      • 들잔디 성숙종자로부터 캘러스배양 및 식물체 재분화에 미치는 몇 가지 요인의 영향

        In an effort to optimize tissue culture responses of zoysiagrass (Zoysia japonica Steud.) for genetic transformation, factors affecting callus induction and plant regeneration were investigated. MS medium containing 3 ㎎/L 2,4-D was optimal for embryogenic callus induction from mature seed. The plant regeneration frequency of 73.3% was observed when embryogenic calli induced in this medium were transferred to N6 medium supplemented with 0.1 ㎎/L 2,4-D and 5 ㎎/L BA. Among several basic media, MS and N6 medium were optimal for callus induction and plant regeneration, respectively. Regenerated plants were grown normally when shoots transplanted to the soil. A rapid and efficient plant regeneration system established in this study will be useful for molecular breeding of turfgrass through genetic transformation.

      • 일제식민지 유산과 한국자본주의 발전과의 관계에 대한 소고

        해방이후 한국의 경제성장을 식민사적 유산과 연결하려는 시도들은 한국자본축적의 계기에 대한 평가라는 측면과 식민지 당시 한국에 대한 일제수탈이라는 측면에서 조심스럽게 검증되어야 한다. 과연 일제의 식민사적 유산이 정확하게 무엇인지를 파악하기 위해서 유형과 무형의 유산으로 분류하였다. 유형의 유산은 주로 일제시대 때 구축된 산업시설을 일컫는다. 그러나 이러한 산업시설들의 많은 부분은 해방이후의 혼란과 한국전쟁을 거치면서 한국자본주의 발전의 초석으로서의 역할을 거의 상실하게 되었다. 이른바 무형의 유산이라면 일제가 남겨준 국가의 형태와 자본가의 존재형태가 산업화와 관련되어 주로 거론될 수 있다. 한국과 일본의 산업화 과정에서 나타나는 유사점으로 국가주도의 경제개발과 소수 재벌로의 경제력 집중, 자본축적 과정 등을 들 수 있다. 앞의 두 가지는 당시 양국이 처한 사회구조적 성격의 유사점으로부터 도출하였다. 한편 자본축적의 측면은 한국과 일본에서 확연히 차이가 났다. 일본은 초기에 산업화를 위한 자본축적이 토지로부터 형성되어 이것이 확대 재생산된 반면 한국에서는 토지와의 연계성은 미약하고 주로 차관에 의해 시도된 경향이 짙었다. 그리고 한국의 일본재벌의 자본축적의 토대는 국가의 시혜적 측면에서 결정되었다는 점에서는 유사하다. 이는 결국 국가자본의 시혜적 불하의 성격이 강하였으므로 어떻게 국가자본이 형성되었는가에 따라 근본적인 출처는 달라진다. 따라서 해방 후 한국의 자본주의 발전을 식민지적 유산에서 유추하는 것은 해방 이후 한국의 구체적인 역사과정에 비추어 볼 때 심한 논리적 비약을 내포하고 있다.

      • 레반다이어트 식품섭취가 비만여성의 신체구성성분, 혈중 렙틴 및 지질수준에 미치는 영향

        This study was to varify the effects of levan diet administration on body composition, blood leptin level and lipids components (TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C) in obese women during 8 weeks. The subjects of study were divided into 20-29year group (n=15) and 30-39year group (n=15) randomly selected. Administration of Levan Diet in this study was 2 times (breakfast, lunch or dinner) per day, 11tablets per 1times. Statistical method for data processing produced mean and SD of total variable. To analyze difference between groups and periods had executed 2? ANOVA. This study was given conclusion as follows: First, systolic blood pressure showed decrease after administration of levan diet in 30-39years, but it was not statistically significant. Second, body weight and %fat gradually decreased according to the application period of levan diet administration in 20-29years and 30-39years, and it was statistically significant (p<.05). Third, blood leptin level and blood lipid levels (TC, TG, LDL-C) showed decrease after administration of levan diet in 20-29years and 30-39years, but it was not statistically significant. In conclusion, this study shows that the administration of levan diet play a positive role as assistant diet. Therfore, levan diet administration should be recommended as ergogenic aids for these who do obese adults.

