        유색미에 관한 연구 : Ⅲ. 유색미 유망계통에 대한 주요 생육 특성

        국내외 유색미 수집종을 돌연변이원에 의해 유기된 우수 계통과 수집종간 상호교배에 의해 선발된 CNU 20계통을 파종하여 얻어진 주요 작물학적 특성을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 1. 간장은 유색 메벼인 CNU126 계통이 대조품종인 동진벼와 같이 가장 컸고 메성인 CNU 128계통에서 가장 작았다. 2. 주당 분얼수는 CNU3, CNU50. CNU56, CNU112 계통에서 가장 많았고 대조품종과 CNU 128 계통에서 10개 미만으로 가장 적게 나타났다. 3. 수장은 육성 계통 중 CNU88 계통에서 가장 길었으나 대조구보다 짧고, 육성계통 중에서는 CNU 126 계통이 가장 짧았다. 4. 주당 영화수는 대조구인 동진벼보다 CNU50 계통에서 2배 이상 많았고, CNU158 계통에서 가장 적게 나타났다. 5. 천립중은 CNU113 계통에서 30g이상으로 대조구와 같이 가장 무거웠고, CNU128 계통에서 20g으로 가장 적었다. 6. 주당 수량은 대조구의 26.6g에 비해 CNU50, CNU112 계통에서 두배정도 높았고, CNU128, CNU158, CNU200 계통에서 가장 낮게 타나났다. Aims of this study were carried out to develop the useful lines induced from mutation and pedigree breeding methods among the collected genetic resources from national and domestic areas. In this study, Stem height of CNU126 line and check among them were high, while CNU128 was lower than other lines. Spiklet length of CNU88 was longer, but that of CNU126 was shorter than check. Number of spiklets per plant of CNU50 among lines have twice time than check. 1,000 grains weight of CNU113 was higher than check. In yield per plant, CNU50 and CNU112 were higher than check, Dongjinbyeo.

      • 하수 sludge 시용이 상추의 생육과 토양의 화학성 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of sewage sludge application on the growth of lettuce and the change of chemical properties in soil. The experiment was set up with two different places from Feb. 10 through June 20 of 2000. Each treatment received 0, 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10 and 20㎏ of sewage sludge/3.3㎡. The application of the sewage sludge increased the EC, CEC, and the content of available phosphate and organic matter in soil, which resulted in the enhancement of growth characteristics in terms of the number of leaves, leaf area, and fresh and dry weight in all treatments. As lowering the soil pH(pH 6), heavy metal content increased compared with higher pH(pH 7). However, the concentration of heavy metal at pH 6 in the soil did not affect plant growth. This results demonstrated that application of sewage sludge in the soil may play an important role in improving soil chemical properties and promoting the crop growth.

      • 인간 재조합 인터루긴-32 면역조절작용에 대한 유세포 분석

        Xenotransplantation of porcine organs has the potential to overcome the severe shortage of human tissues and organ available for human transplantation. however, it remains various hurdles for clinical xenotransplantation. In pig and mouse xenotransplantation, porcine xenograft evoke a strong cellular rejection response in immunocompetent host and grafts are destroyed within a week. This cellular immune response could involved both T cells and NK cells. A number of groups have shown that human NK cells can recognize and damage porcine endothelial cells. In addition, human T cells can respond to porcine endothelial cells through both direct and indirect mechanisms. Cellular rejection of porcine tissues requires T cells, particularly CD4^(+) cells. A new cytokine recombinant human interleukin-32α,β(IL-32α,β) has a role innate and acquired immune system. In order to investigate the role of recombinant mouse IL-18 and recombinant human IL-32α,β in xenograft rejection, we transplanted the PK(15) cells to C57BL/6 mice with or without intraperitoneal injection of recombinant mouse IL-18 or recombinant human IL-32 α,β. It was analyzed the population of NK cell, T cell and B cell in the C57BL/6 mice transplanted with PK(15) cells and recombinant mouse IL-18 or recombinant human IL-32α,β by flow cytometry analysis. As a result, lymph node and thymus of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group were increased to T cell activation population than normal injected groups. CD8^(+) T cells were decreased in lymph node of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected groups. CD4^(+) T cells were increased in lymph node cell of PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group and also, B cell population were increased in lymph node cell and spleen of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group. Therefore, we suggest that recombinant mouse IL-18 and recombinant human IL-32α,β suppress xenograft rejection in cellular xenotransplantation.

