      • Pilot Study on the Theoretic Frame of Product Ecology

        Now non-sustainable production and consumption of products can’t be keeping out of every kind of environmental problem. It is really and truly the main task achieved by product Ecology(PE) that with integrating the measures of technique, economy, law etc, considering of the whole process of product Life Cycle, how to maximally reduces the disadvantageous influence of products to the environment and the health in mankind. On the investigative foundation in the last years in author, this paper try to give a concept for putting forward product Ecology, PE’s research object and mission, and the concrete research contents, so that further set up the theoretic frame of the new course in PE.

        Genome-wide identification, characterisation and expression profile analysis of DEAD-box family genes in sweet potato wild ancestor Ipomoea trifida under abiotic stresses

        Background DEAD-box protein family is the largest subfamily of RNA helicases and plays an important role in RNA metabolism and plant growth, development, and stress responses. Although DEAD-box genes have been characterized in various major crop plants, their identification and characterization in Convolvulaceae is still in infancy. Sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas, in Convolvulaceae) is the seventh most important crop in the world. Ipomoea trifida is one of the ancestors of sweet potato and is an effective resource for sweet potato cross-breeding. Objective Identification and characterisation of DEAD-box transcription factors in sweet potato wild ancestor I. trifida genome. Method A systematic genome-wide analysis was conducted to identify the DEAD-box transcription factors in the I. trifida genome. Results We identified 17 ItfDEAD-box genes which distributed unevenly on the nine chromosomes of I. trifida and encoded 29 DEAD transcripts. The phylogenetic analysis classified the DEAD-box proteins into nine groups named I–IX. Homology model prediction of ItfDEAD-box proteins obtained 14 models which lay a preliminary foundation for the further functional exploration of the ItfDEAD-box proteins. The tissue-specific and abiotic stress-responsive expression profiles of ItfDEAD-box genes were analyzed in different tissues and under abiotic stress responses by RNA-seq data and confirmed by quantitative PCR analysis. Some genes were significantly up- or down-regulated by different abiotic stress, suggesting that ItfDEAD-box plays a crucial role in stress responses in I. trifida. Conclusion The identification and gene expression of the ItfDEAD-box gene family might shed light on the function exploration of DEAD-box gene in I. trifida and promote the molecular breeding of sweet potato.

      • Cancer Registration in the Peoples Republic of China

        The current situation of cancer registration in China was systematically reviewed. So far, cancer registration in China has been making a great progress in the following aspects: the number of cancer registries and covered population have increased dramatically; a registration network has been established and completed gradually; regulations and rules improved remarkably; more attention is being paid by every level of government; a lot of registration software has been created and financial support ensured. However, we are still facing some problems and challenges, such as no stable groups of registrars, shortage of training opportunities, poor data quality, insufficient utilization and lack of multidisciplinary mechanisms, so that the cancer registration system still needs to be enhanced and improved. Along with the development of economy, science and information technology, methods and patterns of cancer registration is changing. It is to be expected that cancer registration will be automatic, nationwide and integrated with community healthcare in the near future.

      • Seismic performance of beam-to- SST column connection with external diaphragm

        This paper aims to study the seismic performance of external diaphragm connection between SST (square steel tube) column and H-shaped beam through experimental and analytical study involving finite element (FE) method and theoretical analysis. In the experimental study, three external diaphragm connection specimens with weak panel zone were tested under axial pressure on the top of the column and antisymmetric cyclic loads at the beam end to investigate the seismic performance of the panel zone. The hysteretic behavior, failure mode, stiffness and ductility of the specimens were discussed. Key point to be explored was the influence of the thickness of the steel tube flange on the shear capacity of the specimens. In the analytical study, three simplified FE models were developed to simulate the seismic behavior of the specimens for further analysis on the influence of steel tube flange. Finally, four existing calculation formulas for the shear capacity of the external diaphragm connection were evaluated through comparisons with the results of experiments and FE analysis, and application suggestions were put forward.

        中國民法典(草案)에 관한 考察

        근래 중국 민법학자들 사이에는 2002년 12월 23일 전국인민대표대회 상임위원회 제31차 회의에 상정된 『중화인민공화국민법(초안)』에 대한 논쟁이 뜨겁게 달아오르고 있다. 민법(초안)이 상정되기 전에는, 현시점에서의 民法典 제정이 時機尙早 여부인가에 대한 논쟁이었으나,1) 現在는 민법전의 構造와 內容에 대하여 학자들 나름대로 주장과 견해를 피력하고 있다. 본고에서는 먼저 중국 민법의 발전사를 간단히 살펴보고 나서 현행 중국 민법 관련법규와 민법(초안)의 내용 및 민법(초안)에 관한 중국 민법학자들의 중점 논쟁사항을 소개하고자 한다. 중국민법에 대한 이해를 돕기 위해 중국과 한국민법의 제도적인 면에서의 차이점을 볼 것 같으면 한국은 총칙, 물권, 채권, 친족, 상속 등 5편으로 된 민법전이 있는 반면, 중국은 아직까지 민법전이 없고 민법통칙, 계약법, 혼인법, 상속법 등 민사관련 單行法으로 구성되어 있다는 것, 그리고 한국은 民法과 商法 二元主義를 택하고 있으나, 중국은 民商法 一元主義2)를 취해 별도의 商法典3)이 없다는 점을 들 수 있다. 그 외의 세부적인 차이점은 관련부분에서 별도로 설명하기로 한다.

        온톨로지 기반 시맨틱 블로그 모델의 OWL 변환 및 관심 블로그 커뮤니티 추천 기법 (pp.385-389)

        As a new community forming environment, the blog platform enables sharing of the resources in blogosphere through active information exchange. Many researches have been performed to recommend appropriate resources to users from vast amounts of blog resources. As one of the solutions OSEM defines theknowledgebase in the blogosphere with ontology for effectively modeling it. In this paper, we propose a technique of converting the knowledgebase into the OWL ontology for sharing it on the semantic web environment. An inference method is then applied to the OWL ontology for recommending interest blog communities. For this aim, a mapping method is offered and then SWRL inference and SPARQL query based on the ontology are employed to extract interest blog communities. 최근 블로그 사용이 급증하면서 방대한 양의 블로그 자원으로부터 적합한 자원을 추출하여 사용자에게 제공하기 위한 연구들이 시도되었다. 이들 연구 중 OSEM(Ontology-based Semantic Blog Model)은 블로그 공간(Blogosphere) 내 지식베이스를 효과적으로 모델링하기 위해 이를 온톨로지로 정의한 모델이다. OSEM을 시맨틱 웹환경에서 활용하기 위해 본 논문에서는 매핑 기법을 적용하여 OSEM의 지식베이스를 OWL로 변환하고, OWL로 변환된 온톨로지에 SWRL 추론과 SPARQL 질의를 적용하여 블로그 사용자에게 유용한 관심 커뮤니티를 추천하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 OSEM 내 지식베이스를 OWL로 변환함으로써 시맨틱 웹 환경에서의 공유와 재사용을 가능하게 하고, 제안한 추론 기법을 적용하여 사용자 관점의 관심 블로그 커뮤니티 추천을 가능하도록 한다.
