        《方言類釋》中的“動靜類”詞彙研究

        “Bangeon yuseok”方言類釋,a dictionary-like book of Korean Era is a multilingual material classified dictionary including Chinese,Manchu,Mongolian and Japanese. This paper focuses on 108 words of “DongJing” Parts in “Bangeon yuseok”方言類釋. Firstly,according to certain classification criteria, 97 Korean words are classified and sorted out. Secondly, based on the literature of “Yuhae-Type”類解類, this paper makes a comparative analysis from two aspects: Chinese vocabulary of title words and Korean vocabulary of explanation words. Finally, it makes textual research on 11 words in Zhongzhou Xiangyu. As a novel material in the study of modern Chinese history, “Zhongzhou Xiangyu”中州鄉語 has unique research value in the field of lexicology and dialectology. Chinese dialect vocabulary, as the accumulation of historical language, provides abundant resources for lexicology research. A synchronic and diachronic study of dialect words in East Asian Chinese literature, with Chinese ancient books as circumstantial evidence, can be regarded as an innovative research method. Through deep excavation and utilization of ancient books resources, it can provide strong support for academic research. 《方言類釋》成書於正祖二年(1778),是由朝鮮朝司譯院徐命膺,洪命福等編纂的一部標記有漢語、朝鮮語、滿語、蒙古語、日本語的諺解與注解的多語種文獻。本文以《方言類釋》中的動靜類108個詞彙爲中心,基於一定的分類基準,對其中的97個朝鮮語詞匯進行分類整理;其次,基於“類解”類文獻,分別從標題語漢語詞彙和解釋詞朝鮮語詞匯兩個角度進行比較分析。最後,對“中州鄉語”11個詞彙進行考證。 “中州鄉語”部分,作為近代漢語史研究的新穎材料,其在詞彙學和方言學領域擁有獨特的研究價值。漢語方言詞匯,作為歷史語言的積澱,為詞彙學研究提供了豐富的資源。對於東亞漢籍文獻中的方言詞進行共時歷時研究,適當以中國古籍為旁證,可以被視為一種創新性的研究方法。通過深入挖掘和利用古籍資源,可以為學術研究提供有力的支撐。

      • Top management team characteristics and CSR fulfillment under the nature of property- based on Chinese A-share listed companies empirical evidence -

        This paper further investigated how property ownership regulates the relation between top management team and corporate social responsibility with upper echelons theory. Samples were chose from data of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2006 to 2014. The results showed that both average ages and salary level ofstate-owned enterprise executives are inversely related to the corporate social responsibility to fulfill; whereas property ownership has no significant regulation to the relationship between average education level of the top management team and corporate social responsibility.

        The Possible Mechanisms Involved in Citrinin Elimination by Cryptococcus podzolicus Y3 and the Effects of Extrinsic Factors on the Degradation of Citrinin

        Citrinin (CIT) is a toxic secondary metabolite produced by fungi belonging to the Penicillium, Aspergillus, and Monascus spp. This toxin has been detected in many agricultural products. In this study, a strain Y3 with the ability to eliminate CIT was screened and identified as Cryptococcus podzolicus, based on the sequence analysis of the internal transcribed spacer region. Neither uptake of CIT by cells nor adsorption by cell wall was involved in CIT elimination by Cryptococcus podzolicus Y3. The extracellular metabolites of Cryptococcus podzolicus Y3 stimulated by CIT or not showed no degradation for CIT. It indicated that CIT elimination was attributed to the degradation of intracellular enzyme(s). The degradation of CIT by C. podzolicus Y3 was dependent on the type of media, yeast concentration, temperature, pH, and initial concentration of CIT. Most of the CIT was degraded by C. podzolicus Y3 in NYDB medium at 42 h but not in PDB medium. The degradation rate of CIT was the highest (94%) when the concentration of C. podzolicus Y3 was 1 × 10<sup>8</sup> cells/ml. The quantity of CIT degradation was highest at 28°C, and there was no degradation observed at 35°C. The study also showed that acidic condition (pH 4.0) was the most favorable for CIT degradation by C. podzolicus Y3. The degradation rate of CIT increased to 98% as the concentration of CIT was increased to 20 μg/ml. The toxicity of CIT degradation product(s) toward HEK293 was much lower than that of CIT.

