Lijuan Zheng,Dan Liu,Chunhui Piao 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Multimedia and Ubiquitous Vol.11 No.11
The Identifier/Locator Separation network is a new network architecture, and the mapping update theory in the model is an indispensable part in the process of communication. Besides, falsification attack, replay attack and network eavesdropping attack may be encountered in the process of mapping update. In order to resist these attacks, to ensure the secure transmission of update messages to the target node, this paper puts forward a intra-domain mapping update authentication method, this method can not only provide authentication services, but also can resist replay attack, DoS attack, and can ensure data confidentiality.
Dermoscopy for the Diagnosis of Creeping Hair Caused by Ingrowing Hair: A Case Report
Lijuan Xu,Xinhai Liu,Wei Zhu,Lingling Zheng 대한피부과학회 2023 Annals of Dermatology Vol.35 No.-
Creeping hair is a rare condition characterized by creeping eruption with a black line at the advancing end, mimicking cutaneous larva migrans. The condition is also referred to as cuta- neous pili migrans, migrating hair, and embedded hair. A total of 52 cases have been reported since 1957 and most cases were published in English. Herein, we report a case in which creep- ing hair occurred in the iliac region and review the literature from 1957 to February 2021. A 35-year-old Chinese female presented with a black moving linear eruption that had migrated from the lower abdomen to the iliac region without causing any symptoms during a 3-year period. Cutaneous examination showed a 6.5-cm-long black linear lesion beneath the skin that was revealed to be a hair shaft. After removal of the hair, the eruption diminished and no re- currence occurred in 3 months of follow-up. The creeping hair that had migrated with its lower end forward was confirmed by observation under dematoscopy and light microscopy. A review of the literature revealed that creeping hair occurs most frequently in young and middle-aged patients and the reported cases are mainly from Asia. The top locations involve the foot. The causative hair includes head hair, beard, pubic hair, body hair, and one case of dog hair. A close- up examination and dermoscopic inspection are helpful for the diagnosis of creeping hair.

Background: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are widely involved in gene transcription regulation and which act as epigenetic modifiers in many diseases. Objective: To determine whether lncRNAs are involved in ischemic stroke (IS), we analyzed the expression profile of lncRNAs and mRNAs in IS. Methods: RNA sequencing was performed on the blood of three pairs of IS patients and healthy controls. Differential expression analysis was used to identify differentially expressed lncRNAs (DElncRNAs) and mRNAs (DEmRNAs). Based on the co-expression relationships between lncRNA and mRNA, a series of bioinformatics analysis including GO and KEGG enrichment analysis and PPI analysis, were conducted to predict the function of lncRNA. Results: RNA sequencing produced a total of 5 DElncRNAs and 144 DEmRNAs. Influenza A pathway and Herpes simplex infection pathway were the most significant pathways. EP300 and NFKB1 were the most important target proteins, and Human leucocyte antigen (HLA) family were the key genes in IS. Conclusions: Analysis of this study revealed that dysregulated lncRNAs in IS may lead to IS by affecting the immune and inflammation system.

Background: Increasing epidemic of ischemic stroke (IS) makes it urgent to understand the pathogenesis and regulatory mechanism, previous studies have described microRNAs (miRNAs) is part of the brain's response to ischemia. Objective: The aim of this study was to screen potential biomarkers for the prediction and novel treatment of IS. Methods: Differentially expressed miRNAs were screened from three newly diagnosed IS patients and three controls by RNA sequencing technology. Furthermore, target prediction databases were then used to analysis the target genes of different expressed miRNAs, and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway database were used to identify the functions and the main biochemical and signal pathways of differentially expressed target genes. Results: Our results revealed that 27 miRNAs were differentially expressed in IS, among which, hsa-miR-659-5p was the most highly increased and was first found to be associated with IS. In addition, KEGG pathway analyses showed that differentially expressed miRNAs were mainly significantly enriched in lysosome pathway, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction pathway, spliceosome pathway, base excision repair pathway. Conclusions: miRNAs were involved in IS pathogenesis, and hsa-miR-659-5p, hsa-miR-151a-3p and hsa-miR-29c-5p as the three highest |log2FoldChange| regulation in this study, which may be the biomarkers of IS and need further study.

