        한중일 삼국의 근대국제관계 - 청일전쟁

郝莉莉 ( Hao Lili ) 한서대학교 동양고전연구소 2018 동방학 Vol.39 No.-

Before the Chinese -Japanese War, the Chinese -Korean Regulations for Maritime and Overland Trade was negotiated in 1882 which plundered the economy of Korea(Joseon). This treaty led to establish full-fledged trade relations between Qing and Joseon. In addition, the Qing government strengthened control over the sovereignty of Joseon. At the same time, Qing Dynasty took the advantage of this treaty to gain privilege of trade in Joseon, which resulted in economic competition between Qing and Japan in Joseon. Immediately after the war, Japan signed the Treaty of Shimonoseki on April 17, 1895, emphasizing the independence of Joseon. Japan acknowledged Joseon as an independent state. This was not for the sake of Joseon but for gaining rights in Joseon which could be only possible by separating Joseon and Qing. Qing has no right to intervene further. On September 11, 1899, Qing and Joseon establish new diplomatic relationship by signing China-Korea Trade Treaty. The relationship between Qing and Japan also basically changed. Through Shimonoseki Treaty, Qing ceded Liaodong Peninsula to Japan. However, Russia, Germany and France interfered in the invasion of Qing, causing Japan to abandon the invasion of Liaodong Peninsula. However, Japan became more invasive towards Qing. In 1900, the allied forces of eight countries participated in the Sino-Japanese war and invaded Qing. From 1904-1905, Japan ignored the sovereignty of Qing and proceeded with the imperial war with Russia in the Northeast of Qing and again in 1937 there was full-scale invasion of China.

Impact of ejaculation upon effect of acupuncture on chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome: Secondary analysis of a randomized controlled trial

        Lili Zhu,Jiufei Fang,Yuanjie Sun,Ming Yang,Hao Yao,Zhishun Liu 한국한의학연구원 2023 Integrative Medicine Research Vol.12 No.2

Background: Acupuncture can improve chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS). Ejaculation frequencies might impact the conditions of CP/CPPS. The present study aimed to explore the impact of different ejaculation frequencies on the effect of acupuncture among men with CP/CPPS. Methods: This was a secondary analysis of the data from a multicenter, randomized, clinical trial. Eligible participants were patients with moderate to severe CP/CPPS, who had taken 8-week acupuncture treatment, and followed until week 32. Participants fell into the category of 0–3, 4–7, or at least 8 according to their monthly ejaculation frequencies reported at baseline. The primary outcome was the proportion of responders, defined as men who reported at least 6 points reduction from baseline in the National Institute of Health-Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index (NIHsingle bondCPSI) total score at weeks 8 and 32. Results: 214 participants were included in this secondary analysis, of whom 42 reported a monthly ejaculation frequency of 0–3, 89 reported a frequency of 4–7, and 83 reported a frequency of at least 8. At week 8, 52.20% participants with an ejaculation frequency of 0–3 responded to the acupuncture treatment, 65.38% participants with a frequency of 4–7 responded, and 63.09% participants with a frequency of at least 8 responded. At week 32, 56.14%, 59.57%, and 68.36% participants responded in the three groups, respectively. No significant differences were observed between three groups (all P>0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture can improve symptoms of CP/CPPS, regardless of ejaculation frequencies. Ejaculation frequencies may not affect the efficacy of acupuncture on CP/CPPS among Chinese men. Trial registration: ClinicalTrials.gov, NCT03213938.

