        제약업종 부산물 및 화장품 제조업 폐수처리오니의 고추 비해에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 퇴비의 원료로 지정된 제약업종 부산물(공정오니) 및 화장품 제조업 폐수처리오니를 시용한 후 고추를 재배하면서 시용한 오니에 의한 작물의 비료의 피해를 밝히기 위해 포장에서 작물의 생육과 수량(적과, 청과), 시기별로 토양 및 식물체 중 중금속 함량 등을 조사하였다. 토양 중 유기물 및 질소성분은 시험재료의 성분함량이 높은 처리구에서 생육 초기(6월 11일)에 높았다. 토양의 중금속 성분에서 전함량의 경우 As성분은 생육 중기(7월 8일)에 함량이 급격히 높아졌다가 감소하였으며 Zn·Cu·Pb·Cd성분은 수확기에 갑자기 함량이 증가하였고, 1 N-HCI 가용함량에서 Zn·Cu·Pb·As성분은 생육 중기에 증가하였다가 감소하는 경향이었다. 고추의 생육(초장, 간경)은 초기에는 오니구(제약오니3구 제외)가 화학비료구보다 전반적으로 불량하였는데 이는 유기물 함량이 높은 미 부숙된 오니의 영향인 것으로 생각되며, 생육 후기에는 회복이 되어서 화장품 오니구를 제외하고는 서로 비슷하였다. 고추 식물체(잎, 줄기)의 질소함량에서 생육 초기 및 중기에 제약오니1과 돈분구가 높은 것은 이들 시험재료의 유기물 및 질소성분의 특성과 함량에 기인된 것으로 보이며, 식물체 중 중금속 함량에서 잎은 Zn·Pb·Ni성분이, 줄기는 Zn·Pb성분이 수확기에 급격히 높아졌으므로 이들 성분에 대해서 주의할 필요가 있다고 생각된다. 고추의 총 적과 수량은 가축분뇨 > 제약오니3 > 제약오니1 > 화학비료 > 제약오니2구 순으로 낮아졌으며, 화장품오니구는 타 처리구보다 상당히 감수하였다. 수확기 고차 청과 및 적과의 중금속 함량은 Zn과 Cu성분이 타 성분들보다 높았고, 처리별로는 청과에서 Zn 및 Ni성분은 제약오니1구가, Pb성분은 제약오니3구가 타 처리구들보다 조금 높아서 유기성 오니를 퇴비원료로 사용할 경우 오니 중의 Zn·Cu·Pb·Ni성분의 특성과 함량이 상당히 중요할 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 퇴비원료로 지정된 오니 중에서 화장품오니와 제약오니2에서 생육 후기부터 수확기에 걸쳐 질소성분의 부족 현상에 의한 생육부진과 낙엽, 어떤 원인인지 알 수 없지만 비해에 의한 수량감소 등의 원인을 앞으로 연구를 통해서 밝힐 필요가 있다고 생각된다. 본 시험의 결과는 퇴비원료로 지정하거나, 지정된 퇴비원료의 사용을 신청할 때 허가할 퇴비원료가 작물에 대해 적합한지 알아보는 방법의 일환으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Three sludge types from pharmaceutical byproducts and one sludge type from cosmetic waste-water sludge as raw materials of compost were used in a field based concrete pot (4 m², 2m × 2m) for investigating damage of red pepper cultivation. These sludges and pig manure (1 Mg/10a, dry basis) were incorporated into the upper of clay loam soil prior to transplanting with red pepper. Changes in concentration and properties of heavy metal for both of soil and plant were investigated 4 times during of red pepper growth. Plant height and stem diameter of red pepper in sludge treatments except to Pharmaceutical sludge 3 were poor than those of NPK treatment. This result were regarded as an effect of incompleted decomposition sludge which has a lot of organic matter concentration. Amount of total As was increased rapidly Jul. 8. in soil, total Zn·Cu·Pb·Cd were in harvest time, and 1 N-HCl extractable Zn·Cu·Pb·As were rised at middle stage and then decreased. Amounts of nitrogen in plant (leaf and stem) were high in Phamaceutical Sludge 1 and Pig Manure treatment in early and middle stage because of organic matter and nitrogen concentrations and characteristics. Amounts of Zn, Pb, and Ni in leaf and amount of Zn and Pb in stem were increased in harvest time so that we need to have a concern in detail. Total yield of red pepper was Pig Manure > Phamaceutical Sludge 3 > Phamaceutical Sludge 1 > NPK > Phamaceutical Sludge 2 and Cosmetic Sludge treatment was decreased considerably to compare to others. Amounts of Zn and Cu in green and red pepper in harvest time were higher than the other heavy metals. Finally these results can use to utilize that finding damage on crop for authorization and suitability estimation of raw material of compost.

