        지리산국립공원 심원계곡 생태경관 복원공사지역 식생 변화

        본 연구는 지리산국립공원 심원계곡 생태경관 복원공사지역의 모니터링 결과를 분석하여 체계적인 복원관리를 도모할 수 있는 기초자료를 확보하는데 그 목적이 있다. 복원사업이 완료된 2017년도에 식생 모니터링을 위한 조사구 12개소와 대조구 4개소를 설치하였고, 2017년과 2020년의 상대우점치, 종다양도지수, 유사도 등의 변화를 분석하였다. 복원사업 시 수목이 식재되었던 조사구는 종다양도지수가 0∼1.4552로 나타났고, 대조구와의 유사도지수에서는 1개 조사구가 1.32%로 분석된 것을 제외하고 모두 0%로 나타났다. 조사구의 종다양도지수 및 유사도지수가 매우 낮은 것은 복원사업 시 식재된 수목이 고사하거나 멧돼지 피해, 유수에 의한 침식으로 유실되는 등의 영향으로 판단되었다. 반면 복원사업 시 수목이 식재되지 않은 미식재 조사구는 종다양도지수가 0.9538∼2.3222로 나타났고, 유사도지수는 최대 8.33%까지 분석되었다. 국립공원 생태경관 복원공사지역의 복원 공법 개발을 위한 장기 모니터링과, 미식재 조사구의 천이과정을 분석하는 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. This study aims to obtain basic data for systematic restoration by analyzing the monitoring results of the Shimwon Valley Ecological Landscape Restoration Project area in Jirisan National Park. In 2017, when the restoration project was completed, 12 monitoring plots and 4 control plots were installed for vegetation monitoring, and changes in the relative dominance, species diversity index and similarity between 2017 and 2020 were analyzed. The species diversity index of the surveyed areas where trees were planted during the restoration project was 0-1.4552, and the similarity index with the control group was 0% except for one survey area at 1.32%. The very low species diversity index and similarity index in the survey areas were attributed to the loss of trees planted during the restoration project due to death, damage by wild boars, or erosion by running water. On the other hand, the species diversity index was 0.9538-2.3222 in the monitoring plot where no tree was planted, and the similarity index was analyzed to be as high as 8.33%. It is necessary to continue the long-term monitoring for the development of ecological landscape restoration methods in the national park and analysis of the succession in monitoring plots where no trees were planted.

      • 방사화 분석법을 통한 방사선량 및 포획단면적 개념 이해

        중성자 방사화법은 여러 가지 물질의 특성을 규명하는데 매우 유용한 방법이다. 기본적으로 이러한 방법은 매우 간단하다. 임의의 시료를 저속 중성자에 조사시키면, 그 시료는 방사능을 띄게 되고 시료로부터 나오는 β^+, β^-, 그리고 γ선의 선량을 측정하거나 시료의 반감기를 측정하면, 시료를 구성하고 있는 물질의 구성성분이나 그 농도를 알아낼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 금 박막을 방사화시킴으로서 열중성자 선량값으로 1426.68 ± 11.62n/㎠ㆍsec를 얻었다. 또한, ^55Mn의 열중성자 포획 단면적은 13.79±0.45bam 이었는데 이는 Table of Isotope에 제시된 값과 매우 잘 일치하였다. 본 연구의 실험기법은 일반적으로 널리 알려진 방법이지만, 학생들이 쉽게 접할 수 있는 실험이 아니기 때문에 '선량' 또는 '단면적' 등돠 같은 물리 개념을 가르치는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Neutron activation is very powerful technique for identifying characteristics of many elements. Basically the technique is quite simple. A sample is irradiated by slow neutrons and becomes radioactive. By measuring the β^+s, β^-s, γs and half-life of the resulting sample, the elemental constituents of the sample and their relative concentrations can be identified. In this studies, thermal neutron flux was 1426.68 ± 11.62 n/㎠ ·sec from Au activation analysis. Thermal neutron capture cross section for ^55Mn was 13.79 ± 0.45 barn, it is a good agreement with Table of Isotope data. Technique of this measurement is not special, but can be used usefully for physics concepts learning such as flux and cross section.

