      • Research on the Modern Intelligent Healthcare Platform from the Perspectives of Grid based Cloud Computing and Information Management System Assisted Internet of Things Technology

        In this paper, we research on the modern intelligent healthcare platform from the perspectives of grid based cloud computing and information management system assisted Internet of things technology. In the increasing pressure of modern society, people often attend the poor general health. The more deadly is that people lack the necessary technical means that our physical condition of the related data. Hospital information construction is to adapt to the information age and the modern medical mode, necessary measures of health economy and the hospital information system is the inevitable outcome of the application of information technology in hospital. Excellent hospital information system for standardized hospital management, and security of clinical activities smoothly to carry out the relevant scientific research activity has the important meaning. Intelligent medical treatment is the use of advanced network, communication, computer and digital technology, to implement the intelligent of the medical information collection, conversion, storage, transmission and processing, and various medical business process of digital operation, thus realizes the patients and medical staff, medical institutions, medical equipment, the interaction between, gradually achieve the medical information. Intelligent medical treatment can not only improve the hospital and medical staff's working efficiency, reduce mistakes in the work, also can through the remote medical treatment, remote consultation and so on ways to solve the problem of unequal distribution of regional health resources. Our research combines the grid and cloud computing technique to build up the novel intelligent healthcare platform with IOT technique which will enhance the current medical treatment mode and level up the overall performance of the modern information management system for the general usages.

        Surface modification of recycled carbon fiber and its reinforcement effect on nylon 6 composites: Mechanical properties, morphology and crystallization behaviors

        Recycled carbon fiber (RCF) was employed as a reinforcement material for preparation of nylon 6-basedthermoplastic composites. An effective approach was developed to clean and modify the surface conditionof RCF with nitric acid and then with an epoxy macromolecular coupling agent. The interfacialadhesion between RCF and nylon 6 matrix was improved significantly as a result of such a surfacemodification. Consequently, the reinforcing potential of the RCF was enhanced substantially, and thus,the mechanical properties and thermal stabilities of nylon 6 composites were improved remarkably. Themorphologies of fracture surfaces indicated that RCF achieved a homogeneous dispersion in nylon 6matrix due to good interfacial boding between fibers and matrix. The studies of non-isothermal andisothermal crystallization behaviors showed that RCF acted as a nucleation agent for the crystallization ofnylon 6; therefore, the crystallization rate and nucleation density increased notably due to the heterogeneousnucleating effect of RCF in the matrix. These crystallization features may be advantageous forthe enhancement of mechanical performance and processability of nylon 6-based composites. This studymay provide a design guide for RCF-reinforced nylon 6 composites with a great potential as well as a lowcost for industrial and civil applications.

