        음양오행과 그리스 로마 신화를 접목한 치료적 움직임(기무) 프로그램 개발 연구

        This study developed the movement of oriental medicine. It also found similar feature points of contact by combining Western Olympus gods and the five lines of yin and yang. These characteristics make it useful and interesting for the West, the East, and all classes. QMu, developed by combining Yin and Yang Five Elements with Greek and Roman mythology, has three characteristics. It is the breathing method that accompanies contraction and relaxation of the first muscle. Second, we use the principle of yin and yang. The movement of yin and yang reflects the characteristics of Apollo, the sun's god, and Artemis, the moon's god, which is a symbol of yin. The third uses the principle of five lines. The movements of the Five Elements help participants regain balance between their bodies and minds by experiencing the characteristics and emotional expressions of each god in Wood (Thursday), Fire (Tue), Gold (Metal), and Water (Water). The program was developed in the hope of experiencing harmony between the body and mind, while also making the body feel a deep bond as a part of nature, promoting emotional and psychological changes, and promoting health and well-being.

        파킨슨병의 한의학적 고찰 -병인병리(病因病理)와 침구요법(鍼灸療法)을 중심으로-

        Objective: In order to find oriental medical therapies on Parkinson's disease and to make a fundamental basis for clinical application, this study was performed. Methods: We reviewed 35 kinds of the ancient and modern text, and related articles. Results: Parkinson's disease is an extrapyramidal disease characterized by akinesia, tremor at rest, rigidity, and slowness of movement. In old oriental medical text, Parkinson's disease is described as Jinjeon(振顫), Chi, Gyeong (痙), Gyejong, Ryeon(攣) and Pyeongo(偏枯), Tantan, Jungbu(中腑症) of Jungpung(中風). According to the text, major pathological causes were Wind(風), Fire(火), Phlegm(痰), and Blood stasis(瘀血). And Parkinson's disease can be classified into four clinical types as liver & kidney yin-deficiency, qi & blood deficiency, retention of phlegm-heat, and qi-stagnation & blood stasis. Standardized acupuncture points are GV20, GB20, GV14 on head, CV12, ST25 on abdomen, GV26, ST7, GB1, S14, LI20 on face, LI4, LI11, TE5, SI3, HT3, LI15, SI6 on upper extremity, and ST36, GB34, SP6, LR3, KI1, GB30, BL40 on lower extremity. Other methods, such as scalp acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, and herb-acupuncture, can be applied to treat Parkinson's disease. Conclusions: We find out that there are oriental medical concepts related with Parkinson's disease such as Jinjeon(振顫), Chi, Gyeong (痙), Gyejong, Ryeon(攣) and Pyeongo(偏枯), Tantan, Jungbu(中腑症) of Jungpung(中風), of which major causes are Wind(風), Fire(火), Phlegm(痰), and Blood stasis(瘀血). We can also apply many effective acupuncture points and acupuncture therapies according to differential diagnosis, for example, liver & kidney yin-deficiency. qi & blood deficiency, retention of phlegm-heat, and qi-stagnation & blood stasis.

      • Diphenylhydantoin이 백서뇌신경세포막의 Na^+, K^+ -ATPase에 미치는 영향

        To study the effect of diphenylhydantoin on the synaptosomal Na^+ K^+ -ATPase in the rat with Goldblatt kidney, one kidney was removed and renal artery on the other side was partially ligated (external diameter=0.38mm). One kidney was removed in the control group. Synaptosome was prepared from the control and hypertensive rat and ATPase activity (total, EGTA, Azide and ouabain sensitive) was measured in the presence or absence of saponin. The effect of diphenylhydantoin on the synaptosomal ATPase was observed in the presence of diphenylhydantoin and/or ouabain. To investigate the maximal binding of ouabain to synaptosome, ouabain binding study was also carried out. Results as follows: 1. Blood pressure was significantly increased in 1-kidney, 1-clip hypertensive rat. 2. ATPase activity(Total, EGTA and ouabain sensitive) was increased to 2 times in the presence of saponin in the hypertensive and control group. 3. Na^+, K^+ -ATPase activity in hypertensive group was significantly decreased, compared with the control group. 4. Diphenylhydantoin slightly increased the ATPase activity in the control and hypertensive group, but it was not significant. 5. Total activity of ATPase was significantly decreased in the case with dephenylhydantoin and ouabain, but there was not difference between ouabain and ouabain with diphenylhydantoin treated case. 6. In the experiment of oubain binding, diphenylhydantoin did not alter Bmax and Kd of hypertensive and control group. From the above results, it is suggested that diphenylhydantoin will decrease the intracellular sodium without dependence on the stimulation of Na^+, K^+ -ATPase-in hypertensive rat.

