        A Study on the Types of Virtual Influencers in China Using Q Methodology

        Modern people live a life connected with the real world and the virtual world by relying on the new media of enterprises and social consumption led by innovative technologies. In this environment, virtual influencers actively communicate with consumers and build relationships through social media, which is a new marketing tool that has attracted widespread attention. From a business perspective, it is necessary to have a solid understanding of this phenomenon, and then explore communication strategies to effectively develop virtual influencers. To investigate followers' preference for virtual influencers, this study employs the Q-method, which studies human subjective attributes, an empirical research effort to uncover complex issues in human subjectivity. To determine the factors that trigger people's voluntary and active practice and the preference degree of virtual influencers, the Q method is implemented to examine human subjectivity, thoughts and attitudes. According to the results of this study, virtual influencers are a new group of idols full of vitality. The interviews found that there are still many virtual influencers who do not know about followers, but each type can be clearly understood through the intuitive understanding of the interviewees. Divided out, type 1 one ego-ideal virtual influencers aim to represent an idealized version of the creator or target audience. Embodies ideal physical characteristics, personality or lifestyle desired by the audience. Type 2 is charismatic and attractive, and has the characteristics of most virtual influencers. It is suggested that it can be developed into a potential type, doing brand cooperation, and content production on social media platforms. Type 3: Game animation, derived from the image of characters in games or comics, with stylized features and energetic personalities, which can be integrated into games or entertainment experiences. Type 4 development potential type is the most successful type among virtual imagers, and it is also the purpose of marketing virtual influencers. It is essential that brand endorsement on social media platforms, integrated marketing, and driving advertising traffic. It is recommended to improve production technology to reduce investment costs.

        ITERATIVE SOLUTIONS TO NONLINEAR EQUATIONS OF THE ACCRETIVE TYPE IN BANACH SPACES

        In this paper, we prove that under certain conditions the Ishikawa iterative method with errors converges strongly to the unique solution of the nonlinear strongly accretive operator equation Tx=f. Related results deal with the solution of the equation x+Tx=f. Our results extend and improve the corresponding results of Liu, Childume, Childume-Osilike, Tan-Xu, Deng, Deng-Ding and others.

        Studies of In Vitro Embryo Culture of Guppy (Poecilia reticulata)

        Different with other fishes, the guppies (Poecilia reticulata) is ovoviviparity, which retain their fertilized eggs within the follicle throughout gestation. The synchronously growing diplotene oocytes store nutrients in droplets and yolk, before their maturation and fertilization. The lecithotrophic strategy of development entails the provisioning of embryos with resources from the maternal yolk deposit rather than from a placenta, it allows the extracorporeal culture of guppy embryo. Studies on their early development of live bearers like the guppy including lineage tracing and genetic manipulations, have been limited. Therefore, to optimize conditions of embryo in vitro culture, explanted embryos from pregnant females were incubated in embryo medium (L-15 medium, supplemented with 5, 10, 15, 20% fetal bovine serum, respectively). We investigated whether the contents of FBS in vitro culture medium impact the development of embryos, and whether they would hatch in vitro. Our study found that in 5% of FBS of the medium, although embryos developed significantly slower in vitro than in the ovary, it was impossible to exactly quantify the developmental delay in culture, due to the obvious spread in developmental stage within each batch of eggs, and embryos can only be maintained until the early-eyed. And although in culture with 20% FBS the embryos can sustain rapid development of early stage, but cannot be cultured for the entire period of their embryonic development and ultimately died. In the medium with 10% and 15% FBS, the embryos seems well developed, even some can continue to grow after follicle ruptures until it can be fed. We also observed that embryonic in these two culture conditions were significantly different in development speed, in 15% it is faster than 10%. But 10% FBS appears to be more optimizing condition than 15% one on development process of embryos and survival rate to larvae stage.

        Two Types of Immunoassay Based on Nile Blue Labeling Polydopamine Nanospheres

        The sandwich-type immunoassays have been developed by using electrochemical and surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) techniques for the detection of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA). Nile blue as a kind of Raman dye has been decorated on nanospheres with polydopamine resin (PDR) via π-stacking interaction. The Nile blue displays the strong SERS signals as well as a characteristic electrochemical reduction peak at -0.33V (versus Ag/AgCl). The implementation of the PDR nanospheres mixing with Au nanoparticles (AuNPs/PDR) exhibits a better electrical conductivity and large SERS enhancement. The immunoassays based on Nile blue-labeled AuNPs/PDR nanospheres have been fabricated by using electrochemical and SERS techniques for the detection of CEA. The proposed immunoassay shows higher sensitivity, high selectivity, lower detection limit and long-term stability. The performances of the electrochemical immunoassay are better than that of SERS immunoassay. For the electrochemical immunoassay, the linear range occurs from 1 pg/mL to 100 ng/mL (R = 0.995) with a detection limit of 0.68 pg/mL and signal-to-noise ratio of 3 in the detection of CEA. The data for the analysis of human serum samples by using the electrochemical method are acceptably consistent with those obtained from the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The proposed immunoassay exhibits a promising potential for application in clinical diagnosis.