        장르별 영화 메인타이틀에 나타난 무빙 타이포그래피 구성요소에 관한 연구

        영상은 디지털 시대에 가장 설득력 있는 커뮤니케이션 매체로서 그 영향력이 점차 확대되어 가고 있다. 이러한 영상분야에서 영화는 과거부터 많은 대중들의 사랑을 받아 온 장르이다. 본 연구의 내용은 장르별 영화 타이틀에서 무빙타이포그래피의 구성요소에 관한 것으로 무빙타이포그래피의 위치, 움직임, 폰트, 텍스쳐, 전개방식, 사운드에 관련된 것이다. 이를 바탕으로 디지털 영상 환경에서 관객들에게 높은 주목성 유도 하고 미적 영상 표현을 전달할 수 있는 무빙 타이포그래피의 객관적 데이터를 확립하고 활용방안을 제시하는 목적이 있다. 연구의 범위는 2008년부터 2010년 사이에 미국 할리우드에서 제작된 영화로 정하였고 미국의 대표적인 영화 사이트인 IMDB(www.imdb.com)에서 자료를 수집하였다. 영화 장르를 기준으로 드라마, 액션, 공포, SF의 4개 분야로 구분하여 각 장르별 흥행 순위를 기준으로 30편씩 모두 120편을 수집하였고 그 중 메인타이틀에서 무빙 타이포그래피가 적극적으로 활용된 작품을 다시 선별하였다. 그리하여 최종 연구의 대상은 각 장르별 10편씩을 포함한 40편의 영화 메인타이틀로 선정 하였다. 연구의 방법은 첫째, 영화 타이틀에 대한 전반적인 내용과 무빙타이포그래피의 일반적인 이론에 대해 고찰하였고 둘째, 선행연구의 방법을 바탕으로 무빙타이포그래피의 구성요소를 공간, 타입, 시간으로 크게 분류하여 타입의 속성과 형태의 변화, 움직임의 원리를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 영화 메인타이틀에서 무빙타이포그래피의 구성요소는 장르에 따라 다른 표현 특성이 있다는 것을 분석을 통해 검증하였다. 이러한 표현요소들의 장르별 성격과 표현방법을 무빙 타이포그래피의 제작 기능에 적용 시킨다면 디지털영상분야의 커뮤니케이션의 요소로서 중요하게 활용될 것이다. 연구가 영상디자이너들이 메인타이틀을 제작 할 때 효과적인 정보전달을 위한 가이드로 발전 할 것을 기대한다. The influence of an image is being gradually expanded as the most convincing communication media in the Digital Age. A movie is a genre that has received love from the many public in the image field from the past. The present research includes contents on analysis of components of moving typography in the main titles of movies according to a genre. The purpose of this research is to induce high attention from the audience in a digital image environment, to establish objective data of moving typography capable of delivering aesthetic visual representation and to suggest its utilization method. The scope of this research is movies produced in Hollywood, United States between from 2008 to 2010, and materials were collected from IMDB(www.imdb.com) which is a typical movie website of United States. The movie genre was divided into4 fields such as drama, action, horror and SF, and a total of 120 movies that ranked top 30 by genre at box office were collected. Among them, works utilizing moving typography actively in the main titles were again sorted. Then, a total of 40 movies`s main titles respectively including 10 movies by genre were selected as a target of final research. This research method largely classified components of moving typography into space, type and time. It was divided into elements of a position and movement in an aspect of space, was divided into elements of font and texture in an aspect of type and was segmented as 6 kinds of expressive elements including a development pattern and sound in an aspect of time, so that the change of attributes & form of typo and principle of movement were analyzed. As a research result, it was verified through analysis that components of moving typography in the main tiles of movies have different expression characteristics by genre. If the character and expression method by genre of these expression elements is expandementsthe function of moving typography, it will be utilized as ans hportant element of communication of the Digital Image Age.

        외국인직접투자가 중국 각 성/시의 경제성장에 미치는 직간접 영향에 관한

        본 논문은 중국으로 유입된 외국인직접투자의 시기별 특성을 정리하면서 외국인직접투자가 동부/중부/서부 각 지역별 경제성장에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는가를 분석하고 있다. 특히 외국인직접투자가 경제성장에 미치는 영향을 직접적인 부분과 간접적인 부분으로 나누어 접근을 하고 있다. 이를 위하여 1985년부터 2004년의 기간과 중국의 동부/중부/서부 지역을 대상으로 실증분석을 하였다. 분석 결과, 동부, 중부, 서부 세 지역 중에서 동부지역 외국인직접투자가 지역경제성장에 미치는 직접적 영향이 가장 큰 것으로 나타난 반면 서부지역은 가장 작은 것으로 나타났다. 게다가 시간이 흐를수록 동부지역 외국인직접투자가 지역 경제성장에 미치는 영향은 점점 커지고 있는 반면 서부지역의 경우는 계속 작아지고 있는 것으로 나타나 지역별 격차가 뚜렷이 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 한편 외국인직접투자가 지역의 기술발전에 미치는 간접적 영향에 관하여 실증분석을 실시한 결과 역시 동부지역 외국인직접투자가 지역 기술발전에 미치는 영향이 가장큰 것으로 나타났으며 중서부지역의 경우 그 영향이 아주 미미한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this paper is to investigate how foreign direct investment affects the economic growth in each region of China. In particular we decompose the effect of FDI to China on the economic growth direct and indirect one. For this, we treat the FDI to China from 1985 to 2004 in east, middle and west region of China. The results show that the FDI in the east region of China has the largest influence on the economic growth, whereas the west region has the smallest one. Moreover, as time goes on, the effect like this is getting larger in the east region of China. Although the Chinese government has tried to develop the west region on a full scale since 1999, the foreign direct investment to the west region does not have increased and its effect on the economic growth has been insignificant. There has been a considerable disparity in the effect of FDI on the economic growth among regions in China.