      • TV 스포츠 프로그램과 청소년의 스포츠 활동 참여의 관계

        본 연구의 목적은 정체성 수립의 시기에 놓여있는 청소년을 대상으로 TV 스포츠프로그램과 청소년의 스포츠 활동 참여의 관계를 밝히는데 있다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 서울지역에 위치한 중·고등학교 학생 815명을 체계적 유충집락 무선 표집법을 이용하여 표집하였다. 연구 대상자에게 검사지를 배포하고 자기평가기입법에 따라 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 사용된 통계분석 방법은 t-검증, 일원변량분석, 그리고 중다희귀분석 등이다. TV 스포츠 프로그램과 청소년의 스포츠활동 참여의 관계를 분석한 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 사회인구학적 특성은 TV스포츠 프로그램 시청에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 특히 성별과 가계소득수준은 접촉도와 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 학력과 성,그리고 가계소득수준은 몰입도에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, TV 스포츠 프로그램 시청은 청소년의 스포츠 활동 참여에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 특히 몰입도의 영향력이 크다. The purpose of this study was to confirm the relationship between TV sports program and juveniles' practical sports activity participation. The subjects of this study were a total of 815 students who were selected by the systematic stratified cluster random sampling method in the middle and high schools which were located in Seoul. The statistical methods for the study were t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions of this study were as follows: First, there was statistically significant differences in the socio-demographic characteristics of juvenile and the viewing of TV sport programs. Second, the contact and the commitment variables were the most influential variables on the participation of the juvenile sport activity.

      • 폴리비닐 알코올-아조벤젠 유도체의 광 안정성에 관한 연구

        The Synthesis of long chain fatty acid containing azobenzene(Cn-Azo-PVA) was optimized, starting from Cn-Azo(C14, C16, C18) compounds and the product of reaction containing azobenzene chromophores was investigated by ultraviolet spectro-photometery in chloroform solvent at the various temperature. In addition, Reversibility and stability of azo compounds have been measured by means of Ultraviolet and the structure of these compounds were ascertained by means of FT-IR and NMR. Long chain azobenzene derivatives in chloroform solution are induced phtoisomerization by u.v. and visible light irradiation. The solution of long chain fatty acids containing azobenzene(Cn-Azo-PVA) are possible of being applied to functional molecular devices such as photomemory and light switching.

      • p-(p'-Hydroxy phenylazo)-benzoic의 합성과 LB막 특성에 관한 연구

        The Synthesis of p-(p'- Hdroxyl phenly azo)- benzoic acid was studied to get optimized conditions. The spectrum of the product of reaction containing azobenzene chromophores was investigated by using ultraviolet spectrophotometery in acetone solvent at room temperature. In addition, UV absorption spectra of langmmuir Blodggett film deposited on quartz plate was measured, and the structure of these compounds were ascertained by measuring the ultraviolet and infrared spectra. Recrystallization of reaction product in the solvent( water:methanlo:acetone) atmosphere results 68% p-(p'- Hdroxyl phenly azo)-benzoic acid yield and the melting point of that was about 254-267°C (decomposition). The LB film of azobenzene derivatives with long alkyl chains shows some possibility to be applied to functional molecular devices such as photomemory and lignt switching

      • p-Nitroazobenzene 함유한 Polyamic Acid의 합성과 수면상의 변위전류 측정

        The synthesis of polyamic acid was studied to get optimized conditions. The spectrum of the product of reaction containing azobenzene chromophres was investigated by using ultraviolet spectrophotometry in various solvent at room temperature. Recrystallization of reaction product in ethanol solvent atomosphere results 73.2% monomer, 78.6% anhydride tetracarbonic acid, and 96% polyamic acid. Maxwell displacement current(MDC)measuring technique has been applied on the study of monolayers of polyamic acid. The displacement current was generated from monolayers on the water surface by monolayer compression and expansion. Displacement current was generated when the area per molecule was about 250Ųand 120Ų. The charge flow and Maxwell displacement currents were investigated in connection with monolayer compression cycles. It was found that The maximum of MDCs appeared at the molecular area just before the initial rise of surface pressure in both 1st and 2nd compression cycles.

        It has taken a growing interest about environmental problems such as global warming and water pollution for the last century. Because of intensified environmental problems, it would be going on the research about environmental preservation and harmful factor reduction. Also, it makes ISO to show the quantitative data about LCA analysis. The research of LCA method in the domestic construction industry has advanced stealing from a national point of view. In this study, it would be possible to confirm the feasibility of a plan by LCA analysis. Moreover, the result of life cycle cost which deliberate the influence cost of environment in the steps of material production, construction, maintenance, and disposal has made to be 74,819,560,776 won in a plan and 78,979,469,602won in alternative. That is, it would analysis for a plan to reduce 4,159,908,826 won for alternative.
