      • 初等學校 ACTIVITY空間의 規模에 관한 硏究

        Elementary school space allows children to learn academics, acquire organized knowledge, and as the initial stage for preparing for entry into the society, it influences child growth and development as well as children's personalities through group experience and activities. Therefore, this study examined, compared, and analyzed the shape and form of ground space, surrounding space, and internal space, as well as structural pattern of activity space, types of activities, and sizes of facility and unit spaces, and through it, aimed to find the size of activity spaces. As this study is completed, by approaching design of schools and arrangement of classrooms of elementary schools based on pattern and style of activity space that is suitable for daily activities of schools and space for students' static and dynamic actions, positive effects such as better facility space and reorganization of spaces that can help growth and development of students can be expected.

        Tracheobronchopathia osteoplastica is a rare disorder of unknown cause characterized by the projection of numerous bony or cartilaginous submucosal nodules into the tracheobronchial lumen with sparing of the posterior membranous portion of tracheobronchial tree. In the past, most of the cases were diagnosed as secondary finding at autopsy. Nowaday, the key component of the evaluation is flexible fiberoptic laryngoscopy and bronchoscopy, which typically demonstrates irregular spicules of subrnucosal bone and cartilage projecting into the tracheobronchial lumen and causing various degrees of airway obstruction. A 45 years old man was visited Sunchon St. Carollo hospital due to discomfort on throat. We saw several nodules just below vocal cord via laryngoscope. The computed tomography revealed multiple small calcified nqdules on trachea and both main bronchi. Pathologic finding of bronchoscopic biopsy showed abnormal proliferation of bony and cartilagious nodules in the tracheal submucosa. These fingdings were consistent with tracheobronchopathia osteoplastica. We report here on a case of tracheobronchopathia osteoplastica with review of literature.

        악골낭종에 대한 임상적 연구

        This clinical study was made of 214 cases of the jaw cysts which were diagnosed histopathologically in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Wonkwang University Dental Hospital from Jan. 1, 1991 to Dec. 31, 1998. Medical records, radiographs, histopathological reports of 214 cases with jaw cysts were retrospectively reviewed. The results were as follows : 1.Among the total patient of 214 cases, male were 143 cases, and female are 71 cases, male predominated by the ratio of 2.04. 2.The periapical cysts and the dentigerous cyst are the most common cyst, irrespective of 116 cases(54.2%) and 58 cases(27.1%). 3.The periapical cyst has no gender prediction, male were 70 cases and female were 54 cases, the mean ages were 39.3 years(SD=18.4). The most common involving teeth were maxillary anterior teeth(59.7%) . 4.The dentigerous cyst predominantly occurred in third decade (18 cases : 31%), and the mean ages were 31.9 years(SD= 14.8). Dentigerous cysts predominantly occurred in male by the ratio of 7.29 (male : 51 cases, female : 7 cases). Maxillary anterior teeth(43.1%) and mandibular molars(32.8%) were most frequently involved. 5.The odontogenic keratocyst predominantly occurred in second and third decade and mean ages were 23.5 years(SD= 17.2). The mandibular molars(60%) were most frequently involved. 6.All nasopalatine cyst occurred after fourth decade, mean ages were 49.5years(SD= 10.4). In the gender incidence of nasopalatine cyst, 1 case occurred in female and 10 cases occurred in male. 7.In the surgical intervention of jaw cyst, cyst enucleation and marsupialization performed in 156 cases. Cyst enucleation with bone graft performed in 58 cases and iliac autogenous bone grafts most frequently performed in 29cases. 8.The diameter range of cyst enucleation with bone graft were from 15mm to 120mm with a cyst diameter of 33.3mm. (SD = 15.2). The diameter range of cyst enucleation and marsupialization were from 7mm to 82mm with a cyst diameter of 20.4mm.(SD=9.0) The diameter of cyst enucleation with bone graft were significantly greater than diameter of cyst enucleation. (p<0.05) 9.Post-operative complications occurred in 9 cases(15.5%) in which cyst enucleation with bone grafts performed and occurred in 31 cases(19.9% ) in which cyst enucleation.

        다발성 외상 후 횡문근융해증 환자에서의 손상초기 급성신부전의 예측인자

        Background: Acute renal failure(ARF) is a serious complication of rhabdomyolysis after multiple trauma, and may increase morbidity and mortality. The aim of this study was to elucidate predicting factors for the development of ARF induced by rhabdomyolysis at an early stage of multiple trauma. Methods: This prospective, observational study was conducted at the emergency department of a level I trauma center. Patients with acute multiple trauma, whose plasma levels of creatine phosphokinase(CPK) were higher than 1,000 IU, were included in this study. We excluded patients with any history of myocardial infarction, stroke, underlying renal disease, and/or infectious disease. We collected clinical and laboratory data including age, heart rate, mean arterial blood pressure, injury severity score, serum myoglobin, lactic dehydrogenase, creating phosphokinase, and base excess. Collected data were compared between patients who had ARF and patients who did not have ARF. Results: Eighty-eight patients were enrolled in this study. Eighteen patients(20.5%) developed ARF. The injury severity score(ISS)(p=0.001), the base excess(p<0.001), CPK(p=0.003), and myoglobin(p<0.001) were higher in patients with ARF than in patient without ARF. Logistic regression analysis revealed that early predictors for ARF were high ISS, high base excess, high CPK, and high myoglobin. Conclusion: We could identify early predicting factors for acute renal failure induced by rhabdomyolysis, these factors included ISS, serum CPK and myoglobin, and base excess in the arterial blood gas analysis performed at the emergency department.