      • 유리 성형용 금형의 균열 발생 기구

        Microstructure of glass-forming mold have influence on the mechanical properties such as hardness, and life span of the glass-forming mold is strongly dependent on its microstructure. The glass-forming mold with guaranteed tool life requires fine particle size and homogeneous distribution of Cr precipitates in the matrix. In this study, mechanism on the crack creation of the glass-forming mold made in Korea (K-mold) was compared to the one glass-forming mold made in Japan (J-mold). SEM observation revealed that the particle size of the Cr precipitates in J-mold was smaller than that in K-mold, in addition the size distribution of J-mold was narrower than that of K-mold, resulting in long life of J-mold. Therefore, it was confirmed that the microstructure of the glass-forming mold related to Cr precipitates was one of the important parameters to improve the quality of products.

        Ship stations of the third category maintain a service for 8 hours a day. (RR 931) The stations of the maritime mobile service open to public correspondence shall, during their hours of service, remain on watch on 500KHZ. This watch is obligatory only for class A2 and A2H emissions. (RR 1134) The above regulations are important for the protection of life and property at sea. Therefore radio officer must keep these regulations absolutely. But recently only one radio officer is employed for the ship which makes a voyage in ocean-going trade. So it is very difficult to expect the practice of communication service and to watch on 500KHZ during hours of service completely. Therefore I consider a counterplan maintained the hours of service by the operator and practiced the communication of ship perfectly. 1.To employ 2nd. radio operator for national vessel of the third category ill order to watch on 500KHZ and to carry out overtime. 2.To change the hours of service to 08:00-11 :00, 13:00-16:00, 18:00-20:00. 3.Not to take radio telegrams beyond the hours of service in case of a chief radio operator only. 4.To enforce the education about the importance of the hours of service.

        In recent years, the projects dealing with the marine clay have raising tendency. For example, the dredged clay can be used directly as the reclamation fill material. In this case, it is important to understand the consolidation characteristics for settlement analysis. Using conventional testing procedure, the determination of the consolidation characteris tics of cohesive soils requires consolidation time. the constant rate of strain consolidation test has been proposed as a method to reduce consolidation test time. The information used to the characteristics of settlement has been obtained using a standard oedometer test, but standard oedometer test may not be applicable to very soft soils with high water content because of limations both in theory and in testing techniques. A new constant rate of strain consolidation testing technique for very soft soils with water content of 200 to 500 % is proposed as an alternative of conventioinal oedometer test. This paper presents several benifts on the constant rate of strain consolidation test. To find the consolidation characteristics of the dredged soft clay constant-rate-of-strain consolidation testing method is used In this paper constant rate of strain consolidation test are compared with standard oedometer test for applicablity of constant rate of strain consolidation test It is concluded that the consolidation constants of very soft clays can be accurately determined from the constant rate of strain tests,also is suitable test of derdged clays as this test is applicable to regimes of the low stress level and high stress level

      • 유도 어깨로메치기의 운동학적 특성분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the kinematic variables when performing Kata-guruma in judo. Yong-In University judo demonstration squad was filmed (30frames/sec.) on 16mm video camera on performing of Kata-guruma in judo. Kinematic variables analyzed here include time, angle and center of gravity. The mean values and the standard deviations for each variables were obtained and used as basic factors for examining characteristic of Kata-Guruma motion. The result of this analysis are ads following. 1) Angle variables From Kumikata to 1st stage in KP, the angle of right elbow in Kata-Guruma was decreased, to 2nd phase and air phase were increased slightly. Lefe elbow angle of Tsukuri motion was decreased from 1st stage in KP to air motion were increased. Kuzushi of right shoulder angle was decreased, Tsukuri of right shoulder was increased, air posture in Kake phase was increased, Kuzushi of left shoulder angle was increased and Tsukuri of left shoulder angle was decreased continually. Both angle of hips were decreased in 1st stage in KP phase. From 2nd stage in KP to air motion were increased slightly. Both angle of Knees were decreased in 1st Kake phase, from 2nd stage KP to air motion were increased again. Left arm obstructs the center of gravity of opposite, extends in order to set the body, and flexes in other to fling the body of the shoulder. Right arm was flexed on order to let the arm in between legs, and flexes on Kake motion and was extended in other to fling the body of the shoulder. According to result of angle variables, deflection of the subject A was of small quantity, and both subject A and B were fixed in view of subject B.

      • 공공체육시설을 활용한 생활체육교실이 여성노인들의 복지에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to investigate the effect of 12 weeks physical activity on the quality of life in elderly women. Fitty-two volunteers (60-74 yrs) were divied into two groups and participated in this study : physical activity group (n=27; 68.72±4.22 yrs) and non-physical activity group(n=25; 71.1±3.8 yrs). All subjects completed the mental health and life satisfaction questionnaire both prior to and immediately following 12-weeks programs. Those who joined in the exercise group were asked to participate in exercise program(3 times/week, 80min/day) for 12 weeks. A series of one-way analyses of variance were used to examine differences between pre- and post-test scores in the mental health and life satisfaction states. In mental health state, results indicated significant differences in obessesion, physicalization, anxiety, depression, hostility, fear, and additional factors between physical activity group and non-physical activity group after 12 weeks program. In addition, the state of mental health was significantly improved in the physical activity group after 12 weeks. In life satisfaction state, the subjects in physical activity group showed the significant improvement of life satisfaction state (positive attitude, negative attitude, positive experience, and negative experience) after 12 weeks. Especially, the subjects in physical activity group showed significant increase on positive attitude in life satisfaction sub-test scores. Therefore, the results suggest that improvements in both tests may be influenced by acute physical activity and may support the affective beneficence of physical activity for older populations' quality of life.

