        해양자원의 생태관광 프로그램 개발

        With a increasing concerns for sustainable tourism together with the need for environmental preservation. Ecologically considered tourism development is hot issue now. In this respect, we shoud to develop the seashore and many marine villages surround jeonnam province. as a ecotourism area and shoud make more well developed tourism programs. in order to make ecological education-related program desirable for preserving ecolocially healthy coast, several factors shoud be considered like these first, consider marine and ecologically sensitive resources and make education programs cooperate with the local agencies tother with NGO groups. second, we shoud to minimize the introducing of facilities to the ecologically sensitive seashore areas. last, moderate strategies shoud be made to operate and manage programs, and evaluation of monitoring shoud be lasted at the early stage of tourism development.

        신안군 증도면 해저유물발굴 현장주변의 관광자원화 방안연구 -해저유물테마파크 기본계획 수립을 중심으로-

        This study was conducted in order to change Bangchukri, Jeungdomyeon and Sinan-gun into tourist resources. It suggests building submarine relic theme parks on where the Song-Won Dynasty submarine relic excavation was performed. The site is located in Bangchukri, Jeungdomyeon, Sinangun and Jeollanamdo, and the area is about 15,921㎡. To implement this plan, the researcher made a general plan based on the goals and strategies of development and the establishment of a target market. Considering the uniqueness of this site as Korea`s first submarine relic excavation, the researcher attempted to build the plan by systematically excavating and developing the tourist resources of Jeungdo area. It also built a connective system with major ecological features, such as history, culture and industrial resources. In addition, by specializing the placeness, the researcher planed things that could allow visitors to experience submarine historic resources directly at the site and not as a mere exhibition. Moreover, it induced the concept of submarine relic art facility which would introduce a contemporary viewpoint towards such resources. In addition, the plan also suggests promoting experiences of wrecked ships and placing the marine excavation at its center so that visitors can experience the presence of marine excavation right where the Song-Won Dynasty relics are buried. This will also provide them with an education based on experience. The study will provide means of making the unique zone of Jeungdo, Sinan a brand, and suggest further plans that can highlight its identity as Korea`s first marine excavation and a historical field.

        전남 내수면형 관광지 주변지역 특화 방안에 관한 연구 -나주호,담양호,장성호관광지를 중심으로-

        나주호, 담양호, 장성호는 현재 관광진흥법에 의하여 1977년 관광지로 지정되었다. 현재내수면형 관광지는 수상레저 등 단순한 수변 감상형의 정적시설위주로 계획되어 있고, 최근에 둑높이기 사업 등으로 하류부에 생태공원과 저류지 습지들이 조성되고 있다. 이에 내수면관광지와 주변 지역자원과의 연계를 통해서 환경·레저·관광·문화·교육 체험이 가능한 다목적의 여가 휴양관광 목적지로서 개발 방향을 제시하였다. 전남 내수면형 관광지 주변지역 특화 방안으로 나주호관광지는 주변의 골프장, 수상레저시설, 리조트, 리조트형 펜션단지 등 휴양 및 레저기반시설과 연계하여 복합 여가레저 휴양지구로 특화해 나갈 필요가 있다. 담양호관광지는 가마골야영장과 추월산, 죽녹원, 메타세쿼이아 가로수길 등 자연생태자원과 금성산성, 소쇄원 등 풍부한 역사문화자원이 분포하고 있어 이와 연계하여 생태ㆍ문화체험 테마지구로 특화해 나갈 필요가 있다. 장성호관광지는 광주대도시권과의 접근성이 양호하며, 장성아카데미, 하서 김인후의 필암서원 등 교육테마와 백양사, 축령산, 입암산 등 자연자원이 풍부하여 이를 연계한 교육 및 연수 휴양지구로 특화시켜 나갈 필요가 있을 것이다. Lakes Naju, Damyang, and Jangseong were designated as tourist destinations in 1977 according to the Tourism Promotion Act. Today inland water-type tourist destinations are planed around static facilities for a simple purpose of appreciating the waterside such as water leisure. In recent years, ecological parts and undercurrent swamps are built in the downstream areas through such projects as raising the dam height. The study thus proposed a direction to develop inland water-type destinations as a multi-purpose leisure and recreation tourist destination offering environmental, leisure, tourist, cultural, educational, and experiential features by connecting them with their surrounding local resources. Plans for the specialization of the surrounding areas of inland water-type destinations in Jeonnam Province were as follows: for the destination of Lake Naju, it is required to connect recreation and leisure infrastructure including adjacent golf courses, water leisure facilities, resorts, and resort-type pension complexes and specialize it as a complex leisure and recreation zone; for the destination of Lake Damyang, it is needed to connect its rich natural and ecological resources including the Gamagol Camp Site, Mt. Chuwol, Juknokwon, and Metasequoia Road with its abundant historical and cultural resources including Geumseong Mountain Fortress and Sosoiwon and specialize it as a theme zone for ecological and cultural experiences; finally for the destination of Lake Jangseong, it is needed to take advantage of its superior access to the Gwangju metropolitan area, connectits educational themes including the Jangseong Academy and Pilam Auditorium of Haseo Kim In-hu with its natural resources Baekyang Buddhist Temple, Mt. Chukryeong, and Mt. Ipam and specialize it as a recreation zone for education and in-service training.

