        2016년 3월 31일부터 7월 31일까지 서울특별시 서초구 서초동에 위치한 서울고등학교 교정 일대를 서울고등학교 환경생물부 부원들이 채집 조사한 결과 20과 43속 53종의 거미가 조사 연구되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. From March 31st to July 31st in 2016, members of an environmental biology club at Seoul High School located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Dae-Hee Kim, Dong-Woo Park, Jae-Woong Seo and Hyun-woo Lee, collected 20 families 43 genera 53 species of spiders and report the result of the study here.

        數 種 韓藥의 아세틸콜린에스터레이즈 酵素活性에 대한 효과

        아세틸콜린에스터레이즈(AChE)는 신경조직에 분포하는 효소로 신경전달물질 중 아세틸콜린(ACh)을 분해하는 효소로 시냅스 신호전달체계에 있어 중요한 역할을 하는 효소이다. 현재 알츠하이머병과 치매치료에 사용하는 서양약물은 AChE의 활성을 저해하는 작용기전을 가진다. 목적 : 전통적으로 기억력 감퇴, 치매 등 치료에 사용되어 온 한약의 AChE에 대한 작용을 밝히기 위해 본 실험이 구상되었다. 방법 : 생쥐 대뇌신경세포의 균질 혼합액으로부터 효소의 활성을 Ellman 방법을 개선한 엘리자(ELISA)법을 이용하여 측정하였다. 결과 : 실험결과 天花? 의 6종이 2.5㎎/㎖의 농도에서 우수한 효소활성저해력을 보였고, 50% 효소활성 저해농도(ID_50)를 구한 결과, 天花?의 ID_50은 1.5㎎/㎖이었고, ??? 1.2 ㎎/㎖, ?? 2.0 ㎎/㎖, ??草 1.2 ㎎/㎖, ??? 1.0 ㎎/㎖, ??生 1.7㎎/㎖, 및 大?皮 2.0 ㎎/㎖를 나타내어 忍冬?의 저해력이 가장 우수하였다. 결론 : 치매 및 기억력감퇴 증상을 치료하는 한약의 작용기전 중 AChE 효소활성억제효과는 忍冬? 의 6종에서 나타났으며, 이는 전통적인 한방치료에 과학적인 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 생각한다.

      • 상업스포츠 참가자의 사회경제적 배경과 사회관계 만족 및 관계지속의사의 관계

        This study was to analysis a relationship between socio-economic characteristics, social relation satisfaction, and the adherence of social relation at the commercial sports centers. To attain the goal of the study described above paragraphs, some members of commercial sports center held in Seoul were set as a collected group. Then, using the cluster random sampling method, finally drew out and analyzed 713 people in total The material collection device was the brochure named <the survey on socio-economic characteristics, social relation satisfaction, and the adherence of social relation at the commercial sports centers>. The result of reliability check up was here below; social interaction, Chronbach' α=.840~.915, the satisfaction according to social relation, α=.787, the adherence of social relation α=.847. To analyze materials, factor analysis, reliability analysis, oneway-ANOVA, multiple-regression were used as statistic analysis techniques. The conclusion based on above study method and the result of material analysis are here below. First, it is found that there is a significant difference in satisfaction according to social relation. Second, it is found that there is a significant difference in the adherence of social relation. Third, the satisfaction according to social relation influences on the adherence of social relation.

        겸상적혈구 혈증에 의한 동통성 발작 1례

        The sickle cell disease are a group of hemoglobin disorders characterized by red cells that undergo sickle shape transformation when they are deoxygenated. Sickle cell disease is transmit-ted as an autosomal recessive trait. This unusual property, due to the polymerization of sickle hemoglobin results in anemia and vasoocclusive complication. 1) The most clinically significant of these disease are sickle cell anemia, sickle cell hemoglobin C disease, and sickle cell beta thalassemia. Symptoms of pallor, fever, abdominal and joint pain, enlargement of the liver and spleen, swelling of hands and feet first appear near the latter part of the first year of life. Intravascular sickling affects all organs. For clinical and therapeutic purposes, exacerbations may be classified as vasoocclusive or pain, aplastic, hemolytic or sequestration crisis. we experienced a 22 year old female patient who suffered severe multiple joint pain and back pain thought to be caused by vasoocclussive phenomena.