      • GO에 의해 유도된 培養 脊髓感覺神經細胞 독성에 대한 鎭肝熄風湯의 방어효과

        To evaluate the effect of Jingansikpungtang water extract on cultured mouse spinal sensory neuron which was inhibited by glucose oxidase(GO)-induced cytotoxicity, NR assay and TBARS assay for lipid peroxidation were carried out after the cultured mouse spinal sensory neuron were pre-incubated with various concentrations of Jingansikpungtang water extract for 3 hours prior to exposure of GO. GO, a oxygen radical, decreased the survival rate of the cultured mouse spinal sensory neuron cells on NR assay. Jingansikpungtang water extract have efficacy of decreasing lipid peroxidation increasing by GO in cultured mouse spinal sensory neuron. From above the results, it is concluded that Jingansikpungtang has marked efficacy as a treatment for the damages caused in the GO-mediated oxidative process.

        Ferroelectric SrB_12Ta_2O_9 (SBT) thin films on Pt/Ti/SiO_2 electrode were fabricated using sol-gel method SBT thin films crystallized from 650℃however, good hysteresis loop can be obtained in the film annealed above 700℃. Pt/T_1O_2/SiO_2 and Pt/SiO_2 electrodes were also used to investigate the Pt electrode dependence of SBT thin films SBT thin films showed random oriented polycrystalline structure and similar morphology regardless of electrodes with quite different surface morphology A 0 2 pm thick SBT film annealed at 750℃ exhibited the remanent polarization(2P_1) of 8μC/㎠ and coercive voltage(V_(c)) of 1V at an applied voltage of 5V

        This study aims to point out the problems of the actual status of the Education and Training of Hotel Food & Beverage employees and suggest the improvement thereof by analyzing the recognition degree of employees and management staff based on the questionnaire survey results. Manpower, material, money and information are regard as four main factors in the Hotel management. However, differently form the other industris, the effective training and education system is regarded as the most important factor in the hotel Hotel Food & Beverage business its goods are produced by human being. Especially, the necessity of training and education is recognized higer in food & beverage, ancillary facilities and other departments than in the cooking and operation departments. Importance of the selection of the training method is highly recognized as shown in the survey result that recognized as shown in the survey result that recognized as shown in the survey result that the content and extent of the training and method of teaching are closely correlated. In an aspect of the effect of the training and education. Field training is regarded as more effective than lecture or discussion method. In Hotel Food & Beverage business that higly relies on the service of human being in the final process of producing the goods, training and education is directly connected with the strengthening of competitiveness and the profit of business activity, and thus, this study placed a focus in long-term improvement of the training and education system newly recognizing the importance of training and education.

      • 반도체 광 증폭기를 광 스위칭 게이트로 이용한 광 셀 압축기 및 역압축기

        In this paper, we proposed a new type of optical cell compressor and decompressor, which are essential functional modules in TDM or TDM/WDM hybrid photonic ATM switching systems. The proposed structure drastically decreases hardware requried for implementation by using optical feedback loop for optical pulse delay. Also, it is possible to compress and decompress the large capacity of optical pulse stream just with multi-stage serial connection. We did the experiment of single stage 4 bit cell compression and proved availability of the proposed structure as an essential module for switching systems

        Communication needs both Speaker and Hearer at the same time. When a person wants to be a good speaker, he shlould first bc a good listener. For the real communioation can't be performed without good listening. Lislening comprehension skill is usally regarded as neglected one of the skills or even forgotten one, because the importance of oral communication has never been emphasized and one more thing to be remembered is that human organism is too limited to absorb many informations at the same time. Futhermore, we have adopted the extrapolation theory in the native language learning as a theory of learning or teaching foreign language. The great weakpoint that our students are faced with is in the ability to understand the native speaker's message. Of course, well-listening doesn't always mean well-speaking, but listening is a prerequisite skill which exercise a great influence on other skills. It is important to help students get good habits and techniques for the effective listening. From thc earlier levels, students should be also exposed to listening in the foreign language and to "General principles" for listening comprchension. Presenting materials for listening comprchension is not so easy a task, but with the keen interests and serious concentrations of thc teachers, diversified materials can be presented for the student use. I mainly collected and surveyed, so called, 'the paper and pencil style' as an approach to develop listening comprehension. In conclusion, among four skills, listening comprehension must be developed first of all and for this purpose a great deal of study on the part of the teachers and good attitude of the students are the most important factors, I, therefore, suggest the training of listening comprehension from the beginning level for the fulfillment of the objectives of English teaching.
