      • 동방결절의 전기적특성에 미치는 Higenamine의 효과

        The rabbit sinoatrial node was cut into small pieces which wew 0.5×0.5㎜ in sizes, electrically insulated and could be partitioned into central and peripheral areas. Glass microelectrodes were impaled into both areas and transmenbrane potentials were recorded in order to observe the changes in effects of higenamine on the both areas by the addition of TEA, Cs^+ and Ba^2+ or pretreatment of propranolol. 1. Effects of higenamine were more prominent in high K^+ concentration than those in the low K^+ concentration. 2. TEA induced the decrease in the spontaneous firing rate and the prolongation in the action potential duration which could be reversed by higenamine. 3. Ther were prominent decrease of spontaneous firing rate and the prolongation in the action potential duration in peripheral area with the uncrease of Cs^+ concentration. Higenamine reversed the decrease of spontaneous firing rate in some degree. 4. There were significant decreases of spontaneous firing rate, amplitude of action potential and maximum diastolic potential by the Ba^2+ in peripheral area. Effects of Ba^2+ were reversed by higenamine in central area. 5. The effects of higenamine were completely blocked by the pre-treatment of propranolol. 6. There was no effect of higenamine of the Na-K pump activities. The above results could be interpreted as effects of higenamine were mediated by the chamge of calcium ion current rether than those of the potassium ion current in sinoatrial nodes.

        아세클로페낙 연질캡슬(클란자 에스 연질캡슬)의 개발

        To develop and aceclofenac soft capsule, four preparations with various solubilizers were prepared and their dissolution test was carried out. Among four preparations tested, a preparation with ethanolamine was selected a formula of aceclofenac soft capsule (Clanza S^(™), since it showed the fastest dissolution rate. Bioequivalence of aceclofenac tablet, Airtal^(™)(Dae-Woong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and aceclofenac soft capsule, Clanza S^(™)(Korea United Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) was evaluated according to the guideline of KFDA. Fourteen normal male volunteers (age 20-25 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After oral administration of one tablet or capsule containing 100 ㎎ of aceclofenac, blood ws taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of aceclofenac in plasma wa determined with an HPLC method under UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters (C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t)) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC_(t), C_(max) and T_(max) between Airtal tablet and Clanza soft capsule were 2.89%, 0.18% and 43.0%, respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.250(e.g.log(0.81) - log(1.23) and log(0.89) - log(1.14)) for AUC_(t) and C_(max), respectively. Thus, the criteria of the KDFA guidelines for the equivalence was satisfied, indicating that Clanza S^(™) soft capsule is bioequivalent to Airtal^(™) tablet.

        수압보증시험시의 음향방출에 의한 복합재 연소관의 파괴거동 예측

        섬유강화 복합제 연고관은 복합재료의 사용, 필라멘트 와인딩 및 경화공정 등으로 인하여 제작 중 다양한 결함이 발생할 수 있으며, 또한 사용 도중에도 예기치 않은 손상을 받아 기계적 성질이 저하될 수 있다. 따라서 제작 완료된 연소관의 품질 보증을 위해 수압보증시험이 사용되고 있으나 이를 위해 가한 수압이 오히려 연소관에 예기치 않은 손상을 가하여 실제 사용시 그 성능을 저하시키는 요인으로 작용하는 경우도 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 수압보증시험시의 음향방축을 감지하여, 그 신호의 특성으로부터 복합제 연소관의 파손 거동을 예측하는 체계적인 기법의 개발을 시도하였다. 음향방출을 이용하여 연소관에 발생한 손상의 개략적 위치를 결정할 수 있었으며, 또한 파괴모드의 식별도 가능하였다. 다만, 시료의 부족으로 최종파열압력의 변화와 충격손상의 영향에 대한 신뢰성있는 분석은 불가능하였다. Prediction of failure behavior in filament-wound composite motor cases is one of the important issues for their reliable application. Acoustic emission during hydroproof testing of the cases is used to solve this problem. Based on the acoustic emission behavior, failure sites can be located successfully. The identification of failure modes is also possible using the distribution of acoustic emission amplitude. Due to the limitation in the number of samples, it is not possible to predict the final burst pressure of motor cases and the effect of impact damage on the final burst pressure.

