Trusted operating systems (OS) provide the basic security mechanisms and services that allow a computer system to protect, distinguish, and separate classified data. Trusted operating systems have been developed since the early 1980s and began to receive National Security Agency (NSA) evaluation in 1984. The researches about trusted OS are proceeding over the world, and new product type using the loadable security kernel module (LSKM) or dynamic link library (DLL) is being developed. Most important concept in this paper is Security Level proposed by Dr. Tai-hoon Kim, because this concept should be considered in every operational environment. This paper assumed security level 1st proposed by Dr. Taihoon Kim, and proposes a special type of product using LSKM and specific conditions for operational environment should be.

Yongdam multipurpose dam is under construction to divert a part of Geum riverflow to Mankyung watershed and to supply the domestic water to the Chunju region and produce the hydro-electricity. Generally, construction of dam by the method of inter-regional water transfer affects the quantity and quality of water in the down streams and reservoirs. The impact of operation plan of Yongdam dam on the quantity and quality of water in the Geum river and Daechung dam was investigated. It was recommended that the discharge of water transfer from one watershed to another should be minimized as much as possible.

The effect of non-point source pollution in rural area has much influence on the stream water quality. It is difficult to improve the stream water quality, because of complex pollutant loads technically and because of treatment-cost of the deteriorated water economically. The best way to reduce the non-point source pollution is to check the water quality in the inlet of irrigation channel and control the water quality in the outlet of drainage channel. Stream water quality in the rural area is closely related with the fertilizers, pesticides, and livestock wastewater. Basically the rate of treatment and retention time were estimated for BOD, COD, SS, NH₄-N, T-N, NO₃-N, T-P, PO₄-P using materials such as gravel, crushed stone, useless tire, geotextiles, and concrete block, respectively and also using the combined materials. The rate of treatment for BOD, COD, SS is high, but that for NH₄-N, T-N, NO₃-N, T-P, PO₄-P is low. Optimal retention time in the natural contact channel was 90 minutes.

Periapical lesions are developed as a result of inflammatory response to irritants from root canal system. Clinicians remove these irritants from root canal system and seal the root canal space to induce healing of the periapical lesions. Immunopathologic responses may play an impostant role in development ans progression of periapical lesions ans periapical lesions contain immunocompetent cells. The purposes of the present study were to analys and to compare the distrebution of the immunocompetent cells in the human periapical lesions caaording to the stage of endodontic treatment using indrect immunoperoxdase technique. Obtained 94 human periapical lesions were devided into four groups : Group 1 : no endodontic treatment(28 samples) Group 2 : root canal enlarged and irrigated(28 samples) Group 3 : root canal filied(29 samples) Group 4 : unknown(9 samples) Monoclonal antibodies to examine target cells were UCHL-1 for T lymphocytes(1:200, Dakopatt, Denmark), L26 for B lymphocytes(1:200, Dakopatt, Denmark), OPD4 for heper T lymphocytes(1:200, Dakopatt, Denmark) and alpha-1-antichymotrypsin for macrophages (1:200, Dakopatt, Denmark). The following results were obtained : 1.All the periapical lesions studied were infiltrated by T lymphocytes, plasma cell, B lymphocytes, and macrophages, T lymphocytes were more infiltrated than B lymphocytes, and B lymphocytes and macrophages were less infiltrated than T lymphocytes and plasma cell(P<0.05 : Oneway ANOVA test). 2. In untreated group and canal irrigated and enlarged group of all the periapical lesions, helper T lymphocytes were predominently infiltrated(P>0.05 : Oneway ANOVA test). 3. In canal filled groups of all lesions except periapical cyst, plasma cells were predominently infiltrated. But, in canal filled group of periapical cyst, helper T lymphocytes were the predominent cells(P>0.05 : Oneway ANOVA test). The above results shows that the immunologic responses play important role in pathogensis of periapical lesions and the immunologic response involved undergoes certain changes after endodontic therapy.

This study is that Busan hilly high-rise apartment is classified by the located arrangement form and then the computer simulation and the question is performed about the sunshine surroundings. The result is as follow : 1) There is a sunshine environment of each location of the apartment that is sloped. If the type of the house is sourth-high north-high type a length of shadow of the building is triple of its height. And If the type of the house is north-high sourth-high type a length of shadow of the building is 1.7 times of its height. It indicates north-high sourth-high type is better than sourth-high north-high type to obtain sunshine by double. 2) The satisfaction degree from the aspect in same located zone is indicated the southeastern aspect apartments better than the southern aspect apartment. 3) The establishment of an apartment that has sloped ground is not located arrangement forward south but variable arrangement forward southeast so we can obtain more flexibility about sunshine environment. 4) Range limit of a space of a apartment need to be conducted for each location environment.

Drainage planning model was developed to examine the capability of flood drawdown in existing detention facilities and also to plan drainage system. This model is composed of inflow, storage, and outflow com-ponents. SCS unit hydrograph is used to generate inflow. Stage-volume relationship is used to analyze the capacity of storage. Outflow is depen-dent of the storage of canal, the rate of pumping, and the geometry of outlet control structures. Modeling is based on trial and error method that computation continues until simulation outputs approach the capacity of storage of detention facilities. Model developed was applied to Jemin stream basin of 7.6㎢ in Gongju city. Jemin stream is confluent to Keum river and have a backwater phenomenon in time of flood in Keum river. Peak flow of Jemin stream on 100 year design rainfall was 154㎥/s from SCS hydrograph. Pumping capacity was 57.9㎥/s and detention basin capa-city was 475.000㎥ from tangent line method that cumulative storage line in tangent to the rate of pumping. Using this drainage model, pumping capacity was 105‰/s with canal closed because the place of constructing the detention basin around Jemin stream is insufficient. But, the analysis of backwater based on standard step method showed that Jemin stream was not overflowed in time of Keum river's flooding. Therefore, it is diagonosed that the present stage of drainage system in Je-min stream is able to drain off 100 year design inflow.