      • 열응답성 나노복합재료의 합성과 LCST에서의 열적특성

        Thermal responsive nanocomposite were synthesized by copolymerization of N-isopropyl acrylamide and methylene bisacrylamide(crosslinking monomer) in an aqueous suspension of MAPTC-montorillonite at room temperature. Hydrogels containing 2.0 ∼5.0wt% of montmorillonite exhibited a lower critical solution temperature(LCST) similar to unmodified PNIPAM hydrogel (approximately 33.7℃). However, hydrogels containing 10wt% montmorillonite did not exhibit a measurable LCST. TGA result shows thermal stability of thermal responsive nanocomposite imoroved a little more than the thermal responsive polymer.

      • PSC 교량의 보강공법에 대한 실험적 연구

        많은 수의 국도상의 교량이 교통량 증가 및 차량의 대형화에 따라 내하력 증가의 필요성이 시급히 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국도상 교량 중 대다수를 차지하고 있는 프리스트레스트 콘크리트(Prestressed Concrete, PSC) 교량에 대해 유리섬유 부착 공법과 외부 후긴장 보강 공법을 적용하여 내구성 및 내하력의 증가방안을 확인하고자 한다. 실험체는 표준도면의 1/5 축소모델로서 지간길이 6m이며 총 15개의 실험체를 제작하여 정적 및 피로실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과, 유리섬유 및 외부 후긴장 보강 방법을 적용하였을 때 균열하중 및 파괴하중의 크기가 증가되었고, 처짐의 감소효과와 균열에 대한 억제 능력이 증가하였다. 그리고 보강 실험체가 피로파괴 반복회수도 증가하며 유리섬유 보강 실험체의 경우 외부 후긴장 실험체보다 피로성능이 더 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 적용된 보강 기법이 노후된 PCS 교량의 성능증가와 수명 연장의 효과가 큰 것을 확인하였다. Most of the bridges on national road are needed capacity-enhancement, because of the increase of heavy traffic loads and aging of bridges. Among those bridges, prestressed concrete(PSC) bridges take a large portion. But there are not many related researches about strengthening PSC bridges. In this study, the practicability of strengthening methods for PSC beam were studied by the static and fatigue experimental method. For the experiment, 1/5 scale and six meters long PSC beams were made with concrete slabs. Glass fiber sheeting and external post-tensioning methods were used for strengthening PSC beams. Total 15 beams were made for static test and fatigue test. As a result, the strengthening methods, which used in this study, are efficient at increasing cracking load and failure load, to decrease deflection and prevent cracks. The experimental results show that the failure cycle of strengthened members are increased compare to non-strengthened members. The members strengthened with glass fiber show better enhancement in fatigue problem than the members strengthened with external post-tensioning method. With these experimental results, it can be said that the strengthening methods used in this study are efficient at extending the life time of aged PSC bridges.

      • 오리고기에 關한 硏究 (1) : 오리고기 蛋白質의 아미노酸 組成 Amino Acid composition of Duck-meat protein

        Amino acids of duck-meat in Jeon-nam have been analyzed by gas chromatography. Through this analysis, the following results were obtained. 1. The quantities of general components in duck-meat were determined 13.61%∼21.19% protein, 17.23%∼4.92% fat, 0.56%∼1.03% ash, and 50.91%∼65.72% moisture. 2. The quantities of protein amino acids in duck-meat were determined 6.10% alanine, 2.75% valine, 7.13% glycine, 2.20% iso-leucine, 4.54%leucine, 4.90% proline, 5.80% threonine, 1.15% methionine, 3.20% hydroxy proline, 3.01% phenylalanine, 6.70% aspartic acid, 12.71% glutamic acid,. 4.95% lysine, 1.11% arginine, 5.60% histidine, 4.40% cystine+cystein, and serineand tyrosine in trace amount. 3. Except tryptophane, almost all the essential amino acids were analyzed.

