        임플란트 조임나사의 종류에 따른 임플란트 보철의 유한요소법적 응력분석

        The purpose of this study was to examine the stresses in implant prosthessis and fixture according to the type of implant fastening screw. We used a finite element model of cylinder type implant with a diameter of 4mm and a length of 14mm, including hex-lock structure for single prosthesis, and classified the type of screw into three models (T model : titanium screw, G model : gold screw, I model : titanium screw with IME). After finishing the finite element models, these models were divided into in the vertical load of 200N and in the 30°lateral load of 200N and then they were analyzed for 3-dimentional finite element analysis. The results were as follows ; 1. Under the vertical and lateral load, compressive stress and maximum tensile stress were concentrated on the neck of fastening screw. 2. Under the vertical load of 200N, the magnitude of maximum tensile stress originated from the neck of fastening screw was 23.51㎏/㎟ on the model T. 25.1㎏/㎟ on the model G, and 13.85㎏/㎟ on the model I. 3. In case of using IMC the magnitude of distortion was larger than model T and G, in such a case the stress was dispersed along the IMC, that's why the absolute magnitude of the whole stress of fastening screw was smaller than model G and T. 4. Under the lateral load of 200N, on the model T the amount of displacement was -0.013㎜ on the left(L) and 0.013㎜ on the right(R) of the prosthesis, on the model G it was -0.0127㎜(L) and 0.0104㎜(R) and on the model I it was -0.0145㎜(L) and 0.0115㎜(R). 5. In case of IMC because lateral and vertical displacement was large, it is predicted that the screw will be easily loosened. 6. Under the lateral load it show that stress support was taken at the lateral wall of Hex-lock, therefore if upper prosthesis are precisely fit for Hex-lock structure, it is considered that it hardly makes a difference in the clinical application between gold screw and titanum screw.

        우리나라 대학도서관(大??書館)에 관(?)한 고찰(考察) -1924년(年)~1941년대(年代)를 중심(中心)으로-

        "Jonkyongkak" which King, Sungjong of Yi dynasty established within Sungkyunkwan in 1475 is regarded as the first university library in Korea. On the basis of modern librarianship, however, it is desirable to recognize the fact that Keijo Imperial University Library is really the first university library in Korea. In this thesis, an attempt to study the Korean university libraries under the period of Japanese control is provided. Keijo Imperial University Library is the key institution in this study. This study will focus to review the following facts: 1) the historical background of Keijo. Imperial University Library; 2) the organization and staffing pattern, and budget of this library; 3) the acquisition policy and basic collection development plan of this library; 4) the library and other services of this library including readers services; 5) the relationship with other private college libraries; and 6) the impact of this library on the present Seoul National University Library. The followings are the outlined conclusions: 1. Japanese Government had established Keijo Imperial University Library in order to perform the colonial education policy of Korean peninsula. Furthermore, it was one of the import supporting agencies for the research activities which were necessary for Japan to govern the Southeast Asia including Korean Peninsula 2. The organization and staffing size and pattern of this library are much below to those of modern university libraries. They are somewhat below to the level which is necessary to perform the minimum basic library functions. 3. The priorities of book collection of this library are 1) humanities and social sciences especially, materials on Law are much emphasized; 2) pure sciences and 3) technologies and agriculture. Therefore, the quantity of the materials on the field of technology and agriculture is very small. 4. The acquisition policies of this library are deeply influenced by the Japanese Government's colonial policy of Korean peninsula and her aggressive policy of Chinese Continent. 5. The major contribution of this library to the present Seoul National University Library is the transfer of 550,000 volumes of books and library building, but this building is now removed according to the transfer of Seoul National University Campus. 6. The staffing pattern of this library was, however, much ahead of that times. Especially, the facts that professional librarians were eligible to be appointed as the director of this library, and they had the faculty membership including faculty rank should be highly appreciated.

