        The purpose of this study was to know stress distribution of ceramic crown according to the cusp angle. For the study, it was manufactured a three dimensional finite element model simplified maxillary first premolar, and then analyzed stress distribution when cusp angle was each 80°, 90°, l00°, 110° and 120°. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The von Mises stress showed that stress decreases as cusp angle increases in the central groove of the occlusal surface. 2. It showed that maximum principal stress was centered at the region of the central groove of the occlusal surface and a region which the force was inflicted. And also it appeared high on the lingual and buccal side of finish line. 3. The X axis of normal stress was focused in the central groove of the occlusal surface. The Y axis of normal stress appeared high in the central groove of the occlusal surface, b u d and lingual side. 4. The stress near the finish line showed a low value compared with stress in the region of the central groove of the occlusal surface. 5. It showed that the most dangerous angle for tooth fracture was on 80° of the cusp angle and low on 120° of its.

        도서관자동화에 따른 사서의 전문영역 확대 -전산사서의 등장-

        도서관자동화는 도서관의 기능을 전산기술을 통해 높이는 데 목적이 있다. 자동화 시스템은 문헌정보학 지식과 도서관 실무경력, 전산지식을 가진 사서가 관리·운영해야 하는데, 이러한 업무분야는 도서관자동화와 더불어 생긴 사서의 전문영역이다. 이 글은 이러한 업무를 수행하는 사서를 "전산사서"라고 명하고, 이들의 역할과 성격, 업무의 내용, 필요한 자질에 대하여 개술하고, 이들을 양성하는 방법을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 이들의 역할이 중요하므로 최대의 지원이 필요하며, 학술적으로도 활발한 연구가 필요함을 강조하였다 The purpose of library automation is to enhance the library function by the computer. Systems Librarian is the person who manages the automation systems, appeared with the presence of library automation.       • 지방식이가 Rat 간 Epoxide Hydrolase 활성에 미치는 영향

        간 microsomal epoxide hydrolase 활성과 bromobenzene에 의해 유도된 간 독성에 미치는 지방식이의 영향에 대한 실험을 통하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 간 microsomal cytochrome p-450 및 aniline hydroxylase 활성에 지방식이 (20%)를 섭취케 한 군에서는 본 효소의 활성이 다소 증가되었으나 bromobenzene을 동시에 투여함으로 두 효소의 활성이 유의성 있게 증가되었다. Bromobenzene 단독 투여에서는 두 효소의 활성에 별다른 영향이 없었다. Epoxide hydrolase 활성에서는 bromobenzene 투여로서 감소 되었으며 지방식이를 섭취게 하고 bromobenzene을 투여함으로 bromobenzene 단독 투여보다 약 25% 현저하게 감소하였다. 지방식이를 섭취게 하고 bromobenzene을 투여한 군에서의 간 손상의 지표를 생화학적 측면(s-AST,sALT) 및 간 조직의 과산화 지질 함량에 미치는 영향에서 bromobenzene 단독 투여보다 지방식이를 섭취케 하고 bromobenzene을 투여함으로 현저하게 증가되었다. We have the mecdied the mechanism by examining the effect of fat diet on the epoxide hydrolase activity and bromobenzene-induced hepatotoxicity. Activities of anivities of aniline hydroxylase and cytochrome p-450 as epoxide generating enzymes were singificantly increased by the treatment with fat diet and bromobenzene treatment with fat diet and bromobenzene decreased show any changes on the activities of the epoxide scavenging enzyme such as epoxide hydrolase Furthermore, fat diet elevated against bromobenzene-inducible hepatotoxicity in rats as evidenced by the increased formation of lipid peroxidation, highered serum alanine and aspartate aminotrnsferase activities. Therfore, it can be concluded that the mechanism for the observed elevative effect of fat diet against bromobenzene-induced hepatotoxicity was due to the inhibition of epoxide hydrolase which related with metabolism of these materials.

