        정안침요법(整顔鍼療法)을 응용하여 호전된 후천성 사경환자 치험 2례

        Objectives : This report intended to estimate effects of Jung-an acupuncture on the acquired torticollis caused by muscle contraction. Methods : The patients were treated by Jung-an acupuncture, herb medication and Physical treatment daily. The improvement of the patients was judged by Toronto Western Spasmodic Torticollis Rating Scale(TWSTRS), Tsui's score and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). Results : After 7 days of treatment, the 2 patients' neck pain and cervical movement were improved. Also, TWSTRS score, Tsui's score and VAS were all reduced. Conclusions : As the Jung-an acupuncture's theological base is organized with meridian theory and myofacial release therapy, We considered the Jung-an acupuncture is effective not only for the skin disease but also for the muscle problem such as torticollis.

      • 고등급 이형성을 보인 편평톱니샘종

        Until recently, colorectal polyps were classified predominantly as hyperplastic or adenomatous. While adenomatous polyps are well-characterized precursor lesions of adenocarcinomas, hyperplastic polyps have been considered as benign lesion. However, some hyperplastic polyps with serrated morphology of the crypts have been recognized to have distinctive features and these polyps were termed ‘serrated adenomas’. Recent data show that sessile serrated adenomas (SSA) might be the precursors of serrated colonic cancers, underlining the necessity of identifying them. SSA is approximately 3% of all polyps, commonly appears as flat or sessile and yellowish due to mucus production. In the pathogenesis of SSA, progression to high grade dysplasia or early invasive carcinoma may be associated with serrated neoplasia pathway different from adenoma-carcinoma sequence. We report a case with a colon polyp diagnosed as sessile serrated adenoma with high grade dysplasia after endoscopic submucosal dissection.

      • 곡선박스거더교의 가로보 간격에 따른 구조적 거동 해석

        In this study the structural behavior of the curved steel box girder bridge by cross beam spacing is investigated. Suitable form of curved bridge is steel box girder that is good twist and bending stiffness but it include non-economical member as rationalization. For this purpose a two-girder and three-span continuous steel box bridge which is under construction is analyzed. This study is analysis by the medium factor of a space of cross beam and dead load, live load(DB24), slab placement order. The result of the structural analysis shows that becomes the cross beam more than 6m and cross beam number more than 3 are quite well-designed in comparison with the present design.

      • 지점부 다이아프램의 응력분배 거동

        These days, bridges have a tendency to be long-spanned and simple ‘ thus, the importance of economy and efficiency has increased for bridge construction. As a result, one of the main members on which interest is focused is the diaphragms. In this study, stress variation of the support diaphragms in a steel box girder was considered. This paper deals with the behavior of the stress distribution on the diaphragms on the bearings of a closed section steel box girder bridge due to the continuous casting of concrete slab. Both experimental and structural analyses were performed to verify the behavior of the stress distribution a composite steel box girder bridge under construction. Strain was continuously checked at intervals of 10 to 30 min. from the beginning of the placement by the Time Interval Function of the measuring instrument. The variation of strain on the diaphragms on the bearings are presented herein.

        부산지역 미세먼지에 대한 건강 취약성 평가

        Objectives: This study seeks to evaluate the vulnerability assessment of the human health sector for $PM_{10}$, which is reflected in the regional characteristics and related disease mortality rates for $PM_{10}$ in Busan over the period of 2006-2010. Methods: According to the vulnerability concept suggested by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), vulnerability to $PM_{10}$ is comprised of the categories of exposure, sensitivity, and adaptive capacity. The indexes of the exposure and sensitivity categories indicate positive effects, while the adaptive capacity index indicates a negative effect on vulnerability to $PM_{10}$. Variables of each category were standardized by the rescaling method, and each regional relative vulnerability was computed through the vulnerability index calculation formula. Results: The regions with a high exposure index are Jung-Gu (transportation region) and Saha-Gu (industrial region). Major factors determining the exposure index are the $PM_{10}$ concentration, days of $PM_{10}{\geq}50$, ${\mu}g/m^3$, and $PM_{10}$ emissions. The regions that show a high sensitivity index are urban and rural regions; these commonly have a high mortality rate for related disease and vulnerable populations. The regions that have a high adaptive capacity index are Jung-Gu, Gangseo-Gu, and Busanjin-Gu, all of which have a high level of economic/welfare/health care factors. The high-vulnerability synthesis of the exposure, sensitivity, and adaptive capacity indexes show that Dong-Gu and Seo-Gu have a risk for $PM_{10}$ potential effects and a low adaptive capacity. Conclusions: This study presents the vulnerability index to $PM_{10}$ through a relative comparison using quantitative evaluation to draw regional priorities. Therefore, it provides basic data to reflect environmental health influences in favor of an adaptive policy limiting damage to human health caused by vulnerability to $PM_{10}$.

