노인의 온열치료를 위한 웨어러블 면상발열체의 개발 및 특성 파악

In this study, we fabricated the wearable film-heaters used in thermotherapy for senior citizens and investigated the heat generation characteristics. The wearable film-heaters embedded into eco-flex were constructed with indium tin oxide (ITO) nanoparticles coated on glass fibers. Under a stretching strain of 30%, the wearable film-heaters stably operated with temperature variation of 10%. In addition, the wearable film-heater worn on the wrist increased the temperature of the wrist from 35 ℃ to 43 ℃ within 2 min. 본 연구에서는 노인의 온열치료에 적용가능한 웨어러블 면상발열체를 제작하고, 그 발열특성을 조사하였다. 웨어러블 면상발열체는 인듐 주석 산화물 나노입자를 유리섬유위에 코팅하고, 에코플렉스 안에 삽입하여 제작하였다. 제작된 면상발열체는 30%의 신축 스트레인상태에서도 발열온도 변화가 10%이내로 안정적으로 동작하였다. 또한 웨어러블 면상발열체를 사람의 손목에 부착하여 동작시켰을 때, 2분 안에 손목의 온도가 35 ℃에서 43 ℃로 상승하였다.

There has been an increased interest in the Longitudinally Profiled(LP) plate as a structural element for bridges, due to its advantage to efficiently distribute the sectional force applied to the structure. The advantage also includes the reduction of weight and the number of welding points. The LP plate was originally developed in Europe, and the application has since increased rapidly on steel bridges in Europe and Japan. Though widely used internationally, much of the study for the structural application of the LP plate is yet to be performed. In this paper, the workability of the LP plate was evaluated by the tests for tensile and bending. In addition, the stability was reviewed and verified by a comparison between experimental and analytical results. The economical efficiency was also examined for different section types by finite element analysis.

본 연구에서는 휴대용 온열기의 에너지 효율을 향상시키기 위하여 indium tin oxide (ITO) 나노입자 페이스트와 PDMS를 이용하여 PDMS/ITO 나노입자 박막 면상발열체를 제작하였고, ITO 나노입자 박막 면상발열체와 PDMS/ITO 나노입자 면상발열체의 온도 유지특성 및 소비전력량을 분석하였다. PDMS층의 낮은 열전도도로 PDMS/ITO 나노입자 박막 면상발열체의 온도유지시간이 ITO 나노입자 박막 면상발열체에 비해 1.5배 증가하였으며, 소비 전력량은 35% 절감되었다. In this study, we fabricate a high efficiency heater consisting of the indium tin oxide (ITO) nanoparticle (NP)-paste and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and investigate the effect of PDMS on temperature maintenance of the heater through the comparison with the PDMS-free ITO film heater. Compared to the ITO film heater, the temperature of the PDMS/ITO film heater lasts 1.5 times longer. And the power consumption of the PDMS/ITO film heater is reduced by 35%, owing to the low thermal conductivity of the PDMS layer.
고농도 악취처리를 위한 실규모 바이오필터 습식전처리 적용성 연구

In this study, the removal performance of high-concentration H2S and complex odors was evaluated for bio-filters installed in sewage treatment plants and manure treatment plants. The amount of odor generation according to temperature was found to be higher in summer than in spring. It was found that the longer the empty bed retention time of the bio-filter, the higher the odor removal efficiency. Therefore, in order to effectively remove odors, it is necessary to maintain a sufficiently long residence time when designing a bio-filter. In addition, a case in which a bio-filter and a wet pre-treatment system were combined to remove high-concentration odors was studied. The result showed that the wet pre-treatment was effective in removing high-concentration odors. In particular, most of the hydrogen sulfide could be adequately removed by wet pre-treatment.
