      • Monoecism Algorithm in the Application of E-commerce Information Security

        With the development of e-commerce industry, the security of business information has attracted a lot of attention. The paper [1] puts forward the monoecism watermarking algorithm. The algorithm divides image into two parts: ROI (Region of interest) and RONI (Region Of Non Interest), and respectively deal with the two parts. Female watermark and male watermark are embedded into the RONI at the same time, and generate embedding watermark of the image. As is known to all, the integrity of ROI is also very important in e-commerce. This paper tries to apply the monoecism watermarking algorithm to e-commerce information security. The author gives six applications of the algorithm in electronic commerce that is graphical physical paper, electronic paper anti-counterfeiting, electronic seal, copyright protection, digital fingerprint generation, secure communication protection. This author introduced the embedding watermark and extracting watermark process and detection process of monoecism watermark algorithm. Through the analysis of simulation experiment of six application fields of monoecism watermark algorithm in the e-commerce information security, the simulation experiment has verified the validity of the algorithm. In a word, this paper has discussed the general rules of selecting ROI and the specific rules of selecting ROI in e-commerce applications. The simulation results are given, and the satisfactory results have been achieved.

        Average Consensus Seeking of High-order Continuous-time Multi-agent Systems with Multiple Time-varying Communication Delays

        The average consensus problem of high-order multi-agent systems with multiple time-varying communication delays is investigated in this paper. By using the idea of state decomposition, the condition for guaranteeing average consensus is converted into verifying the stability of zero equi-librium of disagreement system. Considering multiple time-varying communication delays, Lyapunov-Krasovskii approach in time-domain is employed to analyze the stability of zero equilibrium. With the help of Free-weighting Matrices (FWM) approach, the tolerant upper bounds on communication delays can be obtained through solving feasible linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Delay-dependent stability criteria for both strongly-connected fixed and switching topologies are provided in the main results. Further, the conclusion is extended to the case of jointly-connected switching topologies. Numerical examples and simulation results are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and the benefit on reducing conservativeness of the proposed method.

        Multi-granularity Switching Structure Based on Lambda-Group Model

        We present an intelligent optical switching structure based on our lambda-group model along with a working scheme that can provide a distinctive approach for dividing complicated traffic into specific tunnels for better optical performance and grooming efficiency. Both the results and figures from our experiments show that the particular channel partition not only helps in reducing ports significantly, but also improves the average signal-to-noise ratio of the wavelength channel and the blocking performance for dynamic connection requests.

      • Corn Hybrid Variety Identification Based on Computer Vision

        Variety purity is the most important quality index of corn hybrid seed, corn variety purity has a great influence on corn production and quality, but variety identification is very difficult. Electrophoretic method wasa new variety identification method developed in recent years. It was rapid, simple, accurate and reproducible. Because the electrophoretogram recognition relied on human completely, this demanded users having high technique level. In this paper, a computer vision system was developed for corn hybrid variety identification by corn seed electrophoretogram processing and analysis. The method of qasi-wavelet edge multi-scale detection based on Gaussian filter and vector differential operator was used to extract feature of characteristic bands successfully. A BP neural network classifier was designed for classification of corn hybrid electrophoretogram, the test results demonstrated that classification accuracy is 96%. Based on the proposed theories and methods, a set of applied software was developed for corn hybrid variety identification. It was tested with 30 kinds of corn hybrid, the results demonstrated that the system provided an accuracy of 95% compared to experts inspection.

        Exosomes derived from miR-214-3p overexpressing mesenchymal stem cells promote myocardial repair

        Aims Exosomes are known as nanovesicles that are naturally secreted, playing an essential role in stem-mediated cardioprotection. This study mainly focused on investigating if exosomes derived from miR-214 overexpressing mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) show more valid cardioprotective ability in a rat model of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and its potential mechanisms. Methods Exosomes were isolated from control MSCs (Ctrl-Exo) and miR-214 overexpressing MSCs (miR-214OE-Exo) and then they were delivered to cardiomyocytes and endothelial cells in vitro under hypoxia and serum deprivation (H/SD) condition or in vivo in an acutely infarcted Sprague-Dawley rat heart. Regulated genes and signal pathways by miR-214OE-Exo treatment were explored using western blot analysis and luciferase assay. Results in vitro , miR-214OE-Exo enhanced migration, tube-like formation in endothelial cells. In addition, miR-214OE-Exo ameliorated the survival of cardiomyocytes under H/SD. In the rat AMI model, compared to Ctrl-Exo, miR-214OE-Exo reduced myocardial apoptosis, and therefore reduced infarct size and improved cardiac function. Besides, miR-214OE-Exo accelerated angiogenesis in peri-infarct region. Mechanistically, we identified that exosomal miR-214-3p promoted cardiac repair via targeting PTEN and activating p-AKT signal pathway. Conclusion Exosomes derived from miR-214 overexpressing MSCs have greatly strengthened the therapeutic efficacy for treatment of AMI by promoting cardiomyocyte survival and endothelial cell function.

        Overexpression of antisense phosphatase 2C affords cold resistance in hybrid Populus davidiana ×  Populus bolleana

        Background Overexpression of the abiotic and biotic stress-resistance genes of the plant signaling pathway is well known for its signifcant role in the regulation of plant growth and enhancement of the productivity of agricultural land under changing climatic conditions. Objectives This research aimed to clone Populus davidiana×Populus bolleana PP2C (PdPP2C) gene and analyze its structure and function, and downregulate PdPP2C by overexpression of its antisense PdPP2C (AS-PdPP2C) gene for enhancing cold resistance in transgenic lines of hybrid P. davidiana×P. bolleana. Methods PdPP2C was cloned and transformed to identify its function, and its antisense was overexpressed via downregulation to increase the cold resistance in transgenic lines of hybrid P. davidiana×P. bolleana. Results Antisense inhibition of protein phosphatase 2C accelerates the cold acclimation of Poplar (P. davidiana×P. bolleana) gene in terms of antifreeze. Conclusion PdPP2C was expressed in the roots, stems, and leaves of P. davidiana×P. bolleana, and the expression was higher in the leaves. The expression of PdPP2C was also signifcantly downregulated at low-temperature (0 °C and 4 °C) stress. The relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content of non-transgenic lines were higher than those of AS-PdPP2C lines after 2 days of cold treatment at−1 °C. The leaves of the transgenic lines were not wilted and showed no chlorosis compared with those of the non-transgenic lines. The AS-PdPP2C transgenic lines also showed higher freezing resistance than the non-transgenic lines. AS-PdPP2C participated in the regulation of freezing resistance.