        Abstract - In this paper, we propose a bidirectional mobile Ad Hoc routing protocol based on AODV(ad-hoc on-demand distance victor routing) with QoS(quality of service) support. At presence, wireless mobile communication focuses on how to efficiently support mobility of users more than QoS guarantee. However, in order to satisfy requirement of various applications which have been or will be served, QoS guarantee between end point is a very important issue. The existing AODV routing protocol is implemented to use only BE (Best Effort) service. However, actual wireless mobile environment requires to reduce a waste of communication resources and meet with the real-time change of data paths by setting up routes with QoS support, considering available communication resources at each node in advance. Therefore, in this thesis, we propose an adaptive QoS support method using hello message in order to rapidly meet with the change of available communication resources and to smoothly perform route maintenance. For performance evaluation, we analyzed the average date reception rate. At that time, we used evaluation parameters such as node's mobility -stop time, hello message period, and packet priority, considering the node's mobility and the number of best effort/QoS data flows. As results, we found that with our proposed method the average data reception rate was increased 16.3% for 0 mobility-stop second case and 4.7% for 300 mobility-stop second case.

      • 후륜 에어 서스펜션을 장착한 대형상용차의 동특성 해석

        This paper develops a computational model using ADAMS for dynamic characteristic analysis of a large-sized commercial vehicle with an air suspension system at rear axle. The air suspension system is composed of an air spring and a half-long tapered leaf spring. Its ADAMS model has 24 rigid bodies and 15 degree-of-freedom. For its modeling, 24 rigid bodies are connected by 10 cylindrical joints, 4 translational joints, 9 spherical joints, 2 universal joints, and 4 revolute joints. For the analysis of handling performance, a double lane change maneuver simulation is performed using the full vehicle ADAMS model with a trunnion suspension or air suspension at rear axle. The simulation is performed with a constant speed of 50, 60, and 70kph respectively. In the simulation, lateral acceleration, roll angle, and yaw rate at the mass center of frame and cab are measured for the handling analysis. For the analysis of ride performance, a bumpy ride simulation is performed using the model. The simulation is performed with a constant speed of 20kph. The bump used in the simulation has the height of 50, 80, and 100㎜ respectively. In the simulation, vertical displacement and pitch angle at the mass center of cab are measured for the ride performance analysis.

      • 한국 초파리 집단의 선택불리에 관한 지구 자기장이 소거된 자기장 영향

        본 연구에서는 한국 남해안 거제도의 자연집단의 야생형 초파리와 성연관 돌연변이형 황색체-백색안 초파리를 Helmholtz coils 장치를 사용해서 유도한 지구 자기장이 소거된 초파리집단과 비교집단인 지구 자기장내의 초파리 집단으로 사육해서 발생된 성적 선택빈도를 조사하여, 선택불리에 관한 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 야생형 유전자를 운반한 염색체의 선택빈도는 20세대까지 전체 평균 빈도가 위의 2집단에서 각각 0.7212, 0.7180으로 관찰되었다. 이 결과는 지구 자기장이 소거된 집단에서 더 약한 선택분리 행동을 보여주었다. 성연관 돌연변이형 yw 유전자를 운반한 염색체의 선택빈도는 위의 각각의 조절된 자기장내의 초파리 집단에서 각각 0.0306, 0.0372로 관찰되었다. 이 결과는 자기장이 소거된 초파리 집단 보다 지구 자기장 내의 초파리 집단에서 더 약한 선택불리 행동을 보여 주었다. 초파리 집단의 전체 평균 발생율은 위의 초파리 집단에서 각각 53.40%, 40.60%로 관찰되었다. 이 결과는 지구 자기장내의 초파리 집단의 발생율이 상대적으로 낮은 수치로 조사되었다. Duncan's multiple range test와 LSD값으로 유의 차이를 검정하였던 바 야생형 그룹과 다른 3개의 돌연변이형 그룹 사이에서 고도의 유의차이가 있음이 밝혀졌다. To elucidate the genetic behavior of selective disadvantage among sex-linked mutants of Drosophila melanogaster bred and kept by the genetic study laboratory room, Wonkwang University and the wild type collected at Keojaedo island, and reared under the influence of two different strength of magnetic fields, i.e. the without magnetic field generated by Helmholtz coils and the ambient magnetic field, this study was carried out at the above indicated laboratory room. The mean selective frequencies of wild type gene-carrying chromosomes up to twentieth generation, affected by two different mafnetic fields, showed 0.7212 and 0.7180 with the magnetic field strength as mentioned other before. The data explains that Drosophila melanogaster population reared in the without magnetic field showed lower selective disadvantage. The selective frequencies of the individual of yw gene-bearing chromosomes showed 0.0306 and 0.0372 by the same order of magnetic field strength indicated above. It was shown that the fly population reared at the ambient magnetic field cleared the relatively lawer selective disadvantage. The over-all mean emergence rates of Drosophila melanogaster populations reared in controlled magnetic fields indicated above showed 53.40% and 46.60% respectively. Referring to these data, the fly population raised in the ambient magnetic field showed a relatively lower emergence rate than the without magnetic field population. Through Duncan's multiple range test and LSD value, the highly significant differences between the wild type and anyone of the other three mutants were calculated.