N-ACETYLGALACTOSAMINE BIOSENSOR BASED ON POLYDIACETYLENE NANOVESICLES: AN INDIRECTLY COLORIMETRIC RECOGNITION OF GALACTOSE-DEFICIENT IgA1

        NA HAO,BO JIANG,PENG SUN,CHUANCHAO LI,Lili Liu,XIA LI,LU CHEN 성균관대학교(자연과학캠퍼스) 성균나노과학기술원 2014 NANO Vol.9 No.7

Immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN) has been recognized as the most prevalent form ofglomerulonephritis with various histologic and clinical phenotypes in the world. The Gal-de¯cientIgA1 with terminally exposed GalNAc residue(s) plays a key role in the pathogenesis of thedisease. In this study, a novel colorimetric biosensor based on Helix aspersa agglutinin (HAA)absorbed on polydiacetylene (PCDA) nanovesicles for N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAC) mo-lecular as core framework of Gal-de¯cient IgA1 recognition was investigated using the higha±nity between lectin HAA and GalNAC. The PCDA nanovesicles were prepared via UVcrosslinking. The size, morphology and elastic property of the nanovesicles were tested. Theoptimal concentration of HAA for the recognition of GalNAC via naked eyes observation was3 mM and the critical concentration of GalNAC for the sensitive color transition was 2 ? g/mL. This novel method has many advantages such as low prices, intuitive, real-time and easy to carryout and great potential in Gal-de¯cient IgA1 detection.

Genome-wide DNA methylation profiling in differentiating Crohn’s disease from intestinal tuberculosis

        Wu Hao,Liu Hongchun,Liu Haining,Chen Yanjie,Liu Taotao,Shen Xizhong,Liu Lili 한국유전학회 2022 Genes & Genomics Vol.44 No.5

Background: Differential diagnosis of Crohn's disease (CD) and intestinal tuberculosis (ITB) is still difficult in clinical pratice. DNA methylation has been considered as a favorable area for biomarker exploration and identification. Objective: The purpose of the current study was to evaluate DNA methylation changes between CD and ITB. Methods: We performed a genome-wide association study to identify differentially methylated positions (DMPs), including 8 CD patients (before the initial of biologics or immunomodulators), 6 ITB patients, and 8 healthy controls (HCs), in whole blood DNA using the Infinium HumanMethylation850 BeadChip. Results: Patients in the CD group and ITB group were all observed with hypo-methylated changes compared with HCs. However, the CD group overlaps with the ITB group in DNA methylation, suggesting a stable epigenetic profile between the two diseases. The pathway enrichment analysis showed the alternation in inflammation-related pathway, immune system, and signal transduction. Focused on the DMPs located in the promoter region, further analysis indicated hypermethylation of cg03122532 (5'UTR of KCNJ15) could be a potential CD-specific biomarker. Conclusions: We identified specific differential methylation loci related to CD and ITB in blood DNA. DNA metylation as a important epigenetic modification could contribute to the pathogenesis study and biomarker exploration of the diseases.

Effects of dietary leucine supplementation on the hepatic mitochondrial biogenesis and energy metabolism in normal birth weight and intrauterine growth-retarded weanling piglets

        Weipeng Su,Wen Xu,Hao Zhang,Zhixiong Ying,Le Zhou,Lili Zhang,Tian Wang 한국영양학회 2017 Nutrition Research and Practice Vol.11 No.2

BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: The study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary leucine supplementation on mitochondrial biogenesis and energy metabolism in the liver of normal birth weight (NBW) and intrauterine growth-retarded (IUGR) weanling piglets. MATERIALS/METHODS: A total of sixteen pairs of NBW and IUGR piglets from sixteen sows were selected according to their birth weight. At postnatal day 14, all piglets were weaned and fed either a control diet or a leucine-supplemented diet for 21 d. Thereafter, a 2 × 2 factorial experimental design was used. Each treatment consisted of eight replications with one piglet per replication. RESULTS: Compared with NBW piglets, IUGR piglets had a decreased (P < 0.05) hepatic adenosine triphosphate (ATP) content. Also, IUGR piglets exhibited reductions (P < 0.05) in the activities of hepatic mitochondrial pyruvate dehydrogenase (PDH), citrate synthase (CS), α-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase (α-KGDH), malate dehydrogenase (MDH), and complexes I and V, along with decreases (P < 0.05) in the concentration of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) and the protein expression of hepatic peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ coactivator 1α (PGC-1α). Dietary leucine supplementation increased (P < 0.05) the content of ATP, and the activities of CS, α-KGDH, MDH, and complex V in the liver of piglets. Furthermore, compared to those fed a control diet, piglets given a leucine-supplemented diet exhibited increases (P < 0.05) in the mtDNA content and in the mRNA expressions of sirtuin 1, PGC-1α, nuclear respiratory factor 1, mitochondrial transcription factor A, and ATP synthase, H+ transporting, mitochondrial F1 complex, β polypeptide in liver. CONCLUSIONS: Dietary leucine supplementation may exert beneficial effects on mitochondrial biogenesis and energy metabolism in NBW and IUGR weanling piglets.