        Synergistic removal of arsanilic acid using adsorption and magnetic separation technique based on Fe3O4@ graphene nanocomposite

        A self-assemble nanocomposite of the nano-Fe3O4 and the reduced graphene oxide with D-glucose as thereductant and FeCl3 and graphene oxide as the pristine materials was prepared by an one-pothydrothermal method. The adsorption capacity of arsanilic acid by the nanocomposite was found to be313.7 11.2 mg g 1, reach the equilibrium within 15 min, and was independent of pH (3–6) and theconcentrations of ammonia nitrogen up to 1000 mg L 1. The adsorption of arsanilic acid followed pseudosecond-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm and was an endothermic and spontaneous process.

      • Design, Extension and Implementation of RADIUS Client

        RADIUS is an authentication, authorization and accounting protocol being widely used in network environments. Safe, efficient, and scalable RADIUS client module is an important part for a network access server (NAS) to provide access services. Through describing working mechanism of RADIUS, the architecture and interaction model to the external modules of RADIUS client are given. Based on finite state machine (FSM) theory, states, events and actions of the protocol are analyzed, state transition mechanism is proposed, and then RADIUS client module is implemented. After that, the protocol is extended from aspects of secondary accounting, accounting update, users with no charge, forcing user offline, error status descriptions and so on. PPPoE test module in AX/4000 broadband test system is used for simulating access users to test functionality and performance of RADIUS client module on NAS, the test results show that NAS which realized the RADIUS client module can meet carrier-class functionality and performance requirements of access services.

        Multi-objective Hierarchical Optimal Control for Quadruped Rescue Robot

        Timely and efficient rescue missions in disasters such as nuclear accidents, fires, and earthquakes require operating robots to work under high payload. This paper treats the problem of optimal planning and control of a walking-trot gait for a hydraulically actuated quadruped robot that has been developed in a collaborative project of the Departments of Mechanical Engineering and Automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. To mitigate the challenges of working with high-fidelity models of this highly complex mechanical system, a kinematics and approximate dynamics model is proposed that is shown to provide an accurate description of the walking motions we wish to study while at the same time being simple enough to support analysis. The proposed model is used to design limb movements in a walking trot gait that balance the trade off between energy consumption and the speed of execution of a desired mission. Bezier curves of different orders are used to design trajectories of the robot’s limbs. We verify the accuracy of the proposed model through experiments with the actual robot. We apply hierarchical optimization method to minimize the energy consumption, and we discuss a Pareto optimal solution that trades off mission duration and energy consumption. In the end perform several experiments to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the optimal algorithm we proposed.

        Gene Mapping and Expression Analysis of a Novel Mutant reproduce organs absent (roa) in Rice

        Mutant plays an important role in function analysis in plant. A rice flower mutant reproduce organs absent (roa), showing a stable inheritance during several years of study, was identified in rice (Oryza sativa L. ssp. Indica) cultivar Jinhui10 treated with EMS and used in this study. This mutant showed following: elongated palea and pedicle; absence of inner three whorls of floral organs; multi-whorls glume like organs inside the lemma/palea; spikelet meristem like organ upon the pedicle. These phenotypes suggested that ROA is a key gene in rice spikelet development. Genetic analysis confirmed that the mutant traits were controlled by a single recessive nuclear gene. By gene mapping, ROA was restricted between two SSR markers RM221 and RM1342 on the chromosome 2. It concluded that ROA was a novel gene involving in flower development in rice. Besides, the mutation of ROA influenced the transcription level of floral homeotic genes; the expression of floral homeotic genes decreased in roa panicle compared with wild-type, and it suggested that ROA affected flower development by influencing the expression of floral homeotic genes.
