        건물내장재(석고보드,합판)의 화재성능평가

        본 연구는 국내와 외국의 건물 내장재 화재성능평가방법을 고찰하고 국내에는 도입되지 않은 실대 화재 실험인 Room Corner Test를 국내 내장재중 석고보드와 합판을 대상으로 그 적용성을 위한 실험을 진행하였다. 현재 국내 내장재의 평가규정은 Bench-Scale Test에 의존하고 있으나, 미국, 일본 유럽등에서는 Room Corner Test를 적용한 실질적인 재료의 화재성능평가를 시행하고 있다. 실험 결과, NFPA 265에 의한 석고보드 및 ISO 9705에 의한 합판의 성능은 양호한 것으로 판단되었다. 현재 국내 내장재에 적용되는 등급분류의 평가방법은 재료의 실제 화재성능 평가에 한계가 있으므로 향후 Room Corner Test의 적용과 더불어 Bench-Scale Test 결과를 토대로 화재성능을 예측하는 화재모델을 이용하는 평가 방법의 도입이 필요하다. The fire performance evaluation methods in Korea and overseas for interior finish materials were analysed and tested with gypsum board and plywood by using room corner test not adopted by domestic code until now. The results of gypsum board (thickness: 8 mm) and plywood (thickness: 4 mm) applying NFPA 265 and ISO 9705 test respectively are satisfied the assessment criteria. To assess a actual fire performance and classify fore hazard levels for interior finish materials, room-corner test and flame spread models should be adopted in building code and fire code to overcome limitations of current bench-scale test method.       • 초대형 교회의 건축계획적 특성에 관한 연구

        Since Cristianity has been introduced in Korea, the korean churches has grown up again and again. Especially since 1970s, several churches have shown their rapid growth in number of believer, they have become so called 'Super-Ultra Churches'. The main reasons of this rapid growth in such churches could be analysed into sociological, political and religious factors. All of these are closely related to the acute economic growth between 1960s and 1970s in Korea. Until mid 1980s, Most of these Super-Ultra Churches was very humble in the aspect of architectural values because they could not overcome coarse Gothic style prevalent in Korea churches and the functions was too simple to embrace social and cultural activities. But in these days, with the changing recognition of church's role in society and church itself, new and diverse methods of designing church are adapting. These new trend analysed into four factors, which are structural, functional, spacial and figurative ones. Firstly, in the structural factor, many Super-Ultra churches uses iron frame truss to support long spaned structure. Some of them introduced high technical method such as suspension structure or precast beams. Secondly, in the functional factors, they are more and more considering the flexibility of their internal space and openness of their outer space. In doing so they become more familiar to their neighborhood. Thirdly, in the spacial factors, they adapt diverse plan types such as rhombous, circular, or fan shaped types. In doing so they can get shorter distance from altar and the convergent effects are more strengthened. Fourthly, in the figurative factors, they are overcoming old Gothic style gradually and now adopting diverse vocabularies of modern architecture, they also considering the harmony between traditional style and new methods.