Acupuncture for Osteoporosis: a Review of Its Clinical and Preclinical Studies

        Tian Yimiao,Wang Lili,Xu Tianshu,Li Rui,Zhu Ruyuan,Chen Beibei,Zhang Hao,Xia Bingke,Che Yiwen,Zhao Dandan,Zhang Dongwei 사단법인약침학회 2022 Journal of Acupuncture & Meridian Studies Vol.15 No.5

Acupuncture has gained growing attention in the management of osteoporosis (OP). However, a comprehensive review has not yet been conducted on the efficacy and challenges of acupuncture in preliminary research and clinical trials. Therefore, an extensive literature search was conducted using electronic databases, including PubMed (www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed), CNKI (www.cnki.net), and Web of Science, for studies published from the beginning of 2000 to the end of May 2022. Combinations of synonyms for OP, acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, clinical trial, preclinical study, and animal experiments were searched. A total of 290 papers were consulted, including 115 reviews, 109 clinical observations, and 66 preclinical studies. There is accumulating evidence to support the beneficial role of acupuncture in preserving bone quality and relieving clinical symptoms based on clinical and preclinical investigations. The top ten most commonly used acupoints are BL23, ST36, BL20, BL11, CV4, GV4, SP 6, KI3, BL18, and GB39. The underlying mechanisms behind the benefits of acupuncture may be linked with the regulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (adrenal) axis and activation of the Wnt/β-catenin and OPG/RANKL/RANK signaling pathways. In summary, strong evidence may still come from prospective and well-designed clinical trials to shed light on the potential role of acupuncture in preserving bone loss. Future investigations are needed to explore the potential underlying mechanisms, long-term clinical efficacy, and compliance of acupuncture in OP management.

Effect of Soyabean Isoflavones Exposure on Onset of Puberty, Serum Hormone Concentration and Gene Expression in Hypothalamus, Pituitary Gland and Ovary of Female Bama Miniature Pigs

        Fan, Juexin,Zhang, Bin,Li, Lili,Xiao, Chaowu,Oladele, Oso Abimbola,Jiang, Guoli,Ding, Hao,Wang, Shengping,Xing, Yueteng,Xiao, Dingfu,Yin, Yulong Asian Australasian Association of Animal Productio 2015 Animal Bioscience Vol.28 No.11

This study was to investigate the effect of soyabean isoflavones (SIF) on onset of puberty, serum hormone concentration, and gene expression in hypothalamus, pituitary and ovary of female Bama miniature pigs. Fifty five, 35-days old pigs were randomly assigned into 5 treatment groups consisting of 11 pigs per treatment. Results showed that dietary supplementation of varying dosage (0, 250, 500, and 1,250 mg/kg) of SIF induced puberty delay of the pigs with the age of puberty of pigs fed basal diet supplemented with 1,250 mg/kg SIF was significantly higher (p<0.05) compared to control. Supplementation of SIF or estradiol valerate (EV) reduced (p<0.05) serum gonadotrophin releasing hormone and luteinizing hormone concentration, but increased follicle-stimulating hormone concentration in pigs at 4 months of age. The expression of KiSS-1 metastasis-suppressor (KISS1), steroidogenic acute regulatory protein (StAR) and 3-beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase/delta-5-delta-4 isomerase ($3{\beta}-HSD$) was reduced (p<0.01) in SIF-supplemented groups. Expression of gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor in the pituitary of miniature pigs was reduced (p<0.05) compared to the control when exposed to 250, 1,250 mg/kg SIF and EV. Pigs on 250 mg/kg SIF and EV also showed reduced (p<0.05) expression of cytochrome P450 19A1 compared to the control. Our results indicated that dietary supplementation of SIF induced puberty delay, which may be due to down-regulation of key genes that play vital roles in the synthesis of steroid hormones.

