        Preparation of 2D/2D g-C3N4/Ti3C2 MXene composites by calcination synthesis method for visible light photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline

        In this work, an ultrathin 2D/2D g-C3N4/Ti3C2 heterojunction was synthesized by direct calcination of a mixture of urea and multilayer Ti3C2 for photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline. Among them, urea is the precursor for the generation of g-C3N4 and generates gas to peel the multilayer Ti3C2 into fewer layers while reacting, solving the problem of low yield for the preparation of fewer layers of Ti3C2. The experimental results of tetracycline degradation under visible light showed that pure g-C3N4 (UCN) exhibited weak photoactivity; however, its photocatalytic performance was enhanced when Ti3C2 was coupled with g-C3N4. The best sample (5TC) could degrade 90.1% of tetracycline within 30 min. After four cycles of stability test, the photocatalytic performance did not change significantly, indicating that the prepared 2D/2D g-C3N4/Ti3C2 heterojunction possesses strong photocatalytic performance along with good stability.

        글로벌 스포츠브랜드 기업의 고객지향성이 중국소비자의 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 논문의 연구목적은 글로벌 스포츠브랜드 기업의 고객지향성이 중국소비자의 충성도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 고객지향성과 고객충성도의 관계에서 매개변수인 고객지각가치, 기업가이미지, 고객만족도의 인과관계를 검증하고자 한다. 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째, 고객지향성과 고객지각가치에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고객지향성은 기업이미지에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객지각가치는 고객만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 고객지각가치는 고객만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 기업이미지는 고객만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 고객지각가치는 고객충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱 번째, 기업이미지는 고객충성도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 고객만족도는 고객충성도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시 한다. 첫째, 고객지향성과 고객충성도의 관계는 고객지각가치, 기업이미지, 고객만족도를 거쳐 간접적으로 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 것이 확인 되면서 고객지향성이 고객충성도의 관계를 새롭게 접근할 수 있는 실증적인 기여를 이루었다. 둘째, 다국적기업이 중국시장에서의 국제경영활동에서 중국고객의 고객충성도를 향상하기 위해서는 고객지향적인 행위를 더욱 많이 진행시켜 고객지각가치, 기업이미지, 고객만족도를 향상시켜야 한다는 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this paper is to verify the impact of global sports brand business's customer-oriented appeal on Chinese consumers ' loyalty, to satisfy the customer perception values and the entrepreneurial relationship, which are parameters in relation to customer loyalty. In summary, the study results showed that the first is the influence of positive comments on customer-oriented and customer perception values. Second, customer-oriented characteristics are found to affect positive aspects of corporate image. Third, it has been shown that the perception value of customers affects the degree of client satisfaction (+). Fourth, the perceived value of the client was found to have a positive effect on the customer satisfaction level. Fifth, the corporate image was found to affect the degree of client satisfaction with positive comments. Sixth, it turns out that the perception value of clients does not significantly affect customer loyalty. Seventh, corporate image has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Finally, it has been shown that customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. The results of the study give the following suggestions. First, the relationship between customer-oriented and consumer-oriented customers has been confirmed to affect customer loyalty indirectly through the customer perception values, corporate images and customer satisfaction, creating a new customer oriented loyalty relationship. Second, in order to improve customer loyalty in China's international business activities in the Chinese market, multinational corporations should develop more customer-oriented behaviors to enhance customer perception values, corporate image and customer satisfaction.

        Deep auto-context convolutional neural networks for standard-dose PET image estimation from low-dose PET/MRI

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Positron emission tomography (PET) is an essential technique in many clinical applications such as tumor detection and brain disorder diagnosis. In order to obtain high-quality PET images, a standard-dose radioactive tracer is needed, which inevitably causes the risk of radiation exposure damage. For reducing the patient's exposure to radiation and maintaining the high quality of PET images, in this paper, we propose a deep learning architecture to estimate the high-quality standard-dose PET (SPET) image from the combination of the low-quality low-dose PET (LPET) image and the accompanying T1-weighted acquisition from magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Specifically, we adapt the convolutional neural network (CNN) to account for the two channel inputs of LPET and T1, and directly learn the end-to-end mapping between the inputs and the SPET output. Then, we integrate multiple CNN modules following the auto-context strategy, such that the tentatively estimated SPET of an early CNN can be iteratively refined by subsequent CNNs. Validations on real human brain PET/MRI data show that our proposed method can provide competitive estimation quality of the PET images, compared to the state-of-the-art methods. Meanwhile, our method is highly efficient to test on a new subject, e.g., spending ∼2 s for estimating an entire SPET image in contrast to ∼16 min by the state-of-the-art method. The results above demonstrate the potential of our method in real clinical applications.</P>

      • Promotion or Prevention? The Moderating Effect of Embedded External Reviews on Consumer Evaluations

        Given the increasing information overload among users of online review websites, understanding the manner in which cognitive costs are reduced and efficient information is made reliable has become increasingly important. This study targets a unique consumer review design and explores how reviews from an external peer-to-peer site embedded in an online travel agency (OTA) website influence subsequent evaluation behaviors. The empirical results indicate that (1) embedded external reviews with a high average valence tend to strengthen the influence of the positive evaluation ratio while diminishing the effect of the review volume, and (2) embedded external reviews with a large variance strengthen the positive effect of the review volume while weakening the effect of the positive evaluation ratio on subsequent positive evaluations. The findings provide practical insights for consumers and online platforms.

