The purpose of this study is to identify antecedents and consequents of relationship quality in online shopping. Shopping convenience, site design, informativeness, security, and communication are used as the factors affecting customer satisfaction. e- Trust and commitment are used as the consequents of customer satisfaction and the antecedents of word of mouth. The results show that shopping convenience, site design, informativeness, security, and communication affect positively customer satisfaction and that customer satisfaction affects positively e-trust and commitment. Also, e-trust and commitment affect positively word of mouth. Therefore, the marketing implication is that online retailing should concentrate on enhancing relationship quality through the management of site characteristics in online shopping.

The frictional and indented behavior of a diamond asperity on a diamond plate was carried out using a molecular dynamics (MD) and experiments. The contact load, contact area, dynamic frictional force,and dynamic frictional coefficient increased as the contact interference increased at a constant loading velocity. The microcontact and frictional behavior can be evaluated between a rigid smooth hemisphere to a deformable rough flat plane by combined the deformed behavior of the asperity obtained from MD results with the fractal and statistic parameters. The comparison and the discrepancy of simulated results and nanoindentation and scratching experimental results will be discussed.

Gastric lipoma is rare submucosal tumor, accounting for less than 3% of all be- nign gastric tumor. Most are usually asymptomatic, but on occasion, they may present with abdominal pain, obstruction, dyspepsia, intussuception and gastrointestinal bleeding. Surgical resection is definitive diagnostic and therapeutic procedure. Surgical removal of gastric lipoma should be considered in the following situations: 1) the lesion is large, 2) the lesion is difficult to differentiate from malignant tumor, 3) the patient is symptomatic or has recurrent bleeding or obstruction. We report a case of gastric lipoma with bleeding in a 67-year-old male. Gastroscopy showed active gastric ulcer with fresh blood clot. Although medical conservative treatment was done, bleeding was continued. We referred patient to general surgical department for open surgical procedure and subtotal gastrectomy was performed. Histopathological examination of surgical gastric segment showed 5 x 5.5 cm sized ulcerated mass. Microscopic finding of cross section showed uniform and mature adipose cell, finding consistent with lipoma. We confirmed it submucosal gastric lipoma with ulcer bleeding.
