RBAC(Rle Based Access Control) is more flexible and fine control than the discretionary and mandatory access controls that are currently popular used. Therefore, RBAC will be used in commercial and governmental sectors such as financial, enterprise, and etc. A workflow registry which is developed to share a process definition between enterprises on Web has not function for authorization to users. And Data can be deleted or modified by unauthorized users because all users can handle it. In this paper, we apply a RBAC to a workflow registry. So only authorized users can use functions given a role. Therefore unauthorized users can't delete or modify a data. According to this system, we will increase efficiency and security.

고구마의 수량에 影響하는 形質을 보다 正確하게 알기 위하여 形質相互間의 相關關係 그리고 經路係數를 分析한바 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 고구마의 收量과 關係있는 形質은莖長, 莖數, 直徑, 節數, 莖重, 地下重, 塊根數의 各形質이었다. 2. 고구마의 收量에 直接的으로 영향하는 形質은 直徑節數, 莖重, 地下重이었다. 3. 間接效果는 莖長과 地下重, 莖數와 地下重, 直徑과 地下重, 節數와 地下重, 莖重과 地下重 間에 높은 값을 보였다. 4. 고구마의 收量은 直徑이 크고 節數가 많고 莖重과 地下重이 무거운 것일수록 收量이 많다는 사실을 알 수 있다. The studies were intended to clarify the correlations between the characters and the influences upon yields of some sweet potatoes. The analysis of covariance was used to obtain genotypic correlations and phenotypic correlations among the eight characters such as stem-length, stem-number, stem-diameter, node-number, stem-weight, underground weight, root-number and root-weight, and the path-coefficients were calculated by Dewey's method. The results obtained are summerized as follows; 1. The yield of sweet potatoes was mainly associated with the characters such as stem-length, stem-number, node-number, stem-weight, undergroundweight, etc. 2. Node-number, stem-weight and underground-weight have positively influenced directly upon the yield of sweet potatoes. 3. Stem-length, stem number and root number also had little or negative influences upon yield but it had rather considerable indirect influence upon yield by increasing of sweet potatoes. 4. As a result, it can be concluded that the yield of sweet potatoes is determined underground weight, node number and stem number etc.

In order to investigate the effect of 4 kinds of antlers of Cervus elaphus xanthophgus(CEX), Cervus Elaphus dyboskii(CED), Rangifer tartandus articus(RTA) and Cervus nippon manthohurcus(CNM) on immune response and natural killer cell activity(NKCA), the author performed this experimental study. Delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) and Rosette forming cells(RFC) for cell-mediated immune response, hemagglutin(HA) titers, hemolysin(HL) titers for humoral immune response, carbon clearance for phagocytic function of MPS(mononeuclear phagocyte system), and splenic natural killer cell activity(NKCA) were measured in ICR mice. The results were summarized as follows ; 1. DTH in all of the treated group was increased, as compared with the control group, with statistical significance. 2. RFC in all oof the treated group was increased, as compared with the control group, with statistical significance except for CEX and CED treated group. 3. HA titers increased in all of the treated group as compared with the control group, with statistical significance except for CEX and CNM treated group. 4. HL titers increased in all of the treated group as compared with the control group, but the statistical significance was showed only in case of CNM treated group. 5. Carbon clearance was increased in all of the treated group with the statistical significance. 6. NKCA was increased in all of the treated group with statistical significance except RTA treated group. 7. Through this experimental study in ICR mice, these findings suggest that CEX, CED, RRA and CNM generally enhence both cell-mediated and humoral immune response, phagocytic function of MPS andNKCA except CEX in humoral immune response and RTA in NKCA.

This paper presents the process of the make a hardness tester and presentation of the evaluation method on sensation hardness of residential floors. Evaluation index of hardness is based on the relation between the physical value of floors measured with the hardness tester and the evaluating scales of hardness reported in part (I). Evaluation index of sensation hardness difference the distinction of sex and shoes type. And liking for sensation hardness is a great difference between Korean and Japanese.