        효소면역측정법을 이용한 Fumonisin의 검출법 개발

        Fumonisin에 대한 효소면역측정법(ELISA)을 개발하기 위하여 특이항체를 생산하고, 분석조건을 확립하여, 인위적으로 오염시킨 옥수수 시료의 분석을 행하였다. Fumonisin B_1 (FB_1)을 cholera toxin (CT)에 결합시킨 FB_1-CT conjugate를 면역원으로 하여 Freund's adjuvant와 함께, 또는 단독으로 두 군의 토끼에 면역하고 특이항체를 생산하였다. 항혈청을 ELISA로 분석한 결과 그 adjuvant와 함께 면역한 경우 항체역가(titer)가 높게 나타났다. 가장 높은 항체역가(1 : 16,000)를 나타낸 항혈청 및 그로부터 정제한 항체를 이용하여 간접법 및 직접법에 의한 경합적 ELISA(ciELISA 및 cdELISA)를 각각 확립하였다. 이 항체의 유사독소와의 교차반응을 ciELISA로 조사하였을 때, FB_3에 대한 교차반응율은 2%로 매우 낮았으나, FB_2에 대한 것은 179%로 다소 높았다. FB_1의 검출한계는 ciELISA에서 0.03ppb, cdELISA에서 0.3 ppb로 각각 나타났다. 실제 곡물시료의 분석에 ELISA 활용가능성을 조사하기 위하여 인위적으로 FB_1을 오염시킨 옥수수를 75% methanol로 추출하고 그 회수율을 측정한 결과, 분석이 불안정하여 회수율이 일정하게 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 방해물질의 제거를 위하여 시료추출액을 strong anion exchange(SAX) cartridge를 거쳐 세척한 다음 분석하였을 때, 3~10 ppm 범위의 FB_1 오염 옥수수에서 평균 34%(CV의 평균, 8.2%)의 안정된 회수율을 보였다. In order to develop enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for fumonisins, production of specific antibodies, establishement of ELISA conditions, and quantitation of the toxin from spiked corns by ELISA were performed. Fumonisin B_1 (FB_1) conjugated to cholera toxin (CT) with or without Freund's adjuvant was subcutaneously injected into 2 groups of rabbits. When the titer of the antisera produced by each rabbit tested, higher titer was observed in case of the immunization with the adjuvant. By use of the antiserum showing the highest titer (1 : 16,000) and its purified antibodies, competitive indirect and direct ELISA's (ciELISA and cdELISA) were established, respectively. When the cross-reactivity of the antibody against fumonisin analogs was investigate by the ciELISA is was very low against B_3 (2%) but high against fumonisin B_2 (179%). The sensitivity of the ELISAs was also very high, because the detection limit for FB_1 was 0.03 ppb in ciELISA and 0.3 ppb in cdELISA. When the ELISA's were applied to the spiked corns after extraction with 75% methanol, the assay recovery of FB_1 was too unstable to assay. However, when cleanup by strong anion exchange (SAX) cartridge was introduced to remove interfering materials, the mean ELISA recovery of FB_1 from corns spiked to 3~10 ppm was found to be 34.0% and stable (mean of CV, 8.2%).

      • 팔체질침을 이용한 반월판 관절경부분절제술 환자의 치험례

        슬관절은 지속적인 압력을 받거나 충격때문에 동작범위의 한계에 이를 때 손상받기 쉽다. 반월판 파열 환자는 일상생활에 지장을 주는 동통, 정복되지 않는 잠김, locking이나 giving way가 자주 일어나는 경우, 지속적인 신전제한이 있을 때 수술의 적응증이 된다. 반월판 파열 환자의 재활에 있어서 관건은 대퇴사두근의 근력과 ROM의 회복이다. 팔체질침 시술후 반월판 부분절제술을 시행한 환자가 동통의 강도와 동통 재발의 감소, ROM의 개선, 전반적 상태면에서 체침이나 MPS 시술 때보다 더 나은 경과를 얻었다. Knee joints are apt to be injured when they are over the limit of ROM by continuous pressure or impact. The patient of meniscus tear has to be operated in case that he has the symptom of knee pain obstructive to daily life, unreducable locking, frequent locking or giving way, continuous extention limit. In the rehabilitation of the patient of meniscus tear, the key is the progress of musculi quadratus femori's power and ROM. After 8 constitutional acupucture therapies, partial menisectomy patient has the better process about decrease of pain intensity and relapsing pain frequence, development of ROM, general condition more than general acupucture or MPS medical treatment.

