      • [논문]용접부의 피로 파손모드 평가에 대한 구조응력기법의 적용에 관한 연구

        반복 하중을 받게 되는 하중전달형의 필릿 용접이음에서는 용접 토우부 뿐만 아니라 용입 부족부 선단에서도 응력집중을 일으키고 피로균열이 발생/ 전파하는 경우가 있다. 특히/ 용접 루트부에서 발생한 균열은 육안관찰이 불가능하고 초음파 탐상등에 의한 비파괴 검사에 의해서도 검출이 곤란한 경우가 많다. 이것은 중대한 손상을 일으키기 까지 방치되는 경우가 많기 때문에 용접 루트부에서 발생하는 균열에 대한 연구는 현재 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 유한요소 해석시 요소의 크기에 둔감하다고 알려진 구조응력 기법을 이용하여 용입 부족부를 가지는 하중전달형 필릿 용접부의 피로 파손모드를 평가하였다. 용접부 다리길이의 변화에 따른 사례 연구를 통하여 용접 루트부의 파손을 피할 수 있는 용접부 시공기준에 관한 연구를 수행하였으며 이에 대한 구조응력 기법의 적용 가능성을 검토하였다.

        등치관법이 배수관망 해석에 미치는 영향

        In this study, the errors caused by improper application of equivalent pipe method on analysis of network were investigated. Especially, the errors related to selection of C-coefficients, pipe lengths, pipe diameters and flow rates were focused. To reduce errors caused by applying equivalent pipe method in network analysis, both C-coefficient of each parallel pipe and large flow rate variation in the parallel pipes between connected junctions should be considered. Results of this study are as follows. When the different C-coefficients of each parallel pipe was not considered, the application of equivalent pipe method caused 47.84% error in headloss and 24.75% error in pipe flow in model network. Also, When large flow rate variation existed in the parallel pipes between connected junctions, equivalent pipe method caused 51.61% error in headloss.

        배수관망내 수압부족시 절점수요량의 변화에 대한 기초적 고찰

        Pressure drop could happen in the water distribution systems due to pipe breaks or maintenance. The pressure drop causes the water service shutdown and nodal water demands should be reduced in some areas. The conventional analysis method of water distribution systems can not consider the change of nodal water demands caused by these pressure drops. This study is to investigate the variation of nodal water demands according to the nodal water pressure and its effect on the analysis of water distribution systems. For these purpose, one real water service district was selected as a study area. As a result, nodal water demand patterns according to the water pressure could be suggested. Also, we could confirm that the suggested new analysis method for the water distribution systems which considering water pressure drops could be more reliable than the conventional method.

        다분기 송수시스템의 설계용량 산정법에 관한 연구

        This study is to evaluate the existing methods to determine the design capacity of the multi-branched water transmission systems. Three types of methods are generally used to determine the design capacity of water transmission systems. The first method is that total average day demand and peak factor of whole area is considered to estimate total maximum day demand, and then it is assigned to each pipe in the system. The second method is that total demand for each pipe in the system is calculated by adding up maximum day demand of each area. Because the calculation of design flow for each pipe is simple and convenient, this method is generally used for the design currently. The third method is that the each proper peak factor for each pipe in the system are estimated to predict maximum day demand of each pipe. In this study, two real water transmission systems were considered as study areas, and three methods were applied. The first method tends to underestimates the design capacities especially for branch pipes. On the other hand, the second method tends to overestimates the design capacities for most pipes. As a result, it is found that the third method generates most reasonable design capacities for each pipe. However, mass balance for the analysis of water transmission systems can not be satisfied automatically in the third method. Therefor, dummy nodal flows method are suggested to satisfy the Mass Balance Equations in this study.