Background: In bone tissue engineering, the fabrication and biocompatibility of scaffold are crucial. Among many scaffold materials, nanohydroxyapatite (nHAP) and collagen (COL) are chosen as building materials of scaffold. At the same time, growth factors were also used to modify the scaffolds. Methods: In this study, blending and freeze drying methods were adopted together in order to build basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF)-bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2)-nHAP/COL scaffolds. ELISA was applied to test the release of bFGF and BMP-2 on the scaffold. The flow cytometry was used to identify bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs). Scanning electron microscope was adopted to observe scaffolds and cells morphology. BMSCs were seeded on the scaffolds to test the biological compatibility in vitro. Cells were counted to detect early cell adhesion. Cell counting kit-8 assay was adopted to detect cell proliferation and alkalinephosphatase assay was applied to detect cell activity. Results: The characterization of bFGF-BMP-2-nHAP/COL scaffolds meets the requirements of ideal bone tissue engineering scaffolds. BMSCs that were isolated, purified and passaged satisfied the needs of further experiments. The growth status of cells on bFGF-BMP-2-nHAP/COL scaffolds was satisfactory. Cell adhesion was the highest in the bFGF-BMP-2-nHAP/COL scaffolds group. The cell viability and ALP activity of bFGF-BMP-2-nHAP/COL scaffolds group were the highest. Conclusion: Taken together, bFGF-BMP-2-nHAP/COL scaffolds have good biocompatibility in vitro and promote adhesion, proliferation, differentiation of BMSCs.

Purpose: Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) is an evidence-based perioperative measure to improve outcomes. Although the benefits of ERAS are well proven for other surgeries, little is known about its effect on off-pump coronary artery bypass graft (OPCABG) surgery. Thus, this study aimed to explore the effect of an ERAS protocol in patients who underwent OPCABG surgery. Methods: This quasi-experimental study included 94 participants (traditional care group = 47 vs ERAS group = 47). An ERAS protocol was established by a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of coronary artery disease, fasting time, water deprivation time, extubation time of the tracheal tube and pericardial and mediastinal drainage tube, off-bed activity participation rate, length of hospital stay, hours of intensive care unit (ICU) stay, expenses in ICU, incidence rates of ICU delirium and postoperative nausea and vomiting, and the 6-Minute Walk Test on postoperative day 7 were recorded and calculated between the groups. Results: Demographics, lifestyle, and disease severity showed no significant difference between the two groups (p > .05). The ERAS group patients had improved understanding of coronary artery disease (t = −3.89, p < .01), shorter fasting time (t = 7.98, p < .01), shorter water deprivation time (t = 9.29, p < .01), increased off-bed activity participation (t = 17.67, p < .01), and the improved 6-Minute Walk Test on postoperative day 7 (t = −3.23, p < .01). Conclusions: The ERAS protocol is safe and effective for patients undergoing OPCABG surgery.

A phosphoproteomic profile of myofibrillar and sarcoplasmic proteins of muscle inresponse to salting was investigated. Myofibrillar and sarcoplasmic proteins extracted from saltedmeat with 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5% salt for 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 16 h were analyzed by SDS-PAGE electrophoresisand fluorescence staining. The global phosphorylation of myofibrillar proteins in salted meat was lowerthan that in control muscle at 16 h of salting (p<0.05), and the global phosphorylation of myofibrillarproteins in 3% salt-treated group at 16 h was the lowest. However, salting showed no significant effecton phosphorylation of sarcoplasmic proteins. Four categories of phosphorylated protein wereidentified by LC-MS/MS, involved in stress response (heat shock protein), glycometabolism (glycogenphosphorylase, glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase), oxidation or reduction (superoxidedismutase), and others (myoglobin), the phosphorylation of which was affected by salting. Thus, salting may influence meat quality through protein phosphorylation, which regulates proteindegradation and glycolysis.
