        Mycobacterium mageritense에 의한 당뇨병성 족부 감염증 1예

        Diabetic foot infection is one of the important complications in patients with advanced diabetes mellitus. Limb threatening infections such as osteomyelitis, abscess, and necrotizing fasciitis are frequently accompanied by the disease. Non-tuberculous mycobacterium (NTM) is a rare causative organism of diabetic foot infection. Thus, if one is not suspicious or meticulous, infection due to NTM will be easily overlooked and this will result in delayed diagnose and treat. Therefore, it is necessary to consider NTM as the causative organism if the wound does not respond to the conventional antibiotic treatment and the culture from the adequately obtained specimen reveals atypical acid-fast bacilli. We present a case of diabetic foot infection with osteomyelitis and abscess due to Mycobacterium mageritense, one of the rapid growing mycobacteria, that was successfully treated with surgical debridement and appropriate antibiotic treatment.

        GSIS is a system that contains spatially referenced data that can be analyzed and converted to information for a specific set of purpose,or application. The key of feature of a GSIS is the analysis of data produce new information. The history of using computers for mapping and spatial analysis shows that there have been paralled developments in automated data capture, data analysis, and presentation in several broadly related fields. Geo-spatial information systems do have a lot in common with auto computer aided drafting(ACAD) systems used for drafting a wide range of technical objects. This study aims to convert of GSIS database model by ACAD system.

        유도초음파를 이용한 2.25Cr-1Mo재의 열화도 평가

        고온에서 장시간 사용으로 인하여 발생되는 경년열화 평가에는 파괴적인 방법이 신뢰성이 높지만 시험편 채취의 어려움이 있다. 그러므로 비파괴적인 방법에 의한 열화도 평가가 바람직하다. 본 연구에서는 2.25Cr-1Mo강에 대하여 장시간 등온열처리로 모의 열화시험편을 제작하여 고온설비부재에서 발생되는 탄화물의 석출 및 조대화, 불순물의 입계편석 등 금속학적 미세조직을 관찰하고, 미세조직의 변화와 유도 초음파의 전파특성과의 상관관계를 규명하고, 파괴시험치와 그 결과를 비교하여 초음파 비파괴평가에 의한 고온부재의 열화도 평가의 가능성을 실험적으로 검증하고자 한다. The destructive method is reliable and widely used for the estimation of material degradation but, it have time-consuming and a great difficulty in preparing specimens from in-service industrial facilities. Therefore, the etimation of degraded structural materials by nondestructive evaluation is strongly desired. In this paper, the use of guided wave was suggested for the evaluation of thermally damaged 2.25Cr-1Mo steel as an alternative way to compensate for limitations of fracture tests. The observation of microstructure variations of the material including carbide precipitation increase and spheroidization near gain boundary was conducted and the correlation with the guided wave features such as energy loss ratio and group velocity changes was investigated. Through this study the feasibility of ultrasonic guided wave evaluation for thermally damaged materials was explored.

      • 우리나라 生計費와 外國의 最低賃金制와의 比較考察

        The characteristics of Korean wage structure are; lowel level of wages; differentiation of wages among laborers; delay in their payment; and pay scale based on the principle of seniority. Reference is made in paper solely to minimum wage system susceptible to government regulation and to the merits of guide-post wage system. In Korean, however, in spite that article of Labor Standards Law stipulates that the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs may, if necessary, fix the minimum wage for worker engaged in a work or occupation, this article is far from being satistactory in its operation. Guide-post policy has as its aim the adjustment of a wage level to the level of productivity, thus making price stablized. It has widely been discussed since 1968 in Korea whether it is advisable to adopt this system. there is no agreemeet yet as to Whether it is to be regarded either as a policy on income, for the determination of wages in accordance with the labor productivity is to make up for the deficiency of wages based on working hour by means of the adoption of a wage system based on merit. We who are going affiliate with I. L. O. in the near future, have reached a stage in which our internal laws on working conditions, social security and relationship between workers and employers have to be examined and re-arranged comparing with I. L. O. international Standard of working conditions. When we assume that minimum wage legislation is enforced in early 1980s. the minimum wage legislation to be enforced should be the one by kind of industry.