        Apoptosis Progression in the Hair Cells in the Organ of Corti of GJB2 Conditional Knockout Mice

        Objectives. Apoptosis may play an important role in the mechanism underlying the GJB2 gene conditional knockout (cCx26) mice cochlear cell death. The objective of this study was to explore the the damage mode of the outer hair cells (OHCs) and its real time point of apoptosis and provide information to further explore the role of apoptosis in the happening of hearing loss in cCx26 mice. Methods. Cochleae from mice at various developmental stages (P8, P12, and P21) were dissected out and first used to be observed under the scanning electron microscope (SEM). Basilar membranes from mice at P8, P14, P18, and P21were stained by fluorescein isothiocyanate-conjugated phalloidin and propidium iodide (PI) and examined under confocal microscope. Results. The loss of OHCs of cCx26 knockout mice was first set between P12 and P21 under SEM. Whole mount phalloidin and PI staining revealed that obvious apoptotic appearance of the OHCs surface morphology was observed at P18. Conclusion. Typical apoptotic morphology was found in the OHCs in the organ of Corti of the cCx26 mice at P18. This may provide information to further study the role of apoptosis in the occurrence of hearing loss of cCx26 mice. Objectives.         Probiotics Increase Intramuscular Fat and Improve the Composition of Fatty Acids in Sunit Sheep through the Adenosine 5′-Monophosphate-Activated Protein Kinase (AMPK) Signaling Pathway

        This experiment aims to investigate the impact of probiotic feed on growth performance, carcass traits, plasma lipid biochemical parameters, intramuscular fat and triglyceride content, fatty acid composition, mRNA expression levels of genes related to lipid metabolism, and the activity of the enzyme in Sunit sheep. In this experiment, 12 of 96 randomly selected Sunit sheep were assigned to receive the basic diet or the basic diet supplemented with probiotics. The results showed that supplementation with probiotics significantly increased the loin eye area, and decreased plasma triglycerides and free fatty acids, increasing the content of intramuscular fat and triglycerides in the muscle and improving the composition of the fatty acids. The inclusion of probiotics in the diet reduced the expression of adenosine 5’-monophosphate-activated protein kinase alpha 2 (AMPKα2) mRNA and carnitine palmitoyltransferase 1B (CPT1B) mRNA, while increasing the expression of acetyl-CoA carboxylase alpha (ACCα) mRNA, sterol regulatory elementbinding protein-1c (SREBP-1c) mRNA, fatty acid synthase mRNA, and stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1 mRNA. The results of this study indicate that supplementation with probiotics can regulate fat deposition and improves the composition of fatty acids in Sunit sheep through the signaling pathways AMPK-ACC-CPT1B and AMPK-SREBP-1c. This regulatory mechanism leads to an increase in intramuscular fat content, a restructuring of muscle composition of the fatty acids, and an enhancement of the nutritional value of meat. These findings contribute to a better understanding of the food science of animal resources and provide valuable references for the production of meat of higher nutritional value.

        Characteristics and Regulating Role in Thermotolerance of the Heat Shock Transcription Factor ZmHsf12 from Zea mays L.

