        중소기업의 컨설팅 참여도 및 이해도와 컨설팅 재구매 의도와의 관계 연구

        [연구목적] 본 연구의 목적은 컨설팅을 받은 수진기업(受診企業)들을 대상으로 컨설팅 참여도 요인이 컨설팅 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하는 것이다. 또한 수진기업의 당해 컨설팅에 대한 이해도가 컨설팅 재구매 의도에 대해 조절효과를 가지는지에 대해 추가적으로 분석한다. [연구방법] 본 연구에서는 기존에 수행되었던 관련 국내외 연구들에 대한 검토 및 관련 실무 담당진과의 면담을 통해 6개의 연구가설을 도출하였다. 이에 대한 검증을 위해 국내 중소기업의 컨설팅 참여도 · 이해도 및 컨설팅 재구매 의도에 관한 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 자료에 대해서는 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토하였다. 또한 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 연구가설을 검증하였다. [연구결과] 연구 결과 컨설팅 재구매를 높이기 위해서는 수진기업의 참여도 제고와 함께 컨설팅 이해도를 높이는 노력이 동시에 필요함을 실증적으로 검증하였다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구에서는 기존의 연구들에서 상대적으로 간과되었던 컨설팅 수진기업의 컨설팅 참여도 · 이해도 요인이 컨설팅 수행 성과 및 매출 증대와 관련하여 중요한 결정요인임을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 관련 분야의 후속연구에 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다. [Purpose] This study empirically assessed the extent to which consulting companies have increased their participation in consulting in some cases or situations, and how this affects consulting repurchases. In addition, we empirically assessed whether clients’ understanding of consulting affects the intention of consulting repurchase. [Methodology] For this purpose, we described prior literature review and we examined various researches to provide understanding of relationships with strategic account. Six hypotheses were drawn from the previous researches. To verify these hypotheses, data were collected through survey, and the data were tested by reliability, validity, correlation, structural equation modeling analysis. [Findings] As a result of the study, it is proven that both customer participation and consulting understanding need to be enhanced to increase consulting repurchase. [Implications] This study can see that it is important to conduct the consulting in order to participate in the role and process of the client’s personnel and to improve the understanding of consulting.

        물리적 환경인자를 활용한 도시의 쾌적성 평가

        본 연구는 도시의 물리적 환경인자를 이용하여 쾌적성을 평가하고, 이를 토대로 대기, 수질 등 환경질과의 상관성을 파악하여 쾌적성 평가결과의 실효성을 검증하고자 한다. 물리적 환경인자는 공원·녹지, 경관, 수환경, 토지이용의 항목으로 분류하고, 11개의 세부인자를 설정하였다. 설정된 인자를 토대로 GIS 도면을 작성한 후, 중첩분석을 이용하여 최종적인 쾌적성 평가도면을 작성하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면, 1, 2등급은 전체면적의 40.8%로 행정구역상 달성군, 동구, 수성구를 중심으로 나타났으며, 쾌적성이 낮은 6~7등급은 중구, 서구, 달서구 등을 중심으로 전체의 5.7%를 점하고 있었다. 다음으로 실효성 검증을 위해 실시한 쾌적성과 환경오염의 상관분석 결과, 대기의 경우 SO2와 r=-0.649의 상관성을 가졌으며, 수질의 경우 TN, TP와 r=-0.643, -0.642의 높은 음(-)의 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study is to assess the urban amenity on physical environmental factors, and to verify the effectiveness of the amenity map using correlation analysis of the environmental quality. The physical environmental factors were set to 4 items of green space, landscape, water environment and land use, and the items were composed of 11 detail factors. Based on the factors, GIS maps were constructed and the amenity map was produced using overlay analysis. The results of this study are as follow; the proportion of 1~2 ranks was 40.8% of total area around Dalseong-gun, Dong-gu, Suseong-gu. The lower 6~7 ranks in the amenity assessment was 5.7% of total area around Jung-gu, Seo-gu, Dalseo-gu. According to the results of correlation analysis between the amenity and environmental observed data, SO2 among the air pollution material had a negative correlation with amenity(r=-0.649, p<0.05). In case of water pollution, TN and TP had the negative correlations with amenity (r=-0.643, P<0.01; r=0.642, p<0.01).

        단상 유도형 동기 전동기(LSPM)의 특성해석에 관한 연구

        가전분야에서의 전동기 효율향상을 통한 에너지 소비절감 효과는 상당히 크지만 이를 위한 전동기의 설계/해석 기술 확보가 아직은 미흡한 상태이다. 이에 따라 유도형 동기전동기가 제안되었지만, 유도형 동기 전동기는 유도전동기와 통기전동기의 특성을 동시에 가지고 있어, 해석 및 설계가 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 냉장고 압축기용 전동기인 단상유도전동기를 대처할 수 있는 단상 유도형 동기전동기를 이용해 파라미터에 따라 특성이 어떻게 바뀌는가에 대해 서술하였다. 그에 따라 단상유도전동기의 정상상태 특성을 해석하고 제안모델의 성능을 기존모델과 비교하고 실험하여 해석결과의 신뢰성을 검증한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 제안모델의 기존 고정자 형상이나 권선 스팩을 유지하고 회전자의 형상이나 구조만을 변경시켜 성능향상을 도모하였다. 해석방법으로는 전자장 수치 해석적인 방법으로 널리 이용되고 있는 유한요소법(Finite Element Method : FEM)을 이용하였다. Electric motor efficient improvement from home appliance field is important to the effect reducing the energy consumption. But the electric motor design/analysis technology is still insufficient. Specially the electric motor design/analysis technology of satisfying characteristic of both the induction motor and the synchronous motor such as Line start permanent motor. Therefore the electric motor design/analysis technology is urgently demanded reliability. This paper proposes the sing1e-phase line-start permanent magnet motor to develop the motor it with be able to alternate the sing-phase induction motor it is a refrigerator compressor motor. The sing-phase induction motor is analyzed in the steady state. And we have a certification test to compare our single-phase line-start permanent magnet motor with the sing-phase induction motor. In order to improve the performance, the stator of the single-phase line-start permanent magnet motor is same as the stator of the sing-phase induction motor and changes the rotor form and has the permanent magnet. It used the Finite Element Method(FEM) which is widely used with electronic-magnetic field numerical analysis method.

