The advance communication is the major difference between the human being and animals. The advancement of the human being is in proportion to the advancement of media. One of the most important concept in communication and media has concerned with Symbolololgy. Media and communication had been developed in various ways, therefore symbology also approaches in various ways, such as TV drama, film, print and/or new media. The purpose of this study is analyzing interface design into Symbolololgy for the effective communication for new media. Interface is the foremost medium between the sender and the receiver. That's why Interface design is so important to the information provider, such as internet, CD-ROM and interactive TV, differnt between the other media. This study is based on effective communication for information provider through Symbological analysis multimedia project(CD-ROM title) into interface design in the New media Era.
해외원조를 위한 개발도상국가의 효율적 교육정보화 구축 방안에 대한 연구 보고 : 몽골을 중심으로

Compared to other media, the Internet, in a short time, has become a part of everyday life, increasing it's role and influence at great speeds. The internet, which saves time and money through prompt, accurate and smooth communication is a crucial driver of the Korea's economic and social growth. National Informatization is a top priority for the country. It is essential to establish Government-initiated networks and to allow the citizens widespread dissemination of National Informatization. The best way to establish National Informatization is to circulate through Education Informatization. National Informatization should gradually expand its overall base from schools and teachers through parents and students. This research paper is about how to track National Informatization in underdeveloped societies. It is based on the materials from ICT in Education driven by Mongolian Ministry of Education, Culture and Science. Spreading Korea’s advanced IT technologies and experience abroad should contribute to co-prosperity along with promoting national interests by exporting and foreign aid technologies and content.

I served as the director in charge of the Academic Credit Bank System of our university for two consecutive terms of four years from 2007 to 2010. In a bid to arrange and solidify the basic concepts and direction of the system for a stable and sustained operation in line of a transfer of duties scheduled in 2011, I am writing the paper based on the existing annual reports and policy materials of the Life-long Education Promotion Agency. I would like to lay the groundwork for a sustained development of the Academic Credit Bank System of our school. Here is the list of research items. First, the understanding the basic purpose and concept of Academic Credit Bank System as well as institutional operation plan is required. Second, I have examined the present status of Academic Credit Bank System institutes nationwide and our school. Third, based on that, I have set the goal, toward which our school should be directed. Fourth, I have made several suggestions to achieve the goal. We have made consistent research and effort for the development of the Academic Credit Bank System together with relevant personnel under the unfavorable conditions and disadvantageous location, compared to other universities. However, we have established a clear goal and made significant progress in stabilizing the system through our way of systemization. We expect that we will be able to advance the status of universities and to expand the network by developing new profit-generating models through invigorated Academic Credit Bank System and the expansion of its presence. Academic Credit Bank System was introduced for the purpose of providing all people with equal opportunity of tertiary education and sustainable life-long education and the strategy of turning the crisis in universities caused by ever-increasing competition and reduced number of students into a new opportunity for growth and development should be sought from the perspective of survival strategy for universities.

The solubility of various fluoro-gases in high boiling-point solvents, n-Cnh_2n+_1OH(6<n<10)and ionic liquids(+ ions: 1-Buty 1-3-methy1-imidazolium, 1-Ethy1-3-methy1-imidazolium, - ions:BF_4, PF_6, S_6F_6, F_6O_4S_6) were measured at temperatures from 0 to 30℃, at total pressures up to 4 bat Solubility increased significantly with the decrease of n in n-Cn_2N+OH and showed no such a difference in the types of ionic liquids, Especially, the solubility of R22 gas in these solvents increases rapidly with increases in pressure and decreases in temperature, whereas other fluoro-gases were showed a little solubility Liquid-supported membranes were prepared with these solvents and polymer matrix and were applied to the separation of fluoro-gases including R22 gas. A high permeability and selectivity were exhibited in R22 gas against other fluoro-gases.

<P>Conclusions: The IAP in the prone position was significantly lower using the Jackson table compared with the Wilson frame and chest rolls. A PEEP up to 9 cm H2O can be safely used in healthy euvolemic patients undergoing prone spinal surgery without a clinically significant increase in IAP, irrespective of the type of prone positional apparatus.</P>

<P>The charge-discharge process of the room-temperature Na/S battery is studied using the Na/S cell with tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether (TEGDME) and the solid electrolyte. The solid electrolyte is a barrier for chemical mass transport between the anode and the cathode. The sodium polysulfides as reaction products in TEGDME could therefore be investigated without interference from the anode side. During discharge, the color of the TEGDME electrolyte changes from transparent to brown, yellowish-green, and then back to transparent, and in the reverse order during charge. The first three colors are well-matched with those of prepared TEGDME solutions of Na2Sn (6 <= n <= 8), Na2S4 and Na2S, respectively. The solubility of sodium polysulfides (Na2Sn, 1 <= n <= 8) in TEGDME are measured systematically. The dissolution of sodium polysulfides is found to depend on the molar concentration of sulfur. The optimized Na/S cell using activated carbon delivers a high capacity of 1070 mAh g(-1) at the first discharge, and remains at 782 mAh g(-1) after 37 cycles. It also shows good rate capability with a discharge capacity of 569 mAh g(-1) at 1/2 C. The coulombic efficiency is nearly 100% after the 5th cycle. (C) 2016 The Electrochemical Society.