      • 번들조정에 의한 항공삼각망의 최적형상 결정에 관한 연구

        The capability to map all potrions of the earth's surface always depended on the capacity to survey. Classical analog photogrammetry has been enhanced by more accurate and more rapid digital vector output. Analog plotter can moreover now easily be converted into analytical instruments to facilitate orientation, operator asisted DTM measurement, aerial triangulation, and vector plotting. Digital photogrammetry with scanned aerial photography has greatly enhanced the capabilities of restitution at large and medium scales. Digital orthophotography offers possibilities, which are one order of magnnitude less costly than conventional mapping, even though the same resolution performance cannot yet be reached, when digital work stations with reasonable computing speeds are campared with analytical plotters. However with rapidly increasing computer performance, the situation is gradually changing in favour of digital systems. In this study, the accuracy of three dimensional location was improved by bundle block adjustment with additional parameters, which are able to systematic error through detection and elimination of the gross error for observation values in aerial triangulation. In order to test thevariability in performance of the different weighting schemes in accurately detecting gross error, robust estimation method. And also, the different control point patterns and ovelap, twelve types of additional parameters were used for comparison analysis. As a result, it is expected to the sequential procedure of analysis can be utilized in the accuracy analysis of aerial triangulation effectively.

        국내에서 분리된 포도상구균의 Vacomycin 내성빈도 및 특성

        Vancomycin은 세포벽의 합성을 억제하여 세균에 대한 항균효과를 나타내는 glycopeptide 계 항생물질로서 그람양성세균으로 인한 감염치료에 광범위하게 사용되며, 특히 methicillin 내성 포도상구균의 선택적 치료제로 쓰이고 있다. 그러나 최근 임상검체에서도 중등도의 내성을 가지는 포도상구균 (Mu50: MIC 8 ㎍/ml)이 나타나기 시작하였고 여러 가지 여건상 국내에서도 내성균주가 분리될 가능성이 높다고 사료되어 임상검체 중 methcillin 내성 포도상구균을 대상으로 vancomycin 감수성 및 내성빈도 조사를 실시하고 이에 따른 내성기전을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 실험 결과 107주 (株)의 methicillin 내성균주 중 23.3%가 vancomycin에 대하여 내성을 보였으며 vancomycin 내성을 나타내는 표준균주인 Mu5O과 Mu3의 중간 정도의 내성빈도를 보였다. 중합효소 연쇄반응을 통해 장구균의 vancomycin 내성에 관여하는 vanA, vanB, vanC1, vanC2, vanH 특이 유전자는 증폭되지 않았다. SDS-PAGE를 실시하여 81 kDa, 58 kDa, 33 kDa, 28 kDa 등의 주요 단백 분획을 확인하였고, Mu50에서 45 kDa의 특징적인 단백 분획을 관찰하였다. LDH enzyme assay에서는 한 개의 검체가 Mu50과 함께 높은 LDH 활성을 보였다. The vancomycin, one of the family of glycopeptide antibiotics, inhibits the synthesis of bacterial cell wall peptidoglycan and has been widely used against gram-positive bacterial infections, especially for a treatment of methicillin resistant S. aureus inflection. However, clinical isolate which was intermediately resistant to vancomycin (Mu5O: MIC 8㎍/ml) was isolated in recent years. In this study we performed vancomycin susceptibility test with the increment method and population analysis with clinical isolates S. aureus. Also we did several kinds of tests with three selected isolates (s129: MIC 7㎍/ml, s134: MIC 7㎍/ml, s135: MIC 8㎍/ml) to find out possible mechanism of vancomycin resistance. As a result, the prevalence of vancomycin resistant S. aureus isolates among S. aureus strains resistant to methicillin was 23.3% (25/107), The vancomycin resistances of isolated strains of S. aureus were between those of Mu50 and Mu3 strains. By PCR analysis, none of the isolates with decreased vancomycin susceptibility contained known vancomycin resistant genes such as vanA, vanB, vanCl , vanC2, and vanH. Major bands of 81 kDa, 58 kDa, 33 kDa, 28 kDa were demonstrable in whole cell lysates by SDS-PAGE from all three isolates as well as reference strains. And especially, 45 kDa protein was overproduced in Mu50 strains. Among them increased production of NAD+-linked-D-lactate dehydrogenase (dnLDH) were detected from one clinical strain (s135) and Mu50 strain. From these data, we suggest that the mechanism of vancomycin resistance in these isolates are distinct from that in enterococci.