        퍼머넌트와 염색 연결시술시 정향트리트먼트 적용시점에 따른 모발보호효과

        This study attempted to determine the effects of hair protection by investigating the characteristics and possibilities of hair cosmetics using the hot water extracts of Syzygium aromaticum and then hair-protection effects were confirmed through pre-treatment and post-treatment at consecutive chemical treatments. At the consecutive chemical treatments, the general treatment was divided into pretreatment(N1) and general treatment post-process(N2). Then, the Syzygium aromaticum-based treatment was divided into pre-treatment(J1) and post processing(J2). According to the analysis, tensile strength was the highest in the Syzygium aromaticum extract treatment group. At consecutive treatments, ‘J2’ which processed treatment for Syzygium aromaticum, was the highest. In terms of hair thickness, the Syzygium aromaticum group was greater than the general treatment group. When measured to determine the morphological characteristics of ‘Hair’ at 20,000 magnifications using SEM, the Syzygium aromaticum extract post-treatment group (J2) revealed the highest value (373.98±10.83㎚). Regarding hair composition under the EDS, Syzygium aromaticum extract post-treatment group was the highest with 07.77% interms of sulfur content. The results confirmed that Syzygium aromaticum extract treatment is extremely effective in easing hair damage which is caused by consecutive dyeing after permanent. Therefore, the Syzygium aromaticum extract treatment would be effective in preventing hair damage and keeping hair healthy and glossy.

      • 여자중·고등학교 단거리선수의 100m 보폭 및 구간별 질주속도 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 100m의 거리를 10m씩 10개 구간으로 나누어 질주속도 및 평균 보폭을 측정한후, 구간별 질주속도와 가속도를 비교·분석하여 100m 달리기의 기록향상을 위한 과학적이고 합리적인 훈련 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 수행하기 위하여 경상남도 소속 여자 중·고등학교 단거리선수 각 7명씩 총 14명을 대상으로 비디오 카메라, 비디오 편집기 타이머를 이용하여 평균 보폭, 단위구간별 속도 및 가속도, 구간별 속도 및 가속도의 기록을 분석하였다. 이상과 같은 과정을 통해 100m 질주속도를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 단위구간 중 최고속도가 나타난 구간은 중학교 선수는 30m 구간, 고등학교 선수는 40m 구간이었고, 중학교 선수는 50m 구간 이후에 속도가 감속되며, 고등학교 선수는 70m 구간 이후에 급격히 속도가 감속되었다. 2. 단위구간 중 가장 빠른 가속을 보인 구간은 중·고등학교 선수 공히 20m 구간이었고, 가장 큰 감속을 보인 구간은 중·고등학교 선수 공히 80m 구간이었다. 3. 구간별 속도는 중·고등학교 선수 공히 전속구간, 전속유지구간, 가속구간 순으로 빠르게 나타났다. 4. 구간별 가속의 빠르기는 중학교 선수는 가속구간, 전속유지구간, 전속구간 순이며, 고등학교 선수는 가속구간, 전속구간, 전속유지구간 순으로 나타났다. 5. 평균 보폭과 기록과는 중·고등학교 선수 공히 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 6. 각 단위구간별 중·고등학교 선수간의 속도를 비교해 본 결과 전 구간에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다.

      • 2차원 연속체요소를 이용한 박판금속 성형공정의 해석

        The study is concerned with two-dimensional rigid-plastic finite element analysis of deep drawing process by using the continuum elements. The analysis of sheet metal forming process has three element types: membrane. shell and continuum element. The membrane analysis is frequently used due to the short computational time. However, in the membrane analysis the bending effects can not be considerde at all. The shell analysis allows the consideration of bending effects. but involves too much computational time then membrane analysis. The continuum analysis allows the consideration of realistic bending effects and calculated the accuracy thickness strain then the shell analysis in the sheet metal forming process . but involves an amount computational time. Therefore little analysis by using the continuum element. Recently, as a fast development of comuter hardware, this study carried out the analysis by using the continuum element in order to obtain the accuracy results