        폴리카보네이트 브라켓 부착 시 결합강도 증진을 위한 표면처리 효과

        본 연구는 폴리카보네이트 브라켓 부착 시 표면처리가 결합강도를 증진시키는지 알아보고자 시행되었다. 소의 하악 중절치를 포매하여 만든 100개의 시편에 광중합형 레진 접착제를 이용하여 폴리카보네이트 브라켓(Alice, 광명 데이콤, 대한민국)을 부착하였다. 대조군의 경우, 표면처리 없이 부착한 반면, 실험군의 경우 샌드블라스팅 처리한 경우, plastic conditioner 처리하여 부착한 경우, 그리고 샌드블라스팅과 함께 plastic conditioner 처리한 경우로 구분하여 접착하였다. 만능시험기를 이용하여 전단결합강도를 측정하고 파절양상을 비교 분석한 결과, plastic conditioner나 샌드블라스팅으로 표면처리를 시행한 경우 표면처리를 시행하지 않은 경우에 비해 높은 결합강도를 보였다 (p<0.001). 샌드블라스팅과 Plastic conditioner를 모두 처리한 경우는 샌드블라스팅만이나 plastic conditioner만 처리한 경우보다 높은 결합강도를 보였으며, 특히 샌드블라스팅만 처리한 경우에 비해서는 통계적 유의차를 보였다 (p<0.05). 이상의 연구결과는 폴리카보네이트 브라켓 부착 시 결합강도 증진을 위해서 베이스의 표면처리가 필요하며 샌드블라스팅 후 plastic conditioner 도포가 가장 효과적임을 보여주었다. Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether the bond strength of polycarbonate brackets can be increased through surface treatment. Methods: One hundred polycarbonate brackets (Alice) were bonded to bovine incisors with light-cured adhesive. The bracket bases were treated with one of three methods; sandblasting, plastic conditioner application, and combined treatment with sandblasting and plastic conditioner. The brackets without any surface treatment served as the control. The shear bond strength was tested with a universal testing machine, and failure pattern was assessed with the adhesive remnant index. Results: The shear bond strength in all experimental groups was higher than that of the control group (p<0.001). The group treated with plastic conditioner after sandblasting showed statistically higher shear bond strength than the sandblasting only group (p<0.05). The group treated with plastic conditioner after sandblasting showed higher shear bond strength than plastic conditioner only group, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: The above results suggest that the surface treatments of polycarbonate bracket is mandatory to improve bond strength, and the most effective method is an application of plastic conditioner after sandblasting.

      • 방사선치료시 종양선량 예측 프로그램에 관한 연구

        The aim of this study is to develop a computer program which computes in-vivo doses from transmission doses measured during patient treatment using an ionization chamber. As the Kim's papaer, We adopted a straightforward empirical approach using a phantom transmission factor (PTF) which accounts for the contribution from all three factors. We develop the program which computes tumor doses by Microsoft Visual Basic Application program for D_(center) = D_(t)/PTF(d_(g), T_(p))×(SCD/SAD)²× BSF(r_(o))× S_(p)(r_(p,eff)) × TMR(d, r_(p,eff)). To make certain the accuracy of this program, we checked the accuracy for the following cases; in cases of regular or irregular field size, inhomogeneous material included. The errors were within 0.7% for regular field size, 2.5% irregular field size, 3.8% when inhomogeneous material was included in the phantom. It is considered that this program can make the quality control for dose at the time of radiation therapy because it is non-invasive that makes possible to measure the doses whenever a patient is given a therapy as well as eliminates the problem for entrance or exit dose measurement.

      • 고관절 전치환술후 환자의 재활교육요구도 조사

        This study was done to investigate education area for rehabilitation and need for rehabilitative education among total hip replacement patients in Korea. The subjects were a convenience sample of 11 patients who had a total hip replacement surgery at 2 hospitals located in Kyunggi-Do, Korea. The data were collected from July 1st to end of September, 1996 using questionnaires developed by the authors. The data were analysed by a SPSS computer program. In this study, content area of education for total hip replacement patient were consisted of 6 area including 30 items. And this 6 area were 'knowledge about etiological factor & surgical procedure'(4 items), 'knowledge about pharmacological therapy'(3 items), 'knowledge about activities of daily living'(14 items), 'knowledge about activities for leisure'(3 items), 'knowledge about nutrition for reconvery'(2 items), and 'knowledge about management after discharge'(4 items). The results showed that the content area with the highest degree in need for rehabilitative education among total hip replacement patients were 'knowledge about etiological factor & surgical procedure', 'sign of complication', information about side effect of medication', whereas the content area with the lowest degree in need for rehabilitative education were 'time for sedentary activities', 'hospital visiting time for the follow-up check'.