      • The efficacy of laser-assisted hatching (LAH) on pregnancy and implantation rates of frozen-thawed embryo transfer at the cleavage stage

        Objective: LAH was proposed to improve the implantation rate in FET cycles, but conflicting information exists in the literature with respect to the efficacy of AH in FET cycles. Methods: Embryo freezing was performed by vitrification at the cleavage stage 3 days after oocyte retrieval. Frozen embryos were thawed on the day of FET cycle. In the LAH group, zona thinning was performed by an experienced embryologist using a RI laser. During the operation, the outer half of the zona pellucida over a quarter of the diameter of the zona was removed. In the control group, embryos were replaced without LAH. Pregnancy and implantation rates were compared, p-value of <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: There were no differences in age of women at embryo freezing/thawing, body mass index, duration of infertility, primary/secondary infertility, cause of infertility, basal serum FSH concentration, cycle number, percentage of smokers or number of embryos frozen between the LAH group and the control group. The HMG dosage and duration and number of eggs retrieved/fertilized of the index stimulated cycle did not differ. However, pregnancy rates (43.5 vs 37.2%), and ongoing implantation rates (19.2 vs 16.3%) were higher in LAH treatment group compared to control, but these differences did not reach statistical significance. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that LAH treatment improves implantation and clinical pregnancy rates in women undergoing frozen-thawed embryo transfer. Furthermore, this treatment may be considered as a preferable strategy during the IVF treatment. However, this method does not seem to completely resolve the FET cycle.

        Interpretive Performance and Inter-Observer Agreement on Digital Mammography Test Sets

        Objective: To evaluate the interpretive performance and inter-observer agreement on digital mammographs among radiologists and to investigate whether radiologist characteristics affect performance and agreement. Materials and Methods: The test sets consisted of full-field digital mammograms and contained 12 cancer cases among 1000 total cases. Twelve radiologists independently interpreted all mammograms. Performance indicators included the recall rate, cancer detection rate (CDR), positive predictive value (PPV), sensitivity, specificity, false positive rate (FPR), and area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC). Inter-radiologist agreement was measured. The reporting radiologist characteristics included number of years of experience interpreting mammography, fellowship training in breast imaging, and annual volume of mammography interpretation. Results: The mean and range of interpretive performance were as follows: recall rate, 7.5% (3.3–10.2%); CDR, 10.6 (8.0–12.0 per 1000 examinations); PPV, 15.9% (8.8–33.3%); sensitivity, 88.2% (66.7–100%); specificity, 93.5% (90.6–97.8%); FPR, 6.5% (2.2–9.4%); and AUC, 0.93 (0.82–0.99). Radiologists who annually interpreted more than 3000 screening mammograms tended to exhibit higher CDRs and sensitivities than those who interpreted fewer than 3000 mammograms (p = 0.064). The inter-radiologist agreement showed a percent agreement of 77.2–88.8% and a kappa value of 0.27–0.34. Radiologist characteristics did not affect agreement. Conclusion: The interpretative performance of the radiologists fulfilled the mammography screening goal of the American College of Radiology, although there was inter-observer variability. Radiologists who interpreted more than 3000 screening mammograms annually tended to perform better than radiologists who did not.

      • Confirmation of Epidural Catheter Placement in a Pregnant Woman by using an Electrical Stimulating Epidural Catheter with Conductive Guidewire: A Case Report

        Although epidural analgesia during labor can effectively attenuate labor and delivery pain, the technique can be difficult for anesthesiologists to perform. Loss of resistance (LOR) technique to determine the epidural space is the most widely used method for epidural catheter placement. However, it is difficult to identify LOR in parturient women due to obesity and edema. We present a case of successful administration of epidural analgesia using an electrical stimulating catheter that allowed us to confirm the epidural space in pregnant women. A 30-years-old woman with a gestation of 39 weeks and 6 days was admitted for painless childbirth. For pain control, we tried epidural analgesia and applied electrical stimulation to confirm epidural placement of the catheter. The authors could confirm the epidural space correctly using an electrical stimulating catheter in pregnant women. LOR technique with electrical nerve stimulation can increase the success rate of epidural analgesia during labor.

        Enhanced Pinning Properties of <tex> ${GdBa}_{2}{Cu}_{3}{O}_{7-\delta}$</tex> Coated Conductors via a Post-Annealing Process

        <P>The in-field pinning properties of GdBa2Cu3O7-delta (GdBCO) coated conductors (CCs) could be remarkably improved through the post-annealing process in a low oxygen pressure (PO2). At the annealing temperature of 800 degrees C in a low PO2 of 300 mtorr, the T-c,T-zero value of as-prepared GdBCO CCs by SuNAM Co. via reactive co-evaporation deposition and reaction (RCE-DR) was increased from 89.9 to 93.7 K after 5 min annealing, whereas it was degraded after annealing longer than 10 min. The angular dependence of critical current density J(c) at 77 K in 1 and 3 T and at 65 K in 3 T revealed that GdBCO CCs post-annealed for 5 min exhibited greatly improved pinning properties along the c-axis of the GdBCO film, which is attributable to piled-up stacking faults along the c-axis of the GdBCO matrix.</P>
