경상대학교 교내에 설치되어 있는 1-2W형 온실을 대상으로 전기 방열기를 이용하여 국화 재배온실의 난방효과를 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 실험기간동안 최고, 평균 및 최저 외기온은 각각 -3.8~21.3℃, -5.2~16.1℃ 및 -12.5~14.4℃ 정도의 범위로 나타났으며, 온실 내외의 평균상대습도 각각 43.5~98.6% 및 35.2~100%로 나타났다. 12월 중순부터 2월 상순까지 최저 외기온은 대략 -5.0~-10.0℃ 전후로 나타나 진주기상대의 최근 자료와 비교하면 상대적으로 최저기온이 낮게 나타나는 경향이 있었다. 야간의 경우, 방열기 직하부의 엽온이 방열기 중간 지점에서 측정한 엽온 보다 크게 2~3℃정도 높게 나타나거나 또는 미미하지만 약간 높게 나타나는 경향이 있었다. 근권부의 경우, 직하부나 중간 지점에서의 온도 차이는 거의 없는 것으로 나타났고, 근권부의 최고온도와 기타 최고 온도의 발생 시점을 보면, 약 2시간정도의 지체현상이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 실험기간동안 난방에 소요된 총 소비전력량, 공급에너지 및 총 난방비는 각각 2,800kWh, 2,408,000kcal 및 112,000won 정도였다. 화석연료인 경유로 난방할 경우, 총 난방비는 224,500won 정도였다. 방열기를 이용하여 난방할 경우, 난방비를 약 50% 정도 줄일 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. An analysis in heating effects of an electric radiator located in a 1-2W type chrysanthemum (3 cultivars) cultivation greenhouse installed in Gyeongsang National University drew the following conclusions. During the experiment period, the highest, average, and the lowest outside temperatures were in the ranges of -3.8~21.3℃, -5.2~16.1℃ and -12.5~14.4℃, respectively, and the average relative humidity inside and outside the greenhouses were in the ranges of 43.5~98.6% and 35.2~100%, respectively. From mid-December to early February, the lowest outside temperature was recorded as approximately -5.0~-10.0℃, which showed that it tended to be relatively lower than the temperatures recorded at the Jinju Meteorological Observatory. During the night, the leaf temperature measured directly under the radiator tended to be higher by 2~3℃ than that those at the middle point of the radiator, or higher by anegligible amount. In the case of root zone temperature, it was found that there was almost no difference between temperatures of the part directly under and the middle point, and the time when the highest temperature of root zone and other highest temperatures took place showed that there was about a 2-hour delay phenomenon. The total electricity consumption, energy supply and total heating cost during the experiment period were 2,800 kWh, 2,408,000 kcal and 112,000 won, respectively. When diesel, a kind of fossil fuel, was used as heating oil, the total heating cost was around 224,500 won. It was estimated that the total heating cost could be reduced by around 50% if a radiator was used.

[연구목적] 본 연구는 학생들이 남긴 개방형 질문을 구조적 등위성 분석을 활용하여 학생 요구사항을 군집화하여 이를 향후 수업에 반영함으로써 수업의 질을 높이는 것이 목적이다. [연구방법] 본 연구는 학생 피드백의 의미 연결망을 분석하기 위해 텍스트 마이닝을 활용하였으며, 단어간의 빈도 분석, 단어 의미 네트워크 분석, 단어 의미 네트워크 중심성 분석 그리고 구조적 등위성 분석을 활용하여 학생 피드백을 통해 학생들이 진정으로 원하는 것이 무엇인가를 파악하였다. [연구결과] 본 연구의 분석은 총 4단계로 진행되었다. 단어빈도 분석, 의미네트워크 시각화, 의미네트워크 중심성 분석 그리고 구조적 등위성 분석이다. 단어빈도 결과는 ‘교수’, ‘내용’, ‘되다’, ‘쉽다’, ‘어렵다’ 등으로 나타났으며, 구조적 등위성 분석결과 4개의 그룹으로 분류되었으며, 그룹1은 교육환경, 그룹2는 학습방법, 그룹3은 학습환경 그리고 그룹4는 학습경험으로 분류되었다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선행연구와 달리 의미 네트워크 분석을 통해 좋은 수업을 위해 학생들이 남긴 키워드 및 키워드들 간의 관계를 분석함으로써 학생들의 요구사항을 확인하였다. 둘째, 구조적 등위성 분석을 통해 학생 요구사항을 4개 차원으로 군집화하였다. 즉, ‘교육환경’, ‘학습방법’, ‘학습환경’ 그리고 ‘학습경험’으로 구분하였으면, 각 차원을 중심으로 요구사항을 파악하였다. 마지막으로 학생요구사항을 파악하기위한 방법으로 설문지를 활용하는데 설문지 활용의 한계점을 극복하기 위해 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 개방형 질문을 파악하였다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of classes by clustering student requirements using structural equivalence analysis of open-ended questions left by students and reflecting them in future classes. [Methodology] In this study, text mining was used to analyze the semantic network of student feedback, and by utilizing the frequency analysis between words, the word semantic network analysis, the word semantic network centrality analysis, and the structural equi-satellite analysis, the students truly desired through student feedback. I figured out what it was. [Findings] The analysis of this study was conducted in a total of 4 steps. These are word frequency analysis, semantic network visualization, semantic network centrality analysis, and CONCOR. The word frequency result was found as ‘professor’, ‘content’, ‘become’, ‘easy’, ‘difficult’, etc. As a result of structural equivalence satellite analysis, it was classified into 4 groups, group 1 as educational environment and group 2 Learning method, group 3 was classified as learning environment, and group 4 was classified as learning experience. [Implications] The implications of this study are as follows. First, unlike previous studies, students’ needs were confirmed by analyzing the keywords left by students for good classes and the relationship between keywords through semantic network analysis. Second, students’ requirements were clustered into four dimensions through CONCOR. In other words, if ‘educational environment’, ‘learning method’, ‘learning environment’ and ‘learning experience’ were divided, the requirements were identified based on each dimension. Finally, in order to overcome the limitations of using questionnaires as a method to identify student needs, open-ended questions were identified by using text mining techniques.
Occupational Lung Cancer Surveillance in South Korea, 2006-2009