      • 한국산 가시톡토기과의 분류학적 검토

        A preliminary test concerning variabilities of some Tomoceridae species of collembola has been made using scanning electron microscopy and enzyme analysis. No definite taxono mical characters were detected in the integument of 6 species belonging 2 subgenera of Tomocerus genus. The zymograms obtained by electrophoresis, however, revealed that th subgeneric characters at times should be questioned for its monophyletic meaning as suggested by those of Tomocerus (Tomocerus) kinoshitai showing a particular pattern and Tomocerus (Tomocerina) liliputanus for its apprectable variability. The distinctive zymograms of T.laxalamella might also justify the creation of a new subgenus when considered in combination with the morphological characteristics of mucron. Neither population nor interspecific difference were observed, however, in and between T. cuspidatus and T. ocreatus, which would remain problematic and necessitate further works to confirm. Tomocerus laxalamella and T. liliputanus showed more of less variabilites whereas Homidia koreana of Entomobryidae, used as out-group for comparison, displayed a prominent individual variations in a few loci.

        상아질 접착제를 사용한 광중합 복합레진과 Glass lonomer Cement의 전단 결합력에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to compare shear bond strength of composite resin using several dentin bonding agents and light cured glass ionomer cement(Fuji Ⅱ LC). 40 Bovine primary anterior teeth were used for this experiment.Labial surface of teeth were flattened.It were divided into four groups.Each group was composed of 10 teeth.The material used for this experiment were Scotchbond Multipurpose-Z-100,Allbond 2-Aelitefil,Gluma-Pekalux,light and cured glass ionomer cement(Fuji Ⅱ LC). Each of the materials was applied to the exposed surface of 10 teeth by insertion into a cylindrical shaped matrix which is 3mm diamiter and 3mm in height. The completed specimens were stored at 37℃ under 100% humidity for 24 hours:the shear bond strength of material to detin surface were measured with INSTRON universal testing machine. The results were as follows: 1.Shear bond strength to detin surface increased in oder of light cured glass ionomer cement(Fuji Ⅱ LC),Gluma,Allbond 2,Scotchbond Multipurpose. 2.Between shear bond strength of light cured glass ionomer cement(Fuji Ⅱ LC) and Allbond 2,there was statistical significace(P<0.05). 3.Between shear bond strength of light cured glass ionomer cement(Fuji Ⅱ LC) and Scotchbond Multipurpose,between shear bond strength of Gluma and Scotchbond Multipurpose,there was statistical significace(P<0.01). The shear bond strength of detin bonding agents were higher than light cured glass ionomer cement.The reason is that material and quality of detin bonding agent were enhanced.Further investigation is necessary to improve shear bond strength of light cured glass ionomer cement.

        Objectives:This Investigation was aimed to find out the Classification of Cause and the Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment for Dentalgia Methods: We surveyed the oriental medical books from 《HungTiNeiChing》 to recent published books concerning the Acupuncture therapy for Dentalgia Results: 1.Since the time of 《HungTiNeiChing》 there was called "yateng", "yatong", "chiyaqutong", "kouchitong", "nichi", "chichong", "fengchi", "chongshitong", "chongshiyachi", "chiefengzhongtong", "chiyinzhong", "yachuangzhongtong" 2.The Oriental Medical cause of Dentalgia are fire, wind, cold, blood stasis, stomach-heat, phlegm, difficiency of kidney, late snack, insect and wound, and then the Western Medical cause are cacodontia, periodontal disease, trigeminal nerve pain, stress 3.The meridians used for the treatment are large intestine, stomach, triple warmer, gallbladder and small intestine 4.The most frequently used acupuncture point for the treatment are Hapkok(LI3), Naejong(S44), Hyopko(S6), Igan(LI2), Sohae(H3), Yanggok(SI5), Hagan(S7), Taeyong(S5), Samgan(LI3), Kokehi(LI11) 5.The most frequently used moxibustion for the treatment are Sungjang(CV24), Yolgyol(L7), Kyonu(LI15), Taeyon(L9), Hapkok(LI3) 6.In the superior dental pain there commonly used the acupuncture point of stomach meridian, triple warmer meridian, galbladder meridian. in the inferior dental pain there commonly used the acupuncture point of large intestine meridian. 7.The most frquently used acupunture point for the superior dental pain are Naejong(ST44), Yanggok(SI5), Chongnyong(GI7), Kakson(TE20), In the inferior detal pain there are Taeyong(S5), Hapkok(LI3), Igan(LI2), Sangyang(LI1), Samgan(LI3) 8.In the treatment of dental pain The Acupuncture therapy utilized the division of region are the Erzhen therapy(耳針療法), the Touzhen therapy(頭針療法), the Shouzhen therapy(手針療法), the Zuzhen therapy(足針療法), the Bizhen therapy(鼻針療法), the Wanhuaizhen therapy(腕針療法) 9.In dental pain the other therapy are the Taozhen therapy(陶針療法), the Pifuzhen therapy(皮針療法), the Dianzhen therapy(電針療法), the Yaozhen therapy(藥針療法).