        대전지역 대기부유진, 낙진 및 강수 중 ^7Be 및 ^(137)Cs 방사능 농도의 계절별 변화

        1998년부터 1999년까지 대전지역 대기부유진, 강수 및 낙진 중 ^7Be and ^137Cs 방사능 농도의 계절적 변화를 검토하였다. 대기부유진, 강수 및 낙진중 ^7Be의 연평균 농도범위는 각각 3.80 mBq m^-3 ∼ 4.29 mBq m^-3, 1.25 Bq 1^-1 ∼ 1.67 Bq 1^-1, 19.7 ∼ 22.3 MBq km^-2였다. 한편, 대기 부유진, 강수 및 낙진 중 ^137Cs 연평균 농도범위는 1.08 uBq m^-3 ∼ 1.28 uBq m^-3, 0.44 mBq 1^-1 ∼ 2.66 mBq 1^-1 및 0.0036 ∼ 0.0455 MBq km^-2범위였다. 대기부유진 및 낙진 중 ^7Be and ^137Cs 농도는 낙진량이 많은 봄과 가을철에 높은 농도를 나타내었으며, 강수 중 ^7Be and ^137Cs 농도는 타 계절에 비해 강수량이 많은 여름철에 비교적 낮은 농도를 나타내었다. 한편, 낙진과 강수에 의한 ^7Be and ^137Cs 의 연평균 총 침적량은 ㄱ각 80.7 ∼ 137 MBq km^2 및 0.059 ∼ 0.060 MBq km^-2 범위였으며, ^7Be의 총 침적량중 약 80% 이상이 강우에 의해 침적되는 반면, ^137CS은 약 60% 정도가 낙진에 의해 침적되는 것을 알 수 있었다. The seasonal variation of ^7Be and ^137Cs concentrations in airborne dust, precipitation and dry fallout collected at Daejeon during the period of 1998 ∼ 1999 has been studied. The annual mean values of 7Be concentrations in airborne dust, precipitation and dry fallout were in the range of 3.80 ∼ 4.29 mBq m^-3, 1.25 ∼ 1.67 Bq 1^-1, 19.7 ∼ 22.3 MBq km^-2, respectively. The annual mean values of ^137Cs concentrations in airborne dust, precipitation and dry fallout ranged 1.08 ∼ 1.28 uBq m^-3, 0.44 ∼ 2.66 mBq 1^-1 및 0.036 ∼ 0.0455 MBq km^-2, respectively. While the concentrations of ^7Be and ^137Cs in airborne dust and dry fallout were relatively higher in the spring and autumn when the amount of dry fallout increased than in other season, their concentrations in precipitation were relatively lower in the summer when the rainfall increased. The total depositions of ^7Be and ^137Cs due to dry fallout and precipitation were in the range of 80.7 ∼ 137 MBq km^2 and 0.059 ∼ 0.060 MBq km^-2, respectively. More than 80% of ^7Be deposition resulted from precipitation, whereas about 60% of ^137Cs deposition was due to dry fallout.

        The Certification Authority in each country is briskly in progress to get the reliability of Electronic Commerce. One Certification Authority can not authenticate the reliability of Electronic Commerce spreading itself to the world rapidly. Therefore, Each country is constructing the base of Electronic Commerce Authority System and trying to provide cross connection with compatibility through the Cross-Authentication. This paper analysed the requirements of Cross-Authentication Mechanism on researching internationally and proposed the check-list of Cross-Authentication Model. The paper could be a guidance to organize domestic Cross-Authentication System Models.

      • 인체자궁경부의 병변에 따른 조직비만세포수의 변화에 관한 연구

        To clarify the changes in the of tissue mast cells in the uterine cervical lesions, 50 biopsied and operated cases were selected and toluidine blue stains were perf-ormed with modified Radden's method, and counted numbers of tissue mast cells in 20 high power fields. The results obtained are as follows; 1. The numbers of tissue mast cells were 5-12/20 HPF, in cases which showed mild inflammatory reaction in the uterine cervix. 2. In cases which showed many lymphocytes and plasma cells, the range of tissue mast cells was 89-132/20HPF. 3. In cases which exhibited many neutrophils in addition to lymphocytes and plas-ma cells, the numbers of tissue mast cells were 16-53/20HPF. 4. There was no tissue mast cells in the stroma of invasive squamous cell car-cinoma. And the numbers of tissue mast cells near the malignant lesions were corresponded to the nature of accompanied inflammatory conditions. The above findings suggest that there is an absolute increase of tissue mast cells in chronic inflammatory lesion and seems no direct relationship between the num-bers of tissue mast cells and malignant lesion of the uterine cervix.

        This study is proposed the plan of applying CSSM API(Common Security Service Management Application Programming Interface) being various extensibility to Electronic Commerce. Electronic Commerce is that trades products, documents customer to company, company to company, or company to government like real commerce. However, there are lots of security problems with Electronic Commerce because of using public network. especially internet. Cryptographic Application Programming Interface supports cryptographic services for each levels and various security services. CSSM API provides modulity, simplicity, and extensibility by various modules, interfaces compare to other CAPIs(Cryptographic Application Programming Interfaces). The proposal is expected that provides various security services to electronic commerce.

