        전자간호기록 시스템의 사용성 수준 및 관련 요인 분석

        Purpose: The usability, user satisfaction, and impact of electronic nursing record (ENR) systems were investigated. Methods: This mixed-method research was performed as a time?motion (TM) study and a survey which were carried out at six hospitals between August and November 2013. The TM study involved 108 nurses from medical, surgical, and intensive care units at each hospital, plus an additional 48 nurses who served as nonparticipating observers. In the survey, 1879 volunteer nurses completed the Impact of ENR Systems Scale, the System Usability Scale, and a global satisfaction scale. Qualitative and quantitative analyses were performed. Results: The mean scores for the ENR impact, system usability, and satisfaction were 4.28 (out of 6), 58.62 (out of 100), and 74.31 (out of 100), respectively, and they differed significantly between hospitals (F=43.43, p <.001, F=53.08 and p <.001, and F=29.13 and p <.001, respectively). A workflow fragmentation assessment revealed different patterns of ENR system use among the included hospitals. Three user characteristics?educational background, practice period, and experience of using paper records?significantly affected the system usability and satisfaction scores. Conclusion: The system quality varied widely among the ENR systems. The generally low-to-moderate levels of system usability and user satisfaction suggest many opportunities for improvement.

        IEEE 802.11n MIMO-OFDM 기반 무선 LAN 시스템을 위한 효율적인 심볼 동기 방법

        본 논문에서는 cyclic shift diversity (CSD)가 적용된 프리앰블을 이용하는 MIMO-OFDM 기반의 IEEE 802.11n 무선랜 시스템을 위한 효율적인 심볼 동기 알고리즘을 제안한다. IEEE 802.11n 시스템에서는 다수개의 전송안테나를 통해 같은 프리앰블이 전송될 때 의도하지 않은 빔형성이 생성되는 것을 방지하고 송신안테나 다이버시티 이득을 얻기 위해 프리앰블에 CSD를 적용한다. 그런데, 이것은 수신단의 CSD 프리앰블의 cross-correlation 결과에서 다수개의 peak 값을 발생시키기 때문에, cross-correlation 방식을 이용하여 하나의 peak 위치를 검출한 후 심볼 동기를 수행하는 기존의 알고리즘을 이용할 경우 심볼동기 오류가 발생되고, 패킷 검출과 AGC 완료 시점에 따라 심볼 동기의 성능이 좌우되는 문제를 발생시킨다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 CSD 프리앰블의 cross-correlation 특성, 패킷 검출과 AGC 완료 시점을 고려하여 LTS와 OFDM 심볼간의 경계 구역을 검출하는 기법과 신호 검출 시 임계점을 초과하는 지점의 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 재결정 모드 기법, 그리고 SNR별로 최적의 임계값을 적용할 수 있는 가변 임계값 기법 등으로 구성된 새로운 심볼 동기 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 방식은 최대 주파수 오차가 존재하는 환경에서도 기존 방식에 비해 동기 실패율이 1%인 경우에는 4.3dB, 동기 실패율이 0.1%인 경우에는 18dB의 성능 향상을 이루는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로, 제안하는 방식은 IEEE 802.11n 무선랜 시스템에 적합할 뿐만 아니라, CSD 프리앰블이 적용된 MIMO-OFDM 기반의 시스템에 확대 응용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. An efficient symbol time synchronization scheme for IEEE 802.11n MIMO-OFDM based WLAN systems using cyclic shift diversity (CSD) preamble is proposed. CSD is used to prevent unintentional beamforming when the same preamble signal is transmitted through transmit antennas. However, it is difficult to find a proper starting-point of the OFDM symbol with the conventional algorithms because of time offset by multi-peaks which are result from cross-correlation of received CSD preamble with a known short training symbol. In addition, the performance of symbol time sync. is affected by AGC and packet detection position. In this paper, an optimal symbol time synch. algorithm which is composed of the boundary detection scheme between LTS and OFDM symbols, the verification scheme for enhancement of boundary detection accuracy, and the SNR-varying threshold estimation scheme is proposed. Simulation result show that the proposed algorithm has performance gains of 4.3dB in SNR compared to the conventional algorithms at the rate of 1% sync. failure probability for 2x2 MIMO-OFDM system and 18dB at 0.1% when maximum frequency offset exists. It also can be applied to 4x4 MIMO-OFDM system without any modification. Hence, it is very suitable for MIMO-OFDM WLAN systems using CSD preamble.