      • 회맹장 및 대장을 침범한 장 결핵에 있어서 바륨을 이용한 방사선 이중조영촬영 소견에 대한 연구

        To determine the characteristic double contrast barium enema findings of ileo-cecal and colonic tuberculosis and to make differential diagnosis from other bowel inflammatory disease. Sixty-seven patients confirmed as ileo-cecal and/or colonic-tuberculosis in six hospitals were evaluated retrospectively. The diagnosis was proven by endoscopic biopsy, surgery, and clinical follow up. Nine of 67 patients were excluded because radiologic findings were normal though endocopic biopsy examinations resulted in tuberculosis. Histopathological diagnosis were madein 58 cases as follows: endoscopic biopsy(n=29), operation(n=12), follow up examination(n=14), tissue culture(n=1), laparoscopic biopsy(n=2). There were 30 men and 28 females. The mean age were 36 yrs(range:16-67), 34 patients were in the second and third decade. The distribution of lesions, morphological characteristics, mucosal changes, ulcer shape and depth, associated with other tuberculous lesion, multiplicity were retrospectively analyzed in the findngs of double contrast barim enema. The commonest clinical symptoms were abdominal pain(n=35, 60%) and diarrhea(n=18, 31%). The chest radiography revealed association of pulmonary tuberculosis in 39 cases. Tuberculous lesions of other organs except chest were present in five cases. Double contrast barium enema findings showed a thickening and irregularity of intestinal mucosal fold(n=29, 50%), bowel contraction and/or shortening(n=26, 45%). There were small, nodular, superficial ulcers in the case of ulcer depth less than 2 mm in the depth. As many as 39 cases(67%) in this series had two or more lesions in the intestinal tuberculosis. The involved segment revealed symmetrical feature(n=21, 36%). Inflammatory pseudopolypoid lesions were noted in 30 cases(52%). The ileo-cecal region was involved in 38 cases(66%). The ascending colon(n=25, 43%) was the second commonest site with or without contiguous cecal involvement. Lesions in terminal ileum, ileo-cecal valve, transverse colon, descending colon and appendix were seen in 19, 18, 18, 12 and seven cases, respectively. Among 18 cases of ileo-cecal valve lesions, there were incompetency in nine cases(16%) and wide gapping in four cases(7%). In 14 cases, tuberculous enterocolitis was diagnosed by clinical follow-up and double contrast barium enema study. 12 out of 14 cases, the findings of double contrast barium enema of tuberculous enterocolitis were normalized after anti-tuberculous medication. However, two cases showed more aggravated state than before due to inappropriate treatment. Double contrast barium enema plays an important role in the diagnosis of tuberculous enterocolitis, determines the type, site and extent of the involvement and helps in treatment guide by using sequential studies.

      • 조밀한 다이아몬드 막의 성장

        RF-MW 혼합프로세스를 사용하여 다이아몬드 막을 만들 때, 우선 RF 플라즈마CVD법으로 실리콘 기판 위에 다이아몬드 시드를 증착시키고, 그 시드로부터 MW 플라즈마CVD법에 의해 다이아몬드 막을 성장시켰다. RF-MW 혼합프로세스를 사용하여 성장된 다이아몬드 막은 MW 프로세스만으로 성장된 막에 비해 결정입계의 크기는 작고, 조밀해졌으며, 결정성 또한 더 좋아졌다. 성장된 다이아몬드 막은 전자현미경, X-선 회절기, Raman분광기 등으로 분석하였다. In case of making the diamond films by using RF-MW mix-process, at first. diamond seeds were deposited on silicon substrate by RF plasma CVD, and then diamond layer grown by MW plasma CVD from the seeds. The grain-size of diamond films deposited by using RF-MW mix-process was smaller and denser, in addition, crystallity of diamond films was better than MW plasma CVD process. The deposited diamond films were analyzed by SEM, XRD, and Raman spectroscopy.

        류마치스성 제1-2경추 아탈구 : 증례보고 Report of A Case

        Authors report a case of one-stage transoral decompression and posterior fusion in rheumatoid atlantoaxial subluxation. A 63-year-old man developed a rheumatiod atlantoaxial subluxation with mild weakness of all extremities which developed relatively suddenly 3 months after the initial symptom of neck pain. Skeletal traction followed by transoral decompression and occipitocervical fusion was performed on the same day. Postoperative course has been uneventful and revealed favorable fusion state of occipito-atlanto-axis. The pertinent literature on theumatoid atlanto-axial subluxation is reviewed and discussed.