      • Novel integrative soft computing for daily pan evaporation modeling

        Regarding the high significance of correct pan evaporation modeling, this study introduces two novel neurometaheuristic approaches to improve the accuracy of prediction for this parameter. Vortex search algorithms (VSA), sunflower optimization (SFO), and stochastic fractal search (SFS) are integrated with a multilayer perceptron neural network to create the VSA-MLPNN, SFO-MLPNN, and SFS-MLPNN hybrids. The climate data of Arcata-Eureka station (operated by the US environmental protection agency) belonging to the years 1986-1989 and the year 1990 are used for training and testing the models, respectively. Trying different configurations revealed that the best performance of the VSA, SFO, and SFS is obtained for the population size of 400, 300, and 100, respectively. The results were compared with a conventionally trained MLPNN to examine the effect of the metaheuristic algorithms. Overall, all four models presented a very reliable simulation. However, the SFS-MLPNN (mean absolute error, MAE = 0.0997 and Pearson correlation coefficient, R<sub>P</sub> = 0.9957) was the most accurate model, followed by the VSA-MLPNN (MAE = 0.1058 and R<sub>P</sub> = 0.9945), conventional MLPNN (MAE = 0.1062 and R<sub>P</sub> = 0.9944), and SFO-MLPNN (MAE = 0.1305 and RP = 0.9914). The findings indicated that employing the VSA and SFS results in improving the accuracy of the neural network in the prediction of pan evaporation. Hence, the suggested models are recommended for future practical applications.

        Transparent Lamellar Porous Material and Its Greatly Reduced Dielectric Constant

        One trend for low dielectric materials is to reach low dielectric constant values at as low porosity as possible. In this work, a lamellar porous material was prepared by spin-coating of poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA)/manganese dioxide (MnO2) nanosheet composited film, followed by cross-linking of PVA and removing nanosheets. FTIR, XRD and TGA measurement results demonstrate that the templates were almost completely removed. SEM image shows that the etched PVA film has a lamellar porous structure. Dielectric test results indicate that at the porosity of only 17.5%, the dielectric constant of porous PVA is reduced to approximately half that of neat cross-linked PVA. The serial model shows a good consistence with experimental dielectric constant value. This explains well the high efficiency of lamellar porous structure in reducing dielectric constant.

        On Solvability of Generalized Nonlinear Variational-like Inequalities

        In this paper, we introduce and study a new class of generalized nonlinear variational-like inequalities. By employing the auxiliary principle technique we suggest an iterative algorithm to compute approximate solutions of the generalized nonlinear variational-like inequalities. We discuss the convergence of the iterative sequences generated by the algorithm in Banach spaces and prove the existence of solutions and convergence of the algorithm for the generalized nonlinear variational-like inequalities in Hilbert spaces, respectively. Our results extend, improve and unify several known results due to Ding, Liu et al, and Zeng, and others.         Using Carboxylmethylated Cellulose as Water-Borne Binder to Enhance the Electrochemical Properties of Li<sub>4</sub>Ti<sub>5</sub>O<sub>12</sub>-Based Anodes

        The present work reports a systematic study of using carboxymethylated cellulose (CMC) as water-borne binder to produce $Li_4Ti_5O_{12}$-based anodes for manufacture of high rate performance lithium ion batteries. When the LTO-to-CB-to-CMC mass ratio is carefully optimized to be 8:1:0.57, the special capacity of the resulting electrodes is $144mAh{\cdot}g^{-1}$ at 10 C and their capacity retention was 97.7% after 1000 cycles at 1 C and 98.5% after 500 cycles at 5 C, respectively. This rate performance is comparable or even better than that of the electrolytes produced using conventional, organic, polyvinylidene fluoride binder.

        Distortional Buckling Analysis of I-Steel Concrete Composite Beams Subjected to Hogging Moment

        Bending-torsional distortion buckling is one of the most critical buckling modes of steel–concrete composite beams when they are working under hogging moment. The rotational and lateral restraint stiff ness provided by the steel web to the steel bottom fl ange are the key factors to determine this form of buckling. Firstly, the formula for solving the elastic rotational restraint stiff ness of the composite fl ange of steel beam upper fl ange and concrete slab to the steel web is derived. Then, the equivalent lateral and rotational restraint stiff ness of the steel bottom fl ange subjected to hogging moment are thoroughly studied. Considering the rotation restraint eff ect of the composite fl ange, this paper provides the calculation formula for the critical bending moment of I-steel concrete composite beams (I-SCCB) under hogging moment. Fifteen examples are considered to calculate the critical bending moment of the I-SCCB under hogging moment with the simplifi ed analytical method introduced in this paper. The results are compared with the ones derived by ANSYS numerical analyses and relevant research of other scholars. The infl uence of the arrangement of the shear studs on the critical bending moment of the I-SCCB is investigated. It is concluded that the results given by the simplifi ed analytical method are in good agreement with the ones obtained by the ANSYS fi nite element numerical method. Both methods show that the critical load of the distortional buckling of the I-SCCB under hogging moment is less aff ected by the member’s length. The critical bending moment of distortional buckling of the I-SCCB signifi cantly increases with the presence of shear studs. However, once shear studs are used, it tends to be stable with the increase of equivalent restrained torsional rotational stiff ness at the top edge of the steel web.