      • Nested Case-control Study of Occupational Radiation Exposure and Breast and Esophagus Cancer Risk among Medical Diagnostic X Ray Workers in Jiangsu of China

        Medical diagnostic X-ray workers are one occupational group that expose to the long-term low-dose external radiation over their working lifetime, and they may under risk of different cancers. This study aims to determine the relationship between the occupational X-ray radiation exposure and cancer risk among these workers in Jiangsu, China. We conducted Nested case-control study to investigate the occupational X-ray radiation exposure and cancer risk. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaire, which includes but not limits to demographic data, personal behaviors and family history of cancer. Retrospective dose reconstruction was conducted to estimate the cumulative doses of the x-ray workers. Inferential statistics, t-test and 2 tests were used to compare the differences between each group. We used the logistic regression model to calculate the odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) of cancer by adjusting the age, gender. All 34 breast cancer cases and 45 esophageal cancer cases that detected in a cohort conducted among health workers between 1950~2011 were included in this presented study, and 158 cancer-free controls were selected by frequency-matched (1:2). Our study found that the occupational radiation exposure was associated with a significantly increased cancer risk compared with the control, especially in breast cancer and esophageal cancer (adjusted OR=2.90, 95% CI: 1.19-7.04 for breast cancer; OR=4.19, 95% CI: 1.87-9.38 for esophageal cancer, and OR=3.43, 95% CI: 1.92-6.12 for total cancer, respectively). The occupational X-ray radiation exposure was associated with increasing cancer risk, which indicates that proper intervention and prevention strategies may be needed in order to bring down the occupational cancer risk.

        Olanzapine May Inhibit Colonic Motility Associated with the 5-HT Receptor and Myosin Light Chain Kinase

        ObjectiveaaTo study whether the effects of olanzapine on gastrointestinal motility is related to the serotonin antagonism and myosin light chain kinase. MethodsaaMale Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups. Olanzapine gavage was performed for each treatment group during the course of 30 continuous days, while the same volume of saline was given to the rats in the control group. Defecation of the rats was observed on days 7 and 30 after olanzapine gavage. The effects of olanzapine on contraction of colonic smooth muscles were observed in ex vivo experiments. A Western blot was used to evaluate expression levels of the serotonin transporter (SERT) and MLCK in colon segments of the rats. ResultsaaCompared to the control group, 5–160 μM of olanzapine could inhibit dose-dependently the contraction of colonic smooth muscle ex vivo experiments. The maximum smooth muscle contraction effects of 5-HT and acetylcholine significantly decreased after treatment with 40–160 μM of olanzapine. Constipation was found in the olanzapine-treated rats on day 7 and have sustained day 30 after gavage. Expression of MLCK in olanzapine-treated rats was significantly decreased, whereas the expression of SERT significantly increased on the day 7, then significantly decreased on the day 30 after olanzapine gavage. ConclusionaaSERT and MLCK may involve in the inhibition of colonic contraction induced by olanzapine.

        Influence of high temperature on mechanical properties of concrete containing recycled fine aggregate

        This paper presents the results of an experimental study to investigate the influences of high temperatures on the mechanical properties of concrete containing recycled fine aggregate. A total of 150 concrete prisms (100x100x100 mm) are cast and heated under five different temperatures (20oC, 200oC, 400oC, 600oC, 800oC ) for test. The results show that the mass loss, compressive strength, elastic modulus, splitting tensile strength of concrete specimens containing recycled fine aggregate decline significantly as the temperature rise. At the same temperature, the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, elastic modulus of concrete specimens containing recycled coarse aggregate and recycled fine aggregate (RHC) is lower than that of concrete specimens containing natural coarse aggregate and recycled fine aggregate (RFC). The shape of stress–strain curves of concrete specimens at different temperatures is different, and the shape of that become flatter as the temperature rises. Normal concrete has better energy absorption capacity than concrete containing recycled fine aggregate.

        Supercharging a MnO<sub>2</sub> Nanowire: An Amine-Altered Morphology Retains Capacity at High Rates and Mass Loadings

        <P>The influence of hexamethylenetetraamine (HMTA) on the morphology of delta-MnO2 and its properties for electrical energy storage are investigated-specifically for ultrathick delta-MnO2 layers in the micron scale. Planar arrays of gold@delta MnO2, core@shell nanowires, were prepared by electrodeposition with and without the HMTA and their electrochemical properties were evaluated. HMTA alters the MnO2 in three ways: First, it creates a more open morphology for the MnO2 coating, characterized by 'petals' with a thickness of 6 to 9 nm, rather than much thinner delta-MnO2 sheets seen in the absence of HMTA. Second, the electronic conductivity of the delta-MnO2 is increased by an order of magnitude. Third, (delta-MnO2 prepared in HMTA shows a (001) interlayer spacing that is expanded by approximate to 30% possibly accelerating Li transport. The net effect of 'HTMA doping' is to dramatically improve high rate performance, culminating in an increase in the specific capacity for the thickest MnO2 shells examined here by a factor of 15 at 100 mV/s.</P>