        물리적 환경인자를 활용한 도시의 쾌적성 평가

        본 연구는 도시의 물리적 환경인자를 이용하여 쾌적성을 평가하고, 이를 토대로 대기, 수질 등 환경질과의 상관성을 파악하여 쾌적성 평가결과의 실효성을 검증하고자 한다. 물리적 환경인자는 공원·녹지, 경관, 수환경, 토지이용의 항목으로 분류하고, 11개의 세부인자를 설정하였다. 설정된 인자를 토대로 GIS 도면을 작성한 후, 중첩분석을 이용하여 최종적인 쾌적성 평가도면을 작성하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면, 1, 2등급은 전체면적의 40.8%로 행정구역상 달성군, 동구, 수성구를 중심으로 나타났으며, 쾌적성이 낮은 6~7등급은 중구, 서구, 달서구 등을 중심으로 전체의 5.7%를 점하고 있었다. 다음으로 실효성 검증을 위해 실시한 쾌적성과 환경오염의 상관분석 결과, 대기의 경우 SO2와 r=-0.649의 상관성을 가졌으며, 수질의 경우 TN, TP와 r=-0.643, -0.642의 높은 음(-)의 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study is to assess the urban amenity on physical environmental factors, and to verify the effectiveness of the amenity map using correlation analysis of the environmental quality. The physical environmental factors were set to 4 items of green space, landscape, water environment and land use, and the items were composed of 11 detail factors. Based on the factors, GIS maps were constructed and the amenity map was produced using overlay analysis. The results of this study are as follow; the proportion of 1~2 ranks was 40.8% of total area around Dalseong-gun, Dong-gu, Suseong-gu. The lower 6~7 ranks in the amenity assessment was 5.7% of total area around Jung-gu, Seo-gu, Dalseo-gu. According to the results of correlation analysis between the amenity and environmental observed data, SO2 among the air pollution material had a negative correlation with amenity(r=-0.649, p<0.05). In case of water pollution, TN and TP had the negative correlations with amenity (r=-0.643, P<0.01; r=0.642, p<0.01).

        Topographic Position Index를 활용한 산지습지 분포예측

        본 연구는 울주군과 경상남도 일대를 대상으로 산지습지 가능지역의 분포를 예측하기 위한 Topographic Position Index(TPI) 방법론을 제시하고, 예측된 분포가능지와 기존 습지의 적합성을 평가하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 산지습지 분포예측은 DEM에서 추출된 TPI 그리드, 그리고 그 값을 통해 분류된 대상지의 사면 위치와 지형유형에 의해서 수행되어졌다. TPI 방법에 의해 산지습지 분포가능지를 예측한 결과에 따르면, 평탄지 경사기준이 5° 이하인 경우의 분포가능지는 전체면적의 0.1%(1.38km2), 그리고 경사도 20° 이하인 경우는 3.5%(37.1km2)를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 예측된 산지습지 분포가능지와 대상지 내의 기존 산지습지를 비교하여 적합성을 분석한 결과, 평탄지 경사기준이 10° 이하인 경우의 적합성이 0.066으로 가장 높았고, 평탄지 경사기준 20° 이하에서 예측된 지역의 적합성이 0.019로 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this paper was to propose a Topographic Position Index(TPI) method for predicting forest wetlands, and also to test the suitability of the predicted forest wetlands by comparing with the existing wetlands in Ulaju-gun and Gyengsangnam-do. A prediction of the spatial distribution of forest wetlands was accomplished by TPI grids from Digital Elevation Model(DEM), and the classification results of slope position and landform categories in study area using the TPI values. According to the results of predicting forest wetlands distribution by TPI method, the predicted area in case of less than 5° flat slope criteria occupied 0.1%(1.38km2) of the total area, and 3.5%(37.1km2) of total area in below 10° slope criteria. According to the results of the suitability analysis by comparing the predicted area with the existing forest wetlands, the suitability value (0.066) of the predicted area with less than 10° flat slope criteria was the highest, but the predicted area in case of less than 20° had the lowest value(0.019).

      • 都市自然公園 利用者 行態分析에 관한 硏究 : 木浦市 유달산 都市自然公園을 對象으로

        It was the purpose of this study that offer the basic data concerning management of use and preservation in urban natural park by the analysis of user pattern of behavior. The site of case study was Yudal Urban Natural Park, which plays an important role for the environment and outdoor recreation. The analysis of user behavior and factors of determination of user satisfaction were investigated by questionnaires. The major findings were as follows; 1. Males were represented about 60%. The age group which was frequently represented in these questionaries were in the age of 20s(44.6%), 30s(20.5%), 50s(19.3%) and so on. Goverment officials were the largest one(37.8%) and the second one was the student group(26.2%) in their occupation. 2. The largest group of users was to visit this park every month(24.8%) and the time of stay was 2 hours per visit(44.9%). Many users visited the park with their lovers or friend(45.5%) Spring was the best season to their visit(44.4%) and they usualy came the park during weekend(48.2%). 3. Among the park area, Sculpture Park was the most popular place to visitors. Users were satisfy with roads for mountain climbing, but the other facilities were pointed out problems because of their bad appearence. 4.More users wanted to develop the area for the place of abundant natural charateristics for improving visitability than those who insisit on the conservation of present condition.