      • Equisetum arvense L.이 Streptozotocin유발 당뇨성 쥐의 항당뇨작용에 미치는 영향

        The present study was undertaken in order to elucidate the effects of pretreatment with Equisetum arvense L.(EM) on change in serum lipid compositions and pancreatic enzymes induced by streptozotocin(STZ) in rats with pancreatic histopathology. 1. Total serum lipid and triglyceride levels in the STZ-induced diabetic rats were significantly higher than those in the control group, and those in the group pretreated with EM but the phopholipid serum level was not significantly different in any of the group. 2. In the STZ-induced diabetic group, the total serum cholesterol, VLDL-and LDL-cholesterol levels, and the atheroscerotic index were higher, while the HDL-cholesterol level was lower when compared to the control group. HOwever, these changes were slightly prevented by EM. 3. Pancreatic lipase and trypsin activities were increased, but amylase activity was decreased by STZ, and pretreatment with EM slightly prevented these STZ-induced changes, in the histological changes of the pancreatic β-cell. These results suggest that EM pretreatment slightly supresses STZ induced changes in the serum lipid compositions and pancreatic enzyme via maintenance of prevent of β-cell destruction by STZ.

      • Equisetum arvense L.이 고혈당 쥐의 혈중 포도당 농도에 미치는 영향

        The effect of methanol extract of Equisetum arvense L.(EM) on blood glucose level in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rat and acute toxicity of EM were investigated. Male Sprague-Dawley rats(200∼250g), with free access to commercial rat chow and water, were divided into four groups: Group 1 served as control; Group 2 received STZ only: Group 3 received EM only; Group 4 received pretreatment with EM followed by STZ administration. EM did not affect the normal blood glucose level and LD50 was about 6,250㎎/㎏. EM pretreatment in STZ-induced diabetic rats slightly inhibited Weight loss and water consumption. EM pretreatment in STZ-induced diabetic rats slightly inhibited the rise of serum glucose concentration. Serum transaminase(AST, ALT) and sorbitol dehydrogenase(SDH) were slightly increased by STZ induced changes in the serum glucose level.

      • 경량 고강도 Mg-Zn계합금의 조직과 내식성에 관한 연구

        The purpose in this study is to develope of high strength and corrosion reistant Mg-Zn system alloys by controlling microstructures and by adding of Cu elements. To produce optimum tesile strength,it is imperative to obtain effective grain refinment during casting. Optimal condition for grain size refining effect was obtained at the minmum composotion of 2wt% Cu or 1.5wt%So addition to Mg-6wt%Zn alloy.Age hardening behavior was experimented at the optimal compositions of the Mg-6wt%Zn, Mg-6wt%Zn-2wt%Cu and Mg-6wt%Zn-1.5wt%Si. The hardeness increment due to age hardening was at the Mg-Zn-Si alloy system. The improvement of corrosion resistanece by the addition with Cu is related to and increasing Zn/Cu ration in the intermatallic particles in the Mg-Zn system.Further improvements obtained by T6 treatment are related to the properties of the Mg-Zn phase,whih acts as a corrosion barrier by precipitating along the grainboundaries.Filiform corrosion observed soon after pit initiation and cellular form of pit propagation later in chloride media are explained in terms of solid solution matrix structure and the properties of air formed oxide.The information obtained from the fundamental research work is utilized in suggesting ways of improving the corrosion resistance of commercial AZ91.

        도서관 중심의 평생교육 고찰

        The word of lifelong education comes into fashion in many advanced countries from 1970's. Unesco had established the Organization of the lfelong education and proclaimed the Year of the World Education, then we looked forward to the lifelong education as the basic ideology of it. Today, it has a good effect on the educational theory and practice in each nation of the world. Lifelong education, that is, is established one of the basic right and the provisions by the Fifth Republic of Korea Constitution in 1980's. I studied concepts, necessities, contents of it, and then analyzed functions of each library for it as the instrument of lifelong education, and studied the basic directions and problems of lifelong education. When it is to doctrine the position as for the administration of each library that is actively supported by the government, lifelong education will be the primary and central position of the basic task a viewpoint of promoting lifelong education, and developed without trouble.