      • 두경부 악성 림프종의 면역조직화학적 유형분석 및 Epstein-Barr virus의 검출

        Background and Objectives : The Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) is a human herpes virus which causes infectious mononucleosis and is associated with such human cancers as Burkitt's lymphoma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. However, the role of EBV as a causative factor in other head and neck tumors is not fully elucidated. Malignant lymphoma is a tumor of the immune system which is commonly known as a non-epithelioid tumor of the head and neck region. Recent studies have suggested a probable etiologic association between EBV and lymphomas. This study was performed to investigate the strength of the association of EBV with malignant lymphoma and to carry out an immunohistochemical classification. Materials and Methods : Twenty one cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma tissues in the head and neck were used. Immunohistochemical staining was carried out with EBV protein, CD20 and CD3. Results : Among the 21 cases of malignant lymphoma, 9(43%) of the cases were of B cell lineage, 10(48%) of the cases of T cell lineage and 2(10%) of the cases were of an unclassifiable type. The commonest histopathologic type were diffuse large cell types and diffuse mixed types in 8(38%) of the cases. All 6 cases(100%) of nasal/paranasal sinus lymphoma were T-cell lymphoma. The detection rate of EBV in malignant lymphoma tissue was 52%. EBV was detected in 5 cases(56%) of B-cell lineage and 6 cases(60%) of T-cell lineage. Among 6 cases of nasal/paranasal sinus T-cell lymphoma, 4(67%) were positive for anti-human EBV protein. In the positive cases, a large number of the neoplastic cells and infiltrated lymphocytes showed strong nuclear signals. Conclusion : These results suggest that most nasal/paranasal sinus lymphomas are T-cell type neoplasms and EBV probably plays an etiologic role in the pathogenesis of group nasal/paranasal sinus T-cell lymphomas.

      • 히스타민 및 항히스타민제가 P_(388) 백혈병세포계증식에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적연구

        Histamine, one of the major mediators in IgE-mediated anaphylaxis, has also effect both in humoral and cellular immuue reaction, such as proliferation of effector or suppressor T lymphocytes, antibody formation and production of the macrophage migration inhibition factor. Such effects of histamine are known to be mediated by H₂ receptor located on the surface of lymphocytes and inhibited by H₂ receptor antagonist. Function of histamine and H₂-receptor antagonist as an immunomodulator enabled them to be tried to obtain an indirect anticancer effect. However, direct of histamine or H₂-receptor antagonist on growth of tumor cell is unknown. To understand direct effect of histamine or H₂-receptor antagonist on growth of tumor cell, histamine and H2-receptor antagonist (cimetidine) were added in Fischer's culture media in concentration of 10^(-3)M, 10^(-4)M and 10^(-5)M and cultured P_(383) leukemic cell for 24, 48 and 72 hours. The results are as followings; 1. Histamine revealed inhibitory activity to the growth of P_(383) cell line. And the activity revealed dosage dependency on histamine. 2. H₂-receptor antagonist showed no inhibitory effect on growth of P_(383) cell line. 3. Inhibitory effect of histamine of P_(383) cell line was not blocked by Cimetidine. Above results suggest that histamine has inhibitory effect on growth of P_(383) leukemic cell lice and this activity seems to have no relationship with H₃-receptor.

        생태계모델을 이용한 가막만의 영양염 거동 특성 평가

        The three-dimensional eco-hydrodynamic model was applied to estimate the physical process in terms of nutrients and net uptake(or regeneration) rate of nutrients in Kamak Bay for scenario analysis to find proper management plan. The estimation results of the physical process in terms of nutrients showed that transportation of nutrients is dominant in surface level while accumulation of nutrients is dominant in bottom level. In the case of dissolved inorganic nitrogen, the results showed that the net uptake rate was 0~60 ㎎/m²/day in surface level(0~3m), and the net regeneration rate was 0.0~10.0 ㎎/m²/day in middle level(3~6m) and above 10 ㎎/m²/day in bottom level(6m~below). In the case of dissolved inorganic phosphorus, the net uptake rate was 0.0~3.0 ㎎/m²/day in surface level, and the net regeneration rate was 0.5 ~1.5 ㎎/m²/day in middle level and 1.0.3.0 ㎎/m²/day in bottom level. These results indicates that net uptake and transport of nutrients are occurred predominantly at the surface level and the net generation and accumulation are dominant at bottom level. Therefore, it is important to consider the re-supplement of nutrients due to regeneration of bottom water.

      • 자동차 엔진용 플라스틱 실린더 헤드 커버의 설계평가에 관한 연구

        This study pertains to the feasibility of the conversion of an aluminum alloyed automotive engine cylinder head cover into a plastic cylinder head cover. Due to the complexity of the geometry, the finite element analysis is used to evaluate deformations and stresses, an adaptive method is also used to economize the computation. Without modification of the specification of the aluminum alloyed cylinder head cover, there will be no resonance but fracture is anticipated for the plastic cylinder head cover. To maintain the same dimensions, it is proposed to use a material with, at least, ?? Young's modulus.
