        중국 대학생의 위챗(WeChat) 모멘트를 통한 정보공유 의도에 관한 연구 -이용과 충족이론, 합리적인 행위이론을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 중국 대학생을 대상으로 위챗 모멘트(WeChat Moment) 사용자들의 정보공유 동기를 알아보고 정보공유 동기가 정보공유 태도, 정보공유 의도에 미치는 영향과 사용자의 주관적 규범이 정보공유의도에 미치는 요인을 분석 하였다. 이를 위해 위챗 모멘트를 이용하는 대학생 627명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS 24 프로그램을 사용하여 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 신뢰도 분석과 회귀분석을 하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 위챗 모멘트 정보공유 동기는 ‘정보추구’, ‘사회적 영향’, ‘자아표출’, ‘관계유지 강화’로 나타났다. 둘째, 위챗 모멘트 정보공유 동기 요인 중 정보추구 요인을 제외한 사회적 영향, 자아표출, 관계유지 강화 동기 요인은 정보공유 태도와 정보공유 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 위챗 모멘트 정보공유 태도와 주관적 규범 모두 정보공유 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 위챗 모멘트 이용자들의 정보공유 행동을 이해하는데 기초 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이며, 정보공유 행동을 촉진하거나 감소시키는 요인을 이해하는데 참고자료가 될 것이다. This study examined the motives for information sharing among Chinese university students using WeChat Moment and analyzed the effects of information-sharing motives on information-sharing attitudes and intentions, as well as the factors influencing subjective norms on information-sharing intentions. To accomplish this, an online survey was conducted with 627 university students who use WeChat Moment, and factor analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 24 software. The analysis results revealed the following: First, the motives for information sharing on WeChat Moment were identified as information seeking, social influence, self-expression, and relationship maintenance. Second, among the motives for information sharing on WeChat Moment, social influence, self-expression, and relationship maintenance motives, excluding the information-seeking motive, significantly influenced information-sharing attitudes and intentions. Third, both information-sharing attitudes and subjective norms on WeChat Moment significantly influenced information-sharing intentions. These findings can provide fundamental data for understanding the information-sharing behavior of WeChat Moment users and serve as a reference for understanding the factors that promote or inhibit information-sharing behavior.

        Mineralogy and isotope geochemical characteristics for Xiaozhen copper deposit, Langao County, Shaanxi Province and their constraint on genesis of the deposit

        The Xiaozhen copper deposit is a typical deposit in the North Daba Mountain area polymetallic metallogenic belt. With the exception of geological prospecting research, however, few studies have been reported on the genesis of the deposit. This paper focuses on the mineralogical and isotope geochemical characteristics for the Xiaozhen copper deposit. Detailed field-work and microscope observations suggest that the ore’s structural fabric and mineral assemblages feature a medium–low-temperature hydrothermal pattern of metallogeny. The results of electron microprobe analysis indicate that chalcopyrite atomic ratio ΣMe/S = ~0.95–1.03, which suggests that they may not be of sedimentary origin. In addition, the S content of the pyrite is from 50.57 wt% to 53.16 wt% that is less than standard the value of 53.45 wt%, the Fe/S value is from 0.878 to 0.955, and the Ni content in pyrite is high even up to 0.38 wt%. These results, combined with Ni-Co graphic projection, indicate that the pyrite is of magmatic hydrothermal origin. Moreover, most of the sphalerites contain Se, and their calculated w(FeS) content ranging from 4.60 wt% to 10.37 wt% suggest magmatic origin and a formation temperature of approximately 300 °C. Further, the content of χ(Fe) is from 46.55 wt% to 46.97 wt% for pyrrhotites, suggesting they are clino-pyrrhotites. This result, combined with mineral assemblages and the Fe-S system diagram, indicates a mineralization temperature of approximately 310 °C. The δ34S values of the sulfide range from 2.6‰ to 11.5‰, indicating multisource properties. The 208Pb/204Pb has wider ratios (~38.897–39.918), reflecting that they contain abundant radiogenic lead. The Pb isotope tectonic setting and genetic classification plot show that the ore lead was provided mainly by the upper crust in addition to a few magma materials. The analytical results of fluid inclusions in the chalcopyrite show that the 3He/4He ratios are ~0.268–0.326 R/Ra, which is higher than the crustal ratios but grossly lower than that of the mantle fluid and that the 40Ar/36Ar ratios are higher than the argon isotopic composition of the atmosphere. Moreover, the He-Ar isotope system suggests that the source of the ore-forming fluids is predominantly meteoric low-temperature underground water, with a small amount of mantle fluid. In summary, this study has determined that the Xiaozhen copper deposit is a medium-temperature magmatic hydrothermal deposit. This finding is combined with metallogenic age to briefly describe the mineralization process.

