        만성 신부전을 동반한 Laurence Moon-Bardet Biedl 증후군 1례

        The Laurence Moon-Bardet Biedl syndrome is characterized by obesity, mental retardation, visual impairment with retinitis pigmentosa, polydactyly, hypogonadism and renal manifestations. We experienced an 11 years old female with Laurence Moon-Baret Biedl syndrome associated chronic renal failure. She was diagnosed to have LMB syndrom according to the clinical manifestations of polydactyly on hands and feet, mental retardation, obesity, retinitis pigmentosa and chronic renal failure. She is on maintenance hemodialysis now.

      • LAN 에뮬레이션과 ATM API 응용의 성능 비교 분석

        LAN Emulation is a popular scheme to accomodate legacy LAN applications in ATM LAN Environments. LAN Emulation, however, can not provide full ATM services because of legacy transport and network protocols it adopts. To address this limitations, ATM Forum has defined "Native ATM Services : Semantic Description". In this paper, we developed an ATM API-based application and compared the performance of Native ATM services to that of LAN Emulation under ATM25 environments. Native ATM API-based application performed much better than LAN Emulation in two aspects such as average transmission delay and maximum bandwidth.

        We consider a facility layout problem for optimized material flow system design in the automated production system design. Existing facility layout algorithm have a weak point that arranged facilities have irregular shape or don't preserve their own shape and size. The proposed algorithm give a layout which is minimize total material handling cost and maximize space utility under preserving each facilities own shape and size.

        The purpose of this research is grasping that undergraduates' sports expending form accrding to lifestyle and giving that it is more various and suitable to their demanding for the good sports opportunity which they take part in its activity. Through this processes, this study have like that ; it have main purpose which can be expected effectively market subdivision is given to the marketing stategic formulation with fundamental materials and basement of theory. The subject of study consists of 515 members which is dwelling is the region of Seoul, Taejun, and Pusan, it proved of influence and difference that lifestyle by the each region, sex, academic year.         The purpose of the study lied in searching for the injury of women soccer player. For analyzing this, the study distributed 405 questionnaires in middle school women teams(222 questionnaires) & high school teams(183 questionnaires). The common injured part of female soccer player is the leg(33.89%), and then the feet(30.52%), the arms(16.28%), the waist area*8.56%), the head(6.42%), the chest(2.29%), the neck(2.04%).

        Quantum mechanical calculations for various aromatic amines, and amino azo dyes were carried out to investigate the relationship between their electron state and mutagenic activity. The sum of densities in lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) at the 1,2 and 4-positions forming transburadiene framework in molecule (??) were found to relate to the mutagenic activity. Therefore, the compounds which are over 0.5 in the value of (??) were found to be mutagenically active. Accordingly, we suggest that the 1,2 and 4 sites forming transbutadiene frame in a molecule play an important role for explaining the mutagenic activity and exploring the mechanism of carcinogenesis.

        Developpe devant 수행시 하지 관절 모멘트 분석

Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics, Vol. 14, No. 1, pp. 133-144, 2004. The purpose of this study was to analyze the joint moment on lower extremity during a developpe devant. Data were collected by Kwon3D, KwonGRF program. Two professional modem female dancers were participated in this experiment. Subjects performed a developpe devant in meddle heights. On the axes of X, Y, Z, it was shown that the maximum joint moment was occurred in hip joint. The moments are plotted during developpe devant. The ankle muscles generate a plantar flexion moment and the knee muscles generate a flexion moment and The hip muscles generate a extension moment. So these muscles of joint muscles were known to play a key role in keeping the body balance while doing developpe devant. In addition adduction moment occurred at hip, knee, an ankle in the order of amount, we could assume from this data that turn out motion started from the hip joint. There was small active turn out possible below the hip joint. A small amount of extra turn out could be obtained when standing because of flexion between the foot and floor, which could be used to give a passive external rotation force to the whole leg and this could produce a rotation between the knee and foot. This passive external rotation could produce very damaging results. Therefore, lower extremity joint muscles such as hip, knee, and ankle muscle should be trained to keep the body balance and prevent injury during developpe devant performance. And for the safe and perfect turn ort performance, hip joint abduction, the most important external rotating muscle for turn out is needed to train and full stretching should be done in advance.

