본 연구는 뉴노멀(the New Normal)시대를 맞아 한국어교육에서의 문화교육이 어떻게 변화해 왔는지를살펴보고 향후 한국문화교육의 방향을 모색하는 데에 기초자료를 제공하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해체계적 문헌 고찰 연구 방법을 활용하여 2020년 이후 발표된 학술지 논문, 109편을 대상으로 연구 대상별, 연구 목적별, 연구 주제별, 연구 방법별 연구 동향을 각각 분석하고, 이에 대한 결과를 토대로시사점을 찾아 한국문화교육 연구의 향후 과제에 대해 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine how cultural education in Korean language education has changed in the New Normal era and to provide basic data to seek the direction of Korean culture education in the future. To this end, we used the systematic review research method to analyze research trends by research object, research purpose, research topic, and research method in 109 academic journal papers published after 2020, and suggest implications based on the results. We found suggestions for trends and challenges in Korean cultural education research.
시사(時事) 기반 한국문화교육 방안 연구 -TV 뉴스를 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to present the Korean culture education method based on current events for foreign students. Especially, in this study, TV news was used as a primary medium for presenting Korean culture education based on current events. The reason for choosing TV news as the primary medium for Korean culture education is as follows. First, by activating social communication functions, ‘participatory communication’ with members in Korean society can be achieved. Second, the knowledge of Korean culture can be integrated. Third, by cultivating multimodal literacy, it is possible to decode and communicate Korean and Korean culture in various media. Next, the characteristics of TV news for applying to teaching-learning are as follows. First, TV news is a visual media, characterized by ‘multimodal’, Second, TV news is structured to interpret real - world events or information and deliver it efficiently in a short time. Therefore, it has a certain structure. Third, TV news offers ‘information volume’ at the same time. The final goal of the Korean culture education model based on current events is the ‘internalization’ of Korean cultural knowledge, which is explained through Vygotsky’s theory of higher mental functions and the concept of ZPD(Zone of Proximal Development). Finally, based on the above, ‘Korean Culture Education Model based on current events’ was devised and the actual education was shown. (Busan University of Foreign Studies)
채취시기와 크기에 따른 주름 미더덕의 항산화 및 항고혈압 활성

주름 미더덕(Styela plicata)을 8월부터 12월까지 매월 1회 채취하여 크기에 따라 큰 것(9.82~11.66 g)과 작은 것(0.93~2.21 g)으로 분류한 후 네 가지 용매(메탄올, 에탄올, 아세톤, 물)로 각각 추출?농축하여 추출물을 제조하였다. 각 추출물의 항산화 활성과 항고혈압 활성을 DPPH 라디칼 소거능과 환원력, 그리고 ACE 저해능으로 분석하였다. DPPH 라디칼 소거능은 11월에 채취된 큰 주름 미더덕의 아세톤 추출물이 가장 높았고, 환원력은 11월의 작은 미더덕의 아세톤 추출물이 가장 높았다. ACE 저해능은 물 추출물로만 측정하였는데, 11월에 채취된 큰 주름 미더덕의 추출물이 가장 높았다. 또한 주름 미더덕은 채취시기, 크기, 추출용매에 상관없이 거의 모든 시료에서 H2O2에 의해 유도된 백혈구의 DNA 손상을 억제하는 것으로 나타났으며 그 효과는 특히 8월 또는 9월에 채취한 큰 주름 미더덕이 월등함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 DNA 손상 억제에 있어서 추출 용매별 차이는 미미한 것으로 나타났으며 오히려 일부 물 추출물은 다른 용매 추출물에 비해 그 효과가 큰 것으로 나타나 끓이기 등의 일상 조리를 통한 주름 미더덕의 유효 성분 섭취를 기대할 수 있겠다. 이상의 결과로 채취시기, 크기, 용매에 따라 항산화, 항유전 독성 및 ACE 저해능의 차이가 있으며, 이는 주름 미더덕을 기능성 소재로 활용할 때 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Styela plicata of large (9.82~11.66 g) and small (0.93~2.21 g) sizes harvested at different times was extracted with 4 different solvents (methanol, ethanol, acetone, and water). DPPH radical scavenging and reducing power was the highest in acetone extracts of small ones (38.98% and 1.724, respectively) harvested in November. The lowest radical scavenging activity was found in water extracts of large ones (12.03% and 0.114) in December. On the other hand, large ones harvested in September showed significantly higher inhibition rate of DNA damage (water, 56.54%; methanol, 55.83%; ethanol, 48.63%) than others. Overall, the water extraction of S. plicata tended to show a higher antigenotoxic effect. In addition, water extracts of large S. plicata from November showed the highest angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity (64.38%), while that of small ones from December exhibited the lowest (51.33%). Overall the results indicate that antioxidant and antihypertensive activities S. plicata are variable depending on harvesting time, size, and extraction solvent.

The consumption of fruits and vegetables that have high polyphenol content has been previously associated with a reduced risk for cardiovascular disease. We investigated the effects of onion peel extract on plasma total antioxidant capacity, lipid peroxidation, and leukocyte DNA damage. This study was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover trial. Healthy female subjects received either onion peel extract or placebo (dextrin) for two weeks, underwent a 1-week washout period, and then received the other treatment for an additional two weeks. After two weeks of onion peel extract supplementation, the total cholesterol level, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol level, and atherogenic index significantly decreased (P < 0.05). No changes were observed in activities of erythrocyte antioxidant enzymes or levels of lipid peroxidation markers following onion peel extract supplementation. Additionally, no significant difference was found in plasma antioxidant vitamin (retinol, tocopherols, carotenoids, and coenzyme Q10) levels or ex vivo H₂O₂-provoked oxidative DNA damage after onion peel extract supplementation. The present interventional study provides evidence of the health benefits of onion peel extract and demonstrates its effects in modulating lipid profiles in healthy young Korean women.
