정신전력이 보안성과에 미치는 영향연구: 군 조직특성과 문화의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 장병들의 정신전력이 군사보안성과에 미치는 영향관계를 군 조직의 특성과 문화의 매개역할을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 2015년 300명의 현역 간부들을 대상으로 실시한 설문자료를 구조방정식모형 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 정신전력은 보안준수의지와 군 조직의 보안성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났고, 군 조직문화가 정신전력을 매개하여 보안성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 군인정신, 국가관, 안보관은 장병들의 보안준수의지와 보안성과에 직/간접적인 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 군 조직문화는 보안성과에 직/간접적인 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 군조직문화는 안보관과 군인정신을 매개하여 보안준수의지와 보안성과에 양(+)의 영향을 나타내고 있었다. 따라서, 군 조직의 보안성과 달성을 위해서는 장병들의 정신전력 향상과 건전한 군 조직문화 조성을 위한 군 차원의 노력이 필요한 것으로 보인다. This study analyze how psychological military strength affect military security performance with a focus on mediated effect of organizational characteristics and culture. To be more concrete, survey based on the structural equation model was conducted 300 active-duty soldiers. The result shows that psychological military strength have a positive effect on the security compliance intention and military security performance. And culture of military organization works as intervening variable in that psychological military strength have a positive effect on security performance. The summary of result is as follows. First, the military spirit and view of state, security concept have a positive effect on the security compliance intention and security performance. Second, culture of military organization have a positive effect on security performance. Third, through culture of military organization, view of state and military spirit have a positive effect on security compliance intention and security performance indirectly. Therefore to achieve security performance in military, it is necessary that military organization have to make an effort to improve the psychological military strength of individual soldiers and make healthy military culture.

Nature of synchronization transitions in random networks of coupled oscillators.

<P>We consider a system of phase oscillators with random intrinsic frequencies coupled through sparse random networks and investigate how the connectivity disorder affects the nature of collective synchronization transitions. Various distribution types of intrinsic frequencies are considered: uniform, unimodal, and bimodal distribution. We employ a heterogeneous mean-field approximation based on the annealed networks and also perform numerical simulations on the quenched Erd?s-R?nyi networks. We find that the connectivity disorder drastically changes the nature of the synchronization transitions. In particular, the quenched randomness completely wipes away the diversity of the transition nature, and only a continuous transition appears with the same mean-field exponent for all types of frequency distributions. The physical origin of this unexpected result is discussed.</P>

모바일 기기 간의 SIP기반 실시간 공간정보 공유 프레임워크 구현

모바일 협업은 사용자로 하여금 다양한 모바일 장치를 통해 정보를 공유하거나 교환을 가능하게 하며, 모바일 P2P 플랫폼은 분산 환경에서 이를 구현하기 위한 대표적인 방법으로 제시되고 있다. 그러나, 효율적인 실시간 정보 공유를 가능하게 하는 SIP 프로토콜 기반의 공간데이터 공유 프레임워크에 대한 연구는 거의 전무한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 기기 간에 공간 정보를 직접 송수신할 수 있도록 하는 모바일 P2P 플랫폼을 구성하기 위해 세션 제어 프로토콜인 SIP를 기반으로 실시간 공유 프레임워크를 구성하였다. 구현과 검증 시나리오의 적용을 통해, 위치 정보 송수신에 사용될 수 있는 포인트 데이터 이외에도 다양한 공간객체들을 SIP MESSAGE 메소드를 이용하여 전송할 수 있도록 표준 WKT와 WKB 기반 프로토콜이 정의되었으며, 기본도, 지번도 등 기본 지도 데이터는 SIP 서버와 통합된 공간 데이터 서버를 이용하여 제공되도록 하였다. 지도 서버는 벡터 데이터를 포함하는 Feature 서비스와 이미지를 포함하는 Map 서비스가 모두 가능하도록 구성하였으며, 각각의 정보를 두 개의 저장소로 분리하여 서비스할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 프레임워크는 SIP기반으로 구성되어 효율적인 데이터 송수신이 가능하며, 모바일 기기 간의 VoIP 통화 중에도 필요한 지도 및 위성영상 정보 등을 실시간으로 송수신할 수 있도록 하는 장점이 있으므로 이를 필요로 하는 산림 관리, 국방 등의 분야에 응용 가능하다. Mobile Collaboration is an enabling technology that makes users share information between mobile devices and various Mobile P2P platforms have been designed and implemented for it. There are, however, few research papers on application of SIP protocol to spatial data sharing on mobile devices. In this paper, SIP based real time sharing framework is proposed to compose a mobile P2P platform on which spatial data can be transferred. A new protocol based on WKT and WKB is defined to send and receive spatial objects with SIP MESSAGE method. Base maps such as digital maps and parcel maps can be provided by a map server that is integrated with SIP server after a new SIP session established and client agents are registered. The framework proposed based onSIP enables users to transfer spatial data such as maps and satellite images directly between mobile devices during VoIP based voice call and therefore, mobile applications can be applied in various domains such as forest management and national defense.

