      • 合成樹脂製品의 有害成分 溶出에 關한 硏究

        國民의 生活向上에 따라 保建衛生問題의 關心度가 날로 高潮되어 가고있다. 本 硏究에서는 우리의 생활과 密接한 關係가 있는 市中의 合成樹脂製 食卓用品을 수거하여 이들에 對한 有害性 與否를 分析, 檢討하였다. IR에 의한 定性分析으로 材質을 알았으며, 물 및 4% 醋酸을 사용하여 溶出시켰을때와 材質에 대한 Pb 및 Cd의 함량을 AA로 측정하였으며, 衛生實驗은 KMnO₄消費量, 蒸發殘留物, 페놀定性, 포름알데히드定性 및 着色料 溶出의 項目을 選定하여 分析實驗을 하였다. 實驗結果 Pb 및 Cd 含量은 全體試料가 保社部 告示 基準値 以下로 나타났다. 그러나 衛生實驗에서 melamine 樹脂로 만든 것중 蒸發殘留物은 保社部 告示 基準値 30ppm 以上인 것이 1種으로 41.5ppm을 나타내었고 KMnO₄消費量은 保社部 告市 基準値 10PPM 以上이 2種으로 19.8ppm, 20.3ppm을 나타내었다. 포름알데히드 定性分析에서는 4種의 對照液보다 진하게 나타났다. 따라서 食卓用品은 完全히 安心할 수 있는 것은 아니며 特히 melamine 樹脂의 使用이 높아가는 實情인데 可能하면 포름알데히드毒性이 없는 olefin 樹脂와 polystyrene 樹脂를 使用하는 것이 좋을 것으로 생각된다. The problems for the harmful components diffusion from the kitchenware made by synthetic plastics have been closed up recently as improving the life level conditions. The object of this study is to measure chemical harmful components in kitchenware made by plastics, which is closely connected with our civilized living. The sample plastic wares were collected in market. The samples PP, PS.. and Melamine resin were identified by infrared spectrophotometry. The samples were extracted by using water and 4% acetic acid. The extracted lead and cadmium contents were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The experiments for sanitary aspects were made for the consumption of potassium permanganate, evaporated residue, qualitative analysis of phenol, formaldehyde and extraction of coloring matter. It was found that the lead and cadmium contents of the testing samples showed below allowable standard amount but in sanitary test, some of melamine resin showed that one kind of samples (Sample No.21) contained 41.5ppm over allowable level 30ppm for evaporated residue and the other two samples(Sample No.21.23) showed 19.8ppm and 20.3ppm over allowable level 10ppm for consumption of potassium permanganate. In formaldehyde analysis, four samples(Sample No.21.23.31.32) showed also higher concentration. It is, therefore, concluded that current plastic wares, such as melamine resin, in market is still required to choose cautiously because the melamine resin demand is increasing nowadays. It conclusion, it is preferable for the health to make the kitchenware with olefin resin or polystyrene resin, if possible, that are completely free from formaldehyde.

      • 운동과 건강교육이 초등학생들의 비만 및 건강관련 체력에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of activity and health education for obesity and health-fitness of elementary school's students. The subjects were thirty elementary school's students. The subjects were randomly assigned to one of three groups(Two experimental groups and one control). Each group ended up with 10 subjects. The measurement items were sit and reach, sit -up, run 800m, grip strength, body fat% and life-style. The subjects in he utilized the 3×4 factorial ANOVA repeated measure design. The results were as follows; First, The body fat% and sit up means between the control group and the experimental groups showed statistically significant difference, sit and reach, run 800m, grip strength and life-style showed no significance. Second, The sit and reach, sit-up, run 800m, grip strength, body fat% and life-style means treatment period showed statistically significant difference.

        국내 분리 방선균의 항균활성 특성

        제주도지역, 충청남도 서해안지역, 강원도 및 충청북도 자연 동굴지역, 그리고 충청북도 청원군 등지에서 채집한 205점의 토양시료로부터 분리된 총 1,322주의 방선균을 대상으로 Eschericia coli KCTC 1924, Salmonella typhimurium KCTC 1926, Staphylococcus aureus KCTC 1926, Staphylococcus aureus KCTC 1928, Candida albicans KCTC 1940등 5종의 시험균주에 대하여 항균활성을 조사하였다. 액체배양을 위해서는 G.S.S(glucose-soybean meal-starch) 배지와 fish meal 배지등 2종류의 배지를 사용하였으며 그 결과를 균분리원 지역별, 배지별, 시험균주별, 그리고 방선균 종류별로 비교하였다. It is well known that actinomycetes would be useful for screening of biologically active compounds. Not only to isolate diverse actinomycete strains but to ferment those strains effectively would be important. Seven hundred and forty six strains were isolated from Cheju province, 216 strains were from Chungnam province, 158 strains were from the natural caves at Chungbuk and Kangwon provinces and 202 strains were from Chungwon area at Chungbuk province. All of these 1,322 strains were fermented on a small scale using two different media and tested for their antimicrobial activities against four bacterial strains and one yeast strain. As the result, 12.3% of those isolates were active against Staphylococcus aureus KCTC 1916, 7.6% were Staphylococcus aureus KCTC 1928, 3.9% were Eschericia coli KCTC 1924, 3.0% were Canida albicans KCTC 1940, and 2.2% were Salmonella typhimurium KCTC 1926. About 40% of those isolates showed antimicrobial activities at both two media but the others showed at either one. According to the genus of isolated strains, Streptomyces and Micromonospora showed activities with higher frequencies than others.