      • 잔류진동 감소를 위한 입력성형 필터에 대한 연구

        Input shaping method is an open-loop control method for reduction residual vibration. Many researchers have controled residual vibration with input shaping filter. This filter is designed with information of natural frequency and damping ratio. Until now this has been designed in the continuous time domain. But design of continuous time domain is complicate because of nonlinear simultaneous equations. So, this paper presents design method of input shaping filter and calculation method of sensitivity in the z-domain. Not solving nonlinear simultaneous equations and estimating shape of sensitivity curve, we are easy to design input shaping filter. In this paper, we calculate sensitivity as impulse interval in the z-domain and prove the same of sensitivity in the time domain and in the z-domain.

      • 염분적응에 따른 뱀장어 표피의 미세 구조적 변화 : Ⅰ. 상피세포 Ⅰ. Epithelial Cell

        뱀장어, Anguilla japonica의 표피를 구성하는 주종 세포인 상피세포는 80Å 정도의 많은 당김세사를 함유하고 있어서 표피의 골격 유지에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 회유행동 측성에 의해, 성숙된 뱀장어는 바다로 나가게 되고 표피는 급격한 환경변화를 겪게 되는데 그 현상들을 살펴보면 먼저 상해반응으로 세포 내의 과립 형질내세망의 내강이 확장되는 현상과 다양한 크기의 공포의 증가로 인해 상피세포들 사이의 공간이 확장되며 일부 세포에서는 괴사 또는 변성되는 형태인 다층층판구조를 갖기도 한다. 이에 대한 능동적 대퍼로 부착반쪽으로 모이는 당김세사들이 일정한 방향성을 갖게 되며, 상피세포 사이의 연접부위에 부착반의 수가 증가되며, 미토콘드리아, 형질내세망 등 세포소기관이 발달되고, 분비과립의 증가 등 분비양상이 증가되고, 능동적인 염배출과 연관된 핵상부의 중앙축을 따라 미토콘드리아 및 과립 형질내세망이 풍부한 세포도 나타났다. 이와 같은 변화는 염분농도의 증가에 따른 환경적요인에 의해 일어나는 상피세포의 기능적 방어기작이라고 사료된다. The epidermis of the Korean eel, Anguilla japonicus, was examined for the study of structural and funcional adaptation mechanism by change in external environment during the migration from fresh water to sea water. The epithelial cell which was observed in the eel epidermis is characterized by the presence of numerous cytoplasmic tonofilaments that attributes to the epithelial structures. Many structural changes were occured in the epithelial cell according to adaptation of high concentration of salt solution. First, Structural lesions were observed. The lumen of rough endoplasmic reticulum was dilated and myelin figures which was suspected to necrosis or denaturation were noted. Extensive cytoplasmic vacuolations were appeared, which caused increase of the intercellular space. Second, active responsive mechanism against the structural lesions in high salinity were observed. Cytoplasmic tonofilaments which attached to desmosome have orientation from central to peripheral region and then aggregrated each other. And number of desmosomes was increased between the cells. The cell organelles which contained mitochondria, small vesicles, et al. were more developed and number and amount of secretory granules were increased than fresh water adapted eel epithelial cell. Mitochondria- and rough endoplasmic reticulum-rich cells which related to active salt secretion were appeared.

        Bacteriocins are antibacterial proteins produced by bacteria that kill or inhibit the growth of other bacteria. Many lactic acid bacteria produce a high diversity of different bacteriocins. Since food safety has become an increasingly important interantional concern, the application of antimicrobial peptides from lactic acid bacteria that target food pathogens without toxic or other adverse effects has received great attention. This article gives an overview of bacteriocin applications, and characteristics.