Twelve residual pesticides which applied on the fruits and vegetables cultivation were tested for mutagenic activity using Salmonella typhimurium TA strain. Mutagenic activities against Tedion, Monopho, Danoton, Ometon and Captan of twelve pesticides tested were strong, Thalonil, Prosing, EPN, Phentoate, Dicopol and Captan were medium, and Dicopol were no. Tedion, hlonopho and Danoton showed strong mutagenic activities on TA98, Thalonil, Prosing, EPN, Phentoate, Parathion and Sappiran showed medium, and Danoton showed weak, while Dicopol and Sappiran showed no. At the other hand, Tedion, Danoton, Ometon and Captan showed storng mutagenic acitivities on TA100, Thalonil and Monopho showed medium and Prosing, Phentoate, Parathion and Sappiran showed weak, while EPN and Dicopol showed no. Therefore, EPN identified mutagen which induced only frameshift mutation, Sappiran was only base-substitution, and nine except these and Dicopol of twelve pesticides tested were mutagens which induced both frameshift and base-substitution mutation.

전북지역 초·중등학생의 두개하악장애 증상 유병률에 관한 연구

In this epidemiological study, 2121 school children(l050 boys and 1071 girls) that aged 9-16 years were surveyed. The subjects were randomly selected in cities of Jeonbuk, Korea and a questionnaire consists of 30 items including symptoms of craniomandibular disorders (CMD) and contributing factors of CMD were given to them. The author explained the definition of each item to subjects and they checked the answer of each item for themselves. The data were processed with regard to the prevalence of items and difference by Age or Sex with SPSS/PC+ package. The obtained results were as follows : 1. Among symptoms of CMD, joint pain by hard food chewing showed the highest rate of occurrence (40.8%), and locking sensation during mouth opening showed the lowest rate(5.4%). Symptoms with consistently increased rate of occurrence with age were joint sound, joint pain by hard food chewing, discomfort and/or spasm of jaw muscle. 2. With regard to prevalence of bad oral habit, about 12% of subjects had bruxism or clenching, respectively, but 35.1% had biting of pencil, ball point pen, 61.0% had lip biting or nail biting. 3. There were some items which always occurred more in one of boys and girls without regard to increase of age. In boys those were clenching first under stress, family and/or friend look like disregarding me, experience of shock or heavy force to jaw, and in girls nail biting, lip biting or chin in hand, getting cross without reason. 4. There was 64.2 % of total subject that have one or more symptoms of craniomandibular disorders.

Activated sludge process which has been widely applied t o the treatment of waste-water was slightly modified to remove hydrocarbons from wastewater. The process of wastewater treatment consisted of two consecutive reactors. Cells of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus were first cultivated in synthetic wastewater containing 3% (W/V) of hydrocarbons. The resulting culture was then exposed to acclimatized active sludge. Hydrocarbon concentrations of the effluent from the process were 0.19-0.21% (W/V). The contents of suspended solid were reduced to 17-53 ㎎/l. The data imply that A. calcoaceticus can be used for the treatment of wastewater containing hydrocarbons.

PZT (pb(Zr, Ti)O3) is shown pyroelectric and piezoelectric effect by addition high electrical field to plus, minus atoms of random state for short time. When ratio of Zr/Ti is ordinary 56/44, we are get highest ferromagnetic moment of PZT. Because magnetic change quickly in tetragonal, rhombohedral please boundary. We are rubbed to balance surface of PZT by abrasive paper 1200 and cut it by low speed diamond saw properly. For poling to two direction(either opposite direction), it was slots on the surface of PZT using one of musk method, (or cut method, or etching method). The surface of PZT evaporated by Au to connect electrode and give excellent bonding force. Thickness of gold is about 2000Å and gold have good conducting. The surface of PZT evaporated by vacuum evaporation to prevent voltage break down phenomenon. put to poling condition of PZT as follow: i) an atmosphere : practice in the silicon oil baths to prevent from flashover. ii) time : 10~30 min. iii) Temp : about 100℃. iv) DC voltage : DC 100V. v) electric field ; 30∼40KV/cm. vi) cooling : at the normal temperature. The poling degree of PZT could measure by patricular circuit (connected signal generator, digital counter, V.T.V.M or selective voltmeter) after polarized. On the other hand, depoling experiments of electrical polaritation could practice by using Thyratron drive CKT and main CKT.