        How a Convergence Product Affects Related Markets: The Case of the Mobile Phone

        Analyzing the diffusion of a convergence product is a new and challenging research field. It is very difficult to find research dealing with this issue due to the inherent complexity and lack of data. In analyzing the diffusion of a convergence product, we should simultaneously take into account its relationship with related single-function products because of their similarities in terms of technology and functionality. In this study, we empirically analyze the diffusion of the convergence mobile phones in South Korea and find that the convergence products can affect the diffusion of MP3 players and digital cameras positively or negatively. This research may be significant for business strategies in technology management and product development.

        Aptamer‐Assisted Gold Nanoparticles/PEDOT Platform for Ultrasensitive Detection of LPS

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Neatly arranged gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were directly electrodeposited on an electrochemically polymerized self‐assembled monolayer (SAM) of thiol‐functionalized 3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT) derivative, EDTMSHA. A thiolated single‐stranded DNA (ssDNA) aptamer with high specificity to LPS was immobilized on the AuNPs/conducting polymer composite film, serving as sensing platform for LPS detection. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), cyclic voltammetry (CV), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM) were utilized to characterize the modification and detection processes. The electron transfer resistance was found to have a linear relationship with LPS concentration from 0.1 pg/mL to 1 ng/mL.</P>

        Synthesis of hierarchical Ni(OH)<sub>2</sub> hollow nanorod via chemical bath deposition and its glucose sensing performance

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Hierarchical Ni(OH)<SUB>2</SUB> hollow nanorods were deposited on zinc oxide (ZnO) nanorods by using a chemical bath deposition. The ZnO template was electrodeposited on ITO-glass and removed using an alkaline solution, and then, the hierarchical structure of the hollow Ni(OH)<SUB>2</SUB> consisted of nanoflakes was obtained. The morphology of the Ni(OH)<SUB>2</SUB> was confirmed via scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy, and its composition was determined via X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The Ni(OH)<SUB>2</SUB> hollow nanorods exhibited a hierarchical structure with a large specific surface area and a high level of electrocatalytic activity for glucose oxidation in an alkaline condition. The Ni(OH)<SUB>2</SUB> hollow nanorod arrays had a wide detection range from 2 to 3862μM, with a detection limit of 0.6μM (s/n=3). Furthermore, the modified electrode could detect glucose at a temperature as high as 75°C with a sensitivity of 2904.9μAmM<SUP>−1</SUP> cm<SUP>−2</SUP>. The glucose sensor showed excellent selectivity in the presence of several interfering electroactive species, and it can therefore be used to detect glucose in human serum samples.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Direct growth of hierarchical Ni(OH)<SUB>2</SUB> hollow nanorods on electrode surface via chemical bath deposition. </LI> <LI> The Ni(OH)<SUB>2</SUB> hollow nanorods demonstrate a wide linear detection range with low detection limit for glucose sensing. </LI> <LI> The sensor shows excellent sensing performance even though the temperature is higher than 50°C. </LI> </UL> </P>