        자연 동굴 토양 방선균의 속 다양성 분포

        국내에 소재 하는 자연 동굴 중 충청북도의 고수굴, 천둥굴, 노동굴, 강원도의 고씨굴, 경상북도의 성류굴, 제주도의 협재굴, 쌍용굴, 만장굴 등 8개 동굴의 내부에 존재하는 토양 방선균 분포를 조사하였다. 그 결과 전체적인 속 수준의 분포로서는 Streptomyces가 52.5%, Micromonospora가 16.3%, Nocardioform 22.8% 정도 분포하고 있었으며 Kineosporia, Actinomadura, Nocardiopsis, Streptosporangium의 순서로 방선균이 0.3~1.4% 정도 분포하고 있었다. 지금까지 보고된 일반적인 방선균 분포와 비교해 볼 때 특히 Streptomyces의 분포 비율이 낮고 상대적으로 Micromonospora, Nocardioform이 많이 분포하고 있었다. 한편 노동굴 지역을 대상으로 동굴 내부와 외부로 나누어 방선균 분포를 비교해 보았다. 그 결과 동굴의 내부에는 Streptomyces가 52.0%, Micromonospora가 16.8%, Nocardia가 32.0% 정도 분포하였고 외부에서는 Streptomyces가 75.8%, Micromonospora가 10.7%, Nocardia가 7.1% 정도 분포하였다. 따라서 동일 지역 내에서도 동굴의 내부와 외부에 따라서 큰 차이를 나타내고 있었다. 그리고 분리된 방선균 중에서 Streptomyces속 균주의 형태적인 특징을 조사한 결과, 기균사의 색에 있어서는 회색 계열 45.7%, 적색 계열 7.8%, 황색 계열 2.3%, 녹색 계열 13.2%, 백색 계열 27.1%, 불량 3.9%의 분포를 나타내었다. 일반적으로 Streptomyces속 방선균에서 잘 분리되는 회색과 적색 계열의 분리 비율은 크게 낮아 졌으나 희소한 녹색과 백색 계열은 분리 비율이 크게 증가하였다. 그리고 성류굴에서는 황색, 녹색, 백색, 계열등 다양한 계열의 Streptomyces속 방선균이 많이 분리되었다. 포자 연쇄의 형태에 있어서는 retinaculiaperti 형태가 35.7%, spirales 형태가 12.4%, rectiflexibiles 형태가 51.9%로 나타났다. Total 276 soil actinomycete strains were isolated from 46 soil samples collected at domestic natural caves; the Kosu, Chundong, and Nodong caves at Chungbook province, the Kossi cave at Kangwon province, the Sungruye cave at Kyungbook province, the Hyupjae, Ssangyoug, and Manjang caves at Cheju province. All of these isolates were identified to the genus level based n morphological and physiological characteristics. As the result, 52.5% of those isolates were Streptomyces, 16.3% were Micromonospora, 22.8% were Nocardioform group, 1.1% were Actinomadura, 0.3% were Nocardiopsis, 0.3% were Streptosporangium, 0.3% were Nocardioides, 1.4% were Kineosporia, 4.7% wee the others. Streptomycete strains were the most abundant, but were relatively less comparing to general distribution pattern. Nocardioform and Micromonospora strains were quite abundant, and other rare actinomycete groups were somewhat abundant comparing to general distribution pattern previously reported. Especially Nocardioform strains were highly abundant at almost of the natural caves.

      • Phase-Shift를 이용한 시분할형 부하병렬 고주파 인버터의 특성해석에 관한 연구

        A half bridge time sharing type load parallel high frequency resonant inverter to give VVVF function in the inverter used as power source of induction heating at high frequency is presented in this paper. This proposed inverter can reduce distribution of the switching current because of using the current of serial resonant circuit to the input current of the parallel one and this paper also realize the output control of independence irrespective of the switching frequency using Phase-Shift. The analysis of the proposed circuit is generally described by using the normalized parameters. Also, the principle of basic operation and the its characteristics are estimated by the parameters, such as switching frequency, the variation of phase angle(φ) of Phase-Shift. It is certain that the proposed circuit will be used and expanded in the high frequency power supplies like induction heating systems.

      • 시분할 방식 고주파 공진 인버터의 특성해석

        In this paper, we propose the high frequency resonant inverter of the time sharing type which has the effects that the duty cycle of each elements and the thermal loss can be reduce. The analysis of the proposed circuit is described generally by using the normalized parameters. Also, the principle of basic operation and the characteristics of drive were estimated by the switching frequency and the load parameters. And we got the data for designing by the characteristic values obtained at the estimate of characteristic. At the same time, the example of the design's method was proposed and the waveforms of simulation were compared with theoretical waveforms. It is certain that the proposed circuit will be used and expanded in the high frequency power supplies like induction heating systems.

      • 고속전철 추진 시스템의 미끄럼 방지 제어기법에 관한 연구

        Induction motor drive with PWM inverter control has been developed for Korean High Speed Railways. To improve traction performance, the anti-slip control(ASC) to recover adhesion must be considered. This paper describes a novel hybrid anti-slip control method for the induction motor drive. By introducing the vector control for drive system, quick response of the motor torque can be achieved when wheels are going to slip. A hybrid control scheme by mixing two conventional control methods (slip velocity feedback control and slip detection pattern control) for wheel slip and re-adhesion is proposed. This control method is simulated by motor drive, train load, and friction-creep models. The train running simulation results based on induction motor vector control with PWM inverter show that good re-adhesion characteristics are obtained.