      • 血栓症과 打撲性 充血 및 高脂血症에 順氣導痰湯 및 化瘀湯이 미치는 影響

        To see both Shunqidaotantang(dissipate phlegm and promote vital energy circulation) and Huayutang(blood circulation and disperse blood stasis) influencing on thrombosis, contusion-hyperemia, and hyperlipidemia, at first we measured the density of FDP, the quantity of fibrino-gen, prothrombin time, and the number of platelet of rat taken thrombosis by endotoxin. Secondly we measured the increase-rate of "paw swelling", the number of platelet, the quantity of fibrino-gen, and pothrombin time of rat taken contusion-hypermia. And then we measured the quantity of total cholesterol in serum and of H.D.L-cholesterol and of triglyceride and of phospholipid and of β-lipoprotein, its weight, and the variation of the quantity of electrolyte of rat taken hyperlipidemia by the oral-injection of cholesterol. As a result, we can conclude as follows: 1. Out of the test of thrombosis, we can recognize not only the noticeable increae of the number of platelet and the quantity of fibrinogen, but also the noticeable decrease of prothrombin time and the density FDP in case of Shunqid?otant?ng-injected rat and Huay?t?ng-injected rat. 2. Out of the test of contusion-hypermia, we can recognize not only the noticeable increase of the number of platelet and the quantity of fibrinogen, but also the noticeable decrease of prothrombin time and "increase-rate of paw swelling" in case of Shunqid?otant?ng-injected rat and Huay?t?ng-injected rat. 3. Out of the test of hyperlipidemia, at first we can recognize that test rat's weight increased as close as that of normal rat. And we can recognize the noticeable decrease of the triglyceride and phospholipid and β-lipoprotein. " Also, in case of the variation of electrolyte we can recognize the decrease of calcium and potassium in Shunqidaotantang-injected rat, and of sodium and magnesium in Huayutang-injected rat. Thus, as the above-mentioned, in covering thrombosis, contusion-hypermia, and hyperlipidemia, the effect of Shunqiduotantang and Huay?t?ng can be recognized. Granting that Huayutang reveals its effectiveness in thrombosis and contusion-hyperemia, and Shunqid?otant?ng in hyperlipidemia, it can be inferred that contusion-hyperemia is like "model of blood stasis form" as thrombosis and hyperlipidemia "phlegm-retention diseases form ", and both phlegm-retention and blood stasis have correlation each other.

      • 안정화제 처리된 회수수를 사용한 콘크리트의 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        Recently, Most enterprises produced ready mixed concrete uses a mixing water as a recycling water without a density control in proportion to guide and standard. That is a cause of deterioration in the concrete quality like a reduce of strength, laitance, crack, etc. This study shows basic materials for development of ready mixed concrete recycling water density control system that holds down a deterioration in the concrete quality by using a mixed water treated recycling water with stabilizing agent and examines a possibility of re-using components of cement in recycling water. Therefore, in the experiment, we make a recycling water contains 3,5,7% of solid content ratio examines a property of a mixing water with a stabilizing agent and without it. Results of this study is next as follow. 1. The slump is decreased 1~2cm in a mixing without a stabilizing agent and the mixing with a stabilizing agent is similar to the standard mixing. 2. The air content is 4~4.7% in proportion to an increase of solid content without a stabilizing agent and the mixing with a stabilizing agent is similar to the standard mixing. 3. The compressive strength of an early curing age is tendency to increase both the mixing without a stabilizing agent and the mixing with a stabilizing agent. But, After 14days is passed, Compressive strength is decreased in a mixing without a stabilizing agent but increased a mixing with a stabilizing agent.