Objectives: The lung cancer mortality in Korea has increased remarkably during the last 20 years, and has been the first leading cause of cancer-related deaths since 2000. The aim of the current study was to examine the time trends of occupational lung cancer and carcinogens exposure during the period 2006-2009 in South Korea, by assessing the proportion of occupational burden. Methods: We defined occupational lung cancer for surveillance, and developed a reporting protocol and reporting website for the surveillance of occupational lung cancer. The study patients were chosen from 9 participating university hospitals in the following 7 areas: Seoul, Incheon, Wonju, Daejeon, Daegu, Busan, and Gwangju. Results: The combined proportion of definite and probable occupational lung cancer among all lung cancers investigated in this study was 10.0%, 8.6%, 10.7%, and 15.8% in the years 2006 to 2009, respectively, with an average of 11.7% over the four-year study period. The main carcinogens were asbestos, crystalline silica, radon, polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), diesel exhaust particles, chromium, and nickel. Conclusion: We estimated that about 11.7% of the incident lung cancer was preventable. This reveals the potential to considerably reduce lung cancer by intervention in occupational fields.
Case Reports : Disseminated Mycobacterium intracellulare Infection in an Immunocompetent Host

Disseminated Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) infection can occur in immunocompromised patients, and rarely in immunocompetent subjects. Due to the extensive distribution of the disease, clinical presentation of disseminated MAC may mimic malignancies, and thorough examinations are required in order to make accurate diagnosis. We report a case of disseminated Mycobacterium intracellulare disease in an immunocompetent patient, which involved the lung, lymph nodes, spleen, and multiple bones. F-18 fluorodeoxyglucose positron-emission tomography imaging showed multiple hypermetabolic lesions, which are suggestive of typical hematogenous metastasis. However, there was no evidence of malignancy in serial biopsies, and M. intracellulare was repeatedly cultured from respiratory specimens and bones. Herein, we should know that disseminated infection can occur in the immunocompetent subjects, and it can mimic malignancies.
류마티스관절염 환자로부터 분리한 윤활막섬유모세포의 TRALL에 대한 세포사멸 반응 및 TRAIL 수용체 발현 양상에 대한 조사

류마티스관절염은 염증성 자가면역 질환의 일종으로 윤활막이 증식(hyperplasia)되는 소견을 나타내며, 이는 일부 형질전환된 특성을 지닌 윤활막세포에서 apoptosis의 장애가 일어나는 경과로 알려졌다. TNF-related apoptosis inducing ligand (TRAIL)은 TNF ligand superfamily의 일원으로, 두 수용체(TRAILR-l과 2)를 통해 세포사영 신호를 세포 내로 전달한다. 반면 두 decoy 수용체인 TRAILR-3와 4는 TRAIL 유도 세포사멸 경로를 방해한다. 류마티스관절염 판자의 윤활악서 1 포가 TRAIL 에 의하여 세포사영 반응이 일어나는지 조사하기 위하 여, 각각 두 명의 류마티스관절염 환자와 골관정염 환자로부터 분리 애양한 윤활약섬유오세포주들은 human TRAIL호 자극한 후 Mteassay를 실행하였다. 두 류마티스관정염 세포들은 TRAIL 에 반응하여 세포 생존융이 강소한 반면 , 골관정염 세포들은 TRAIL에 우반응을 보이거나 류마티스관정엽 세포에 비해 현저히 감소된 민강 성율 보였다 RT-PCT 과 연역조직화학적 분켜 결과 , TRAILR-I, -2 , -3의 발현 양상은 모든 세포주에서 유사했 으나 , TARILR-4 의 발현 정도는 류마티스 관절엽 세포에서 골판절엽 세포에 비해 강소한 경과를 보였다 그러므로, 이상의 결과들은 윤활막섬유모세포는 류마티스관절염 진행 과정 중 TRAIL을 통한 세포사멸에 대하여 민감성을 획득하며, 이런 세포사멸 신호는 TRAILR-4 발현의 조정에 일부 의존적일 것 2. 로 추정된다