      • 해수담수화 전처리 공정으로서 세라믹 분리막의 파울링 저감을 위한 역세수 온도에 따른 역세성 효율분석

        해수담수화 기술에 관심이 증대되면서 해수 전처리의 중요성 역시 증가되고 있다. 세라믹 분리막은 높은 내구성과 내화확성 등 이점 지녀 높은 플럭스로 운영이 가능하고 높은 회수율을 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 세라믹 분리막의 열적 내구성이 우수하다는 특성을 기반으로 막오염 제어의 한계를 극복하고 분리막 공정에서 CEB, CIP 등의 세정과정의 약품사용량을 감소시키고 안정적인 운전 및 수질의 확보를 도출하는 것을 목표로 역세정 공정 시 역세수의 온도에 차등조건을 주어 온도에 따르는 세정효율을 분석하였다. 고온의 역세수를 사용함으로써 분리막 내표면에서의 기공막힘과 흡착에 의한 막오염물질들의 탈착을 용이하게 함으로써 역세정 시 세정효율을 높였으며 압력변화를 통해 회복율을 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 온도 상승에 따르는 세정 효율의 차이를 파악할 수 있다. <sup>**</sup>본 연구는 국토교통부 플랜트연구개발사업의 연구비 지원(과제번호 16IFIPC088924-03)에 의해 수행되었습니다.

        Molecular characteristics of Escherichia coli from bulk tank milk in Korea

        Background: Escherichia coli, which causes subclinical or clinical mastitis in cattle, is responsible for transmitting antimicrobial resistance via human consumption of raw milk or raw milk products. Objectives: The objective of this study was to investigate the molecular characteristics of 183 E. coli from bulk tank milk of five different dairy factories in Korea. Methods: The molecular characteristics of E. coli such as serogroup, virulence, antimicrobial resistance, and integron genes were detected using polymerase chain reaction and antimicrobial susceptibility were tested using the disk diffusion test. Results: In the distribution of phylogenetic groups, group D was the most prevalent (59.6%) and followed by group B1 (25.1%). The most predominant serogroup was O173 (15.3%), and a total of 46 different serotypes were detected. The virulence gene found most often was fimH (73.2%), and stx1, fimH, incC, fyuA, and iutA genes were significantly higher in isolates of phylogenetic group B1 compared to phylogenetic groups A, B2, and D (p < 0.05). Among 64 E. coli isolates that showed resistance to at least one antimicrobial, the highest resistance rate was observed for tetracyclines (37.5%). All 18 integron-positive E. coli carried the integron class I (int1) gene, and three different gene cassette arrangements, dfrA12+aadA2 (2 isolates), aac(6′)-Ib3+aac(6′)-Ib-cr+aadA4 (2 isolates), and dfrA17+aadA5 (1 isolate) were detected. Conclusions: These data suggest that the E. coli from bulk tank milk can be an indicator for dissemination of antimicrobial resistance and virulence factors via cross-contamination.

      • 구강장치를 이용한 코골이 및 폐쇄성 수면무호흡증 치료를 위한치료 권고안: 2005년 개정

        These practice parameters are an update of the previously published recommendations regarding use of oral appliances in the treatment of snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). Oral appliances (OAs) are indicated for use in patients with mild to moderate OSA who prefer them to continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy, or who do not respond to, are not appropriate candidates for, or who fail treatment attempts with CPAP. Until there is higher quality evidence to suggest efficacy, CPAP is indicated whenever possible for patients with severe OSA before considering OAs. Oral appliances should be fitted by qualified dental personnel who are trained and experienced in the over-all care of oral health, the temporomandibular joint, dental occlusion and associated oral structures. Follow-up polysomnography or an attended cardiorespiratory (Type 3) sleep study is needed to verify efficacy, and may be needed when symptoms of OSA worsen or recur. Patients with OSA who are treated with oral appliances should return for follow-up office visits with the dental specialist at regular intervals to monitor patient adherence, evaluate device deterioration or maladjustment, and to evaluate the health of the oral structures and integrity of the occlusion. Regular follow up is also needed to assess the patient for signs and symptoms of worsening OSA. Research to define patient characteristics more clearly for OAs acceptance, success, and adherence is needed.
