (vandetanib), a VEGFR2 and EGFR dual-targeting anti-angiogenic agent, as a novel treatment strategy for GBM. In a U-87MG orthotopic xenograft model, the combination treatment provided a marked 94% tumor volume reduction. This reduction was greater than that achieved by monotherapy of either agent, and was correlated with a statistically significant reduction in microvessel density (CD31+ cells) and proliferation (PCNA+ cells). These results confirm the necessity to target angiogenesis in addition to utilizing cytotoxic approaches, and provide the rationale for application of TMZ + ZD6474 combination therapy for treating GBM patients in the clinical setting.</P>

As the oceans account for 70.8% of the surface of the earth, a very large market has formed and various IoT applications are being researched and developed that are applicable to the marine industry. The major core technology of IoT technology in the marine industry is tracking the location, and in this paper, we will design a GPS-based LPWA module that attaches to equipment such as floating buoys and fishing gear and sends its location to the control center.

<B>ABSTRACT</B><P>Although campylobacteriosis caused by Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli has been increasingly reported worldwide owing to the consumption of contaminated poultry and fresh produce, the current detection protocols are not selective enough to inhibit unspecific microbes other than these pathogens. Five antibiotics were separately added to Bolton broth, and the survival rates of 18 Campylobacter spp. and 79 non-Campylobacter spp. were evaluated. The survival rate of the non-Campylobacter spp. was the lowest in Bolton broth with rifampin (6.3%), followed by cefsulodin (12.7%), novobiocin (16.5%), and potassium tellurite and sulfamethozaxole (both 17.7%). Also the most effective concentration of rifampin was found to be 12.5 mg/L, which markedly inhibited non-Campylobacter strains while not affecting the survival of Campylobacter strains. After the Campylobacter spp. were enriched in Bolton broth supplemented with 12.5 mg/L rifampin (R-Bolton broth), CampyFood Agar (CFA) was found to be better in selectively isolating the pathogens in the enrichment broth than the International Organization for Standardization method of using modified charcoal cefoperazone deoxycholate agar (mCCDA) for this step. When applied to natural food samples-here, romaine lettuce, pepper, cherry tomato, Korean leek, and chicken-the R-Bolton broth-CFA combination decreased the number of false-positive results by 50.0, 4.2, 20.8, 50.0, and 94.4%, respectively, compared with the International Organization for Standardization method (Bolton broth-mCCDA combination). These results demonstrate that the combination of R-Bolton broth and CFA is more efficient in detecting C. jejuni and C. coli in poultry and fresh produce and thus should replace the Bolton broth-mCCDA combination.</P>