        코로나19 발생 이후 사회문제 해결을 위한 시민행동의향에 미치는 영향요인

        본 연구는 사회적가치연구원(2021)의 “2021 한국인이 바라본 사회문제” 조사결과 보고서를 활용해, 코로나19 발생 이후 사회문제 해결을 위한 시민행동의향과 영향요인의 인과관계를 분석했다. 분석 결과, 시민들은 정부를 신뢰할수록 문제해결을 위해 세금과 투자, 기부와 봉사 의향을 보였다. 사회적목적기업에 대한 신뢰가 강할수록 증세 부담을 제외하고 투자와 봉사 의향을 나타냈으며, 기업에 대한 신뢰는 시민행동의향에 아무런 영향을 주지 않았다. 코로나19 발생 이후 시민이 현재 겪는 경제·사회문제보다 환경문제에 부정적 인식을 강하게 가질수록 기부금 지불, 봉사와 재능기부 가능성이 커졌다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 사회문제 해결 주체로서 기업보다 정부와 사회적목적기업에 대한 신뢰가 시민행동의향에 영향을 미친다는 점, 시민은 문제해결을 위한 행동을 결정하는데 경제·사회문제보다 환경문제의 영향을 강하게 받는 것을 알 수 있었고, 행동의향을 통해 문제해결을 위한 실천행동을 예측할 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 정부와 사회적목적기업이 사회문제 해결에 시민이 참여할 기회를 적극적으로 마련하고, 환경문제와 관련하여 시민들이 결합한 사회적목적 사업에 정책적 지원을 확대해 나갈 것을 제안한다. This study analyzed the factors that influence civic behavioral intention in social problem solving in the context of post-COVID 19, using the data from the 2021 Korean Public Opinion Survey on Social Issues conducted by the Center for Social Value Enhancement Studies (CSES) and based on the theory of planned behaviour model. The results show that citizens’ trust in government is positively linked with their openness towards tax levy increase, investment for social enterprises, donation to charities, and volunteering. Trust in social enterprises had positive correlation with all other factors except for tax levy increase, whereas trust in business enterprises showed no correlation. Those who perceive environmental issues as more critical than social or economic issues, showed increased tendency to donate to charities and volunteer payment donations. The study found that the civic behavioral intention relating to social problem solving can be predicted by the citizens’trust in social enterprises and also by their relative interest in environmental issues compared to the social and economic issues. Based on the findings, the study recommends that the government and social enterprises create more opportunities for citizens to engage in social problem solving, while also making it a policy to strengthen support for the social enterprises working on environmental issues and involving citizens.

      • Ferrocene-Encapsulated Zn Zeolitic Imidazole Framework (ZIF-8) for Optical and Electrochemical Sensing of Amyloid-β Oligomers and for the Early Diagnosis of Alzheimer’s Disease

        <P>In this work, the ferrocene-encapsulated Zn zeolitic imidazole framework (ZIF-8) was prepared by the self-assembly of Zn ions and 2-methylimidazole and used for the dual detection of amyloid-beta oligomers (AβO), which is the main neuropathological hallmark of Alzheimer’s disease. Ferrocene is an optically and electrochemically active signal which was successfully encapsulated inside of the ZIF-8 and released by the competitive coordination between Zn ions and AβO after being treated with AβO. The released ferrocene content was monitored by ultraviolet/visible spectrophotometry and cyclic voltammetry. The dual determination of AβO played a synergetic role in the quick qualitative and precise quantitative analyses in a wide detection range of 10<SUP>-5</SUP> to 10<SUP>2</SUP> μM and good feasibility in artificial cerebrospinal fluid.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

        Iridium Oxide Dendrite as a Highly Efficient Dual Electro-Catalyst for Water Splitting and Sensing of H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>

        <P>The synthesis and electrocatalytic performance of iridium-oxide ( IrO2) are reported. IrO2 was electrochemically deposited on the gold dendrite template prepared by the chronoamperometry. The influence of the synthetic condition on the morphology, phase composition, and accessible surface area of the IrO2 dendrites was investigated. The optimized IrO(2 d)endrites showed an excellent electrocatalytic activity toward oxygen evolution with a low overpotential of 240 mV at 5 mAcm(- 2) and to the sensing of hydrogen peroxide with a high sensitivity of 692.38 mu AmM(- 1)cm(- 2) in a wide linear range.