        Settlement environmental problems caused by economic profit-oriented development policies of every kind have been accelerating urbanization as well as expansion of environmental pollution. Also, this development policies brought forth depopulation of rural areas as well as urban congestion. Thus development and settlement problems are inter-woven. Housing policy of Korea so far used to be following the line of quantitative supply. Yet the values of Korean people vis-a-vis housing is changing toward qualitative choice. Conclusionally, in this study, a characteristic of settlement environment is analyzed in attribute of community welfare.

        Influenza Virus Type A 감염 MDCK 세포에 있어서 Glutathione S-transferase의 활성 변동

        농도와 기간에 따른 바이러스 감염 및 항바이러스제인 amantadine병행 첨가 시 Maddin-Darby canine kidney (MDCK) 세포 내의 free radical 해독계 효소인 glutathione S-transferase (GST)와 lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)의 활성 변동을 상호비교 관찰하였다. 바이러스에 감염된 MDCK 세포는 감염 3일 후 1 TCID50군은 80% 이상, 10 TCID50군은 거의 대부분의 단층세포가 탈락되는 병변 효과가 나타났다. Amantadine cytotoxic dose %가 증가함에 따라 MDCK 세포 내의 GST 및 LDH 활성은 농도에 따라 유의하게 감소되었고, 감염배지 내 LDH활성은 대조군 보다 유의한 증가를 보였다. 인플루엔자 바이러스 type A접종농도와 기간에 따른 MDCK세포 내의 GST및 LDH활성은 1 및 10 TCID50감염 군에서 감염 3일 후부터 유의하게 감소되었고, 감염배지 내의 LDH활성은 10배 이상 증가되었다. 인플루엔자 바이러스 type A 100 TCID50 감염과 amantadine 병행 첨가 시 GST 및 LDH 활성은 바이러스만 감염한 군 보다 MDCK세포 내에서 대조군에 비하여 감소율이 낮았고, 감염배지 중 LDH활성 역시 증가율이 낮았다. 또한 바이러스 감염 후 amantadine 90 ㎛/ml첨가 시에 세포 내와 감염배지 중에서 가장 낮은 감소와 증가를 나타냈다. This study was performed to evaluate the activities of glutathione S-transferase (GST) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in Maddin-Darby canine kidney (MDCK) cells infected with virus and/or treated with amantadine. On cell morphological findings, monolayer fractions in MDCK cells infected with virus were exfolated more than 80% in 1 TCID50 group and that in 10 TCID50 were completely exfolated after 3 days during infectious process. In proportion to the dose of amantadine, activities of GST and LDH of MDCK cells were significantly decreased and those of LDH in medium fraction were more significantly increased compared with control. According to in both dose and time of virus innoculation, activities of GST and LDH in MDCK cells were significantly decreased in 1 and 10 TCID50 infected cells after 3 days. LDH activities in infectious medium were remarkably rised at 10 fold. In case of the cell line inoculated with type A 100 TCID50 and additionally treated with amantadine, the decreasing rate to the control in activities of GST and LDH was lower than that in those in case of that infected with virus only. These results suggested that virus infection and amantadine treatment may effect the activity of the detoxicating enzyme in the target cells.