        Plant heat shock transcription factors (Hsfs) areimportant regulators of heat shock signal transduction pathway. There are 30 members of the Hsf family in maize, only twoof which, ZmHsf06 and ZmHsf12, belong to subclass A1. Our previous work demonstrated that ZmHsf06-overexpressingArabidopsis lines showed improved tolerance to heat anddrought stresses. In this study, we isolated ZmHsf12 fromyoung leaves of maize (Zea mays L.) using homologouscloning methods. The CDS (coding sequence) of ZmHsf12 is1,494 bp and encodes a putative protein consisting of 497amino acids which possesses domains such as DBD (DNAbindingdomain), OD (oligomerization domain), NLS (nuclearlocalization signal), NES (nuclear export signal), and anAHA (activator) motif. The ZmHsf12-GFP fusion protein islocalized to the cell nucleus. ZmHsf12 was expressed inmany maize organs, and its expression was up-regulated byheat shock. Furthermore, we characterized the function ofZmHsf12 in yeast and Arabidopsis. Yeast cells overexpressingZmHsf12 showed enhanced heat tolerance. ZmHsf12-overexpressing Arabidopsis seedlings displayed significantincreases in both basal and acquired thermotolerance. Comparedto WT seedlings, the ZmHsf12-overexpressing lines displayedboth increased chlorophyll contents and higher survivalrates. Also, the expression of AtHsps was increased higher inthe ZmHsf12-overexpressing Arabidopsis lines after heatstress. The results of our study strongly suggested thatZmHsf12 may take part in plant response to heat stress.

        Protective effect of hepatocyte-enriched lncRNA-Mir122hg by promoting hepatocyte proliferation in acute liver injury

        Some long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs), which harbor microRNAs in their gene sequence and are also known as microRNA host gene derived lncRNAs (lnc-MIRHGs), play a dominant role alongside miRNAs, or both perform biological functions synergistically or independently. However, only a small number of lnc-MIRHGs have been identified. Here, multiple liver injury datasets were analyzed to screen and identify the target lncRNA Mir122hg. Mir122hg was mainly enriched in liver tissues with human-mouse homology. In both CCl4-induced acute liver injury and Dgal/LPS-induced fulminant liver failure in mice, Mir122hg was sharply downregulated at the early stage, while a subsequent significant increase was only found in the CCl4 group with liver recovery. Overexpression and silencing assays confirmed that Mir122hg played a protective role in acute injury by promoting hepatocyte proliferation in vivo and in vitro. Consistent with the results of gene enrichment analysis, Mir122hg binding to C/EBPα affected its transcriptional repression, promoted gene transcription of downstream chemokines, Cxcl2, Cxcl3, and Cxcl5, and exerted pro-proliferative effects on hepatocytes through activation of the AKT/GSK-3β/p27 signaling pathway by CXC/CXCR2 complexes. This study identifies a novel lncRNA with protective effects in acute liver injury and demonstrates that the binding of Mir122hg-C/EBPα promotes hepatocyte proliferation via upregulation of CXC chemokine and activation of AKT signaling.

        Fault Diagnosis and Model Predictive Tolerant Control for Non-Gaussian Stochastic Distribution Control Systems based on T-S Fuzzy Model

        A Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model is applied to approximate the nonlinear dynamics of stochasticdistribution control (SDC) systems, in which linear radial basis function (RBF) neural network is adopted to approximatethe output probability density function (PDF) of non-Gaussian SDC systems. Considering the situationthat fault may occur, a fuzzy adaptive fault diagnosis observer is designed to estimate the fault value. Besides,the Lyapunov stability theory is used to analyse the stability of the observation error system. Based on the faultestimation information and model predictive control (MPC) algorithm, the active fault tolerant control strategy isgiven. Finally, a simulation example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm.

      • An Improved Random Key Predistribution Scheme for Wireless Sensor Networks Using Deployment Knowledge

        Key management is the basis of many security mechanisms and services in wireless sensor networks (WSN). Random key predistribution scheme is widely considered as the most practical for WSN. However, this scheme faces the challenge that it cannot achieve the ideal security connectivity and strong resilience against node capture simultaneously. To address this limitation, an improved random key predistribution scheme using deployment knowledge is proposed in this paper. Firstly, sensor nodes are divided into different groups according to their location expected. And the key pool is grouped into key pool subsets accordingly. To realize the communication between adjacent groups, the corresponding key pool subsets have a certain degree of overlapping. For all keys, there is no limitation on key reuse. Neighboring nodes sharing q common keys will establish secure link with high probability. Moreover, our scheme inherits the advantage of q-composite random key predistribution scheme that it can maintain security even if some nodes are captured. Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments show that the improved scheme performs well on network connectivity and resilience.
