This study was to examine the cause of the following hypotheses: The higher the differentiation within dimension is, the higher the degree of experiencing depression is. The higher the differentiation across dimension is, the lower the degree of experiencing depression is. The hypothesis of the study are as follows: if a person's differentiation within dimension is high, he or she tends to perceive themselves with a dimension of evaluative meaning; if a person's differentiation across dimension is high, he or she tends to perceive themselves with a dimension of descriptive meaning. A new questionnaire entitled “Beck Depression Inventory”, “Self Differentiation Scale”, “Meaning Dimension Scale” were employed. The results of the study are as follows. This study was to introduce the concept of evaluative meaning and descriptive meaning to the hypothesis that if a person's differentiation within dimension is high, he or she tends to perceive themselves with a dimension of evaluative meaning; if a person's differentiation across dimension is high, he or she tends to perceive themselves with a dimension of descriptive meaning. This hypothesis was partially confirmed. As a result, a person with higher differentiation across dimension tended to perceive himself/herself with a dimension of descriptive meaning. However, a person with higher differentiation within dimension tended to perceive himself/herself with a dimension of evaluative meaning.. These results have many implications not only for further theoretical discussion on the relationship between self-concept and depression but also for practical utilities, e. g. counselling psychology. 본 연구자는 선행연구(김완일, 1997)를 통해 기존의 자기분화(Scott의 자기분화) 개념에서 차원내 분화와 차원간 분화의 개념을 분리해냈으며, 후속연구(김완일, 김재환, 2000)에서는 차원내 분화가 높을수록 우울을 많이 느끼고 차원간 분화가 높을수록 우울을 적게 느끼는 것을 밝힌바 있다. 그러나 김완일과 김재환(2000)의 연구에서는 차원내 분화가 높을수록 우울을 많이 느끼고 차원간 분화가 높을수록 우울을 적게 느끼는 원인에 대해서는 설명하지 못하고 있다. 한편 태도연구(이수원, 1994)에서 논의되고 있는 두 가지 의미차원(평가적 의미와 서술적 의미)은 자기개념과 우울의 관계를 설명하는데 중요한 시사를 해준다. 단순하게 분화의 두 가지 차원만을 가지고 자기개념과 우울을 설명하는 경우, 차원내 분화가 높은 사람은 우울을 많이 경험하고 차원간 분화가 높은 사람은 우울을 적게 경험하는 원인을 설명할 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 두 가지 의미차원인 평가적 의미차원과 서술적 의미차원의 개념을 도입하여 차원내 분화가 높은 사람이 우울을 많이 느끼며 차원간 분화가 높은 사람이 우울을 적게 느끼는 원인을 알아본 결과, 차원내 분화가 높은 사람은 자신을 평가적 의미차원에서 지각하기 때문에 우울을 많이 느끼나, 차원간 분화가 높은 사람은 자신을 서술적 의미차원에서 지각하기 때문에 우울을 적게 느끼는 것이 밝혀졌다. 그러나 차원내 분화가 낮은 사람은 자신을 서술적 의미차원에서 지각하기 때문에 우울을 적게 느낀다는 가설은 지지되지 않았다. 본 연구는 분화의 두 차원과 우울과의 관계에서 보이는 결과에 대한 원인을 밝힌 데 의의가 있다. 이 연구결과는 우울한 경향이 있는 내담자를 상담하는 과정에서 내담자로 하여금 자신을 서술적 의미차원에서 지각하도록 하는 상담전략이 포함되어야 할 것을 시사한다.

세계기독교(World Christianity, 지구촌기독교) 논의는 20세기 후반 매스미디어, 통신, 교통의 빠른 발달로 전지구적인 기독교를 처음으로 인식하면서 시작되었다. 특별히 지난 30여 년간 많은 역사학 과 선교학자들 간의 통전적인 연구는 우리가 서구문명 중심적인 시각에 서 벗어나 지구전체의 차원에서 기독교를 바라보도록 근본적으로 도전 하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 세계기독교 현상의 핵심적인 신학적 특성을 글로벌(Global)과 로컬(Loca)의 합성어인 글로컬리티(Glocality)라 고 주장하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 ‘세계기독교의 대두’ 현상에 대해서 간략하게 언급하고, 세계기독교가 탄생하게 된 사회문화적배경 (socio-cultural context)을 살펴보겠다. 다음으로 글로컬리티에 대 한 어원연구와 함께 앤드류 월스(Andrew Walls), 라민 사네(Lamin Sanneh), 뱅트 순드클러(Bengt Sundkler)와 같은 신학자들이 어떤 식으로 글로컬리티 이해를 발전시켰는지를 탐구할 것이다. 끝으로 글로컬리티가 왜 세계기독교를 이해하는데 중요한 특성이 되는지, 이것이 오늘날 각 지역의 기독교인들이 자신들의 전통을 더욱 풍부히 인식하게 만드는 결과가 되는지를 밝히도록 하겠다. The discourse of World Christianity began at the end of the 20th century when we finally get the big picture of global Christianity, due to the development of mass-media, communication, and transportation, This article claims that Glocality, which is a combination word between ‘global’ and ‘local’, is the core theological nature of World Christianity. To prove it, the writer will firstly introduce the rise of World Christianity and its socio-cultural contexts. Later, it will discuss the etymological study on glocality and its understanding by Andrew Walls, Lamin Sanneh, and Bengt Sundkler. Finally, it will reveal why the understanding of glocality is important to see World Christianity and how this helps each local Christian to recognize his own traditions more abundantly by mutual understanding.

The patient was 37-year old male who was affected by jaundice, easy fatigue yellowish urination on March 1984. The results of the examination revealed positivity of HRsAg, HBeAg, Anti-HBc and hemogram value of SGOT; 177IU, SGPT; 132IU, Total Bilirubin; 1. 7 mg/dl, The needle biopsy of liver demonstrated the image of acute hepatitis. On fifteenth hospital day, the patient was free of symptom and discharged. Seven weeks after discbarge, the patient readdmitted to our hospital because of oliguria and jaundice, fever. On physical examination, subconjunctival hemorrhage on both eye and petechia on both axillary area were founded. The Indirect immunofluroscent antibody test against Hantaan virus was strong positive, and the follow-up examiation which was done three weeks and five weeks after the first examination revealed four positive and two positive respectively. The result of the re-examination of viral marker was as following; HBsAg: positive, HBeAg: positive, Anti-HBc: positive and Anti-HBc IgM: positive. The needle biopsy of the liver also showed acute viral hepatitis, so we could diagnose the dual infection with Hepatitis virus type B and Hantaan virus and here we report with review of literatures.