모바일 GIS에서의 개인화 서비스 시스템 설계

개인화(personalization)는 고객이 원하거나 필요로 하는 정보를 규정할 수 있고, 이에 의해 결과물을 제공하여 손쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 고객 선호도에 따라 동적으로 제공하는 방법을 의미한다. 이러한 개인화 서비스는 웹의 대중화 이후에 무선 인터넷과 휴대폰으로 대표되는 모바일 기기의 급속한 확산으로 모바일 분야에서도 점차 중요해지면서 공간분석 결과물의 서비스에도 적용 가능한 환경이 만들어지고 있으나 부동산 정보와 같이 수많은 정보와 복잡성을 가지는 분야에서 사용자 맞춤형 서비스가 가능하도록 적용된 경우는 거의 없다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 기기 사용자를 위한 공간 정보의 개인화 서비스 방법으로 사용자 프로파일(profile) 정보를 이용한 공간분석 및 비동기적 알림(notification) 서비스 방법을 제시한다. 이를 위해 개인 프로파일 정보를 이용하여 공간 분석을 수행할 수 있는 시스템을 설계함으로써 개인별 선호 정보에 따른 공간 분석이 가능한지 검증하고, 생성된 결과물이 알림 서비스를 통해 사용자의 모바일 기기로 효율적으로 전송될 수 있는지 확인하였다. 또한 사용자가 선택 가능한 조건이 다양한 부동산 정보에 적용함으로써 원하는 조건에 따른 실제적인 개인별 맞춤 서비스가 가능한 프로토타입을 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템을 이용하면 사용자 프로파일을 중심으로 공간 분석을 포함한 정보 서비스를 받을 수 있으며, 캐쉬 모듈을 이용한 보다 빠른 서비스가 가능하다. Personalization is user oriented dynamic method based on user preferences for easy access to what users want to view or get. It has become more important in mobile domain with rapid growth of wireless Internet and mobile phone market after success of web based market and therefore, it can be applied to service of spatial analysis result. In this paper, spatial analysis using user profile and notification service methods are proposed as one of personalized spatial data service methods for mobile users. A service system for spatial analysis with user profile is designed to prove possibility of spatial analysis based on user preferences and notification service is also designedto show generated output can be sent to user’s mobile devices efficiently to make users informed of preferred information. Prototype system is implemented and it is applied to real estate data that has many selectable conditions by users. Information service based on user preferences can be applied to spatial data by using proposed system and it is efficient when cache module is used to shorten response time. Various user models for application domains and performance evaluation methods need to be developed in the future.

안드로이드 무료앱 관리의 취약점 분석

스마트폰의 보급률이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있으며, 모바일OS 중 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 것은 안드로이드이다. 안드로이드의 스토어에는 100만개가 넘는 앱이 존재하고, 그 중 대다수를 차지하고 있는 것이 무료 앱이다. 무료 앱은 장치 고유의 키를 사용하여 암호화 시켜 접근을 제어하는 유료 앱과 달리, 스마트폰에 설치 된 후 앱에 대한 접근 방지책이 없어 접근에 취약하다. 본 논문에서는 무료 앱접근에 대한 취약성을 분석하고 무료앱의 파일을 보호할 수 있는 대응방안을 마련하였다.