        헬리코박터 파이로리 균 진단용 ^13C-요소 캅셀의 개발

        The purpose of this study was to develop a new ^13C-urea- containing capsule for diagnosis of H. pylori. The urea-containing capsules were prepared with various diluents such as polyethylene glycol (PEG), microcrystalline cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate and citric acid. The dissolution test, ^13C-urea breath test and stability test were then performed on the capsules. Microcrystalline cellulose and sodium lauryl sulfate retarded the initial dissolution rates of urea. However, PEG increased the initial dissolution rates of urea. Furthermore, two formulae composed of PEG, [^13C-urea/PEG (38/1.9 mg/cap)] and [^13C-urea/PEG/citric acid (38/1.9/1.9 mg/cap)] had the maximum DOB value, about 16 at 20 mim, while the formula composed of only 38 mg ^13C-urea had the maximum DOB value at 30 min. The results indicated that PEG improved the sensitivity of ^13C-urea in the human volunteers. The capsule [^13C-urea/PEG (38/1.9 mg/cap)] was stable for at least six months in 25 and 37℃. Thus, a PEG-containing capsule, [^13C-urea/PEG (38/1.9 mg/cap)] would be a more economical, sensitive and stable preparation for diagnosis of H. pylori.

        프레탈정 (실로스타졸 100mg)에 대한 실로스탄정 (한국유나이티드 제약)의 생물학적 동등성

        Bioequivalence of one cilostazol tablets, the Pletaal^(R)(Korea Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and Cilostan^(R)(Korea united Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), was evaluated according to the guideline of KFDA. Sixteen normal male volunteers(age 20~30 years old)were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 100㎎ of cilostazol were orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of cilostazol in plasma was determined with an HPLC method using UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters(C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t)) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of parameter. The results showed that the differences in C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t) between one tablet were 16.08%, 18.88% and 17.57%, respectively. The powers (1-β) for C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t) were 85.03%, 83.92% and 80.12%, respectively. Detectable differences(Δ) and confidence intervals were all less than 20%, and confidence interval of all the parameters were also less than 20% at the significance level(α) of 0.05. All of these parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that Cilostan^(R) tablet is bioequivalent to Pletaal^(R) tablet.

      • 형태비교를 이용한 3차원물체의 외곽 치수 검사

        본 연구에서는 3차원 다면체의 형태 확인과 크기 측정을 시도하는 검사방법이 개발하였다. 검사할 물체는 한 대의 카메라 시야안에 들도록 검사 테이블 위에 임의로 놓이고, 카메라에 포착된 영상은 대응되는 CAD 자료를 투시 변환을 통하여 얻어진 상과 비교한다. 형태의 불일치는 치수의 차이로 변환되어, 허용오차에 따라 합격여부를 판별한다. An inspection method is developed which performs shape verification and dimension measuring of three-dimensional prismatic parts. A part to be inspected is arbitrarily placed on an inspection table under one camera view, and the image from the camera is compared with the corresponding CAD data using perspective transformation. The discrepancy in shape is then converted into dimensional difference, which provides a criterion to accept or reject the part based on tolerance allowance.

      • 3차원 물체 인식을 위한 탐색 공간 감소 기법

        본 논문에서는 3차원 물체의 인식을 위하여 사용되는 여러-방향-보기 방법 (multiple-view approach)에서 모델베이스의 탐색공간 크기를 줄이기 위한 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법에서 모델베이스 물체를 둘러싸고 있는 보기 구 (view sphere)의 미리 정해진 보는 곳(viewpoint)에서 보여지는 2차원 투영체들로 구성된다. 물체를 인식하기 위하여 개략-상세 전략을 채택하되, 본 논문에서는 모델베이스의 개략 탐색을 위하여 ART-1을 이용하는 방법을 제시한다. We suggest a method, which reduce the search space of model-base on recognizing three-dimensional object using multiple-view approach. In this approach, the model-base consists of two-dimensional projections rendered by predetermined viewpoint on a viewing sphere enclosing the object. To recognize the object, a coarse-to-fine strategy is adopted. In this paper, we use ART-1 at the coarse search stage in the model-base.

      • 신경망을 이용한 스테레오 비젼의 대응문제 해결

        본 연구에서는 카메라의 시축방향 이동(Axial Motion)에 의하여 얻어진 한 쌍의 영상에서 추출된 특징점들의 대응문제를 해결하기 위하여 2차원 홉필드 신경망을 이용하는 방법을 제시한다. 대응가능한 정도와 유일해를 얻기 위한 제약조건들이 에너지 함수로 표현되며, 신경망에서 각 뉴런들은 rear image과 front image사이에 대응가능한 특징점들을 의미한다. 각 뉴런이 초기화되어, 신경망이 안정상태에 도달하면 대응문제를 해결할 수 있다. A two-dimensional Hepfield neural network is used to solve the correspondence problem for a set of features extracted from a pair of axial-motion stereo images. An energy function represents the constraints such as the compatibility measures and uniqueness. Each neuron in the network represents a possible match between a feature in the rear image and one in the front image. After initializing and teaching each neuron, the correspondence problem can be solved by settling the network down into a stable state.
