Background Breast reconstruction refers to the rebuilding of a woman's breast using autologous tissue or prosthetic material to form a natural-looking breast. It is increasingly offered to women undergoing mastectomy for breast cancer. However, there is no systematic analysis available for the expanding area of research on breast reconstruction. Methods A bibliometric method was used to obtain a view of the scientific production about breast reconstruction by data extracted from the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI). Specific parameters were retrieved from the ISI. Articles about breast reconstruction were analyzed to obtain a view of the topic's structure, history, and document relationships using HistCite software. Trends in the most influential publications and authors were analyzed. Results The number of articles was constantly increasing. Most highly cited articles described the methods of flap construction in the surgery. Other highly cited articles discussed the psychological or emotional aspects of breast reconstruction, skin sparing mastectomy, and breast reconstruction in the irradiated breast. Conclusions This was the first breast reconstruction scientometric analysis, representing the characteristics of papers and the trends of scientific production. A constant increase in the number of breast reconstruction papers and also the increasing number of citations shows that there is an increasing interest in this area of medical science. It seems that most of the research in this field is focused on the technical aspects of surgery.
GENERALIZED QUASI-PRIMARY RINGS
Hosein Fazaeli Moghimi,MAHDI SAMIEI 장전수학회 2018 Advanced Studies in Contemporary Mathematics Vol.28 No.4
In this paper, the structure of commutative rings with identity all of whose ideals are quasi-primary, called generalized quasi-primary rings, is studied and several equivalent conditions to such rings are considered. Equivalently, a generalized quasi-primary ring may be viewed as a ring whose the set of radical ideals forms a chain. It is proved that an Artinian local ring R is a generalized quasi-primary ring and the converse is true if R is a non-domain Noetherian ring.
Semi-analytic solutions to oscillatory behavior of initially curved micro/nano systems

In this study, Homotopy analysis method (HAM) is used to investigate the nonlinear oscillatory behavior of clamped-clamped initiallycurved micro/nano beam, under electrostatic force actuation. The electrostatic actuation, midplane stretching, and geometric nonlinearityeffects are considered. Initially, through Galerkin’s decomposition method, the partial differential governing equation is converted to anordinary differential equation. Thereafter, HAM is used to find a semi-analytic solution for the nonlinear oscillatory behavior of an initiallycurved microbeam. To ensure the convergence of the problem, the convergence region of solutions is investigated. Furthermore, theinfluence of initial elevation, input voltage, midplane stretching, and order of the HAM approximation are examined. Analytic resultsachieved by HAM are in good agreement with numerical solutions and published literature.

This study presents an integrated analytical model for the hydrodynamic behavior of the spiral-wound membrane element considering the curvature of the flow feed and permeate channels. The new model introduces a set of closed-form expressions for the output parameters of the permeate flow rate, fluid recovery fraction, and the permeation flux, which can be a necessary tool for optimization and evaluation of the parameters involved in the problem. Accordingly, the results were set forth for a reverse osmosis water treatment SWM element. The difference in the output parameters for the solutions with flat and curved membranes was investigated, and the consequences of the common assumption of the flat-sheet membrane were examined mathematically. It was found that neglecting the membrane curvature implements a significant impact/error on the prediction of the permeate channel pressure and membrane width with maximum permeation rate, whereas its impacts on feed channel pressure and output parameters are insignificant, especially for the considered reverse osmosis case study. Also, the curvature effect on the solution can be magnified by three parameters of the membrane width: permeate channel permeability, and membrane resistance.

The behavior of concrete slabs in composite beam with C and L shaped angle shear connectors has been studied in this paper. These two types of angle shear connectors' instalment have been commonly utilized. In this study, the finite element (FE) analysis and soft computing method have been used both to present the shear connectors' push out tests and providing data results used later in soft computing method. The current study has been performed to present the aforementioned shear connectors' behavior based on the variable factors aiming the study of diverse factors' effects on C and L shaped angle in shear connectors. ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System), has been manipulated in providing the effective parameters in shear strength forecasting by providing input-data comprising: height, length, thickness of shear connectors together with concrete strength and the respective slip of shear connectors. ANFIS has been also used to identify the predominant parameters influencing the shear strength forecast in C and L formed angle shear connectors.