      • Elevated Mean Platelet Volume is Associated with Presence of Colon Cancer

        Background: Colon cancer is the second most common cancer in developed countries. Activated platelets play a key role in inflammation and atherothrombosis, with mean platelet volume (MPV) is an early marker of platelet activation. The aim of the study was to clarify the relevance of MPV in patients with colon cancer. Materials and Methods: We measured MPV levels in 128 patients with colon cancer before and after surgery, and 128 controls matched for age, gender, body mass index (BMI) and smoking status. The odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) for colon cancer were calculated using multivariate logistic regression analyses across MPV quartiles. Results: Patients with colon cancer had higher MPV compared with controls. Surgical tumor resection resulted in a significant decrease in MPV levels (11.4 fL vs 10.7 fL; p<0.001). A positive correlation between MPV and tumor-nodule-metastases (TNM) stage was found. Furthermore, after adjusting for other risk factors, the ORs (95%CIs) for colon cancer according to MPV quartiles were 1.000, 2.238 (1.014-4.943), 3.410 (1.528-7.613), and 5.379 (2.372-12.198), respectively. Conclusions: The findings show that patients with colon cancer have higher MPV levels compared with controls, and these are reduced after surgery. In addition, MPV was found to be independently associated with the presence of colon cancer. Further studies are warranted to assess the utility of MPV as a novel diagnostic screening tool for colon cancer.

        Parkinson’s Disease with Fatigue: Clinical Characteristics and Potential Mechanisms Relevant to α-Synuclein Oligomer

        Background and Purpose The aim of this study was to identify the clinical characteristics and potential mechanisms relevant to pathological proteins in Parkinson’s disease (PD) patients who experience fatigue. Methods PD patients (n=102) were evaluated using a fatigue severity scale and scales for motor and nonmotor symptoms. The levels of three pathological proteins—α-synuclein oligomer, β-amyloid (Aβ)1-42, and tau—were measured in 102 cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) samples from these PD patients. Linear regression analyses were performed between fatigue score and the CSF levels of the above-listed pathological proteins in PD patients. Results The frequency of fatigue in the PD patients was 62.75%. The fatigue group had worse motor symptoms and anxiety, depression, and autonomic dysfunction. The CSF level of α-synuclein oligomer was higher and that of Aβ1-42 was lower in the fatigue group than in the non-fatigue group. In multiple linear regression analyses, fatigue severity was significantly and positively correlated with the α-synuclein oligomer level in the CSF of PD patients, after adjusting for confounders. Conclusions PD patients experience a high frequency of fatigue. PD patients with fatigue have worse motor and part nonmotor symptoms. Fatigue in PD patients is associated with an increased α-synuclein oligomer level in the CSF

        Effectiveness and Safety of Dabrafenib in the Treatment of 20 Chinese Children with BRAFV600E-Mutated Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis

        Purpose We sought to investigate the effectiveness and safety of dabrafenib in children with BRAFV600E-mutated Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH). Materials and Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 20 children with BRAFV600E-mutated LCH who were treated with dabrafenib. Results The median age at which the patients started taking dabrafenib was 2.3 years old (range, 0.6 to 6.5 years). The ratio of boys to girls was 2.3:1. The median follow-up time was 30.8 months (range, 18.9 to 43.6 months). There were 14 patients (70%) in the risk organ (RO)+ group and six patients (30%) in the RO– group. All patients were initially treated with traditional chemotherapy and then shifted to targeted therapy due to poor control of LCH or intolerance to chemotherapy. The overall objective response rate and the overall disease control rate were 65% and 75%, respectively. During treatment, circulating levels of cell-free BRAFV600E (cfBRAFV600E) became negative in 60% of the patients within a median period of 3.0 months (range, 1.0 to 9.0 months). Grade 2 or 3 adverse effects occurred in five patients. Conclusion Some children with BRAFV600E-mutated LCH may benefit from monotherapy with dabrafenib, especially high-risk patients with concomitant hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis and intolerance to chemotherapy. The safety of dabrafenib is notable. A prospective study with a larger sample size is required to determine the optimal dosage and treatment duration.

        Genetic variation and phylogenetic relationships of the ectomycorrhizal Floccularia luteovirens on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

        Floccularia luteovirens, as an ectomycorrhizal fungus, is widely distributed in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. As an edible fungus, it is famous for its unique flavor. Former studies mainly focus on the chemical composition and genetic structure of this species. However, the phylogenetic relationship between genotypes remains unknown. In this study, the genetic variation and phylogenetic relationship between the genotypes of F. luteovirens in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was estimated through the analysis on two protein-coding genes (rpb1 and ef-1α) from 398 individuals collected from 24 wild populations. The sample covered the entire range of this species during all the growth seasons from 2011 to 2015. 13 genotypes were detected and moderate genetic diversity was revealed. Based on the results of network analysis, the maximum likelihood (ML), maximum parsimony (MP), and Bayesian inference (BI) analyses, the genotypes H-1, H-4, H-6, H-8, H-10, and H-11 were grouped into one clade. Additionally, a relatively higher genotype diversity (average h value is 0.722) and unique genotypes in the northeast edge of Qinghai- Tibet plateau have been found, combined with the results of mismatch analysis and neutrality tests indicated that Southeast Qinghai-Tibet plateau was a refuge for F. luteovirens during the historical geological or climatic events (uplifting of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau or Last Glacial Maximum). Furthermore, the present distribution of the species on the Qinghai-Tibet plateau has resulted from the recent population expansion. Our findings provide a foundation for the future study of the evolutionary history and the speciation of this species.

      • Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy Versus Total Abdominal Hysterectomy for Endometrial Cancer: A Meta-analysis

        The standard surgery for early-stage endometrial cancer is total abdominal hysterectomy (TAH), while total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH) is less invasive and assumed to be associated with lower morbidity. This meta-analysis was performed to investigate the effects of TLH versus TAH in women with early-stage endometrial cancer. We searched the PubMed, EMBASE, CBM and Cochrane Review databases for randomized trials assessing the effects of TLH versus TAH in women with early-stage endometrial cancer. The relative risks (RR) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) from each study were pooled using meta-analysis. In our study, 9 randomized trials with a total of 1,263 patients were included. Meta-analyses showed that TLH was associated with lower risks of major complications (RR = 0.53, 95%CI 0.29-0.98, P = 0.042), total complications (RR = 0.59, 95%CI 0.42-0.82, P = 0.002) and postoperative complications (RR = 0.57, 95%CI 0.40-0.83, P = 0.003). However, there were no obvious differences in risks of intra-operative complications (RR = 0.98, 95%CI 0.62-1.55, P = 0.919) and mortality (RR = 0.96, 95%CI 0.66-1.40, P = 0.835). In conclusion, our results provide new evidence of a benefit for TLH over TAH in terms of major complications, total complications and postoperative complications in endometrial cancer patients.

        Anthracene Biodegradation under Nitrate-reducing Condition and Associated Microbial Community Changes

        Anaerobic biodegradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and degraders in the subsurface environment have aroused increasing attention. Molecular techniques are especially useful when isolates are hard to obtain. Nitrate-reducing microcosms inoculated with aquifer sediment were constructed to investigate anthracene biodegradation. The associated microbial community changes were characterized using terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis (TRFLP) in combination with 16S rRNA gene clone library analysis. A nearly complete removal of anthracene was achieved after an eighty day incubation under the nitrate-reducing condition. The two molecular techniques revealed a significant shift of microbial community structure, coupled with anthracene biodegradation. Species of genera Paracoccus, Herbaspirillum,Azotobacter, and Rhodococcus were grouped into four major operational taxonomic units (OTUs) in the library that was constructed with the microcosm sample on day 80. The enrichment of these genera might have links to anthracene biodegradation under the nitrate-reducing condition. Microbial consortia likely played a part in anthracene degradation.       • Seismic Performance and Vibration Control of Urban Over-track High-rise Buildings

        During the structural design of urban over-track high-rise buildings, two problems are most likely encountered: the abrupt change of story stiffness between the podium and the upper towers, as well as the demand for train-induced vibration control. Traditional earthquake-resistant structures have to be particularly designed with transfer stories to meet the requirement of seismic control under earthquakes, and thus horizontal seismic isolation techniques are recommended to solve the transfer problem. The function of mitigating the vertical subway-induced vibration can be integrated into the isolation system including thick rubber bearings and 3D composite vibration control devices. Engineering project cases are presented in this paper for a more comprehensive understanding of the engineering practice and research frontiers of urban over-track high-rise buildings in China.

      • Clinical Utility of Haptoglobin in Combination with CEA, NSE and CYFRA21-1 for Diagnosis of Lung Cancer

        Purpose: To investigate the clinical value in lung cancer of a combination of four serum tumor markers, haptoglobin (Hp), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), neuron specific enolase (NSE) as well as the cytokeratin 19 fragment (CYFRA21-1). Materials and Methods: Serum Hp (with immune-turbidimetric method), CEA, NSE, CYFRA21-1 (with chemiluminescence method) level were assessed in 193 patients with lung cancer, 87 patients with benign lung disease and 150 healthy controls. Differences of expression were compared among groups, and joint effects of these tumor markers for the diagnosis of lung cancer were analyzed. Results: Serum tumor marker levels in patients with lung cancer were obviously higher than those with benign lung disease and normal controls (p<0.01). The sensitivities of Hp, CEA, NSE and CYFRA21-1 were 43.5%, 40.9%, 23.3% and 41.5%, with specificities of 90.7%, 99.2%, 97.9% and 97.9%. Four tumor markers combined together could produce a positive detection rate of 85.0%, significantly higher than that of any single test. With squamous carcinomas, the positive detection rates with Hp and CYFRA21-1 were higher than that of other markers. In the adenocarcinoma case, the positive detection rate of CEA was higher than that of other markers. For small cell carcinomas, the positive detection rate of NSE was highest. The area under receiver operating characteristic curve ($AUC^{ROC}$) of Hp in squamous carcinoma (0.805) was higher than in adenocarcinoma (0.664) and small cell carcinoma (0.665). Conclusions: Hp can be used as a new serum tumor marker for lung cancer. Combination detection of Hp, CEA, NSE and CYFRA21-1 could significantly improve the sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of lung cancer, and could be useful for pathological typing.