      • Women’s Political Representation in a Democratizing Myanmar

        In the 2015 election 151 Myanmar women became parliamentarians; this brought the proportion of women elected to 13%, doubling up from the last parliamentarian term at 4.7%1. There is a strong belief in Myanmar that leadership is a male domain derived from an institutionalized tradition of men in the political sphere enhanced by the all male-military junta, spanning almost sixty years. However, recent political events led to a more democratic system, and in theory the increasing levels of freedom should also improve women’s access to political positions. The study aims to examine the situation of women’s political representation in a democratizing Myanmar. The study is based on interviews with a total of twenty-five women candidates in the 2015 General Election from eleven political parties. This qualitative study aims to shed light on women’s representation in the political system by presenting characteristics, experiences and perspectives of women candidates as well as the constraining and supporting factors they have encountered to become political representatives, an finally how they have influenced the policy agenda and policy-making process. The study results suggest there are some main similarities and differences among the women interviewed and some key constraining/supporting factors. The pool of women candidates faced intense scrutiny under the existing gender norms and stereotypes, including negative attitudes towards women leadership, women accessing economic resources, and the perceptions by male colleagues. Yet women share three entry points into politics: through participation in political movement, through family kinship, or as outsiders. Women who have been representatives before suggest that some influence on gender sensitive policy agenda and policy-making process is happening but limited, considering that the proportion of women parliamentarians is still far from the benchmark set within critical mass theory. It was concluded that women can raise their voices in legislation and policy development but their substantive presence remains a question in terms of achieving gender equality in the country.

        졸정원(拙政園)을 통해 본 중국 정원 예술 디자인과 도가미학의 관계

        Scientific and technological civilization has not only brought material and life convenience to mankind, but also accelerated the rapid development of modern cities. In particular, the separation of architecture and nature after entering the modern era has hindered the harmony and unity of man and nature. In the face of serious ecological changes and natural destruction of the earth's environment, in this case, the oriental courtyard art and design is of great significance. The courtyard is not only an important part of the integrated culture of oriental art and design, but also a symbol of the harmonious coexistence of mountains, water, forests, fields, lakes, grass, sand, people and ecology, fully reflecting the concept of harmonious coexistence between people and nature. In particular, Chinese garden art in the Ming and Qing dynasties has become the object of the study of oriental wisdom by scholars around the world. This paper studies the characteristics of Chinese garden art and design as well as the aesthetic spirit of Taoist aesthetics embodied in the Humble Administrator's Garden(Zhuo Zheng Yuan 拙政園), which is the most representative garden and is known as the "model of the world garden". In particular, through the gardening concept and gardening elements of Humble Administrator's Garden, this paper analyzes the Taoist aesthetic characteristics of "conform to nature(顺应自然)", "virtual and real co-exist(虚实相生)", "empty and quiet mind(虚静遊心)", “hide from the world and do nothing(隐世无为)”, and then analyzes the relationship between the courtyard and Taoist aesthetics. From this, we can deeply understand the internal thought of Chinese gardens and the profound meaning of garden art to the sustainable development of modern urban environmental construction. At the same time, it can be seen that the "unity of nature and man" in oriental aesthetics has practical significance for the construction of the ecological aesthetic relationship among people, cities and nature in reality. 과학 기술 문명은 인류에게 물질적, 생활적 편의를 가져왔을 뿐만 아니라 현대 도시의 급속한 발전을 가속화하고 있다. 특히 서양의 이분법적 사고와 이를 기반으로 자연을 지배하고자 했던 서구문화는 현대에 들어 건축과 자연을 분리시키고 인간과 자연의 조화로운 통일을 저해 하였다. 심각한 지구 환경 생태 변화와 자연의 파괴에 직면한 현재 이러한 시점에 있어 동양의 정원 예술과 디자인중요한 부분일 뿐만 아니라 산, 수, 림, 밭, 호수, 풀, 모래, 사람과 생태의 조화의 상징이기도 하며 인간과 자연의 조화로운 공존의 개념을 잘 반영하고 있다. 특히 중국 명청시대 정원예술은 세계 학자들이 동양의 지혜를 연구하는 대상이 되었다. 본 논문에서는 그중 대표적인 정원 중에서 “천하 정원의 모범”으로 불리는 <졸정원>을 통해 중국 정원 예술과 디자인의 특색과 거기에 나타난 도가미학의 미적 정신을 연구하였다. 특히 <졸정원>의 조원 이념과 조원 요소를 통해 “순응자연(顺应自然)”, “허실상생(虚实相生)”,“허정유심(虚静遊心)”,“은세무위(隐世無为)”로 대표되는 도가미학의 특징을 분석하고, 나아가 정원과 도가미학과의 관계를 분석한다. 이를 통해 중국 정원의 내적 사상을 깊이 이해할 수 있으며, 현대 도시 환경의 건설에 있어 지속 가능한 발전에 대한 정원 예술과 그린디자인의 깊은 뜻을 이해 할 수 있다. 또한 사람, 도시와 자연의 관계를 동양미학에서 말하는 “천인합일(天人合一)”의 생태미학의 현실적 의의를 볼 수 있다.