The Novel Pathogenic Mutation c.849dupT in BRCA2 Contributes to the Nonsense-Mediated mRNA Decay of BRCA2 in Familial Breast Cancer

        Sanrong Li,Jing Ma,Caiying Hu,Xing Zhang,Deyong Xiao,Lili Hao,Wenjun Xiao,Jichun Yang,Ling Hu,Xiaowei Liu,Minghui Dong,Duan Ma,Rensheng Liu 한국유방암학회 2018 Journal of breast cancer Vol.21 No.3

In this study, we used next-generation sequencing methods to screen 300 individuals for BRCA1 and BRCA2. A novel mutation (c.849dupT) in BRCA2 was identified in a female patient and her unaffected brothers. This mutation leads to the truncation of BRCA2 functional domains. Moreover, BRCA2 mRNA expression levels in mutation carriers are significantly reduced compared to noncarriers. Immunofluorescence and western blot assays showed that this mutation resulted in reduced BRCA2 protein expression. Thus, we identified a novel mutation that damaged the function and expression of BRCA2 in a family with breast cancer history. The pedigree analysis suggested that this mutation is strongly associated with familial breast cancer. Genetic counsellors suggest that mutation carriers in this family undergo routine screening for breast cancer, as well as other malignancies, such as prostate and ovarian cancer. The effects of this BRCA2 mutation on drug resistance should be taken into consideration during treatment.

Down‑regulation expression of TGFB2‑AS1 inhibits the proliferation, migration, invasion and induces apoptosis in HepG2 cells

        Wenrong Liu,Ruiping Huai,Yin Zhang,Shuquan Rao,Lili xiong,Ruofan Ding,Canquan Mao,Wenqing Zhao,Tao Hao,Qingqing Huang,Zhiyun Guo 한국유전학회 2019 Genes & Genomics Vol.41 No.8

Background Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the leading cause of cancer mortality and without effective prognosis. Previous study has been confirmed that the abnormal expression of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) TGFB2-AS1 was involved in tumorigenesis. However, the biological functions of TGFB2-AS1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remain largely unclear. Objective We comprehensively assess the clinical significance of TGFB2-AS1 and investigate the biological functions of TGFB2-AS1 on HCC HepG2 cells. Methods We firstly confirmed the expression of TGFB2-AS1 between tumor and normal tissues using public available transcriptome data. We analyzed the clinical significance of TGFB2-AS1 using the TCGA HCC datasets. The biological functions of TGFB2-AS1 on HCC HepG2 cells were explored by multiple in vitro assays. Results We found that TGFB2-AS1 was remarkably increased in HCC tissues (P = 0.00148) and exhibited a potential predictive marker for HCC, with an area under curve (AUC) of 0.708 (P = 0.0034) using the fifty pairs of matched HCC tissues of TCGA. Besides, higher expression of TGFB2-AS1 in HCC tissues was identified as being positively associated with advanced tumor (P = 0.012) and disease stage (P = 0.009) in 355 HCC cases using independent sample nonparametric test. Downregulation of TGFB2-AS1 expression significantly restrained proliferation (P < 0.01) and impaired colony formation (P < 0.05). Furthermore, TGFB2-AS1 depletion remarkably promoted the apoptosis of HepG2 cells (P < 0.05) and inhibited migration and invasion (P < 0.01). Conclusion Taken together, these findings suggested that TGFB2-AS1 might serve as a potential therapeutic target for HCC.