      • 슬개골 골절과 동반된 후방 십자인대 손상

        Patellar fractures result from direct and/or indirect forces. The majority of the patellar fractures result from direct injuries and a fall on the knee or a direct blow sustained in the vehicular trauma is one of the common causes. Patellar fractures from indirect forces occur when the intrinsic strength of the patella is exceeded by the pull of the musculotendinous and ligamentous units attaching to it and typically occurs in the act of stumbling or partially falling. Posterior cruciate ligament disruption is generally caused by a posteriorly directed force on the proximal tibia, and hyperextension with abduction or external rotation movements have been also described in the production of posterior cruciate ligament injuries. Posterior cruciate ligament injuries are apt to be negelected frequently, and ipsilateral femoral shaft fracture or posterior dislocation of the hip also may be seen with direct injuries to the patella, but patellar fractures are rarely associated with posterior cruciate ligament injuries. So we are reporting four cases of the posterior cruciate ligament injuries as one of the combined entity, which had been neglected and associated with the patellar fracture after a review of the literatures.

      • 아동기 가정 내 스트레스가 공동의존성에 미치는 영향 및 공동의존성과 정신병리와의 관련성

        연구목적: 본 연구는 공동의존성에 영향을 미치는 아동기 가정내 스트레스 요인과 공동의존성과 다른 병리와의 연관성을 규명하고자 하였다. 더불어 특정한 질환에서의 공동의존성의 평가가 가지는 의의를 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 방 법: 연구 대상은 정상 일반인 남성집단 88명과 알코올리즘 남성 집단 76명으로 구성되어 있다. 평가도구는 본 저자가 직접 작성한 '아동기 가정내 스트레스 요인 측정용 설문'과 공동의존 척도(RPS), 간이증상 진단검사(SCL-90-R)를 사용하였다. 통계적 분석은 Mann-Whitmey test, Kruskall- Wallis test, Multiple linear regression analysis, Spearman correlation analysis를 이용하였다. 결 과: 1) 정상 일반인 군과 알코올리즘 군의 공동의존성 평균값은 각각 49.12점(표준편차=15.41)과 88.31점(표준편차=17.48)이었다. 2) 정상 일반인 군에서는 '아동기 부모 사별'(p<0.01) '부모의 알코올리즘'(p<0.01) '부모의 상습적 구타'(p<0.01)의 3가지 요인에서, 알코올리즘 군에서는 '어린시절 부모 사별'(p<0.01) '부모의 알코올리즘'(p<0.01) '부모의 상습적 구타'(p<0.01) '부도의 도박'(p<0.01) '사회 병질자 부모의 존재'(p<0.05)의 5가지 요인에서 스트레스 유무에 따라 공동의존성에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 3) 두 집단 동시에 SCR-90-R의 8개 소척도 중 '대인관계 예민성'이 공동의존성과 가장 높은 연관성(rs>0.06, p<0.01)을 보였다. 이외에도 '우울증' '불안증'등이 두 집단 모두에서 통계적으로 유의한 연관성을 보였다. 결 론: 본 연구는 부모의 알코올리즘뿐만 아니라 여러 가정 내 스트레스 요인이 공동의존성의 발생에 영향을 미칠 수 있음과 공동의존성이 높은 집단이 다른 정신과 질환을 동반할 가능성이 높음을 증명한다고 할 수 있다. Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the relationships of codependency with family stressors in childhood and psychopathology. Methods : Subjects were a group of 88 normal adult males and a group of 76 alcoholic males. The degree of codependency was assessed with the Korean version of Recovery Potential Survey(RPS). All subjects filled out questionnaires regarding demographic information and family stressors. The psychopathology was measured by self-administred questionnaires using Symptom Check List-90-Revision(SCL-90-R). Results : 1) There were no significant differences in codependency levels by sociodemographic characteristics in two groups, but obvious difference in mean of codependency scores(normal group : 49.12±15.41, alcoholism group : 88.31±17.48). 2) There were significant differences in codependency levels between the presence and absence of parental physical abuse, parental death, and parental alcoholism(p<0.01) in both groups. 3) Among family stressors, parental physical abuse had the largest contribution to codependency level in multiple linear regression. 4) There were significant correlations between the codependency levels and the scores of SCL-90-R's subscales of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, and anxiety in both groups. Conclusion : The codependency levels were related to some family stressors such as parental physical abuse, parental death, and parental alcoholism and the high-level codependency was correlated with higher level of psychopathology in both normal and alcoholism group. These results suggested that various family stressors, as well as parental alcoholism may be predictors of codependency, and codependency also may be a predictor of other psychiatric disorders.
